|PROLOGUE
Look, I didn't want to be a pirate. If you're reading this because you think you might become one, let me give you some advice: don't. Just don't. Close this book right now. Listen to your parents and become a barista. Or an accountant—something safe on land. But not a pirate.
Take it from me. Being a pirate is dangerous. It's scary. Most of the time, it gets you killed in painful, nasty ways by the Marines or rival pirates.
So if you're a normal kid reading this for fun, cool. I'm jealous. Your life is pain-free. But if you think becoming a pirate sounds interesting, if you feel tempted by the so-called adventurous life on the high seas, I have one thing to say: abandon ship now!
Once you become a pirate, you're an enemy of the Marines. After that, it's only a matter of time before you're looking at the business end of a sword or cannon.
And if you ignore me and get killed?
Don't say I didn't warn you.
My name is Koby.
Until a few weeks ago, I was just a cabin boy on the Miss Love Duck. A pirate ship captained by Iron Mace Alvida, deadly pork queen of the ocean.
Was I excited to be there? Um, no.
But when you accidentally end up on a boat running supplies for the Alvida Pirates you don't have much choice in becoming a cabin boy-slash-slave. If you want to stay breathing, that is. To stay alive I put myself into servitude to the crew even though I harbored dreams of escaping and becoming a Marine
For two years I put up with bad food, worse company, and being used as a punching bag.
I thought my life was as bad as it could get.
Boy was I wrong.
THEN.
I was scrubbing cannons on the deck of the Miss Love Duck. Captain Alvida had ordered me to scrub every cannon on the ship.
And it was very, very hot.
That was just a typical day.
The East Blue was like that.
As I vigorously scrubbed the last cannon on the deck, I daydreamed about the pirates I would catch when I was marine. I imagined sailing the seas, arresting entire pirate crews, becoming a great Marine hero.
"Koby! Quit your daydreaming and get back to work!" barked Captain Alvida from across the deck.
"Yes ma'am!" I called back, snapping out of my thoughts. I had to focus on the task at hand. I was almost done with the cannons on the deck, but there were many more cannons below deck I had to clean before I could rest.
I scraped at the old cannon, working loose years of grime caked like barnacles. My nose stung from the pungent odor—a mix of mold, rust, and salt. Suddenly, the inside of the cannon erupted in a blaze of green light.
Suddenly, the entire crew froze. They just stopped moving. No one was swabbing the deck, stacking cannon balls, or tying up rigging. I looked up and saw everyone staring out towards the sea.
In the distance, an enormous ship was sailing towards the Miss Love Duck. It was three times the size of the Miss Love Duck and was the largest ship I'd ever seen.
Just then, the alarm bell rang out. "Battle stations! Ship ahead!" Alvida's First Mate shouted.
I dropped my brush and scrambled to the railing with the rest of the crew who were already getting their grappling hooks ready.
"NO!"
Captain Alvida slammed her iron mace down on her first mate's head. The burly man went down like a sack of potatoes.
I was confused. The ship had been flying the flag of the World Government, and it looked like a luxury liner. It was the kind of target that Captain Alvida loved.
What was going on?
"That's a Celestial Dragon's ship," Captain Alvida said, and she dropped her iron club. I'd never seen her look so defeated and scared. "We can't fight them."
My eyes widened. A Celestial Dragon!
I had read about the royal World Nobles but I never imagined I'd see one in person. Only the most powerful and influential families in the world were granted that privilege.
The ship came to a stop next to the Miss Love Duck.
I held my breath as the boarding ramp lowered. My heart jumped into my throat as a fat, lavishly dressed man wearing a strange spacesuit and fishbowl helmet slowly rode down the ramp on the back of a haggard slave. A thick metal collar fastened tightly around his neck, with a chain leash extending up to the hand of the figure behind him. Tattered rags barely covered his skeletal frame as his clearly malnourished body strained under the weight of the Celestial Dragon on his back.
The Celestial Dragon held a gold whip, lashing the slave whenever he slowed. "Faster, you worthless worm!" the world noble shouted.
I saw bloody welts crisscrossing the slave's back where the whip had struck. The man's arms and legs trembled violently from the effort to carry the massive Celestial Dragon.
Finally, at the bottom of the ramp, the slave couldn't go any further and collapsed face-first on the Miss Love Duck's deck.
"Get up!" the Celestial Dragon ordered, bringing the golden whip down again and again on the man's quivering body.
When it became clear the slave couldn't move anymore, the Celestial Dragon dismounted, kicking the slave.
"You dare rest before I grant permission? Know your place, slave!"
My skin crawled at the cruel, haughty tone. This was a Celestial Dragon? The leaders of the World Government? How could the Marines allow this?
Before anyone could react, the battered slave suddenly jumped to his feet. He sprinted across the deck in a desperate bid for freedom.
The Celestial Dragon let out an amused laugh. "Insolent trash!" He pulled a small remote from his robes and jammed his thumb on the button.
I whipped around just in time to see the slave's collar explode in a burst of fire and shrapnel. The man's headless body collapsed lifeless to the deck in a pool of blood.
The noble sighed in annoyance. "Another slave lost. No matter, I shall find a replacement." His gaze landed on me. A twisted grin spread across his face.
"You there, boy! You shall be my new slave," he declared, pointing a fat finger at me. "Collar him at once!"
I froze in shock and terror as two of the Marines who arrived with the Celestial Dragon approached, metal slave collar in hand. This couldn't be happening!
"W-wait, please!" I stammered, stumbling back. But firm hands grabbed my shoulders, holding me in place.
I struggled in vain as they clamped the cold metal around my neck. The Celestial Dragon sauntered over, leash in hand. He attached the leash to my collar and gave it a sharp tug.
"Come along, slave."
I shuffled up the ramp, wondering if I was going to meet the same gruesome fate as the last slave.
The metal collar around my neck felt chokingly tight.
I was led through the halls of the enormous World Government ship, towards what I assumed was the Celestial Dragon's private quarters. Gold chandeliers lit a long hallway filled with artwork and finery.
At the end stood an ornate set of doors guarded by two expressionless slaves. As we approached, the doors swung open to reveal the Celestial Dragon's throne room.
It was a massive room, draped in exotic silks and tapestries. The walls glittered with embedded jewels that cast prisms of light around the room. At the chamber's center sat an imposing throne made entirely of swords—katanas, rapiers, scimitars, all half-melted down and interlocked.
"What's all this?"
I was shocked to see that there were already three other people in the room. Two blondes and a dark-haired teen who looked around my age. Like me, they all had bomb collars around their necks.
What is going on? Just as I was wondering it, one of the men next to me asked the same question.
"What are we doing here?"
"Oh, you four?" the Celestial seemed surprised any of us were questioning him. "You're here to get me home!"
"What?!" the other three people and I shouted all at once. "What's that supposed to mean?"
"There are many complications in this situation," said the Celestial Dragon, "but the simple answer to your question is that I have been stuck in this world for over twenty years now. I want to go home, and the only way for me to do that is supposedly on Laugh Tal, with Gold Rogers treasure."
I flinched as the Celestial Dragon pointed his finger at us.
"Because I don't want to risk my life, I've selected you four to do it for me."
Selected? By who? Why!? I shook my head in disbelief. How could any of this be real? But the weight of the bomb collar on my neck, the strangers around me, and the man calling himself a World Noble…no matter how I tried to make sense of it, an impossible thought crept into my mind:
What if we really had been brought here to find the One Piece?
"Of course, we can..." I began to reply, but the other three guys spoke up quickly.
"I don't think so."
"Yeah, me neither."
"We can go back to our homes, right? We'll talk about your mental problems after that."
I stared at them in shock. What is wrong with them?
How did they think it was okay to speak to someone who kidnapped them like that? Someone who had just told them he was okay with all four of us dying?
They must have never been in a situation like this before, Koby stared at the three strangers in silence, and soon the three of them were looking at him with smiles.
What were they smiling about? Couldn't they feel the room growing tense?
"I see, so that's how you're going to be," the Celestial Dragon lifted his hand. "Room!"
A transparent bubble covered the room.
"Shambles!"
My jaw dropped as the head of one of the blondes vanished and reappeared in front of the Celestial Dragon.
The transparent bubble vanished and the Celestial Dragon drew the sword from his waist and drove it through the head like a shishkabob. "Ugh, how foul," the Celestial Dragon tossed the sword, head still skewered on the blade.
I felt bile rising in my throat as the headless body fell at my feet.
"Consider that you're only warning. If you, Ren," the Celestial Dragon pointed at the other blonde-haired teen who was still alive, "or you Itsuki, speak out of turn again, I'll have to kill you. Understand?"
Ren and Itsuki both nodded. But they didn't speak.
"Don't bother introducing yourselves," the Celestial Dragon said, leaning forward as he spoke. "We're not friends or partners. You work for me."
I somehow managed to resist the urge to yell, "Work implies that we're getting paid!" But I was still too afraid.
I just got a front-row seat to his willingness to kill. This guy is a Celestial Dragon and it's been made brutally clear he doesn't mind abusing his authority.
"Now then, as I said, the only way for us to get home is to find the One Piece. Supposedly, there's a Poneglpyh there that holds the instructions on how to reverse the spell used to summon me here."
The summary of the Celestial Dragon's story was this: After Gol D. Roger's execution, he had been summoned to this world by the same spell he used to summon us. The Celestial Dragon didn't say by who, and I wasn't going to risk getting stabbed in the brain by asking.
He had been tasked with finding the One Piece—Gold Roger's great pirate treasure, but the world of One Piece was dangerous. It was full of pirates, bandits, corrupt marines, slavers, and massive Sea Kings.
So instead of setting sail himself, he killed the guy who summoned him and started a proxy voyage using people he kidnapped and strong-armed to find the One Piece for him.
Of course, since I was here it was clear that everyone before me had failed and most likely died painful deaths in the Pirate Graveyard. Either trying to find the treasure or because they refused and were killed on the spot.
Now it was my turn.
"Understand?" the Celestial Dragon asked.
I nodded. It was pretty simple, after all. If I didn't do what the Celestial Dragon wanted, he'd kill me. And what the Celestial Dragon wanted me to do was sail to the end of the most dangerous sea in the world and find the world's most sought-after treasure.
It was impossible!
Impossible...impossible...IMPOSSIBLE!
The Grand Line was the pirate graveyard. No one that entered the sea ever left. He was going to die there!
But if I don't try, I swallowed the fear in my throat. I'll die right now.
"Good," continued the Celestial Dragon. "Of course, I also understand that sending you all out as you are would result in your immediate deaths. Come here."
I walked forward until I was right in front of the throne. The two outspoken strangers did the same, and it seemed they finally learned to keep their mouths shut because neither of them said a word.
This close I could see frozen images on the roll of film next to the throne. Is that...me? I stared at the picture of myself and a dark-haired teenager wearing a straw hat.
"You three are quite lucky, you know," the Celestial Dragon said as he reached down and grabbed the roll of film. "You're going to be the first people I've conscripted to be blessed with my memories."
Memories?
The Celestial Dragon waved his hand, sending the strips diving into my mind.
I clutched my head as decades of foreign memories flooded my brain. I saw visions of a world where I was just a fictional character. Where the entire world I lived in was considered nothing but fiction.
"I...I don't understand," I said, confused by everything I just saw.
The Celestial Dragon flicked his hand in dismissal. "You don't need to understand," he said. "Just say thank you."
"Thank you?" I repeated incredulously.
"You're welcome."
"I wasn't thanking you," I retorted, and my eyes widened. I hadn't even spoken back to Captain Alvida, and now I was arguing with a Celestial Dragon who had just stabbed someone in the face.
I closed my eyes and braced for the pain...
But nothing happened.
I peeked my eyes open and saw the Celestial Dragon glaring at me. Then he started to smile. "I knew my memories would affect your personality," he said, "but I didn't expect it to happen so quickly."
"Affect my personality?" I asked. I was so lost. There was so much new information I couldn't sort through it all.
The Celestial Dragon nodded. "I was twenty years old when I was summoned to this world. That was over twenty years ago. I didn't give you all of my memories, but I still gave you more than the paltry 16 years you've lived so far. You're more me than you are you now."
I was starting to get pissed off. I wanted to rip off that stupid bubble and beat the Celestial Dragon to death with my bare hands. Then I would—
Wait, stop!
I had never thought of beating someone to death. Not even Captain Alvida. I'd thought of running away, but never killing her!
The Celestial Dragon was right, all the new memories in my head were affecting me.
"Still, even as the new vessel for my memories, you're not ready," the Celestial Dragon snapped his fingers and a door behind the throne opened.
I watched as a troop of Humandrill with green colloars around their necks and armed with three swords led a shark Fish-Man and half a dozen humans pulling a cart of strange-looking fruit with them.
My stomach turned at the sight but I bit my tongue. Thanks to the new memories in my head, I knew that these poor people were just a few of the tens of thousands of slaves being abused by the Celestial Dragons.
Helping them was impossible.
The human-like shark walked forward carrying a large tray with a book on it.
When he was in front of us, the fish-man stopped and stood as still as a statue.
On the front cover of the book read: Devil Fruit Encyclopedia.
"Look through it," the Celestial Dragon ordered.
I opened the book and saw that it was filled with the names and crude drawings of Devil Fruits. Most of the Devil Fruits were crossed out. Probably the ones the Celestial Dragon couldn't find, or have been eaten already, I thought as he flipped through the pages.
"Most of these are Zoan Devil Fruits..." I muttered to myself. That was a little surprising since Paramecia Types were supposed to be the most common of the three Devil Fruit Types.
"Not many of the people I catch are interested in a Zoan Devil Fruit," the Celestial Dragon Noble explained. "Not unless it's Mythical, but those are hard to find."
No one even wanted the Ancient models? I wondered, seeing a few Ancient models. I guessed that kind of made sense. Only the Mythical Zoan Fruits gave their user "powers" so to speak. Normal and Ancient Zoans only let the user transform into an animal.
Compare that to a Paramecia type that could literally give you any power other than turning into an animal or a natural element, and it was obvious why so many people chose the Paramecia fruits.
I didn't even bother asking why there weren't any Logia Devil Fruits available. Those would have been the first to go, and any the Celestial Dragon might have once had were probably lost somewhere in the Grand Line.
As I looked through the book, trying to decide which Devil Fruits I was going to eat—and I was definitely going to eat one—the Celestial Dragon continued speaking.
"You each get to choose one Devil Fruit," the Celestial Dragon said. "And because pink-hair was the only one to keep his mouth shut, he gets to choose first."
Why specify we can only choose one? It's not like someone could eat two Devil Fruits. Blackbeard was the only one in this world who had accomplished such a thing and how he did it was still a mystery to the fandom.
In canon at least! I flipped to the K-section of the book searching for the non-canon Kopi Kopi no Mi. When I found the Devil Fruit I was looking for, I traced the drawing of the fruit under its name.
"I don't understand...?" I said, looking up at the Celestial Dragon and then down at the fruit next to the encyclopedia.
It matched the drawing of the Kopi Kopi no Mi.
"How come no one else wanted the Kopi Kopi no Mi?" I couldn't help but ask. It didn't make sense to me.
"Obviously I haven't had it for long," the Celestial Dragon answered, staring at him with derision. "I was only recently able to track down Chamelone and kill him. You were part of the first group I've gathered since then."
The Celestial Dragon slumped his fat body down deeper on the throne and let out a disappointed sigh.
"I was going to have the four of you fight to the death to see who got to eat it. Too bad bad you two weren't as smart as pink-hair, huh?"
The other two guys glared at the Celestial Dragon, but neither of them said anything.
Yeah, too bad, I lied to myself as I reached for the Devil Fruit. I was glad those other guys acted like idiots and we didn't have to fight to the death.
"Room!"
Another transparent bubble covered the room. The fruit vanished just as I was about to touch it and reappeared in the World Noble's hand.
"Naturally," the Celestial Dragon continued as he juggled the Devil Fruit in the air. "I also can't have you just taking a Devil Fruit and running off to some island in bum-fuck nowhere. Trying to scratch out some meaningless life farming or fishing...or some other useless thing."
What did that mean? I wondered, not liking how ominous the words sounded. Was the Celestial Dragon going to stick a tracker in me? Order one of his slaves to follow me and kill me if I tried to run away and live a normal life on some peaceful island far away from the Grand Line.
"Room!"
The Celestial Dragon summoned a third operating room.
"Mes!"
I blinked and suddenly the Celestial Dragon wasn't just holding the Kopi Kopi no Mi. He was also holding a heart encased in some kind of glass-like cube.
The Celestial Dragon squeezed the heart and I felt my chest constrict. "Ah!" I gasped, falling to my knees.
"Understand?" the Celestial Dragon asked.
I nodded, the message loud and clear. This was how the Celestial Dragon was going to keep us from running away and trying to live a normal life: No matter where we go in the world, he'll always hold our lives in the palm of his hand.
Like what Law did with people's hearts on Punk Hazard.
The Celestial Dragon nodded. "And your Devil Fruit?" he asked, holding up the Kopi Kopi no Mi."
"I'm definitely going to eat the Kopi Kopi no Mi," I answered immediately. That was a no-brainer.
I wouldn't have years of experience with any powers I copied, but even just copying Luffy and Buggy's Devil Fruit powers would make me almost immune to swords and blunt-force trauma.
At least in the East Blue and Paradise.
Once I entered the New World, where everyone and their mother could use Haki I wasn't going to be nearly as invincible. And not nearly strong enough to fight a Yonko. Without years of experience and training, even with the Kopi Kopi no Mi, I was going to be fodder to people like Kaido and Big Mom.
The Celestial Dragon's lips curled into a grin beneath his helmet. "Very good," he purred. He made a come hither motion with his fingers. A slave rushed over to collect the Kopi Kopi no Mi sitting on the armrest of his gaudy throne.
I studied the Devil Fruit sitting heavily in my palms. Once I ate this, there would be no going back. No chance at a normal life ever again.
I clenched my jaw, steeling my nerves. It's not like I had a choice. Refusing wasn't an option unless I wanted my heart crushed to a pulp.
Before I could hesitate any longer, I raised the ominous fruit to my lips and took a bite. My teeth punctured the tough leathery skin with a sour squelch. An intensely unpleasant flavor flooded my mouth—somewhere between rotten meat and stale ashes. I gagged but forced myself to swallow the chunk of Devil Fruit.
For a moment, nothing happened. The rancid taste clinging to my tongue was the only physical sign I had consumed a Devil Fruit so far.
"What about you two?" the Celestial Dragon asked, looking at Itsuki and Ren. "Go ahead, pick a fruit. Ren first."
I tensed as Itsuki opened his mouth, terrified that he was going to argue and I was going to see another person murdered.
Thankfully, common sense won and Itsuki shut his mouth without talking.
"I'll pick this one," Ren said, pointing at a Devil Fruit in the encyclopedia that I didn't recognize from the Celestial Dragon's memories.
The Celestial Dragon looked at the fruit Ren was pointing at and smirked. "The Hito Hito no Mi: Model Lunarian? You know, I thought that would be one of the first to go," he said. "But everyone was too chicken shit to eat it. Afraid of the World Government coming after them. Guess my memories are having even more of an effect on your cowardly personalities."
It's not the World Government we're worried about, I thought staring at my heart, still being held by the Celestial Dragon. I could see it beating and I could feel every pump in my chest as if it was still there.
"I guess I'll take this one," Itsuki pointed at another Zoan.
"The Saru Saru no Mi, Model: Humandrill," the Celestial Dragon said. "Not a bad choice."
He snapped his fingers and two slaves shuffled over from where they had been waiting motionless beside the cart of Devil Fruits.
"You two, fetch the fruits they selected," the Celestial Dragon ordered.
The slaves hurried to sift through the piles of strange-shaped fruits, searching for the ones Ren and Itsuki had chosen. One of them found the swirled purple Saru Saru no Mi: Model Humandrill first. He brought it over to Itsuki with his head bowed.
The other continued sorting until he located the Hito Hito no Mi: Model Lunarian hidden near the bottom of the cart.
"Go on then, eat up," the Celestial Dragon said once they both held their chosen Devil Fruit. "We haven't got all day."
Itsuki and Ren exchanged a reluctant look. Then Itsuki closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and took a large bite out of the Saru Saru no Mi. Ren followed suit, sinking his teeth into the Hito Hito no Mi. They both made faces as they forced down the bites of foul-tasting Devil Fruit. Once they managed to swallow, I reached out and put a hand on each of their shoulders.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Ren demanded, shaking my hand off with a scowl.
I don't even know why he asked. It was obvious I was copying their Devil Fruit powers. Why else would I have picked the Kopi Kopi no Mi?
NOW.
The sun shone brightly against the blue sky. Nothing moved under its heat: the sea was as flat as glass.
As it always was, from morning to night.
I stood on the deck of the Miss Love Duck, staring out at the calm waters. There were no ripples of fish, not even a small breeze.
"Nooo! Please, don't! Stop! Stop!" the painful cries of a marine being tortured echoed out across the sea.
I grimaced still staring out at the ocean. There was nothing I could do for the man. Marines begging for mercy was a common event for the most part.
The Alvida Pirates, after all, were just like that. The crew was filled with some of the roughest and most vicious pirates in the East Blue.
"Ah, the cries of marines, better than birds singing!" a cruel laugh from Captain Alvida pulled my eyes away from the water and to the main mast of the Miss Love Duck.
The marine being held prisoner, the only one remaining of his crew was some fool who thought himself a big shot because he was a marine captain in the East Blue. Neither he nor his crew had lasted more than thirty minutes after they decided to attack the Miss Love Duck and try to capture the Alvida Pirates.
The torturer of the only remaining marine was Captain Alvida herself. A tall and very obese woman with long wavy black hair and freckles on her cheeks, wearing a white cowgirl hat with a large red plume, a red neckerchief, and a pink plaid shirt.
Alvida might have looked like anything but a pirate captain, but her strength was the real deal. At least in a weak sea like the East Blue. She'd crushed the marine captain her crew was tormenting without much trouble.
In the East Blue, she was one of the strongest pirates sailing the sea.
"Don't you agree, Roronoa?"
Tied up on the other side of the Miss Love Duck's main mast was the great Pirate Hunter, Roronoa Zoro.
I was shocked when the Celestial Dragon dumped Zoro off with me when he left us with Alvida. He had been using Zoro to train his Humandrill guards. And by train, I mean he demanded the Humandrill kill Zoro who despite not being his post-time skip monster-self, was still too strong and killed most of the animals who attacked him. The few who survived got the honor of being slaves. The Celestial Dragon had used the Memo Memo no Mi to take Zoro's memories and dropped him on the Miss Love Duck with me because he was done with Zoro and didn't want to go out of his way to sail to Naval Base Island.
I had no idea where he was taking Ren and Itsuki.
"You guys are too loud," Zoro said. He didn't even bother opening his eyes. "I'm trying to catch up on my sleep."
Captain Alvida's face flushed red. She stepped away from the bloodied marine and circled the main mast so she was standing in front of Zoro. "What was that?" she asked, lifting her iron mace.
With his eyes closed, Zoro didn't see what she was doing, but from what I saw in the "One Piece Manga", it would have mattered if he did.
"I said, you need to shut—"
Captain Alvida swung her mace. She hit Zoro right on the green haramaki that matched the hair hidden under his black bandana. Zoro gasped as all the air was forced out of his lungs.
The pirate hunter opened his eyes and glared at Captain Alvida. But tied to the mast and with his swords locked in the captain's quarters, there wasn't anything he could do.
He knew it, and more importantly, so did Captain Alvida.
"See this men!" she pointed at Zoro. "The great pirate hunter! At my mercy!"
I felt bad for Zoro, but at least he was alive. I wasn't sure why the Celestial Dragon had dumped him on the Miss Love Duck, but Captain Alvida sure loved to pretend that she had been the one to catch him. That was why she hadn't just killed him. She loved to walk the deck, forcing the crew to listen to her rant about how the best bounty hunter in the East Blue was her prisoner.
The sickening sound of painful cries started up again, but I ignored it and sighed.
I'd had a lot of practice, so it was easy to block the sound out.
Turning away from the sight, I decided to focus on something else. Like the last "ability" the World Noble had gifted us before giving me back to Alvida.
I focused on the air and front of me.
There was a sound like jingling bells and a translucent box appeared floating in the air.
One that only I could see apparently because none of the Alvida Pirates noticed.

Hito Hito no Mi: Model Lunarian
Saru Saru no Mi: Model Humandrill
The screen looked like something straight out of a video game, or a story where the MC has a Gamer-System ability. Except it only listed my name and abilities. There was no Exp or level system. I couldn't see any quests or missions that I could take. There wasn't even an inventory. All the box did was show me my stats and all I could do to interact with it was bring it up.
I was surprised to see Conqueror's Haki on my SKILLS list. I knew that all living beings in the world are capable of learning Observation and Armament Haki; however, most people do not notice them or fail to awaken them.
Conquerors Haki was the only Haki that could not be learned, only controlled if you were one of the one in several million people born with it
Did that mean I had it and just needed to awaken it?
"Oh, he's dead already?" the disappointed voice of Captain Alvida pulled me from my thoughts.
I looked over to see...yep, the screaming marine captain was dead.
I know! I know...the Kopi Kopi no Mi?
How Cliche!
Truth is, when I watch One Piece I always think about how I'd use certain Devil Fruit Powers differently if I had eaten the fruit. And when I was planning this story, I had a hard time choosing just one, so why not use them all?
THANKS FOR READING!
