SpirintChannelerJosh: Thank you so much! I'm glad that you're enjoying it.
I finally finished season 5 of Young Sheldon! Yay! I just need to find where I can watch season 6 because it's not on Netflix right now. In addition, I'm also currently watching The Walking Dead (2010-2022). I'm on season 2 of the show right now. It's getting really good.
My cousin got my parents into the show. My mom's mostly into the show then my dad is.

Chapter 2
Po, Shifu, Jinjing, and the Furious Five gather in the storage room and look at a large hole in the wall.
"It must've been the Croc Bandits; they guessed we'd bring Shirong here and the moment we left him alone: bam!" Po guessed.
"They'll take him to Tong Fo's lair at Camelback Mountain, if we hurry, we can save him," Tigress said.
"I say let's go," Jinjing agreed.
Po, Jinjing, and the Furious Five start running out the door.
"No," Shifu said. Po, Jinjing, and the Five look back and stop. "Po, did you actually see any Croc Bandits?" he asks the panda.
"No, but I heard Shirong yelling and crashing and stuff!" Po answered.
"There's no proof he was kidnapped, he could've done this all by himself," he said as he picked up his father's bindle.
"Why would he do that?" Tigress questions.
"Some sort of con, as always. Undoubtedly something valuable is missing," Shifu answers as he drops the bindle.
"But…!" Po started.
"No, I forbid any of you to go after him," Shifu ordered.
"But, Uncle Shifu! What if he…?" Jinjing protested.
"Master Shifu…" Po objected.
"That would be all, Po and Jinjing," Shifu said before he exited the room, followed by the Five. Po and Jinjing prepare to exit when something catches their eyes. Jinjing picks up a small pendant and is surprised. "Is that my mom and Uncle Shifu?"
Po looks over her shoulder. "Yeah, I believe that it is,"
Later, Shifu sits in his room while looking at the picture of himself and Dongmei when they were children and Shirong. "I wish you were here, Dongmei,"
"Uncle Shifu? Can we come in?" Jinjing asks. Shifu turns his attention to Po, who is standing in the doorway, and Jinjing, who is right behind him.
"You're already in,"
"Oh, sorry," Jinjing apologized.
"Oh, uh, can I not feel guilty about it then?" Po questions. Jinjing shakes her head in annoyance.
"Jinjing, you don't have to apologize. What do you want, Po?" Shifu told her before turning to Po.
Unbeknownst to Po, Shifu, and Jinjing, Tigress listens in to their conversation from outside the room.
"We think your dad is really kidnapped," Po explained.
"Look, we found this. It's solid gold, if he was faking, we don't think he would have left that behind," Jinjing said as she pulled out the pendant.
"Trust me, this is a scam; you don't know him like I do," Shifu says.
"But, what if your wrong? I mean, he's your dad," Po asks.
"And he's my grandfather," Jinjing finished.
"We should go after him," Po convinces Shifu.
"He's right, Uncle Shifu," Jinjing agrees with the panda.
"No!" Shifu yelled.
"Why not?! Give us one reason why we shouldn't go rescue him?!" Jinjing shouted.
Shifu sighed. "You both need to understand why we're not going after him,"
FLASHBACK SEQUENCE BEGINS! A young Shifu, Dongmei, and Shirong traveled in an open field, toward a village.
"From when I was three years old and Dongmei was one, my father, my sister, and I traveled to different villages together selling ancient talismans that were supposed to cure the sick," Shifu explained.
Young Shifu has a miserable look on his face, but then Shirong puts the talisman necklace on him and he smiles. Villagers then hand coins to Shirong.
"Wow! Where can I get one of those things?" Po asks with amazement.
"Po, they're fake," Jinjing answers.
"She's right," Shifu agrees.
Young Shifu sits by a candle and paints a small piece of wood. Young Dongmei sees her brother and sits next to him. Shifu looks at his sister then smiles at her, and goes back to painting. Dongmei fell asleep and Shifu put a blanket on her to keep her warm at night and he would put another blanket around him[1], and then he resumed painting. "Every night I'd stay up late carving talismans and painting them to look old. Dongmei would keep me company at night," Shifu continues the story.
Shirong, young Dongmei, and young Shifu cart away from a mob of angry villagers. "Sometimes, we would get out of a village before people noticed the talismans were fake,"
Shifu sits in front of the Hall of Warriors as Shirong leaves with Dongmei. Dongmei was in tears when she had to leave her brother. "When I was twelve and Dongmei was ten, my father sat me down at the Jade Palace and told me he'd be back in five minutes," Shifu finished. Shifu sits on the staircase as the day turns into the evening, then the night. The door to the Jade Palace opens. Oogway comes out and puts his hand on Shifu's shoulder. Shifu's expression is now a sorrowful one. END OF FLASHBACK.
"Did he ever come back?" Po asks.
"And where did my mom go after he left you at the Jade Palace?" Jinjing questions.
"Oh, he did come back, about ten years later. Traded us this golden sword for food and supplies. Dongmei wrote to me and told me that she was in Gongmen City, with a loving family to take care of her. I knew that she was safe. We wrote to each other every day. She told me that she misses me very much," Shifu answers as they look at the poorly made sword.
"Um, that's wood," Po pointed out.
"Exactly. Whenever my father shows up, it's always a trick. Well, he's not going to make a sucker out of me this time,"
"So, you're just going to let him die like that?! All because you think he's planning a scheme by faking being kidnapped by Croc Bandits? Did you even think about what Tong Fo will do to him? We have to go after him," Jinjing says.
"We're not going after him, and that's final," Shifu strongly told his niece.
Tears welled up in Jinjing's eyes. "So, that's it? You won't even save him? If Mom were here right now, she would be so disappointed in you for not helping my grandfather,"
"I'm just trying to protect you. I promised your mother that I would protect you and keep you safe,"
"I don't need your protection! I'm not a child anymore! I'm going to save my grandfather, whether you like it or not. And you can't stop me," she ran off without looking back.
"Jinjing, hold on a minute," Po says. But Jinjing already left. Po sighs. He begins to leave before turning to Shifu. "Think about it: your dad could be stealing anywhere. He would've come all the way here unless is to see you and Dongmei if she were here right now,"
Shifu went silent for a while. "Good night, Po," The panda hesitates to leave, but Shifu stares at him. Po slowly leaves.
Shifu opens the locket on the necklace Shirong left. A portrait of Shifu and Dongmei as children is in it. "It's me and Dongmei, he really…" Shifu nearly believes that his father was there for him and his sister, but he changes his mind. He sighs before closing the locket. "Sucker," He turns to the other portrait of him and his sister. "Dongmei, I really messed up with Jinjing. We never have fights like this. This is all my fault, I drove her away and I'm afraid that she'll get hurt. What do I do?"
*KFP*
Jinjing runs through the forest to rescue her grandfather. On her way to Camelback Mountain, she saw a Croc Bandit. She smirked. A Croc Bandit. My lucky day. She thought. The female red panda knocked him out.
"Po, thank gosh you…" Shirong said in relief. Jinjing lands in front of him.
He was in shock. "Jinjing?"
"Hi. You know, I know that you would never faked being kidnapped," Jinjing told him.
"You came to rescue me? After all I've done to Shifu and your mother?"
"She would've understood what you did what you did. After all, you're my grandfather,"
"I thought that it would be the panda. I-I thought Po would come and…"
As Jinjing removed the chain, she got confused when she easily removed it.
"This… this isn't locked. Grandpa, what is this? What's going on?" Jinjing looked hurt.
"I'm sorry, Jinjing," Shirong apologizes. The heartbroken female red panda is knocked to the ground with a solid hit from a stick. "I'm sorry,"
Fung walks up to Jinjing and knocks her out with a stick.
One more chapter to go, my fellow readers!
This is the first time that Shifu and Jinjing have fought. They never fight about anything, ever.
Poor Jinjing! Being betrayed by her own grandfather.
