"Kieran are you alright?" Lincoln asked checking in on his boyfriend
"yeah I'm fine thanks to you." Kieran said as he took off Lincoln's mask and gave him a light kiss on the lips causing both of them to blush
oh right the kid is also the cryptid of kitakami
"kid are you the cryptid of kitakami?" Perrin asked just to be sure
"yeah..." Lincoln said
"amazing!" Perrin said
"anyway I say we should get ready for the festival." Kieran said
"have fun love birds!" Perrin said before she and growlithe walked away
Kieran and Lincoln blushed at this
"let's get going." Kieran said before they began to leave
soon they reached pon pon's den
"here you go." Kieran said handing Lincoln a ogre mask "I gotta go get ready see you there!"
Kieran went back home to get ready
Lincoln put on the mask and turned to pon pon "you coming with?"
"(I'll probably come by later.)" pon pon said "(go have fun!)"
"right see you later." Lincoln said
soon Lincoln reached the festival were he saw Kieran
"hey Kieran!" Lincoln said
"oh hey Lincoln!" Kieran said "you wanna play ogre oustin?"
"Sure!" Lincoln said and they headed off to play
meanwhile Juliana and Carmine were watching this happen
"who is that?" Juliana asked
"I'm not too sure." Carmine said "I was gonna ask you to hang out with him but then that guy showed up."
"what are you going to do?" Juliana asked
"I'm gonna battle him." Carmine said
"hey no." Juliana said stopping carmine
"what!? why?" Carmine asked "he has Pokemon."
"yea but what if he's really strong?" Juliana said "plus Kieran seems happy."
"I suppose that's true it's just that..." Carmine began
"just what?" Juliana asked
"I just feel left out before it was Just me and him against the world sure I'm a bit mean to him sometimes but that's just what siblings do, it was just us but then one day he began to head out for hours at a time saying he's helping a friend and it's really starting to worry me." Carmine explained
"maybe that's the friend?" Juliana asked
"maybe it's better than if he found the ogre." Carmine asked
"don't insult the ogre." Juliana said with her eyes flashing purple for a moment

with Lincoln and Kieran
after some ogre oustin Kieran and Lincoln got some candy apples
"yum!" Lincoln said
then Kieran noticed a tm vendor
"hey look let's see what they're selling." Kieran said
Kieran looked through the different tms before noticing one that caught his eye
dragon cheer
"can I get two dragon cheer tms please." Kieran said
he payed for them and gave one to Lincoln
"we can use these to evolve our dipplins!" Kieran said as he tapped his dipplin's pokeball with the tm causing it to break
Lincoln repeated what his boyfriend did
"now after their next battle they'll evolve!" Kieran said
"sweet!" Lincoln said
then they noticed carmine and Juliana approaching
"hey Kiki who's your friend?" Carmine asked
"this is Lincoln." Kieran said introducing Lincoln to them
"hi." Lincoln said giving a slight wave
"now then battle me." Carmine said
"huh?!?" Lincoln said
"I need to see if you're good enough to be Kieran's friend." Carmine said
"that's enough sis!" Kieran said suddenly completely catching Carmine off guard
"Kieran-" Carmine began before getting cut off by Kieran
"no! if you want to battle him you'll have to go through me first!" Kieran said
"fine then but I'll win." Carmine said
(she's screwed.) Lincoln thought to himself
"why don't we make a multi battle?" Juliana suggested
"that's fine with me. Kieran?" Carmine asked
"are you fine with it Lincoln?" Kieran asked
"sure!" Lincoln said "but let's head further up so we don't draw too much attention."
"that makes sense." Carmine said
soon they went up the mountain outside of where people could see
"let's begin." Carmine said as she sent out her mightyena while Juliana sent out her wugtrio "each of us will use two pokemon."
"alright." Kieran said as he and Lincoln sent out their dipplins
"aww you guys both have dipplins!" Juliana said
"syrup bomb!" Lincoln and Kieran said at the same time
both mightyena and wugtrio were covered in sticky syrup
"ice fang!" Carmine said
"ice beam!" Juliana said
however before the attacks could reach both dipplins began to glow soon evolving into hydrapple
"huh?!?" Carmine said
"(wow!)" one of Kieran's hydrapple heads said
"(I'm hungry)" another head said
"(well I'm not.)" another head said
"(we have the same stomach.)" a different head said
"(boys we have a fight to finish.)" Lincoln's hydrapple's main head said sternly
"(yes ma'am.)" all of Kieran's hydrapple's heads said
"use fickle beam!" Lincoln and Kieran said
both hydrapples gave it their all firing two massive blasts from theirs mouths knocking out both mightyena and wugtrio
"go sinistcha!" Carmine said
"go meowscarada!" Juliana said
both Pokemon came out of their pokeballs
"use shadow ball!" Carmine said
"use play rough!" Juliana said
both attacks knocked out both hydrapples
Lincoln took a deep breath "destroy?" He asked
"yes Lincoln destroy." Kieran said to carmines horror
"yay!" Lincoln said cheerfully as he took of the ogre mask and put on his main mask causing carmine to gasp
(he's the cryptid of kitakami!?! now I really need to get Kieran out of here.) carmine thought to herself
Lincoln sent out noir while Kieran grabbed bloodmoon ursaluna's pokeball and sent it out
"oh shit." Juliana said upon seeing what she and Carmine where up against
"air slash!" Lincoln said
"blood moon!" Kieran said
both attacks connected and immediately knocked out both Pokémon
"(boom!)" noir said
"(my back still hurts.)" ursaluna said
"(that's on you buddy.)" noir said
"(shut up.)" ursaluna said
"we won!" Kieran said
"that's great Kieran but could you please come towards me slowly." Carmine said
Kieran immediately caught on and said "no! Come on sis he don't bite."
"Yes he do!" Carmine said
Lincoln just looked at him with an "are you sure?" look
"me. he doesn't bite me." Kieran corrected himself which Lincoln nodded to
"Kieran he's the cryptid of kitakami-" Carmine said before getting cut off by Kieran
"no he's my awesome boyfriend and-" Kieran cut himself off realizing he called Lincoln his boyfriend right in front of his sister "I'm Leaving before carmine kicks the crap out of me."
Kieran returned ursaluna to its ball and he and Lincoln got on noir's back and flew back to pon pon's cave with carmine yelling to Kieran
once they got there pon pon was no where to be seen
"she must've head to the festival." Lincoln said "let's wait for her to get back."
after a little bit pon pon came back missing her mask
"what happened to your mask?" Lincoln asked
"(it fell off and a human picked it up they tried to give it back to me but I got too nervous and ran off.)" pon pon explained
"maybe it was my sister?" Kieran said
" maybe." Lincoln said "let's wait for tomorrow."
"can I stay here for tonight?" Kieran asked
"I'll send noir to tell you grandfather." Lincoln said
the next day
Kieran went back to his grandparents house
"hello Kieran." Kieran's grandfather said while holding a newly repaired teal mask "Carmine found out eh?"
"yup." Kieran said
"though you didn't tell me you two were dating." Kieran's grandfather said
"it was recent like yesterday recent." Kieran said
"I see. well I'm happy for you." Kieran's grandfather said
"thank you." Kieran said
"could you take this back to Ogerpon?" Kieran's grandfather asked handing Kieran the teal mask "Juliana found it and it was damaged so I repaired it."
"yea I will thanks for the help." Kieran said
"you're welcome but be careful they don't know that you know the truth about Ogerpon so they might think you stole it." Kieran's grandfather said
"ok I will." Kieran said before heading out
Kieran took the long way going past where the loyal 3 were buried
"Kieran!" He heard Carmine said
he turned and saw carmine and Juliana
"how did you get that?" Carmine asked
"grandpa gave it to me to return to pon pon." Kieran said
"what?!? but you don't know the truth!" Carmine said
"my boyfriend is the cryptid of kitakami of course I know the truth." Kieran said
"you got to meet the ogre!?" Juliana said "lucky!"
suddenly a small dark energy appeared around Juliana for a second
then the loyal 3's grave exploded and there stood the loyal 3
"that can't be good." Kieran said
the loyal 3 talked for a minute before running off
"where are they going?" Juliana asked
"I think I know." Kieran said
with Lincoln
Lincoln was chilling with pon pon when 3 Pokémon approached holding pon pon's masks
"(it's payback time ogre!)" the bird one said
"well then you must be the loyal 3." Lincoln said as he put his mask on
"(and who are you?)" okidogi asked
"I'm the one who's gonna make you wish you stayed dead." Lincoln said as he cracked his knuckles
