Chapter 6: Security Breached

For the rest of the late night all the way into the early morning, the police questioned Gregory and Vanessa for events that transpired inside the PizzaPlex. The two eyewitnesses took their turns in the interrogation room, answering questions from the police with a truth detector attached. With no signs of lying detected by the device, the police concluded the two were telling the truth. There was enough building blocks for a case of kidnapping, murder and child endangerment in the Fazbear Entertainment premises. The difficulty was locking down the facility and surrounding area for search warrants.

Gregory remained dead asleep on a bench, Vanessa left her jacket on him as a makeshift blanket to help him. His sleep time had been thrown into total disarray thanks to the situation he found himself in. Vanessa held a cup of hot coffee in her hands, its aroma and fragrance of well roasted coffee beans anchored her to reality. Like the fragrance of flowers. Gregory woke up hyperventilating and gasping, shocking Vanessa. He looked around, finding himself still in the safety of the police precinct, his throat was not bloodied like Howard led him to sigh in relief.

"I'd ask if you slept well, but I think I know the answer to that," Vanessa said with a wry smile.

Gregory didn't reply, rather, he seemed uncomfortably silent, curling up in a fetal position. "We were just going for a fun trip… just a fun trip…" He repeatedly muttered before Vanessa gently held him by the shoulder, interrupting his mutters.

"I'm sorry… I shouldn't have… It wasn't supposed to happen like that. Anyway, we should check up on Freddy. I think they're still questioning him in the back." Vanessa spoke, to which Gregory nodded before coming with her to the back of the Police Precinct. The place was a paddock with chicken fencing and a sliding door. Freddy sat inside the paddock on a chair with reinforced steel restraints on his wrists and ankles. There were cables lodged into the back of his head, keeping him online and operational as the IT specialists combed Freddy's systems for glitches and malwares.

"Is Freddy okay?" Gregory asked.

"Well…let's find out," Vanessa said as they walked over to one of the technicians. "Sorry to bother you, but mind me asking how things are with Freddy?"

"Well…nothing wrong as far as we can tell. Doesn't seem like there's any malware in his systems, so all that's left is to remove the protocol that's keeping him offline," the technician said.

"So did you do that?" Gregory asked, rather bluntly.

"Well see for yourself." The Technician stated, pointing to Freddy pivoting and swiveling his head around inside the paddock. The bear saw Gregory and stiffly smile.

"Gregory, Officer Vanessa! I'm glad that both of you are well. But I am still being held for interrogation. It has been going all night, I do not know what else the police would want from me." Freddy stated looking down at his opened stomach hatch and restrained limbs.

"Really? What else is there? Haven't they been questioning you all night already?" Gregory asked perplexed.

"Verification that my memory units were not compromised or manipulated in any ways." Freddy replied, groaning mechanically as he felt the surges of data being prodded. It felt as though he had a drill in his head burrowing through to the deepest core.

"We have to. This is Fazbear Entertainment we're talking about after all. Those guys have lawyers combing everything for evidence and then make sure to wipe them. Yours, we have a solid case of child endangerment, kidnapping, murdered and probably conspiracy inside the premises." The Technician coldly stated, to which Freddy's eyes went wide.

"That is not true! I did not try to endanger Gregory's life!" Freddy protested.

"Easy Freddy." Vanessa chimed in, calming the animatronic bear. "He means the upper management." She then turned to the police technicians and staff around the place. "I should let you know that I still need to bring him back to the PizzaPlex, he's still Fazbear Entertainment's property."

"We know. We're just about done with him, so far, no mismatches or discrepancies found. But that's about it we can do. No telling if we can press charge on Fazbear Entertainment though." One of the staff spoke as he released Freddy from the restraints of the chair, allowing the bear to walk out to pick Gregory up, and hug the boy, mindful not to crush his bones.

"I'm glad you're okay too, Freddy," Gregory chuckled even if he winced a little at the tight hug.

"Alright, let's get your parents to pick you up. We'll wait for them here just in case." Vanessa stated, to which Gregory agreed. They went back to the waiting room of the precinct, where Gregory pulled out his phone and called his foster parents. He sat and waited nervously on the couch, it was taking a little longer than usual for them to pick up. Even if the Schmidt didn't like him, it was odd that they simply could not care. He then heard a click and the voice of Janett coming through on the other end, causing to him to sigh in relief.

"Hello? Gregory? Where are you? What's happening? You've been gone all day and all night, we're getting worried about you." Janett spoke. But Gregory felt something off about her, she was too kind and soft-spoken to him. Almost like a genuine concerned mom in a sudden. Even if all she cared was about the money from his custody. There was too much apathy between them for her to sound that way. He covered the phone's receiving end, turning to Vanessa and Freddy.

"Something's wrong. She's too nice to me." He alerted.

"That's…okay, that's not something I thought I'd hear," Vanessa blinked.

"Perhaps she was just worried?" Freddy suggested.

"No, this…this doesn't seem right," Gregory said…before his eyes widened. He switched on the phone's speaker before resuming his conversation with the would-be Janett.

"Gregory? Are you there? Where are you?" Janett kept asking with a machine-like repetition, now even Freddy and Vanessa saw something was off.

"Yeah I'm still here, Janett. How's Josh doing?" Gregory asked.

"He's fine, Gregory. He's just taking a nap." Janett replied, not even questioning Gregory. The boy quickly ended the call and put his phone away. "Foster parents are dead." He bluntly stated, now looking much more depressed.

"That…what in the world is going on?" Vanessa gasped. "Why the heck is whoever Vanny is so hell bent on catching you?"

"I wanna know as much as you do," Gregory said. "What are we gonna do now?"

Vanessa rubbed her head in concern, glancing out of the windows with great paranoia, she feared the prospect of Vanny just out there, looming among the crowds, knife in hand with a deadly sinister glee on her face. "Well… we can't go back to your place…" Vanessa began, pacing back and forth. "We can't stay at mine either, chances are Vanny must have known the address by now. There has to be some place where Vanny can't know. Some place we can hide at." Vanessa mused.

Gregory tried to think of a location that could work, they still had Freddy being with them, so no normal houses in the neighborhood would do well. They would need to find somewhere they could repair and maintain Freddy. Then, something clicked, Gregory snapped his fingers. "Wait!" He shot up. "I know a place. My friend, Cassie, her dad is a technician at the PizzaPlex. We can crash by at her place."

"We crash the van into her house?" Freddy asked completely missing the point.

Vanessa almost facepalmed upon hearing it, but persevered, knowing that Freddy was outside for the first time. "No Freddy, he meant we can come to stay at Cassie's place." Vanessa corrected. "But wait, if Cassie's dad is a technician at the PizzaPlex, then Vanny would know. At this point, who knows how much access Vanny has in the Fazbear Systems."

While Vanessa and Gregory were going over their options, Freddy browsed through his database, trying to find records of a technician matching Gregory's description. The only one he got was from two years prior. A tall, medium built man with Mediterranean tanned complex, his daughter Cassie wore a red sweater with flower patterns, a pair of rolled up jeans with Roxanne's green finger nails. "I do recall Cassie from a birthday party, and she was Roxanne's biggest fan. But I haven't seen her father at the PizzaPlex for quite a while now." Freddy spoke.

"Then maybe he was moved or left the company," Vanessa frowned.

"Officer Vanessa, do you think you could use your credentials to gain access to information of where he might be?" Freddy suggested.

"...it's worth a shot," Vanessa conceded, before getting permission to try out their plan. Accessing the system thankfully wasn't too hard, and her credentials still worked, so now it was a matter of searching for the information they needed. As she headed down the list of staff at the PizzaPlex, she found her name in the security section, the lone name there for the graveyard shift. While then, in the technician list, she and Freddy failed to locate Cassie's father. "That's weird, he's not here. Did he leave the company before I joined?" Vanessa asked.

"Well… he didn't tell me that he was leaving Fazbear Entertainment. Only that he was moving. For something. He did not say what specifically." Freddy stated.

"But he can't withhold his address from the police records right?" Gregory asked.

"No he cannot," Vanessa nodded, before cross referencing with the police database, and soon found an address. "Here we go," she said, quickly making a copy of the address.

Vanny took a loving glance at her butcher blade, the stainless steel surface reflected her psychotic glee of a silly bunny mask with an added red hue of fresh blood dripping down the blade. She carefully wiped the blood off of the blade and noticed the smudge left behind on it. Behind her were the lifeless corpses of Mike and Janett Schmidt. Both of whom were bound, tied, and gagged to their dinner chairs with their throats slashed out, streams of red blood steadily flow down their bodies, reddening their clothes and floor.

The killer hare would then giddily hop up the stairs towards Gregory's room on the second floor, she found the place to be sparsely decorated with his personal drawings of Freddy Fazbear and his band. One of the photos he had there showed him with a friend at the Pizzaplex birthday party. Out of curiosity, Vanny picked up the photo frame and examined the writing on it, "Greg and Cassie, best birthday ever!" Vanny stroke her chin looking at Cassie, knowing that she recalled the name somewhere before. She suddenly snapped her fingers, Vanny ran out of the house. If the little girl had a birthday at the PizzaPlex, then Vanny can find her address sooner or later.

Gregory, Vanessa and Freddy eventually arrived at Cassie's new home, a rather expansive mansion by the seaside, complete with security gates, cameras and laser security grid. A far cry from the previous suburban home. "Cassie didn't tell me her dad got a raise." Gregory sarcastically remarked.

"Either that or he won the lottery," Vanessa snorted. "Still, at least we found them, so here's hoping they can help," she said, though she idly noticed the mansion…it looked…pretty well fortified. "Feels almost like they want to keep something out," she muttered under her breath.

"Is something wrong?" Freddy asked.

"...nothing. Don't worry about it," Vanessa said.

Gregory pressed the intercom's call button and saw a video feed with the residence inside, much to his surprise. It was Cassie. The little girl gasped upon seeing Gregory, not expecting him to show up at her doors. "Gregory? What are you doing here? In fact, how did you get here? I thought you'd be at your foster parents or something." Cassie spoke.

"Nice to see you too, Cassie," Gregory snorted a bit. "And, normally I would but…that's not an option anymore…" he sighed.

"What happened? Gregory, is something wrong? My dad isn't here, and I'm not supposed to let anyone in." She questioned Gregory more. Freddy glanced around them and noticed a security notice board. The electronic board displayed a security caution banner with a red fox unfurling it. "Security Notice: Only authorized personnel be allowed on-site of Project Watchdog. Security Breach at Mega PizzaPlex detected. Heightened alert is on all time." The board's message read. Whatever it was that the gated community here was working on, it might explained the secrecy and scrutiny Cassie's father was under.

"Well...I got into something crazy at the PizzaPlex, I don't think I'm safe at my foster parents. My friend here isn't sure if we're safe at hers either. You're literally our last hope right now. One of them could use your dad's help." Gregory pleaded.

Cassie seemed a bit uncertain but eventually… "What happened to you Gregory?" she said to which the gate was soon unlocked.

Gregory, Vanessa and Freddy entered the premises along the walkway of pebbles and marble blocks. Their steps were recorded and observed by the hidden security sensors placed along the front lawn and walkway. "Hey Ness, there's something weird here. The place looks like it was decorated to make as much sound as possible." Gregory remarked.

"You're right Gregory, it seems like the residents here intend to keep unwanted visitors out. But for what?" Freddy wondered.

"And this guy was a technician at the PizzaPlex? No way that he bought all this by himself. He's practically building a doomsday bunker at this point." Vanessa frowned. "Still, if they might be willing to help us and give us shelter I'm not complaining."

They arrived at the door and saw Cassie opening it to greet them, the little girl gasped and was left dazzled looking up at the sight of Freddy Fazbear following Gregory. The friendly bear waved his hand at Cassie and smiled as he was programmed to. "F-f-f-Freddy!? What- What's going on here!?" She blurted out loud, completely perplexed.

"It's a long story." Gregory sheepishly replied.

Further down the road, around a curve was an unassuming secret lab of Fazbear Entertainment. Deep within its steel and concrete walls were various laboratory wings, most of which housed supercomputers and various technicians, mathematician, programmers and various IT personnel working around the clock on data sets for a new line of animatronics and robots. One such model was undergoing its round of test inside the lab's mock-up assault course. It was a crimson red robot fox, standing at 9 feet tall, roughly Freddy's height but with a thinner proportion. "Alright Foxy, welcome to the assault course. We got words that there's an intruder in the premises at the end of the course. Get through and catch said intruder. Also, be sure to clean up the system along the way." One of the technician spoke over the comms.

"Argh! Swiggity Swoggity A'm comin' fer that there booty!" Foxy replied in his usual pirate persona. The fox robot quickly pick up his pace and began to make his way through the course, vaulting over obstacles, climbing ladders, pausing to observe his goal at the end of the course before ziplining down closer to his goal. He shimmied and squeezed his way through tight corners toward the end of the assault course, where he found a computer terminal. Suddenly the room darkened, causing Foxy to go on alert and crouch down. His eyes switched on their built-in night vision mode, as he scanned the place for an intruder as he slowly skulked around the area.

The technician team watching from the safety of their observatory saw Foxy swiveling his head around, observing the dark room, his ears perked and rotated like sonar arrays, picking up the gentle vibrations of the intruder. He suddenly stopped and knelt down with his head bowed, surprising his technicians. "What's he doing? Is he supposed to do that?" One of the technician asked.

"Nah, not supposed to." Another chimed in.

"Wait wait wait! Look. Zoom in, right there." Cassie's Father, Ricardo, instructed, tapping his finger at the monitor screen, showing the intruder moving behind Foxy. The black-clad figure crouch walk at a snail pace behind Foxy, ready to reach for the neural port on the back of his head with a datajack prod. Suddenly, Foxy made a hand flip, grabbing the intruder by the waist with his thighs, lifting him up, panicking the intruder in the process. Foxy then slammed the intruder on the floor and activated his wrist-mounted taser and fired it on the intruder. The technicians all went into a frenzy of applause at the sight with childlike glee and excitement. Foxy concluded the exercise with neutralizing the dummy virus on the computer terminal, signaling the lights to come back on.

The intruder groaned before taking off his mask, making labored breaths as he got up. "Damn it man, did you have to go that hard man? I think I can kiss my Hollywood stunt career goodbye, man."

"Its certainly proof that he's working as intended," Ricardo chuckled. "Still, he's right. You might want to go a little easier in the future. It wouldn't do to put intruders in the hospital."

"Argh!" Foxy replied, playing his pirate captain persona straight. "Better morgue than hospital?" He sarcastically replied, surprising the technician team.

"One would not leave us liable for lawsuits regarding health concerns or whatever." The lawyer morbidly spoke with a sarcastic tone.

"Shut up Jones, this company been visiting too many morgues for over half-a-century." An executive in suits and ties spoke.

"Which is exactly why we're working to try and PREVENT anymore such incidents," Ricardo said. "And for that, we can't afford to make mistakes with this project."

They would then move Foxy to a chair for him to sit on and comfortably adjust it to lay down like a dentist chair. Blinding white lights from the ceiling shine down on Foxy as automated machines went to work removing his casings to run various mechanical maintenance on his body. Ricardo came up close and checked on Foxy, for now the pirate persona programming was turned off, causing Foxy to groan feeling a splitting headache. "Solid work. I didn't tell you what to do back in the assault course. But that was above and beyond." Said Ricardo.

"You should have specified the parameters you wanted. Otherwise how am I supposed to do my job properly?" Foxy asked.

"Yeah that's my fault buddy." Ricardo replied, chuckling sheepishly before patting Foxy's metallic shoulder. "Well, longstory short, try not to hospitalize them with crippling injuries. And if you can help it, avoid killing them." The robotic technician stated.

"Oh, I think I can work with that." Foxy made an electronic chuckle as his robotic senses tingled at the static electricity pulse through his head as data packages and programming executables ran on him. The mechanics would then install various weaponry and security measures on Foxy before reinstalling his casings. Once done, Foxy was released from the metal bed, allowed to walk free once again. For the moment, he did not have the decorative elements like costumes to fit his show persona, only a standard red fox color and serial barcode on his chest. Foxy checked on his integrated intruder and stranger signal sensor arrays and saw a signal worth the attention coming from Ricardo's house. The fox raised a mental eyebrow, and switched on the security camera of the living room before pushing the feed to Ricardo's tablet. "We got company." Foxy uttered.

Ricardo frowned but quickly looked at the feed, and his eyes widened at what he saw, namely his daughter letting some visitors in. The boy was already a surprise enough, but then a security guard…and then an Animatronic, and not just any one at that… "Foxy, I think we might need to be ready to repel some intruders," he frowned.

Foxy, likewise, engaged his combat systems as his thigh compartment jutted out, allowing him to grab a pistol and twirl in his hand like a cowboy. "With pleasure." The fox replied.

Back at the house, Cassie and Gregory were in the living room, explaining events that transpired inside the Mega PizzaPlex. So far, Cassie was overwhelmed as she reclined against the sofa and rubbed her forehead. "Really? So you went here because you think my place is safer than wherever else?" She asked with a frown on her tired face.

Gregory sighed out, looking at Cassie and nodded. "Yeah."

"We don't have a choice. It's not like we can just deal with the trouble right away. Especially with how the killer seems to have access to every systems of the building." Vanessa added before turning to Freddy, who nodded.

"Not to mention, without your father's help, I will be more of hindrance to Vanessa and Gregory." Just as Freddy finished, the front door swung and Freddy felt two prods striking his back, causing him to arch his head up in surprise. He felt a coursing electric current going through him, causing him to shut down abruptly before falling down. The others looked back and saw Foxy holding the fired taser with Ricardo coming through the door.

"...Oh boy…" Vanessa groaned. She could already tell this was going to get ugly. True enough Ricardo dashed forward, grabbing Cassie despite the girl's protest and pulling her away from them, while Foxy quickly aimed another pair of tasers, to which Gregory and Vanessa quickly held up their hands in surrender. They…would rather NOT find out what it felt like to get tased.

"W-wait, we're not trying to do anything, w-we just want some help!" Gregory gasped quickly.

"Dad! They're not danger to us!" Cassie protested, squirming in her dad's forceful and protective grip as they ducked behind Foxy.

"We're from the Mega PizzaPlex! There's a crisis there and ran here seeking shelter." Vanessa added, to which Gregory nodded.

"Oh and you run here instead of the police!?" Ricardo asked, to which Foxy rolled his eyes.

"I literally exist because Fazbear couldn't be bothered with the police." The robot fox stated with a tinge of sarcasm.

"Dad! It's Gregory, you know, the boy at my birthday party!" Cassie protested, now her words caught his attention.

"Gregory?" Ricardo blinked. "So this is the boy? Still, I'd like to know what exactly you all hoped to gain coming here," he frowned.

"It's a long story…" Vanessa cautiously spoke.

Vanny laid chilling on the floor of her lair, laptop in hand with the yellow rabbit plushies by her side. She was running personnel file checks on Ricardo Diaz, technician at the Mega PizzaPlex. Records showed he had a daughter with a registered birthday party at the PizzaPlex. But much to Vanny's annoyance, he was nowhere to be found. There was only sparsely recorded details of his employment at the PizzaPlex. No entries on his current address, or even his previous address in the company database, or even confirmation if he had left the Fazbear Entertainment corporation. An oddity to say the least. She then searched Ricardo Diaz's name on the police database, patiently tapping her fingers as the data began to display, when she saw his address, The Consortium, California, she held her face with both hands. "Having second thoughts?" A creepy male voice called to her, causing her to clutch the plushy.

"N-no, not at all!" Vanny quickly gasped. "I'd never have second thoughts on this Mistah A, promise!"

"Oh is that so? Are you afraid? Maybe you need a friend along the way?" The voice continued, crooning and soothing her as Vanny made slight nods to its every alluring words. Vanny slowly raised her, and glancing out of her lair. Below her, the empty Fazerblast maze had STAFF bots patrolled with various naked Endos roaming about. She noticed the shutter door opened and in came one of the band member, the green gator with a bad boy mohawk, Monty. She snapped her fingers when an idea came to her head. "Oh we're having ideas? Good… he won't remember a thing once we're done. Some changes here and there to his body? His mind? His systems?" The voice continued.

Vanny nodded and gently put the plushy down. "I understand." She uttered before going for her gears on the table. She grabbed her tablet, an arachnid puppeteer restrainer and went out of the lair, prancing her way to the stairs and headed down to the Fazerblast maze to find Monty. The gator was free roaming around the attraction, looking confused and frightened, more frightened than angry. They could not find Freddy anywhere in the PizzaPlex, he could have sworn he saw Freddy with a boy last night, but when he attempted to access his memory database, he saw the same message over and over again on his screen, "SYSTEM ERROR! MEMORY CORRUPTED. DATA NOT FOUND." It left Monty roaming Freddy's attraction, trying to look for the band lead before he came across Vanny. "Why hello there Monty. Are you lost? Looking for someone?" Vanny asked with her sinister electronically distorted voice.

"Who the heck are you?" Monty growled a bit, clearly more than a little defensive.

Vanny held her index finger over her mouth, making a shush gesture. "I am your friend and I will take you to what you want the most. Something that deep in your heart, you crave more than golf courses." Said Vanny. Her free arm pressed the arachnid puppeteer device on and tossed it aside, letting the robot spider traversed the maze walls till it was right above Monty without him knowing.

"Like heck you do. I don't even know who you are," Monty growled, but somehow a part of him had a feeling she wasn't bluffing. Even so, another part of him was telling him that he didn't want to trust her. With that in mind, he turned around, ready to leave. However…

The arachnid jumped on his back, with its metallic legs latched on to his metallic casing. Monty shuddered feeling a pulsing flow of electricity coursed through his body, his entire chassis grew stiff as statue. No matter how hard he willed his arms and legs to move, he could not slug an inch forward. All the while he heard Vanny's tsk-tsk sound as she came over, stroking his tail before her hand reaching for his chest, prying his stomach hatch open to see the empty interior. "Mmmmm, plenty of room for improvement in the FazArmory." She said before repeating the process on his arms and legs. Overall, she saw that he already had the sharpest claws possible and powerful hopping legs. Now if she could add a few ballistic touches to him, he would be perfect. "Perfect, no need for Roxanne. You're all the muscles that I need to destroy Freddy." She then playfully held her mouth, feigning coy. "Oooops. I shouldn't have said that but whatever. Follow me Monty." Said Vanny as Monty began to follow her, his body at least. Inside, he was screaming for help as he was practically gatornapped. As they ventured out to the atrium Monty gasped mechanically when he saw Roxy and Chica were talking to each other with the hen holding her face with great concerns.

"I can't find him in his Green room or Kids Cove either, Chica. Who knows where he's gone to." Roxy said, groaning in annoyance.

"He has to be here somewhere," Chica said. "We can't leave the PizzaPlex after all."

"That much is for sure," Roxy rolled her eyes. "But where IS he?" Roxy once again tried to recall what happened last night to no avail. She looked around the atrium and saw the doors at the food court. She pointed Chica to it, "I remember seeing Freddy going through there. There was a boy he was carrying with him."

"If Freddy was carrying a child, he must have had a good reason," Chica frowned. "Freddy would never do anything that would hurt a child on purpose."

"Yeah, he's a real softy," Roxy chuckled, before she sighed. "Still doesn't change we can't find him anywhere."

She soon heard the heavy thudding footsteps of Monty as he came out of the Fazeblast arena but as he went out, Roxy noticed how stiff and oddly unnatural his body language was. As though he was being forcefully taken away. She soon saw Vanny following closely behind Monty, gleefully prancing along her captive gator. "Chica! You see that!? Someone is taking Monty away!" Roxy pointed. But for Chica, she couldn't see anything at Monty's direction, just him walking away awkwardly, roaring and growling for help. All Chica could see were glitches on her HUD and vision as a pixelated streak followed behind Monty.

"I…I don't see anyone. All I see is Monty walking strangely," Chica said in alarm.

"What? But there's someone right there!" Roxy pointed.

"HeLp! I'm being gatornapped!" Monty screamed out as he was being forcefully moved away from them. Roxy grew impatient by this and ran to stop what was happening, but as she got close to Vanny, the bunny lady pressed her tablet, causing Roxy to freeze up, she noticed glitches and errors began to grow as her mind grew heavy and burdened by so many programming errors. Monty suddenly turned around, swiping at Roxy, throwing her flying into the nearby tables and chairs, trashing the party set ups they had worked so hard on. "Sorry Rox! There's something controlling me!" Monty shouted, trying to get Chica's attention.

"Monty, stop!" Chica gasped, running towards them.

"I WANT to stop!" Monty shouted, as he was forced to swing at Chica too, Chica barely managing to dodge.

Chica was about to try and do something…before she froze up too, giving Monty a perfect shot to knock her back as well. Monty saw her crashing into the nearby tables and chairs, throwing off the party set ups that was her favorite and worse, her beak was on the ground, with her head casing twisted and deformed from his fist. He knew he had anger issues but never went this far, or at least, that was how he wanted to believe. Vanny was gleefully prancing away, leading Monty with her as they headed down to the lower basements of the PizzaPlex. Roxy was slowly getting back up with her system rebooted in safe mode, she felt oddly light headed now that she was disconnected from the building's central network. She saw Vanny and Monty disappearing into Main Stage elevator. Parts and Service, she figured, was their destination. "Get up, you're the best! You can't lose!" Roxy growled, pushing herself up. She recalled seeing something on Monty's back, a metallic spider with its legs burrowed like drills into his body's inner parts.

She pushed herself to keep going, remembering the fastest way to reach Parts and Service. She went back to her Green Room and headed for the elevator in the back to Parts and Service. Once down there, she went around, trying to find Monty and Vanny, much to her surprise however, Monty wasn't inside the repair cylinder and Vanny was nowhere to be seen. But she herd a clicking sound echoing through the dark corners and poorly lit parts of the chamber. Her eyes scanned the room, looking for movements with superior focus. As she turned her head, she narrowly dodged another spider pouncing on her. The robot arachnid was relentless as it tried to chase her down and latch onto her body like a parasite.

Roxy growled and quickly moved around, trying to avoid the thing, while trying to also make some obstacles for it with the objects around. However, the little thing was relentless, and as she was backing into a corner, focused fully on the thing, it stopped midway. An odd move that left her surprise. It backed off and scurried away, leaping and hopping around behind multiple layers of machinery. The arachnid robot scurried, jumped on and off objects, trying its best to remain just out of her view while slowly closing the distance. It whipped its tail around, causing echoes of metal clanking to keep Roxanne occupied. She slowly reached for the heavy tool box and held it in both hands. She waited for the robot spider to get close, as it was pouncing from on top of a coolant tank, Roxy used the box to shield herself, smashing the parasite on the ground with the box and crushed it under the weight of the box. She exhaustively growled out but relief that the biggest threat to herself right now was dead. But Monty was being kidnapped and Freddy was missing, she went to the repair cylinder and set the process to automated, setting it to remove her programming restraints.

"This is probably the craziest thing I've ever done…but here goes," Roxy sighed as she made sure the program was set, before entering the repair cylinder. Quickly getting on the chair, she let the devices work the directive she gave them, feeling a tingly feeling as they fixed her up while modifying her program. The process thankfully didn't take too long, and thus she could quickly exit the cylinder. "Here goes something…" Roxy frowned as she made sure she was at full power, before making her way up, going for the main entrance. Taking one last look at the PizzaPlex, she soon stepped out of her home, hoping she could find Freddy…and hopefully get to the bottom of what was going on here.
