Chapter 10: The Club
It was Saturday and as usual Ichigo and Rukia took their kids to community service. Rukia's kids set up a routine whereas their mother didn't have to do much but take them to school and Ichigo's kids were still being tiredly woken up by him. Rukia avoided Ichigo yet Ichigo just continued to try and talk to her. Ichigo dropped Kia and Mia off at his sister's Yuzu house and sped back home. Everyone was staring early to get ready for the club.
Ichigo went out to a pretty nifty clothing store and got himself a black button up shirt that showed off his muscles and some baggy black jeans. He and the guys agreed to meet up at his place so as not to be suspicious with their wives and girlfriends so he decided to straighten up a bit. He decided to work out as well. He didn't know why he wanted to workout but he did. He did one hundred push ups and sit ups fifty squats and a two minute plank. He missed his younger days where he had a defined six pack. His body was still in shape but not what it was back then. Ichigo sighed heavily and downed three bottles of water before heading to take a nice hot shower. He let the water relax his tense sore muscles and soak his spiky hair. He stayed in the shower for a good hour before getting out and making himself some lunch.
Renji was irritated that Tatsuki had left early in the morning saying she was going to take the kids out for breakfast. He knew that was a lie. Renji huffed, stretched and looked at the time it was hitting ten in the morning so he decided to make himself some cereal and look for what he was going to be wearing. He walked downstairs and looked to make sure Tatsuki was actually gone and then ran upstairs to get the outfit he got with the guys. He quickly put it in his duffel bag and ran to throw it in the trunk of his black 2020 Subaru Impreza. He didn't want Tatsuki to see it and he knew she would snoop in his car occasionally and didn't want to risk her seeing the outfit. Renji went to take a quick shower and wash his hair. He was a little bit giddy. He hadn't been to a club in years. The guys were meeting at Ichigo's later on so he decided to just chill at his place before he made his exit around six.
Uryu woke up happily next to Orihime. She was sleeping on his arm and snoring peacefully. He smiled and kissed her head. He was a lucky man. He was still upset that Orihime didn't tell him about the club. Uryu watched as Oihime yawned and slowly opened her eyes. She gave a small smile and kissed Uryu's cheek before getting up to take a shower and brush her teeth. Uryu sighed heavily and watched as Orihime wobbled around and got dressed in an oversized shirt and sweatpants. Her hair was in a messy bun and her purse in her glared a bit but said nothing as Orihime told him she was heading to Rukia's place. Uryu nodded and walked Orihime to her car and kissed her goodbye. He huffed and went to take a quick shower and made some pancakes and eggs. He really didn't want to go to a club but for his wife he'd jump on a moving train for her.
Shuhei groaned as he watched Rangiku leave. It was only eleven but she said she had a meeting with a coworker. He was skeptical but he just let her leave without a second thought. Not that he had a choice. Shuhei got up and went to take a quick shower and eat some leftover takeout food for breakfast. He was super excited to head to the club. It had been a while since he went out to have fun. He wanted Rangiku to look at him with the lust she used to; he felt as if he was a bore to her now. He wanted to show her he was still that boy who caught her eye so long ago. He sighed heavily and went to get ready to head to Ichigo's place.
Rukia smiled a bit when she got back home from dropping the kids off. Nuri stayed with her and she went to take a much needed bubble bath. Nuri tagged along as well saying he wanted to play in the water. Rukia stayed and bathed for a good hour and a half at a point in time Rukia did fall asleep in the tub. Nuri had to wake her up a couple times since she would doze off here and there. Once they were washed up Nuri tiredly crawled in Rukia's bed and fell asleep. Rukia couldn't help but gush at her son. She looked at the time and decided to clean up before the girls headed over. They decided on her place so their husbands could think they were having a girls night. She got her outfit out ahead of time from her closet. It was a tight dark ivory dress that was cut just above her knees. It was a strapless dress and it amplified her assets in all the right ways. She was going to wear black heels and silver hoop earrings with little makeup. She was pretty excited to be going out to the club. She felt like a teen again.
Tatsuki was up around eight in the morning. She got her kids up and took them to get breakfast and then headed to some clothing stores. Kim was excited; she loved dressing up and buying herself dresses with her parents money. Cole on the other hand could care less. While shopping Kim gave Tatsuki some dresses to try on. She knew her mom was going out to have a girls night and she was happy. They decided on a black off the shoulder dress. It showed off Tatsuki's toned body and curves. Cole approved, saying the dress looked nice. Afterwards Tatsuki took the kids to the mall. She gave them each money and told them to meet her back at the food court at around eleven. Kim stuck to her mother showing her makeup that would look good on her and telling her hairstyles that would make her look extremely beautiful. Tatsuki enjoyed this time since it was the first time in a long time Kim interacted with her and was actually passionate to talk to her.
Orihime was sad when she left her husband. She wanted to stay with him for a bit more but she knew if she did she would never leave. She wasn't headed straight to Rukia's; she was actually headed to a maternity store. She wanted to look pretty for tonight and none of her other dresses fit her. The maternity store specialized in fit jeans for pregnant women, lingerie for pregnant women and dresses for pregnant women. When she got there a sweet blonde immediately congratulated her and asked her how many months she was. She directed Orihime to the dress section and told her to ring her if she needed any help. It didn't take long before Orihime found a beautiful blue dress with different colored butterflies on it. She was drawn to it and immediately picked it out. She bought it immediately along with some earrings and then headed to a sandwich place to get her two footlongs.
Rangiku was breathing hard as she and Gin finished up their 'meeting'. He as usual left without a second glance leaving Rangiku cold and alone. She didn't let it phase her as she got out of the crappy motel bed and went to take a quick shower. She had her clothes in a bag in her Mercedes benz. She looked at the time and saw it was only one so she decided on a quick nap before heading to Rukia's place.
Momo was so excited. She hadn't been out to a club in so long. She had no idea what she was going to wear but she knew she was going to look hot. Sosuke said he would be working late which was no surprise to her so she was going to party all night. The girls were going to their friends place as well so she didn't have to worry about them. She was so cheerfully happy. Momo looked in her closet for the perfect outfit and settled on a red satin dress that went just to her thigh. She was going to wear heavy makeup and beautiful gold earrings. She squealed as she took a shower and got ready to leave for Rukia's.
Around four Ichigo went to pick up his kids. Lucky him the kids were all doing their own thing. Kenichi was going to be hanging at a friend's place and Nana was going to be playing video games all day. Sen and Sia were spending the night over another friend's house and Kuro, Kia, and Mia were going to spend the night with Yuzu. He very much appreciated Yuzu for watching his three little trouble makers. He packed Kuro's bag ahead of time and dropped him off before heading back home. The twins got ready to leave and so did Kenichi. Nana went to her room and immediately started her streaming. Around five Ichigo got ready and around six the guys all started swarming in. Renji was first wearing a yellow black button up with baggy blue jeans. His hair was in a high ponytail and he was wearing some black Air forces. Next was Shuhei. He was wearing a pair of black jeans and a black graphic tee with the words sexy on it in white and black tennis shoes. His hair was slicked back and he was grinning from ear to ear. Uryu came in wearing blue jeans and a blue polo shirt with white tennis shoes. His hair as usual was parted on the side. He had his normal stoic look.
"Oh wow you guys look good like old perverts trying to relive their glory days." Nana stated as she grabbed a snack from the fridge.
Ichigo frowned, "Go to your room."
Nana held her hands up but laughed as she walked back to her room. Renji grinned.
"We look good. I wonder if some young girls would hit on us."
Uryu slapped Renji in the head causing him to whine and rub it.
"We are going to this club for our wives you ass."
Renji pouted, "I was just joking."
Shuhei chuckled, "No you weren't."
The guys all walked to Ichigo's car where he gave them their gifts they wanted him to hide. They all got into their respective cars and zoomed to the club. They were all excited and nervous at the same time.
Rukia picked her kids up around four and bought them home. She ordered pizza for them and reminded Yuki of the rules. Yuki fanned her off and went with her mom to get her ready. Soren followed close behind with Nuri on her tail. Rukia changed into her dress letting Soren help her style her hair while Yuki did her makeup. They were so happy their mother was going out to have fun. When the pizza came Nuri wobbled to get Rukia some and fed her while the girls styled her up. After a good hour Rukia looked at herself in the mirror. She couldn't help but gasp. She looked like she was young again. Yuki did a good job doing her makeup and Soren had her hair down and parted to the side.
"Mama you look beautiful." Nuri cheered.
Rukia smiled gleefully and hugged her hugged her back and walked her downstairs where the boys were sitting on the couch watching tv. The moment they saw their mother they stood up complimenting how beautiful she was. Rukia felt like it was her prom night all over again except with good memories this time. The girls arrived around six and all walked in.
"Ooo you ladies look nice tonight." Juuichi commented.
Tatsuki had on a black dress with her hair braided in two braids and her makeup done ever so lightly. She was wearing black wedges and was actually smiling. Orihime was wearing a pretty blue dress with butterflies on it. She had on dark blue flip flops and hand her hair up in a bun. Rangiku was wearing a red dress that was cut a bit too low with her hair out. She had on red bottom heels. She was wearing heavy makeup and made sure her boobs were on display. Momo had on a red dress as well, a bit more appropriate then Rangiku's. She was wearing black heels and had her hair in a neat bun.
Yuki clapped, "Ooo don't do anything I can't do yet."
"Oh Yuki, no promises there." Rangiku stated.
Rukia rolled her eyes and hugged her kids kissing them each on their heads. She gave them the usual speech. Call her if they need anything. If they were still hungry Yuki could order more food, no sweets after nine and have to do their homework. After ten minutes Tatsuki dragged Rukia to her car, everyone waving goodbye to the kids. Rukia took a deep breath and got in her car and drove to the club.
The club was relatively big; it was a popular one Rangiku recommended. Her coworkers would go almost every other weekend. It was always packed and it opened early and closed very late like five in the morning. The girls didn't think they would be staying out that late. When they entered the club it was loud and dark. Rangiku dragged the girls over to a nice little booth and then went to get shots. Rukia looked around and started moving her hips a bit to the loud upbeat music. Rangiku came back with shots and water for Orihime. Rangiku put three shots in front of each of the girls and counted to three. They all downed them in record time and cheered loudly drawing attention to themselves. Orihime cheered with them as she sipped her water.
On the other side the guys were drinking beer and looking around for the girls. Renji and Shuhei bought them all shots and Uryu a sprite since he didn't like to drink. The boys all downed their shots and started hitting the table. Renji looked at all the women around him and couldn't help but smile whereas Uryu was on high alert for Orihime and Shuhei was just enjoying his drink. Ichigo looked around and saw a lot of pretty women dancing on the dance floor. He downed his beer feeling a bit buzzed. Renji and Shuhei started dancing a bit. Uryu drank his sprite and decided to observe everything.
The girls were all on their fifth shot and they were starting to feel good. A group of guys walked to their table and asked if they wanted to dance. There were five of them. One had tannish skin with brownish orange hair and a beard to match. He was eyeing Tatsuki asking her if she wanted to dance. Tatsuki smiled and grabbed his hand walking him to the dance floor. A crazy looking pale skin man with orangish hair was smiling at Rangiku. Rangiku grinned at him and wasted no time in taking him to the dance floor. Momo locked eyes with reddish brown hair and a goatee. Momo blushed and walked to the dance floor with said man. A man with green hair and a nice smile looked at Orihime. He bowed and asked if she would want to dance. Orihime saw no issue with it and nodded. Rukia looked at the last guy. He had white hair and a bulky physique. He had a scar on the right side of his cheek and a wicked grin. Rukia shrugged and stood up to hit the dance floor. The girls were having fun dancing with the men and with each other here and there. The night was perfect until Renji shoved the guy Tatsuki was dancing with. The guy's friends immediately went to defend their friend and that's when the girls saw their husbands and boyfriend jumping in. Rukia also saw Ichigo jump in as well.
Rukia and the girls immediately went over to make sure Orihime was okay and walked her out. She didn't want to leave Uryu but the girls knew being pregnant and stress were not good. They walked her outside the club and told her to breathe. She started crying and asking for Uryu. The girls comforted her and told her everything was going to be okay. After five minutes the guys were getting kicked out. Uryu ran to Oihime and hugged her tightly, kissing her face. Uryu had a bloody nose and bruised face. Uryu said his goodnights and walked Orihime to the car. Tatsuki glared at Renji. He had a busted lip and bruised eye.
"What the fuck are you doing here!"
Renji frowned, "No what the fuck are you doing here!"
Tatsuki growled, "Having a girls night."
"Oh really wouldn't have guessed with your ass on that guy's dick." Renji shouted.
Tatsuki laughed, "Damn at least I was just dancing not like I let him fuck me in our bed while you were at work."
Momo and Rukia saw the conversation going left so Momo and Rukia grabbed Tatsuki and pulled her away from Renji. Tatsuki pushed them away, shaking in anger.
"I never once in my life cheated on you and I could have. You're the reason I didn't go to the championships or even the Olympic you ruined my fucking life. I loved you. I would never hurt you the way you hurt me. I had your kids and I helped you get this police job. I stayed up with you every night helping you go over notes for your exam. And you come here and ruin my fucking night because you can't handle a guy dancing with me."
Rukia, Rangiku, and Momo all stared as Renji tried to comfort Tatsuki. She pushed him away and shook her head.
"I'm getting my stuff and going to a hotel tonight."
Tatsuki turned and walked away Momo following close behind. Renji screamed loudly and walked to his car. Rangiku was glaring at Shuhei. He had a black eye forming and had blood coming from his nose. She punched him hard in the shoulder saying this was his fault and walked away. Shuhei ran behind her and started apologizing. Rukia sighed how did the night go so wrong. She went to try and catch up with Tatsuki when Ichigo grabbed her hand. Rukia pulled her hand back as if she came in contact with fire. She looked at him and saw his mouth was bruised and he also had a black eye.
"Rukia, can we talk?"
Rukia scowled, "What do you want! Why do you keep wanting to talk to me!"
Ichigo sighed, "I'm sorry. I am so sorry for how I treated you in high school. I feel so disgusted thinking about how I treated you and how I have yet to apologize to you."
Rukia snorted, "What are you apologizing for exactly? Cheating on me freshman year our freshman year summer? Oh maybe our sophomore year when you cheated on me? No, how about Junior year? Is that what you're apologizing for? Oh what about prom when you left me to 'hang out.' with your friends? There's a lot more I can mention if you want. A whole lot of fucked up shit I did for you that haunts me to this day."
"All of it. I was a fuck boy back then and I didn't treat you right. Let me take you to dinner. We can catch up and I can formally apologize for every little thing I've done." Ichigo pleaded.
Rukia took a deep breath, "Well our kids have community service Saturday. We'll have lunch. You're paying and you'll have one hour."
Ichigo smiled, "Cool cool. Can I get your-"
Rukia snatched Ichigo's phone and put her number in and gave it back to him. She rolled her eyes and went to go after Tatsuki to make sure she was okay. Ichigo went after Renji to make sure he was okay as well.
A/N I wanted to get this out asap Happy late New Year. I spent the entire day doing this and trying to edit and fix errors. I wish I could push out more chapters but it's hard doing this story, The Nanny, my PPG page, and the Grimmichi reboot. I wanted to reboot Elementals but yeah that is going to be a while before I get to that one. This might be the last chapter for this story for a while, school is happening very soon and I have to start focusing on that. I really hope this chapter was a good one we're getting somewhere they're about to go into their past a bit so we're making progress. Bye guys and I'll see you when I see you.
