It was a peaceful and quiet night in the city of Axel as everyone was sound asleep in their homes this included the mansion of Satou Kazuma, speaking of him, Kazuma was currently sleeping on the couch in the living room in his pajamas, he had a little smile on his face as he was having the most pleasant of dreams. However his trip through dream land was soon to be interrupted as Darkness one of his roommates quietly crept up to him and shook him awake "Kazuma...Kazuma wake up."she said in a slight hushed tone.
Kazuma groaned as he opened his eyes and saw Darkness staring down at him wearing her pink nightgown "Darkness...what time is it?"he as he rubbed his eyes groggily "Nevermind that,you need to follow me there's something I must show you."Darkness said with clear excitement in her hushed voice. Kazuma groaned in annoyance as he sat up a little and looked out the window and saw it was still nighttime which is the time he should be asleep, "Ugh can't it wait till morning?"Kazuma asked annoyed that he was being woken up in the middle of the night "Uhh no it can't,trust me."Darkness said with a little smile on her face Kazuma sighed knowing she's not going to give up.
"Fine,what is it, where is this thing you want to show me?" Kazuma asked getting up "Well technically it's not a thing, come on."Darkness said as she walked down the hallway with Kazuma following her then they descended up a flight of stairs and walked down another hallway then turned a corner where Kazuma saw Megumin standing in front of a doo while looking into the room Kazuma looked between Darkness and Megumin in confusion before looking at the door then he realized that it was Aqua's room. "What are you two doing near aqua's room?"
"Just come look, Kazuma you're going to laugh."Megumin said motioning him over,Kazuma sighed, while he's always for a good laugh but there's a time for everything, Kazuma went over to the doorway and saw that it was half way open and when he looked inside he immediately saw Aqua on her bed. She was sound asleep which was normal but there was nothing exactly normal about the way she was sleeping, Aqua had the side of her face buried into the bed and her buttocks was in the air.
"She's sleeping like an infant."Darkness said trying not to bust out laughing with Megumin, Kazuma had to admit this sight was pretty funny to see a goddess sleeping like a baby although he still felt darkness could have told him about it in the morning. "yeah this could have waited until morning."Kazuma said with a deadpan expression making Darkness and Megumin frown a little "Fine go back to sleep,you have no sense of humor."Megumin said as she and darkness walked off.
Kazuma was about to go back to sleep until he looked at Aqua again and he wondered should he leave her sleeping like that after thinking about it for a few seconds he decided to just let her sleep however she wanted, and he just walked away and towards his room.
