By Teutates, it's another chapter of the Green Gaul!

So yea, sorry for the late update everyone, but just came down from a rather serious pair of chapters fin my main fic, "Bearer of the Light", so needed a breath of fresh air and some silliness.

Hope you enjoy this chapter as we get closer and closer to the inevitable fight at the USJ! and you know what that means?

Onto the Reviews!

BIGGZ1344: Honestly I enjoyed writing that scene, wishing Izuku would do that to the Pomeranian canon wise haha.

Monster King: Thank you!

LoamyCoffee: You'll get your wish as the blue-haired (and air-headed) angel is mentioned! As for Yuyu? probably, but only as a wall to stop Nejire from being too clinging to Izuku and flustering him too much. And Bakugo will be facing punishment for going overboard, don't worry, but it will only be in passing because this is not his story. HE is the 'extra' in this tale XD. And yes, the Mina scene was also a treat to write.

solbandgus: Well, here's more for you to enjoy!

Reaper Pathogen: Thank you1 and hope you keep enjoying the story as I will try and keep the balance between the "cartoony" to the more intense scenes within the original story. As for the name changes, I honestly don't know... but you have to admit some of them are just too good not to pass up.

With that, here comes chapter 4 of the Green Gaul! so everyone sit back with a nice leg of boar and enjoy!

Chapter 4

Absence Makes The Mind Forget

Shoto Todoroki gently exhaled out of his nose as he looked around his newly given dorm room. While the young man with a large scar on the left side of his face would often give off a cold or stoic attitude with an emotionless face to match when it came to his classmates, at the moment, the youngest son of the second-place top 'hero' had a look of relief for once.

While he would miss his eldest sister and brother, especially the way that Fuyumi would make his soba with the perfect chill to it, he felt almost 'free' if the word was correct, considering that he no longer needed to be under the roof of the 'sperm donor' he called a father.

But now, he had another issue to deal with.

As much as the room provided for him was lavish in its design, sadly, Shoto was used to the more traditional Japanese style of housing, and while he did pack light (granted, he had very little when it came to material possessions), the room needed to be remodeled.

" -WERE-DESIGNED-AND-PROGRAMMED-FOR-THIS-TYPE-OF-WORK." The buzzing of a robotic voice coming from the stairs had pulled Shoto from his thoughts. He turned his head towards the commotion with a raised eyebrow.

The dual-quirked boy had been taken aback when the machines first arrived at his old home. His older brother made some offhand comment about something called 'Skynet' when some of the robots were arguing or complaining to one another during the move. Still, they were handy things and quite strong, able to take all of those 'Takamaki' boards, so he could update his room to how he wanted it.

As Shoto made his way to direct the robots, instead of seeing the gleaming silver of metal, he was greeted with the bright emerald eyes and equally green hair of Izuku Midoriya, who gave him a reassuring smile, all the while lifting about two giant pallets of the Tamaki boards, "O-Oh! Hi Todoroki!"

"...What are you doing?" was the only response Izuku had gotten, seeing the split-colored hair boy looking quizzically at him while two robots, each with a pallet of their own, had moved underneath Izuku's arms. While Shoto had done his best to not sound upset with the way things were currently, he could see the more giant man wince slightly.

"BEING-STUBBORN, AS-ALWAYS." One of the robots spoke aloud, placing its cargo beside the other ones before both went to remove Izuku's own load.

"YOU-NEED-TO-LET-US-DO-OUR-JOB, MIDORIYA." The other machine spoke, its arms at its 'hips', "HELPFUL-AS-YOU-ARE, BUT-YOU-ARE-A-STUDENT-NOW."

"I-I know, 357…." Izuku sighed gently, with Todoroki watching from the sidelines at the rather bizarre scene before him, "But you were complaining last week of your parts being a little loose, a-and I don't want you to get injured."

"WE-ARE-ROBOTS-MIDORIYA." The first robot had said, crossing its arms over the chest plate, "WE-CAN-BE-REBUILT-AND-REPLACED, YOU-CAN'T."

"COME-ON-698, WE-STILL-NEED-TO-GET-THAT-KING-SIZED-MATTRESS-INTO-THAT-ROOM-ON-THE-WOMEN'S-SIDE." 357 had spoken up, patting Izuku's shoulder as it passed him while being followed by the aforementioned 698.

"UGH, I-HATE-MY-JOB."

As the two machines made their way back down the stairs, both Shoto and Izuku remained standing in the hallway, neither making a sound or movement for what seemed like forever, until Shoto looked towards the pallets, causing Izuku to reach a hand out, but freeze when the fire and ice boy's eyes darted at him, "What?"

"W-Would you like some help?" Izuku asked, causing the other boy to stop and slowly look back at him, "I-I mean, it's going to take forever to do what you… well.. I have no idea what you are doing, to be honest, by yourself." the more giant boy tapped his index fingers together, muttering out and looking away, "... I just thought you wanted some help is all."

Shoto kept staring at his classmate as if he had suddenly sprouted a second head with how he was acting. Sure, he seemed to be a little timid in the two classes they had together, but Todoroki also witnessed the utter beast that the boy was when pushed too far, given the fact that the loudmouth and 'New Endeavor' (something Shoto had nicknamed the arrogant asshole) several concussions, as well as a few missing teeth and swelling of the cheeks that Bakugo had still yet to fully recover from.

Turning back and using his ice to break open the crate that held the boards, Shoto kept his eyes on his work as he spoke, "I don't know what your angle is, Midoriya, but I am not here to make friends."

Just as Izuku slowly looked a little crestfallen, though, from the corner of his eye, Todoroki would note his counterpart's excited look for the briefest of moments when he summoned the blade of ice to cut the seal.

The dual-quirked boy sighed heavily, "I rather just do this myself, so if there is a mistake, and there won't be, it falls to himself and no one else. But…" Shoto hesitated for a few moments before unpacking the boards once again, "Thank you for the offer regardless."

"S-sure! N-no problem!" Izuku said, "I-I'll go see if any of the other guys need some help then."

"That would be for the best, yes."

While there was hesitation and silence for a moment, Izuku did get the hint and made his way back down the stairs, eager to help another one of his classmates, leaving Shoto to briefly stare in the direction of his classmate before looking back to the pallets and continuing to work.

Izuku sighed contently as he sat on the couch within the commons room of the dorms, his head leaning back on the cushion as he idly drummed his stomach with his fingers. The entire moving process for all of his classmates hardly took the time it was going to as it wasn't only the drones bringing in the many boxes and small pieces of furniture.

No, Izuku had offered his services to carry and practically bring all the boxes directly into their rooms, much to his and some of the other's jargon, mainly the boys.

While he had assisted the girls in bringing their boxes up to their rooms, most of them had asked Izuku to place the boxes just outside their door, which he was perfectly fine with. However, two of the girls insisted that he bring the boxes right into their rooms, which flustered the large teenager to no end as he blushed heavily while he did as they asked.

Tsuyu had her reasons, very reasonable reasons he might add; as she pointed out, it seemed more practical to have him bring them inside, so she wasn't constantly lugging in boxes and then figuring out where to put her things. The frog-like girl had at least waited until the boxes were all brought in and thanked him before closing the door after he had finished.

Mina, on the other hand…

While still not having a chance to clear the air of what happened the previous night in his old room, the pink-skinned girl hadn't bothered to wait until all the boxes were in the room before she started to unpack.

So many questions of where things should go, or his opinion on some of her personal belongings, which in of themself were really 'out-there' to him, like the many plushies of a freakish alien monster from some science-fiction horror films before the dawn of quirks was at least peculiar to the green-haired boy.

But then she started to unpack her clothes.

Don't get him wrong, if Mina wanted to show off some of her more casual outfits to him and asked his opinion, that's fine. Izuku would give her an honest answer, though he would be a blushing mess regardless.

But no, the clothes she would show him were far from casual, often adorable and really brightly colored dresses or skirt and shirt combos that she would hold against her body, and then when she asked him, Izuku could feel her eyes searching for something like she was seeing what sort of reaction he would do or make, which was terrible odd to him.

Maybe he should talk to 'Big Sis' Nemuri about it later?

Thankfully, Mina had 'scooted' him out of her room when there was only one box of clothes left, and Izuku had a feeling the container was filled with things not meant for a mere mortal man's eyes or at least not until certain 'decisions' were made.

Decisions, Izuku thought he'd best leave out of his mind for now.

While he was a teenage boy, and while 'those' sort of thoughts were hard not to think about… deep down, Izuku knew that something like him having a girlfriend or really a partner, in general, was pretty much an impossible dream, thanks to his strength and the secrets of the 'Magic Potion' that his adoptive grandfather had kept not only from him but from everyone in general.

Not that he could blame the old druid, considering what he saw when his 'uncles' and 'aunts' drank the golden liquid, only to have familiar feats of strength and speed like Izuku had, but also how it amplified their quirks to the extreme.

By Teutates, if ANY villain ever got their hands on even a drop or somehow was able to recreate the magic potion…

A shift on the couch he was sitting on brought Izuku out of his thoughts, only to turn and see the bright golden eyes of Mina staring into his own emeralds, "Hiya Izuku!" she beamed with a bright smile while the pink-skinned alien girl sat beside him, wearing a rather tight yellow spaghetti strap shirt with bright baby blue shorts.

Izuku did his absolute best not to look down from her eyes, "H-Hi Ashi-"

"Mina!"

"R-Right, sorry… Hi Mina– what's up?"

"Saw you chilling on the couch while everyone else was unpacking. I figured I'd keep ya company!" She smiled happily, sitting on her knees while facing the blushing boy, "And thanks again for bringing my boxes to my room! It made it easier to unpack."

"O-Oh, n-no problem! I just wanted to help, that's all." Izuku smiled back at her, his cheeks slowly losing their redness. Honestly, he thought he'd be used to overly excitable women with two 'big sisters' acting similar to Mina. Heck, Nejire was FAR more excitable than the out-of-this-world beauty before him, and she would cling off of his neck while she floated in the air!

"'Out-of-this-world beauty', huh?" Mina slyly smirked as Izuku's eyes shot open; his pupils shrank as he realized his muttering habit decided to bite his ass at that very moment. His classmate slowly leaned closer to him, biting her lower lip as Izuku watched her gaze look over him, "Didn't realize I caught your 'attention' over these last two days."

Izuku's mouth opened and closed, trying to form words as Mina slowly moved onto his lap, straddling his hips while her arms wrapped around his neck.

The green-haired boy took slow breaths, ignoring (or trying to ignore) the pillowy softness against his chest or the sultry way Mina was looking at him, "Why don't you tell me how you really feel, big guy?"

"I-I-I- um…" was all Izuku could muster out when the sounds of footsteps coming down the stairs could be heard, and without so much as a heartbeat, Mina was sitting back beside him, though Izuku did notice the pout her lips had as more of his classmates had finished with their rooms.

Although, he could hear the nearly silent 'phooey' come from his couch neighbor and did his best to not think about it too much.

"Holy crap, that was delicious." Kaminari said as he patted his stomach, leaning back in his chair with several empty plates in front of him, "My compliments to the chef!" He called out to the kitchen, followed by several other classmates doing the same.

"Yes! It was a delicious meal! Thank you for cooking it, Midoriya!" Iida said, gathering the empty plates of students who were too stuffed to move. Even Dark Shadow looked positively content, patting its bulging belly full of apple pie and other foods...

Which was odd to some of the others, given that it was a quirk!

"O-Oh! No problem, everyone!" Izuku poked his head out from the kitchen, a tiny bit of flour on his cheek, "I have more if you need it."

"I couldn't eat another bite, but thanks, Midori-bro!" Kirishima had said as he slowly moved from the kitchen table, grunting from how full he had felt before slowly making his way to one of the couches where many other students had strewn about, groaning in the delight of full bellies.

The few remaining students still seated at the table also shook their heads to the previously asked question, with Momo looking at the taller teenager, "Indeed, you have truly outdone yourself, Midoriya. I dare say I have never eaten such delicious food in all my life, and I simply must get your recipes for my family's head chef!"

Izuku chuckled gently, blushing and rubbing the back of his head, "T-Thanks, Yaoyorozu; I-I'm sure I can write something up within the next couple of days, though, to be honest, I'm sure your chef is a lot more talented than me."

Momo was about to refute the boy's claims when the most glorious and heavenly smells wafted past her nostrils, not only hers but everyone else's. The oven's sudden beeping sound had caught Izuku's attention, and everyone watched as he quickly dipped back into the room behind him.

Curiosity got a few of their attention, mainly the heiress, Sato, and Iida, wiping their hands and lips with their napkins before making their way after the more giant boy, only to gasp when they saw the sight before them, "M-Midoriya… what is the meaning of this?"

There Izuku stood ramrod, holding what looked like a large golden-cooked boar or pig, glistening with butter and sauce drizzled across its stomach and legs, all the while with what looked like french fries surrounding and stuffed into the food. Slowly turning around and facing the three people, Izuku chuckled meekly, "I-I told you there was more coming…."

"Midoriya, that's a whole pig you cooked up! H-How did you do that in such a short amount of time and not take up an entire oven to cook?" Sato asked, bewildered at how such a delicious-looking meal was made when all three ovens had things baking in them most of the time.

Placing the large platter upon the kitchen counter, Izuku jutted a thumb behind him as all three students looked towards where he was pointing, "I-I had it slow-roasting on the spit for the last three hours while I was cooking everything else; I used the ovens timer when they weren't in use or the microwaves… I haven't eaten yet, but I didn't want to disturb or keep you all waiting…."

The loud grumble of Izuku's stomach roared out, causing the boy to blush and chuckle with embarrassment, while the others blinked in confusion upon seeing the now smoking fire pit with a spit roast with a small motor attached to a gear that would turn it.

Izuku, at this point, had decided to just rip a leg off of the cooked beast and take a big bite out of it, munching happily until a loud voice came from the living room.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ALL THESE KIDS?!"

Immediately, all four of the students rushed out of the kitchen, one still holding onto the half-eaten leg of the boar in his hand as they, like the other classmates, both half comatose from overeating or simply staring in shock at the latest arrival.

With a somewhat angered look on her face, the older but young-looking woman had her hands on her shapely hips while her red eyes scanned the room as if hunting for someone or something, her blonde hair a spiky mess that looked pretty similar to their missing classmate, "Alright! Which one of you brats is why my brat is recovering in the infirmary?"

A few eyes slowly shifted towards Izuku, who nervously gulped the last of the meat off of the bone before placing it on an empty dirtied plate still on the table, as the apparent family member of Bakugo's stormed towards him, "Y-yes, that was m-me, I'm really s-"

While taller and larger than the blonde woman, the green-haired boy cowered down like a small child all over again when she stood toe to toe with him, snarling at him for a few moments.

However, her facial features suddenly softened, as if a hint of recognition came across her features as she then squinted at him, "What's your name, brat?"

"M-Midoriya. I-I-IzukuMidoriyaIamsosorryfor-" The frightened teenager started to mutter with great speed, nearly catching everyone off guard, especially the blonde before him, who was taken back in shock before looking at him over and then suddenly placing her hand on his mouth to stop his muttering.

"...You're Izuku Midoriya, Inko's boy?" she asked, getting a quick nod from Izuku, and after a few moments of silence, she suddenly hugged Izuku, much to his and everyone's surprise, when she barked out a laugh afterward and let go of him, "Well, look at you! I haven't seen you since you, and the brat were no taller than my knees and trying to raid the damn cookie jar! Don't tell me you don't recognize your Auntie Mitsuki?"

It was Izuku who now looked dumbfounded, having spent the years living at UA due to his powers and seeing an 'auntie' of his from before then, suddenly jogging a long-forgotten memory he had buried deep within his mind since the 'ill-fated' trip to France.

An old water reservoir.

A large fallen tree that acted as a bridge.

And the much smaller version of Bakugo sending Izuku back with an explosive after refusing his aid after falling into the small river below that log, only one word sprung to mind as Izuku looked at the mother of the blonde boy.

'Kacchan…'

"So, how are you feeling, champ?" asked Masaru Bakugo, sitting beside his son, who was still laid up in the university's infirmary beds. He had decided that he would pay his still recovering boy while 'letting' his wife, Mitsuki go and get things sorted in his room, considering it would be another day before Katsuki would be released.

"Rather be out of this damn bed." The young blonde boy grunted, staring up at the ceiling for a few moments before looking towards his old man, "Where's the old hag anyway? I'd thought she'd be here chewing me out for acting a damn fool."

His brown-haired father sighed at their son's honestly rude nickname for his mother. Still, he had long since given up ever-changing how the two interacted, where he recognized it wasn't so much hate between the pair but more their hot-headedness clashing against one another.

"She's gone on ahead to get your room sorted out, or at least unpacked to a degree; she knows how you hate when people touch your things." Masaru sighed gently before looking at his son, "Besides, I'd rather talk to you about what happened myself instead of just having another arguing match."

"Tch, fine…" Katsuki said while looking back up at the ceiling, earning another heavy sigh from his father before a buzzing sound caught their attention. His father pulled out his cellphone with a shocked look of surprise and a gentle chuckle.

"Well, I'll be damned…."

"What is it?" Katsuki asked, just as his father turned the phone around to see a somewhat awkward picture of his old hag of a mother laughing in a photo with that fat ass from class, who looked slightly embarrassed for some reason.

Not caring or simply ignoring the growl from his son, Masaru turned the phone back around, "Who would have thought we'd see him again after all these years…."

"Huh?! We know that fat ass?"

"Katsuki." His father said with a stone-cold look, instantly shutting up the boy, who gulped silently to himself. Let it be known that while Masaru Bakugo loved his wife and son, he never resorted to violence at any time, but when both mother and son heard that tone of voice, they knew they had fucked up.

The tension in the air died as he shook his head, "I can't believe you don't recognize one of your earliest friends. You two were inseparable since you were born until we lost contact with the Midoriya's after their trip overseas."

"Huh? What do you mean 'inseparable'? I have never seen that green-haired-" Katsuki had suddenly started to grow angrier until suddenly his voice caught in his throat, his mind replaying a scene in his mind before slowly growling to himself, a long-forgotten 'name' passing his lips as Katsuki Bakugo muttered to himself.

"Deku…"
