Chapter 5: Living a Crazy Life!

The new trend in BubbleWood has started! The fame of our beloved protagonists has reached its peak! Since the day of the concert, the world has witnessed the new guppies that would rule the entertainment news headlines. The talent and personality of each of them managed to attract the attention of the spectators. They have been a trend on the main social networks around the world. That meant that the profit was high and it was necessary to create more content related to them. Whether creating new songs or re-releasing old songs but with modern rhythms and editions. In addition to conducting interviews for bloggers and journalists to improve public image and reputation. This was all new to our guppies.

The next few days were simply intense and exciting. The guppies were now busy every day, preparing new songs, singing at live events (be it small concerts or live recordings), performing dancing and singing for their music videos, and participating in interviews. All this can be overwhelming for them, but thanks to the supervision of Madame Octavia and Mr. Grouper, they could not complain about the good treatment of people.

"We were all incredible in the new video!" Molly said happily. Without a doubt, she was the happiest of all the guppies present.

"I know, Molly. We have more and more fans" Gil expressed with a smile.

"Just look at those photos they take of us. I always come out perfect in all of them!" Deema said excitedly.

"Hey guys...Don't you think we're doing a lot of things non-stop? I mean, we haven't taken a single day off" Goby tried to share his concern. He was a bit tired.

"Goby is right. I feel tired" Zooli agreed.

"Oh come on guys! Celebrities never rest! They are so popular for a reason and we are no exception. Soon we have to plan our new musical success!" Molly said very optimistic. Although she didn't mean it rudely or anything, she had no plans to stop.

"Not so fast, little guppies. Everyone needs rest, even celebrities. Kids, you can take a break from all this. Go have fun" Mr. Grouper ordered quietly. Everyone was happy to hear those words. The children went to enjoy their toys and things that Octavia gave them and even new toys that they were able to get thanks to the riches they have gained lately (mostly managed by Madame Octavia). He decided to keep an eye on his students.

"Mr. Grouper has a point. You have been working hard. I congratulate you all for your work and you deserve a break" Madame Octavia said with a nice smile. She approached Molly, who wasn't very close to her friends "Hey, Molly"

"Huh? Yeah, Mrs. Octavia?" Molly asked curiously.

"Do you know something? I just wanted to congratulate you for everything you have accomplished. The songs and music videos have been a resounding success" The cecaelia woman congratulated her.

"Hehe thanks! Everything has turned out well thanks to the efforts of all of us" The pink-haired guppy said confidently.

"Especially you, Molly. You are the one who has tried the hardest of all of us. You really are someone talented" Octavia flattered her.

"Oh really? Well….I've never thought about it like that, you know" She touched her arm nervously.

"I'll give you some advice, dear. Never underestimate yourself. I can tell you with certainty that you bring a unique touch to the band. Not for nothing you are "The Natural Born Leader" The octopus woman said confidently.

"Do you really believe that, Miss Octavia?" Molly asked surprisedly.

"Hehehe of course! Now go take a break. You've earned it, superstar" She winked at her. Molly had never felt so flattered and left with a huge smile that nothing and no one could take away. Mr. Grouper saw this with some curiosity. Although he could not hear the entire conversation, he had slight suspicions. However, he decided to stay on the sidelines while continuing to monitor any movement of the famous talent hunter.

Throughout that day, the guppies took a break after spending so much time on their duties as pop stars. And what better way to relax than to play with each other. We can see that they were wearing some costumes for one of their games. We can see the guppies in one of their stories.

"Hey, Mr. Dragon? Why have you been chasing us? We're going to be late for the Queen's picnic" Molly said with his princess costume.

"Yeah. Leave us alone" Zooli added with her knight outfit.

"Ohhh…Im sorry, ladies! I just wanted to taste the cookies you have….Please" It was Gil in a green dragon costume.

"These cookies are for Queen Deema's picnic. Hey, would you like to go with us?" Princess Molly asked kindly.

"Really?! Thanks! I'm sorry I scared you" Dragon Gil apologized.

"Don't worry. You just have to promise not to scare anyone else" Knight Zooli said kindly.

"I promise!" Gil smiled happily.

"...And so, Princess Molly, Knight Zooli and the Dragon arrived at Queen Deema's picnic and they all had fun together. The Dragon finally made new friends and was never alone again..." Nonny was the one narrating the story they were acting out.

"...and they lived happily ever after…" Oona added with a tender smile.

"That's how it is" Nonny ended the tale. The rest clapped their hands.

"Oh great! Nice!" Everyone was happy with the performance everyone gave. At that moment Mr. Grouper arrived bringing the guppies some juice.

"That was another great story, guys. You guys did it well" Mr. Grouper said kindly.

"Thanks, Mr. Grouper!" Molly, Gil and Zooli said at the same time. Shortly after, Madame Octavia appeared with her assistant Wallace.

"Hello, my dear stars! I come to bring you great news. It seems that you have managed to position yourself in the number 1 position in the Top of the Most Listened Artists Lately. There is no doubt that you have all done a great job. Therefore, we are going to celebrate your enormous successes with a big party at the Mansion. You are going to love this party. I've invited the most important people at BubbleWood!" Madame Octavia explained about the party.

"Did you say "party"? OH YEAH!" Deema was the first to be excited without thinking much about it.

"That sounds great! We deserve a great party after all we work for" Molly answered happily.

"That would be awesome!" Gil commented excitedly.

"Excellent! For now, rest a little and then I want you to be ready for the party. I can assure you all that it will be the best night of your lives" The octopus woman said with a big smile. It seems that now they have a new event. Although it seems that there was no rest, at least in this case it was to have fun like never before. We can see that, as time goes by, they are beginning to choose their clothes for the party. According to what Octavia said, the party would be a very casual and crazy party. With lots of music, dancing and snacks. So it was not necessary to wear formal clothes. Deema was excited about the activity and she was trying out many extravagant dresses and clothes for the big dance. This would be a great night for sure.

The time arrived and everyone present was ready to receive the guests. Many servants of the mansion took care of the vast majority of the tasks necessary to make the party perfect. Many well-known people from BubbleWood arrived at the party. From musical artists, influencers, to successful managers and producers. Basically, every popular person was at the party. The atmosphere was very happy. Everyone was ready to start the party, but not before a few words from the hostess of the party.

"Greetings to all! You are greeted by your beloved host Madame Octavia, the renowned manager and talent scout. I thank all of you for coming to this great party. Today I want to celebrate with all of you one of the greatest achievements at BubbleWood. Everyone knows that I am the official manager of the Bubble Guppies. These children have been the latest trend these weeks. They have been in the Top of the Best Young Artists. And I want to celebrate this with all of you. Also, one of them is going to give us a few words. With you, meet Molly, the leader of the band!" Madame Octavia said loudly. The entire audience began to applaud and shout with joy. This surprised the guppies, Mr. Grouper, and even Molly herself. She slowly approached Octavia.

"Molly? The leader of the band? I don't remember us deciding that" Deema asked confusedly.

"Well…It is true that she has leadership skills and is good at making group decisions...But still...I am surprised" Oona whispered Deema. Nonny just shrugged.

"Euh…Miss Octavia? You didn't tell me I had to speak in public today" Molly whispered at the popular manager.

"Do not worry dear. I know you're good at improvising. It's not like you have to give a very elaborate speech. Just be yourself. After all, this isn't something "The Great Molly" can't deal with, right?" The cecaelia told her that in a hidden way and winked at her. That made Molly feel more confident about herself. "Hello everyone! Thank you all for coming to celebrate our great success! I have always wanted to be a pop star...And thanks to Madame Octavia and all my friends, that dream is coming true. We hope to continue with our musical career for a while longer" After those words, the guests began to applaud loudly. Molly felt flattered by everyone. Although everyone applauded happily, one of the guppies began to worry a little. And that guppy was Nonny.

"Hmmm…."for a while longer"...How much?" Nonny asked himself nervously. Although Oona managed to notice his concern for a few seconds, something immediately caught everyone's attention.

"Excellent! It's time for us to enjoy this party! Let's make this night unforgettable!" The octopus guppy shouted before many colored lights appeared and loud music began to play. It was the indication that the party had begun and everyone began to participate in the crazy party.

"YOO-HOO! This was what I expected! OH YEAH!" Deema was the first to start dancing with great enthusiasm. The guppies joined the party. It was at that moment that Madame Octavia arrived with Molly.

"Hey guppies...Looks like we have special guests tonight. They want to see you" The octopus woman said quietly. The famous producer decided to leave the guppies with the new guests.

"I can not believe it! Molly! Guppies! You are here! A lot of time has passed!"

"S-S-Stylee!?" All the guppies recognized the young pop star, Stylee. She was an older guppy who had brown skin, black, Afro-style curly hair and brown eyes. She wears purple star-shaped ear-rings and a black bikini top, and has a purple star tattoo on her left cheek. Her tail of hers is black with dark purple patterns on it.

"STYLEE!" Molly shouted happily as she saw her biggest inspiration. She hugged her tightly.

"Wow, Molly! I see that you managed to become a pop star with your friends...It's incredible that you have achieved it at such a young age. I was a bigger girl when I became famous. But I'm too happy for you, and for all of you too" Stylee said with a big smile.

"Isn't it a joke? You are Stylee herself! What envy! I'm your fan! Excuse me, my name is Zooli...And I am the newest member of the Bubble Guppies" Zooli acted like an excited kid.

"So you're the new guppy. The pleasure is mine" The popular pop star greeted her kindly.

"You have no idea how much she's been waiting for this moment since we arrived at BubbleWood" Oona commented with a smile. Zooli blushed a bit because of the shame of being in front of her idol.

"(giggle) I feel very flattered. It seems that you are very nice. You definitely fit in with the Bubble Guppies" Stylee answered kindly.

"So you are the Bubble Guppies in person, huh?" Near them appeared a guppy similar in age to Stylee. He was a guppy boy with light skin and huge, long curly black hair. We don't know the color of his eyes because he wore dark glasses. His tail was dark red with dark blue cheeks. He wore a red t-shirt with a black leather jacket and had an iconic rock style black top hat.

"Oh, my goddess! You are Splash!" Gil and Deema screamed very happily.

"Yo Yo Yo! The one and only Splash!" The rock musician said with a confident smile.

"I'm your fan. Please show us your guitar!" Gil asked excitedly.

"As you said" Splash smirked and he showed his guitar. It was a black electric guitar with red, orange and gray flames.

"So cool!" Gil and Goby said at the same time.

"So...are you and Stylee friends?" Molly asked curiously.

"That's how it is. We met in our first years of popularity" Stylee answered.

"At first I didn't like Stylee because her musical style was very different from mine. But after we got to know each other better, I learned some cool things about pop" Slash recognized.

"And you taught me how great rock was. We have done certain musical collaborations" Stylee added with a smile.

"I hope you haven't forgotten about me" Behind the two musical stars appeared another teenage guppy. His age was similar to Stylee and Splash. This was a boy of Asian appearance (because his eyes were almond-shaped like Oona, but they were light black) his hair was long upwards and was gray. His tail was aquamarine with white diamond symbol markings. He wore a white sleeveless t-shirt.

"AHHHHH! D.J. SEAN!" All the guppy girls screamed like fans when they saw the third guppy to appear.

"It's nice to meet you, Bubble Guppies. Everyone looks great tonight. Stylee has told me great things about you guys. And how Molly helped her be herself in public" D.J Sean greeted them.

"Yeah. You don't know how Sean and I tried to convince her…" Splash remembered when he and Sean tried to help her to accept as she is with her audience.

"Seriously, Sean is so (sigh) Wonderful" Oona said with a lovely tone of voice.

"So you three have been friends for a long time?" Goby asked him.

"Of course. Stylee is a very kind and gentle girl. And Splash is the coolest one I know" D.J Sean confessed.

"Oh...I'm sorry to have to leave like this, but the boys and I already had a commitment before. We just came to say hello to you. I wish you much success in your musical career. We will see each other soon. That will be inevitable hehehe. Take care!" Stylee said goodbye to the Bubble Guppies. She left with her two friends. Obviously they only came to see the guppies for a moment, since they already had plans.

"That was great! Our biggest idols came to greet us!" Molly said happily.

"I think that if we continue in this life, these meetings will be more common, dear!" Deema commented.

After that, everyone continued enjoying the party as normal. The guppies danced and sang together. It was literally an endless night, and everyone had to make the most of it. For a moment, Molly was dancing alone until she saw a new person near her.

"Oh hello! You must be Molly...Nice to finally meet you in person" New faces keep appearing. He was a guppy about Molly's age. He was a dark skinned boy with black eyes and his hair was black but styled in dreadlocks. His tail was dark green with diagonal yellow stripes. He started dancing near her. She was surprised. Although the first impression was somewhat sudden, the boy had a unique charisma.

"Wow, I see you know who I am. Well, I think I'm very popular lately. And who are you?" Molly asked him.

"Don't you know who I am? Well, I don't blame you. You must be very busy dealing with being number 1. You can call me Kean, another youth star. But in my case, I dedicate myself to being a rapper. You should listen to some of my songs" Kean introduced himself. For a child, he acted a little like he was an older child. He began to dance next to Molly. Her attitude was very daring, but the girl got a little carried away by his style, his voice and the way he spoke to her.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Kean. I see you're good at dancing. Do you want to see who is better?" Molly smiled at him.

"That sounds like a challenge to me. And I love challenges. Alright, Molly...Show me what you got" Kean decided to accept the pink-haired girl's challenge. They both seemed to connect with each other at every step. However, while they were dancing, one of the guppies saw her.

"Hey Molly...Don't you want to go dancing with me and the oth-?...What?!" Gil was surprised to find his best friend dancing with a boy completely unknown to him. He noticed that she seemed happy sharing the piece of music with him. In that moment, he felt something he had never felt before. A feeling of discomfort when seeing that boy with his best friend. He couldn't even explain what he felt. In fact, he was so stunned that he didn't feel that anyone was calling him.

"Gilly…Gilly!"

"Oh! Huh? M-Molly? You called me?" Gil asked confusedly.

"Of course. I wanted to introduce you to my new friend, Kean. Kean, he is my best friend..." Molly wanted to introduce them to each other.

"Of course I know who he is...He is Gil, the famous Bubble Guppy. It's nice to greet you, man" Kean said with a smirk. Gil felt strange seeing him up close. He didn't like something and that strange feeling was invading him inside. So much so that it took him a few seconds to greet him courteously.

"It's...It's...It's a pleasure to meet you" He finally answered.

"Very good. Hey, Molly...How about we continue with what we were doing before?" Kean asked curiously. He acted like Gil didn't exist, but it seems like Molly didn't notice.

"I wanted to introduce you to the other members of the band. Wouldn't you like to meet them?" The guppy girl asked kindly.

"Sure. Why not?" The rapper agreed without any problem. Molly and Kean talked a lot on the way while Gil was feeling like he was invisible to Molly because of this boy's presence. Finally, they were reunited with the guppies. The rapper acted polite, but a little curt and distant with others other than the leader. So at that moment, Gil kept a certain distance and could only look at that boy with some distaste. Evidently, two of his friends noticed the strange situation.

"Hey, dude….Are you okay?" It was Goby.

"It's no big deal" Gil said trying to keep his posture.

"Oh really? Well, I've never seen you like this... so... so…" The dark-skinned guppy tried to find the right words.

"...so upset about something...or someone" Nonny completed the sentence. He was tying up loose ends in his head, but silently

"I don't know what you guys are talking about" Gil wanted to feign ignorance. Although he was not clear about what he was feeling.

"I can tell you don't like that Kean kid" Goby commented.

"I think it's not just Kean. More like you don't like him being so close to Molly" Nonny deduced.

"Oh! Oh really? Are you... Are you jealous?" Goby smirked a bit.

"I'm not jealous. Just...it makes me uncomfortable to see that boy getting all of Molly's attention. I can do the same thing he does and much better" Gil crossed his arms and tried to avoid eye contact.

"That is precisely the definition of jealousy" Nonny answered with a poker face.

"Oh…Jealousy? Gil tried to ignore those comments from his friend with glasses.

Before they could continue talking, something very strange happened. While Molly and Kean continued talking, mysterious figures appeared in front of the couple.

"I wasn't wrong about you. You are someone incredible. We should see each other more often. And, who knows, maybe we'll sing together sometime" Kean said quietly.

"Oh! That would be great" Molly said happily.

"What do you think you're doing?" At that time, a very popular guppy appeared in the area. She was a light-skinned guppy girl with blue eyes and beautiful long pink hair (but unlike Molly, her shade of pink was darker and her hair style was different). She had a two-piece pink tail. with green pastel tone patterns. She always had a lollipop in her mouth. Besides, she wasn't alone. She had two lobster girls the same age. They both wore similar pastel blue dresses, but one of them had brown hair with a single ponytail while the other had two pigtails.

"Oh...Hello, girls...It's a pleasure..." Molly tried to be polite with them.

"Oh! You must be Molly, the leader of the Bubble Guppies…..Honestly, you look better on television" The new guppy girl said with a mock tone of voice.

"Rude!" Deema said annoyingly. The bad thing about this new meeting is that this new guppy looked at her in an intimidating and even defiant way. It was no surprise that Molly felt uncomfortable. This time, many people stopped what they were doing and paid attention to the conversation. Among them, Madame Octavia.

"Hey...Emmmm...I see you know who I am...but...Who are you?" Molly asked nervously. Some of those present gasped in surprise. The new guppy felt that as an offense. At that moment, the two lobster girls approached Molly.

"You're not serious, are you? Don't you know who she is?" One of the lobster girls asked.

"Have you really lived under a rock? She is..." The other girl wanted to answer.

"Brittany! Allison! I got this" The guppy snapped her fingers as if imposing order. The two girls obeyed without complaint and returned to their "boss" side.

"That wasn't very nice of her" Oona commented quietly. The guppy slowly approached Molly and she pulled the lollipop out of her to point the red candy at her

"Look Molly...Do you think that because you have a few successful singles you can believe yourselves to be the kings and queens of BubbleWood? Oh no no no! There's only room here for a youthful pop star. And that's me! I, Stella, the Pop Superstar!" Finally, we know his name. The other youthful pop star snapped his fingers again. This time, ordering the DJ to play music and colored lights to appear. In turn, Stella's two friends joined her for choreography.

"Here we go again" Goby commented
