The night Alyssa told me she was pregnant, it was one of the many things I would never forget. I still remember her scared eyes, and maybe if I'd been hunted like she was, I'd be scared, too. Despite what she thought, I was the happiest guy in the world! I would protect her and this child, even at the cost of my life, and I would do anything to see her happy. But inside I felt a certain agitation, understanding Alyssa's fears.
I had to catch that psychopath before he took Alyssa and our baby from me! But even though it had been weeks since the night he had entered Alyssa's house, there was no news of him and the thing did not make me more calm.
