Raon
When I could move again, I turned and went after Wuju. This hold thing has been weird from the time I showed up here. Does he know who I am? Is that why he is mad at me? When I returned to the house, Wuju was just going in. I followed him to his room, trying to get him to talk to me. Wuju went into his room and tried to shut the door on me, but I didn't let him shut it. I stopped the door with my foot and held it from shutting on me.
"Stop it, Wuju. Just talk to me. You know who I am. Don't you?"
"No, get out of my room and go rest. We have a lot of work tomorrow."
"No, you have been weird since I got here."
"What are you saying? You don't even know me. So how would you know that?"
"By your friend. He was so fast to jump in and say, I should stay with them because you like to be alone. But you wanted me here so you could run your test on me. You're no different than him."
I shouldn't have said that. The moment I did, the door was pulled open, and Wuju hit me. I fell to the group, and he was on top of me, hitting me.
"I not like him. Don't ever say that about me again. I'll never be like him."
"Wuju, stop, Wuju."
I grabbed Wuju, turned us over, and held him down until he stopped moving under me. Wuju looked really small now. We looked at each other before I spoke.
"I'm sorry I said that."
I watched tears roll down the sides of Wuju's face. I couldn't stop myself.
I leaned down and licked where I saw his tear just rolled down. I thought he would hit me again, but Wuju moaned and whispered.
"More."
