Yello, I want to say my deepest apologies to you all. I've been working on this story for a while now and I had a great time improving my writing skills and expanding my knowledge of the world Oda created. However, I've been looking back at my previous chapters and realised they weren't of the best quality or up to my preference. I feel like you shouldn't release something into the world unless you're happy with it and have a plan on what to do with it.
Going into this story was the first time I ever sat my ass down and committed to something. I just sat down and wrote, I had no clue the direction of the story would go or how it would affect the main plot points of One PIece as a whole. Don't get me wrong, after a couple of chapters I knew what I was doing and had a plethora of ideas but due to the terrible foundation I made for the story it was worthless. I couldn't take the story where I wanted it to go because it would have ruined my story's first few chapters.
I didn't have the experience nor the skill to make my first story in a world as complex as One Piece. I won't be updating this story any longer and will be taking a break from writing altogether until I have a strong foundation for my future stories to stand upon. I know this site isn't meant for S-tier novels or anything like that but I won't accept putting out stuff I don't like into the world. In the future, I'll probably tackle a smaller fandom with fewer moving parts.
Once again, I want to formally say that I'm sorry the story had to end like this. If anyone does want to adopt this story then PM me and I'll hand over my notes and other stuff for you to continue the story. I won't be publishing anything for a while.
