Jennie's POV

I wake up feeling a bit better than yesterday, although I almost got raped I thank God that Lisa got home in time to save me. Speaking of her she isn't beside me anymore as the side where she slept is already empty but the memory of her comforting me last night made my cheeks feel hot.

She was sweet.

Caring.

Adorable.

Never in my stay here that I'll see that part of her and I hope I get to see more of it in the future. Now she's gone, her smell stayed on the sheets and it was calming.

I stretch my body as I sit up, my eyes caught something in the side table.

"There's vanilla ice cream in the fridge"

I giggled a little on her note which is neatly written, I set it aside and decided to wash up my face. It's 6:30 AM and I guess the two love birds is still sleeping at this moment remembering it was the weekend. I wonder if Lisa went out. I descend down the stairs, Wendy, Joy and Yeri was surprised on the sight of me.

"Jennie! Are you fine now?!?"

"Kind of Wendy. I'm still recovering"

"You should've stayed in your room and we will bring breakfast to you"

"Thank you for your gentle gesture Joy, I can manage. Beside I will only feel more depressed if I didn't go out, I wanna make breakfast for everyone specially Lisa"

They must've been notice the smile on my face.

Yeri nudge me "Hmmmm the lover girl is making a move again, don't you get tired of it?"

"I'll never get tired understanding her. She was my savior the moment I needed help, I'll be always thankful"

"Okay if you say so"

We all went on the kitchen and start preparing breakfast, I decided to cook most of their fave meal in the morning. Then ofcourse I did Lisa's dark coffee, Chaeng unnie's milkshake and Jisoo unnie's freshly squeezed orange juice.

We were all busy preparing when we heard familiar voices.

"Goodmorning!" I beamed to them.

Chaeng was shocked "JENNIE? OH MY GOD!"

"Goodmorning Jennie" Jisoo unnie greet.

"Mandu, you don't need to do this. You must rest"

"It's okay unnie. Where's Lisa?"

"Maybe she went for a jog"

The door opened revealing Lisa who is all sweaty and almost out of breath.

"Lisa!"

Our eyes met for a brief second.

"Jennie"

"Goodmorning! Breakfast is ready, let's all eat. I cook your faves"

"Sure. Let's eat"

Chaeng gave me a whats-going-on look, but I just smiled at her. We all went to our seat, I watch Lisa sip on her coffee while she was looking on her phone. I tried to get her attention just by asking her to taste the food.

"Lisa try this" I absentmindedly put kimchi fried rice and omellete on her plate.

"Sure" she starts to dig in.

Her elegant way of chewing made me feel giddy to watch her as her head nod on every bite.

"Hmmmm taste good"

"Thank you"

I laugh when I turn to look at Chaeng and Jisoo unnie because their mouth hang open on what they're witnessing. They seem so puzzled on what's even happening infront of the dining table.

My smile didn't fade away because of the idea that Lisa's starting to like my presence on her house. Not the usual cold hearted and mean Lisa who usually insult me early in the morning.

She put down her phone and start eating everything I put on her plate.

"You want more? Try this one! It's really really good"

It was soybean paste stew. I transfer some into a bowl and serve it to her.

She scoop and put it on her mouth "Oh shit"

I got nervous when she curse under her breath "L-Lisa..s-sorry did it taste bad???"

"No no. Sorry I curse since it totally blow my mind, this is too good to be true"

"R-Really? Glad to know"

Chaeng fake cough and kick my feet under the table, her eyes widen at me and mouthed 'lets talk later I need details'. I nod at her. We continued eating and I swear Lisa ate a lot, we can't believe it.

After the hearty breakfast, Chaeng drag me at the garden and starts to ask questions.

"Yah! Am I missing something here? You're keeping secrets now hmmm? What did you do to my sister???"

I chuckled the way she bombard me with questions, I shouldn't feel like I win the lottery because yesterday I was caught up into something serious.

"Unnie slow down, I will tell you"

"Fine. Explain"

I motioned her to sit down first on the bench before starting to relay the story. She gasped when I told her Lisa went in my room last night, brought an ice cream and slept beside me.

"Oh my god the world is healing!!! Kyahhhhhh! It's so sweet of her!!"

"Unnie! Will you keep your voice low, she might get mad at me for telling you"

She compose herself "Sorry I got carried away hehe. So you're telling me she really comforted you last night?"

I nod "Yeah. She said words that I didn't know I need to hear at that moment"

"I'm starting to doubt if it's Lisa or its her doppelganger, what if the one we're with right now isn't her??? Where's my freaking sister!"

I laugh "Unnie stop! It's funny"

"Why? I'm only saying duhhh. Anyway that's a good sign, she's slowly opening to you Jennie"

"Do you think she'll soon like me unnie?"

"Why would you even ask an obvious question, ofcourse Mandu. Who wouldn't like a pretty girl like you?"

"I don't want her to like me because I'm pretty, I want her to like me as me. Not with this face"

"Awweeee that was cute Mandu. It's up to Lisa, I never really saw her having interest on girls in a romantic way. Only time could tell"

"If only" I mumbled.
