Lisa's POV

I've been staring at the ceiling since I went to bed, it's like my eyes doesn't feel tired. I groaned in frustration since my head is full of scenarios that happened this afternoon and it makes me mad. I sit up and thought about going out to clear my mind, so I slip off my bed and grab my motor key. Maybe everybody is already sleeping at this hour, the clock strikes 11:40 and its a right timing to have a ride in a chilly evening. Before I can step down the stairs I hear muffled sobs coming from Jennie's room, she's still awake?

In my mind, she's not my responsibility at all so I decided to go as planned. I drive not knowing where to go, the cold air starts to embrace me and it give shivers on my skin. It didn't took long and I arrived at 7 eleven, it isn't full of people but most of them turn their heads just to look at me as I park my motorcycle. I didn't even know why I drop by, maybe because I heard her soft cries in her room that I decided to buy her an ice cream since I notice she likes it so much one time Chaeng bought some. I took three flavors so she can choose what she like, I smiled at the thought that I'm like buying my girlfriend some dessert because I did something terrible. Fuck. Why did that idea cross my mind?

I shrugged it off and went on the counter to pay, I also grab some other sweets just in case she didn't want ice cream. After paying I went home straight, it's almost midnight but I don't care if I didn't get any sleep. I sneak on her room, it was the first time and I'm nervous as fuck. She's still crying on her bed.

"Uhmm…Jennie?"

She look up at me, her tearstained eyes was very visible as the light from the lampshade illuminates her.

"L-Lisa?"

"Hey"

She quickly hides her face in her arms as she hug her knees.

"S-Stay away from me…..y-you were right. I-I'm a whore…I'm already d-dirty"

Although I've told her that multiple times it's more painful to hear it from her.

"No you're not. You're not dirty Jennie"

"I am Lisa! Stop saying that I'm not because you've told it to me a lot. You look at me like I'm disgusting and now I felt it too!" her tears cascade down her mandu cheeks as she look at me.

I put down the plastic bag I'm holding on her side table and went to hug her. She tried to push me but I held her in my arms tighter trying to calm her down, I kiss the top of her head and she broke down in years but a little louder this time.

"I-I'm so d-dirty now…." her weak voice was cute.

"You're not, Jennie. People who take advantage of you are the ones who is dirty. You're so pretty that's why they wanna ruin you. People want to ruin pretty things and you're one of them"

I rub her back as she hug me back, I don't know but I feel so comfortable just by hugging her like this. We stayed like that for like 5 minutes then I remembered the snacks I buy.

"So uhmm I bought ice cream? I read somewhere that it'll make a person feel better if they eat it. You want?"

She broke the hug "You don't need to buy it for me. It's fine. I'm fine"

I chuckled when I saw how red her cute little nose is.

"Why are you laughing at me?" she was about to cry and hit me but I catch her tiny hands.

"You look cute. Sorry for laughing"

She sniff "But I'm dirty"

I gently cup her cheeks and kiss her forehead, her eyes was so focused into mine as I made her look at me.

"You're like a diamond in a rock. It may seem like ugly from the outside, the precious thing is what's from within"

Her lips curved into a smile.

"You're not dirty. Believe me. Eat the ice cream already, it might melt"

"Please eat it with me"

"Okay"

I get the plastic bag and start unpacking the food I bought, I heard her stomach grumbled on the sight of sweets.

"What flavor you want? Hmmmm?"

"Vanilla"

"Okay miss ma'am, Vanilla it is"

I saw her chuckled on what I said, I hand her the ice cream after opening it. She starts to dig in, she scoop and feed me. I gladly eat it knowing that I don't eat directly to someone else's spoon but with her I don't mind.

We ate in silence but most of the time I'm watching her savor the sweets, though she didn't ate it all I'm satisfied that she likes what I brought her. I put all the trash in the nearby bin.

"Lisa"

"Hmmm?"

"Can you…can you sleep here tonight?"

I'm caught by surprise on her sudden question. Should I? What am I even doing?

"Uh okay. For tonight"

"Thank you"

She adjust a little to make room for me in her bed, I prompt down beside her. Her hand slowly wrap around my waist so I put her head on my chest, I wonder if she hear my heart beating inside my chest because of our closeness.

"Goodnight Lisa" she kiss me on my cheek.

"Goodnight Jennie"

She comfortably sleep beside me as my eyes watch her until her breathing slows down. Guess she was asleep.

"So pretty" I mumbled as I tuck her hair behind her ear.
