Chapter 3: Charlie Brown is suspended for stealing.
The Principal told him on Friday that he would be punished for stealing personal property in the Lunchroom, and he kept his promise.
Monday: 7:30 AM.
Charlie Brown squared up to Ethan, as he was mad at him for snitching.
"Are you going to be sympathetic and apologize, or not?" Charlie Brown asked.
"Nope!" Ethan said.
"Okay." Charlie Brown said before lunging at him, causing a brawl in the hallway.
"Hey, hey, hey! Break it up!" Mr. Robinson said as he two teachers pulled them apart.
"I swear! I ought to!!" Charlie Brown said while making a fist. At that moment, the bell rang for first period.
"Saved By The Bell, Ethan." Charlie Brown said as he put Ethan down in the hallway.
"Brown, my office, now." Mr. Robinson said.
Yes, sir." Charlie Brown said as he followed the principal to the principal's office.
"Charlie Brown, you know I won't tolerate fighting in school. It's against the rules, and what are you wearing?" Mr. Robinson asked.
Charlie Brown took off his leather jacket, revealing a gangster shirt he bought with the money he had stolen.
"Oh no! That's definitely not appropriate for school. We're going to have big trouble with this. Go to the boys' bathroom and change into your regular shirt. I can't believe you would even wear something like that." Mr. Robinson said.
Charlie Brown changed his yellow shirt and reported back to the principal.
"Much better. That's going to the next level of rule-breaking. What happened with you fighting in the hallway is never tolerated." Mr. Robinson said.
"Oh, and it appears that he's also subject to a locker inspection. There is also a charge of possession of alcohol in his locker." Ethan said.
"Show me where your locker is, Charlie Brown." Mr. Robinson said.
"Yes, Sir." Charlie Brown said as he told him where his locker was. It was in the 2nd Story Wing on the northwest side of the school.
"The combination is 25-6-15." Charlie Brown said, as the principal put in the locker combination, and as he opened the locker, he found the alcohol.
"Aha! I've found the culprit." Ethan said.
"Here's the money I stole from you." Charlie Brown said as he gave the principal the money he had stolen.
"I appreciate you coming clean and owning up for what you did. But that's still unacceptable. You will still serve your original punishment. You will be subject to mandatory bookbag and locker inspections for the rest of this semester, and 3 months of next semester. You will be required to apologize to the people that had their personal property stolen. You will be given ISS for the rest of the week. And to make sure that you don't steal personal property from anyone, whether a student, teacher, or an administrator, such as myself, I am also not allowing you to attend the annual field trip to Six Flags at the end of the year." Mr. Robinson said.
"What? No, you can't do that. Suspending me for a year is fine, but you have to let me attend the field trip to Six Flags. It's my dream, and it's not fair." Charlie Brown pleaded.
"I'm sorry, but it's for the safety of everyone's personal property." Mr. Robinson said.
"What?" said Charlie Brown.
"My decision is final." Mr. Robinson said.
Linus gave him a salute, meaning that he felt very sorry for the kid with the yellow shirt. That caused Jake, Laurel, Mia, and pretty much the rest of the school to give him the salute. Schroeder got out his piano, and played "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Metallica, as he walked to the In-School Suspension Room, which was in room 6194.
"Alright. That's it." Linus said as he put his suit and tie on, got his suitcase, and his student ID card.
"Call me Linus Van Pelt: Student Attorney." Linus said.
Linus had a serious face as he walked to the cafeteria, where the incident occurred, and set up his lawyer's setup, which consisted of security cameras, audio devices, and paperwork that Linus secretly typed on his laptop, using it sometimes for gaming but mostly for lawyer work.
"What the? What is all this?" Mr. Robinson asked.
"Sir, I'm Linus Van Pelt, student attorney. I assume Charlie Brown was punished for stealing." Linus said.
"That's right. He stole money, and he is also in possession of alcohol. As a result, why are you setting up a courtroom in the cafeteria?" Mr. Robinson asked.
"I personally have proof that it wasn't Charlie Brown who did this. I think he was framed." Linus said.
Mr. Robinson decided to let the staff know if he had stolen any money from other staff members.
Linus decided to let his friends know that there would be an emergency court hearing about Charlie Brown being framed.
"Alright, everyone. At 11:35 AM, in the lunchroom, there will be an emergency court hearing. Also, the students who run the broadcast will interrupt regular programming during the emergency court hearing." Linus said.
