'The Bargain' Holiday Special
Part I: Santa's Little Helper
The woman's neck vein pulsed, and I could almost visualize the blood flowing beneath the thin membrane of her skin. My eagle eyes keenly observed its rhythmic pumping. Silently, I stood there, a subtle smile gracing my lips, reassuring myself they my moment was nearing. Soon it would all be over, and I would have the satisfaction of another successful outing behind me.
As the woman turned her head in my direction, her eyes widened, taking in my presence. She appeared wary, but there was no avoiding what brought me to her and what now needed to be done. Advancing toward her, I listened to the cadence of her heartbeat, as if it were a song that only I could hear. Fatigue marked her features, the weathered look of someone in their later years evident in her skin. I gauged her age to be in her late 60s, and the slight slope of her shoulders suggested she had endured a day spent standing.
Well, I could detect no other heartbeats around, leaving just me and her in this moment. After I had finished with her, my hope was that she would finally be at peace.
She cleared her throat and began speaking with a lovely accent. The Italian language held a profound beauty, and it brought me immense joy that I could now understand and speak it fluently. Demetri had, of course, been right, and I had picked up the language easily, achieving fluency just two weeks into my new life.
"Good day, miss," the woman behind the counter stated. "Were you able to find everything you were looking for?" A sweet smile accompanied her words as she observed the items I held, patiently waiting to purchase.
I returned her smile, placing all my purchases on the countertop. "Yes, thank you. You have a wonderful store." Happily, I observed as the woman swiftly rang me up. After organizing my presents into several large bags, I took them with a smile. Waving goodbye as I left the store, I noticed the woman finally taking a seat and heard her release a deep sigh. I was glad she could finally get the well-deserved rest she needed.
Stepping outside the quaint shop in Volterra, I lifted my gaze to the bright sun and couldn't help but smile. It was a beautiful day, and thanks to the 4 inches of snow that had freshly fallen last night, along with the prediction of more closer to the big day, this would mark my first white Christmas since I moved here permanently. With each graceful step I took, the snow beneath my boots produced a delightful crunching noise.
The storefronts around the castle felt like I had stepped into a painting of a time long past. Holiday decorations adorned every corner, and festive music wafted from a nearby shop. The streets bustled with the joyful activity of both men and women, accompanied by the laughter of children playing in the snow. It truly brought to mind a Norman Rockwell puzzle I had enjoyed making as a kid, albeit with an Italian twist.
The scent of everyone's blood hung thick in the air, and oh, how appealing it was. Thankfully, it no longer held the sway over me as it once did. While my desire for it remained, I had learned to easily resist, and I hadn't slipped once since halfway through my newborn year.
Now, five years later, I found that I could easily go a week before the hunger started to annoy me. Curious about my limits, I recently attempted to push it to two weeks. However, by the end, I determined it was not a good idea. The humans working in the castle had begun to resemble a tempting chicken dinner, and I didn't want to make that mistake again. Two receptionists down were already two too many, and I had made friends with the current group of humans working in the castle.
Done with my shopping for today, I started to head for the castle. Soon, I rounded the bend of the side street I was on and saw the castle in front of me, majestically reaching toward the heavens. I halted for a moment to admire how the sun made the snow adorning the castle sparkle, enhancing the many spires and parapets. It truly was an amazing place to live, and I had loved every moment of the last five years. Suddenly, a group of young boys rushed by, and in their enthusiasm, one, not paying attention, crashed into me, tumbling hard onto his back, dazed. As he gazed up at me, his mouth opened as if struck dumb. I smiled down at him, shifting my bags to one hand so I could offer him my other gloved hand to help him up.
"Excuse me," he said rather shyly as I helped him to his feet. Once upright, he stood there, looking dreamily at me, his smile widening. Adding to that the quickening of his heartbeat, it was clear as day that he was sweet on me.
"No worries. Best to keep your eyes alert. You don't want to get hurt," I told him in Italian. I playfully ruffled his hair as I smiled down at him. Finally, he broke out of whatever spell he had been under, shaking his head a little before nodding at me and darting off to catch up with his friends.
As I continued toward the entrance of the castle, I glanced up at the bright midday sun, bathing me in its radiance. Even after two years, it still felt odd to be out in the sunlight among humans. I had first learned to block the sparkling effect of the sun on my skin using my shield two years after my transformation. The memory of that day was crystal clear, and as I ruminated on it, I replayed the events in my head.
It had been a scorching hot summer day in the middle of July when Athenodora, Corin, and I decided to go to the gardens to relax and sunbathe. Wearing a new green bikini, I couldn't help but admire how good it looked on me. I was sure the sight of three sparkling hotties in swimsuits, lounging on the beautiful garden lawn, must have been quite the spectacle for any male vampire in the castle with roving eyes. However, considering one of us was Caius's wife, they probably knew it was best not to be caught staring.
As we reclined on our beach chairs, my mind was also hard at work. Even before my transformation into a vampire, I had loved to experiment. Now as a vampire, the task had become considerably easier, and whenever I had free time, I enjoyed flexing my mental muscles. Today, I was toying with the idea that I might be able to adjust my shield to serve additional purposes. It could already do so much, but why stop there? I was always trying to come up with new ways to think or manipulate my existing shield. Relaxing in the sun gave me the perfect chance to focus all my mental power toward one goal. As I lay there, constantly manipulating it, I aimed for a methodical approach. Currently, though, whatever I was doing was causing me a good deal of discomfort, evoking memories of the headaches I had sometimes endured during my human days.
Out of nowhere, it had happened. For a millisecond, I had stopped sparkling. A surprised cry escaped my lips, but by the time Dora and Corin opened their eyes to look my way, I was back to my usual sparkly self. I told them what had happened, but all they did was look at me like I was crazy. Undeterred, I focused on recreating what I had just been doing, and within seconds, my sparkly skin flickered and shut off for a whole second this time. Both Dora and Corin cried out in disbelief. Whatever I was doing with my shield was not easy, and I had a great deal of difficulty maintaining this shield in place over me. My friends, though, watched in amazement for many hours as I worked over and over, trying to exercise this shield in my mind.
It brought back happy memories of that first day when I was 17 and had learned I could push small objects over with my mind. I couldn't help smiling, thinking about how young I was back then. I truly had no idea what future awaited me. By the time the sun started to set, I was very encouraged by the progress I had made and was able to deploy this new shield and stop those pesky sparkles for a full 20 seconds before losing my hold on it.
After that day, I focused on perfecting that variation of my shield, similar to how I had spent my first few years concentrating on perfecting my flying—something I'm still working on, despite everyone saying I've got it nailed. It was a lot of hard work, but after a full year of practice, I felt I had gotten the ability working well enough to venture out in the sun in front of humans.
To ensure I could legitimately hold my shield in place under any circumstances, I took on the grueling task of fighting Felix in the sun for five hours straight while covering myself with my shield. Throughout the intense match, I went the extra mile, inviting our friends who were watching entertained to throw balloons filled with blood at us. The Balloons burst upon impact, drenching us in blood. I figured if these combined elements failed to disrupt my focus and shield, then nothing in the human world could pose a threat.
My first initial tests walking out in the daylight were conducted far from Volterra when I went out on missions with Demetri. Now, two years later, I can go out whenever I want and have even learned to cover a couple of others, as long as they stay close to me while we're outside. Demetri and the other members of the Volturi loved this new experience of seeing the human world in the daylight, as for some of them, it had been thousands of years since they were last able to do this safely.
As I opened the front door to the castle and stepped inside, I spotted Roberta, one of the current receptionists. Offering her a friendly smile, I walked past, heading into the heart of the castle. Despite the annoyance, I made an effort to walk at a human pace. I was in no rush, and I felt it helped me stay in character for when I do interact with humans.
Soon, I found myself approaching the giant golden doors of the throne room. Since both my hands were full with all the presents I had just bought, I used my shield to smoothly open and close the door as I walked through. Heading towards the back door on my way to my suite, I noticed Aro sitting on his throne, engaged in conversation with his wife, Sulpicia, who was standing next to him. The usual number of guards lined the edges of the room, though court was clearly not in session.
As I eyed the long-married couple, I couldn't resist the urge and changed my direction to approach them. The little devil on my shoulder always seemed to be whispering in my ear, egging me on to do mischief. It couldn't be me, as Demetri always liked to refer to me as his angel. Regardless of any of that nonsense, I walked up to Aro with a questioning frown on my face. Coming to a stop in front of the dais, I spoke, "Aro… where are your manners? Wouldn't it be the gentlemanly thing to do to give up your seat for your wife?" I shook my head at him, as if saddened by what I was seeing.
Aro looked at me as if the concept was foreign to him. However, when he glanced up at his wife, who now had her eyebrows raised and was looking at him skeptically, sitting in front of her, he clearly saw the writing on the wall.
"Of course, Sulpicia, dear. Please sit down," he said quickly, getting up. Sulpicia nodded her head, thanking him as she took a seat in Aro's throne. Placing both hands on the armrests, she looked quite content sitting there, and I smirked at her, giving her a wink.
"How has your day been, Bella?" Sulpicia asked, eyeing all my bags.
"It's been great. The castle and the shops around it are so beautiful after a fresh snowfall. The town square was buzzing with activity. As you can see, I went out to do some Christmas shopping. Actually, I'm planning on going back out tomorrow afternoon if you would like to come along. I have a few more presents to buy in preparation for my trip next week."
Sulpicia beamed at me. When she and Athenodora joined me on outings, they no longer needed the massive entourage they were accustomed to in the past. It was quite novel for them, especially now that we could be out in the daylight. "Sure, that sounds great. Just give me a heads up when you're ready to go, and I'll be there."
I smiled. "Will do. Talk to you guys later." I nodded to Aro as I headed toward my and Demetri's rooms.
As I opened the door to our suite, a smile crossed my face as the comforting feeling of home relaxed me. After placing my bags down, I hung up my winter jacket and pulled off my gloves. The previous night had been so special when it had started to snow. Demetri and I went out onto our balcony to watch. With our vampire vision, we could make out each larger, individual snowflake in extraordinary detail.
I picked up the bags containing all the presents I had bought and brought them over to our dining room table, although I probably should call it something else since we've never done any actual dining on it. I began taking out all the gifts I had bought and went over to a side drawer, grabbing some festive paper and other supplies I would need to wrap them. Not everyone in the castle celebrated Christmas, but there were a few who did, and we liked to exchange presents. No one ever bought anything expensive—just fun little things we thought the recipients would enjoy.
As I started wrapping, I spoke up, addressing my computer, which was connected to virtually every electronic device in the suite. "Play Bella's favorites, favoring holiday themes." As the music started to play, I laughed as the computer had selected the 'Monster Mash'. Technology and AI had advanced greatly in recent years, but even today, it sometimes didn't quite get it right. I kept the song playing regardless, as I liked it and bopped along to the music, swaying my hips as I worked to finish wrapping the presents.
As I did this, a significant part of my mind was fixated on the upcoming week, and I prayed everything would go smoothly. As I had intended before I became a vampire, I had stayed in touch with my parents through phone and email, but to this day, I hadn't seen either of them in person since I was human. That would change next week as Demetri and I were going to surprise Charlie in Forks. I had confirmed our plans with Heather, and she said it would make Charlie's Christmas if we were able to visit. It would also give me the opportunity to see my little brother Kevin for the first time. Kevin was close to three and a half now, and as Heather put it, he was finally talking up a storm. I couldn't wait to meet him.
To make this trip at all possible, I had first needed to ensure my thirst was under control. Now, after five years, I could finally be certain of my control, and there would be no chance of slipping. The next challenge was to figure out how to make me look a little less vampy, as the transformation had really done a number on my face. I had already been beautiful before my change, but afterward – 'holy shit.' It was still hard to believe that the reflection I saw when I looked in the mirror was me. Thankfully, Alice knew her stuff, and after several trips from her and Jasper in the last few years, we had managed to make it so that, after I applied some makeup, I could reasonably pass as my old human self. The transformation process had made me look a little more mature, allowing me to easily pass for my current human age of 28 without having to age me up. Demetri had to do significantly less currently; having already been a vampire when Charlie and Heather met him, he only needed to age up slightly to match his supposed age, which was around 32.
Finishing up with the presents, I shot a quick text to Demetri, letting him know I was free for the rest of the day. His reply pinged almost instantly, that he was at the training center and asked if he should make his way to me or if I preferred to join him. Since I hadn't done anything physical today, I was more than eager to let loose for a bit and said I was on my way. Darting into the bedroom, I swiftly changed into something more comfy before bolting out of our room, headed straight for the training center.
I loved to train, and I was already an excellent fighter. After I became a vampire, we all quickly realized my strength was far greater than the average newborn. We were pretty sure the reason was the enhanced abilities I had possessed while I was still human. Those heightened skills of speed, strength, sight, and smell had all only intensified further when I had finally become a vampire.
While my newborn strength had slightly waned after my first year, I was still physically stronger than any other vampire, including a giant like Felix, which was still hard to believe. While this certainly helped me with fighting, it couldn't make up for skill and experience, so I still had to train just as hard as anyone, developing the skills essential for kicking ass.
That first year, I had my ass handed to me so many times, but I loved being able to finally fight and improved constantly. Now I was a top-notch fighter. I still lose most of the time to Demetri, but I have been beating him more and more often this past year. I even beat Felix for the first time last month, which I am still proud of and have been happy to remind him every chance I get, even if he has beaten me in our last 12 fights since then.
Of course, this is only if we weren't using powers, as everyone knew it wouldn't even be a contest if I ever tried to use mine. In the missions I had gone on where we thought it might be dangerous, I had had to use my abilities only once to put down a threat. It had lasted less than a second, and all I'd done was behead the offender. I had never tried to do what I once did in Forks to those two assholes, and hopefully, I would never find myself in a position where I would have to.
Arriving at the training center, I spotted a bunch of guards honing their skills, and there were many others just sparring and enjoying themselves. Demetri caught my eye, and I zipped over to him, enveloping him in a big hug as soon as I reached him. I had not seen him since early this morning.
"Hey you," I grinned, sinking into the comfort of his strong arms.
"Hey yourself. How was your shopping trip?" he inquired, finally pulling away, allowing us to meet each other's gaze.
"It went great. The shops outside the castle are so scenic right after a fresh snow. I got some nice items and already wrapped them. I plan to do my final Christmas shopping tomorrow," I shared, glancing around at some of the ongoing matches. I observed Chelsea grappling with her new friend Gwen. The way she had her legs wrapped around Gwen's head, immobilizing her, made me think they would be leaving for Chelsea's room soon. Near them, I saw Alec sparring with a new recruit, Sara, whom I hadn't met yet. Alec had mentioned her while we were working in my lab yesterday, and I suspected he might have a crush on her. Who knows, maybe he'd get lucky; she didn't seem much older than him, so that clearly wouldn't be an issue.
Shifting my attention back to Demetri, I noticed a tear in his shirt, revealing some of his chest. Clearly, he had been engaged in some fierce battles before my arrival. "So, are you ready to go a few rounds with your little lady? I think I need to remind you who's the boss around here," I teased, taking a step back from Demetri and getting into my fighting stance.
Demetri grinned in response, shifting into a battle-ready stance. "Yeah, we definitely do. Your move," he teased back, lifting his left hand and beckoning for me to attack him. Without hesitation, I leapt into action, and with what a human would only describe as two blurs, the match was on.
Whenever we fought each other, we focused more on finesse and our movements than on raw strength. We weren't trying to pummel each other; instead, we both worked on improving our form and precision. This suited me just fine because I had no wish to actually hurt Demetri, and he had no desire to hurt me. Our battles this day were vigorous, and for the next several hours, he took me down many times, but I did manage to take him down three times as well, which made me quite happy. We had a standing bet that the winner of each takedown could decide our next sexual acts, adding a little extra incentive to our sparring matches. Although we'd still happily do whatever the other suggested, the bet added some spice to our encounters. Having won three times today, I was already thinking about the positions or places I might suggest. I had a feeling my choices tonight would involve the shower or maybe the bathtub.
My shopping trip with Sulpicia went smoothly the next day. After finishing my shopping, we continued to browse the shops and chat. We were currently discussing what it might be like for me to see my father again and meet my little brother for the first time when, out of the blue, Pica threw a question at me that had somehow slipped my vampire mind.
"So, how are you and Demetri going to handle not eating all that human food they'll serve you during the holidays?" she asked with interest. "When Aro and I attend human parties or events, we usually hide it in our napkins or discreetly stash it around wherever we are."
I stared dumbly at Pica, my mouth hanging open. I'm sure the expression "deer in the headlights" was about right. How on earth could I have forgotten such a basic aspect of being human? In my five years as a vampire, the idea of eating human food had never once crossed my mind. Human blood just tasted so heavenly, making it easy to forget about the mundane aspects of my old life. Reflecting on it now, I didn't want to be one of those vampires who seemed awkward around dinnertime when in the company of humans. I vividly remembered the Cullens during lunch at the cafeteria, and I always found it odd how they never ate with the rest of us. I was determined not to be like that. With only a few days before our flight to Forks, I knew I had to conduct some tests, and quickly.
"I can't believe I didn't think of that. You're right. I've never even tried human food since my change." I looked out the shop window and noticed a nice little restaurant across the street that Demetri and I used to frequent during my human days. I remembered how much I had loved their food. "Let's head across the street, and I'll order a meal. I need to be prepared so no one will suspect anything is amiss."
Sulpicia's eyebrows raised, and she flashed me a knowing smile, as if she were privy to some secret. Regardless, it couldn't be that bad, and we made our way across the street. Soon, we found ourselves comfortably seated at a table. As I perused the menu, the waitress approached us. "Good afternoon, ladies. Have you two decided what you'd like to order?"
I set the menu aside, looked up, and offered a smile. I'd decided to go with what I enjoyed the last time I dined here with Demetri. "I'll have the mushroom ravioli and a Coke, please."
"Perfect. And for you, miss?" the waitress asked, turning her attention to Sulpicia.
Sulpicia eyed the woman in her early 20s. "Oh, nothing for me, thank you. I had a very filling meal earlier this morning, and I don't think I'll want another bite for quite some time."
The waitress nodded. "Okay, but if you change your mind, just give me a sign and I'll be right over as I'm here to serve you."
Sulpicia's smile broadened even wider. "I'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the kind offer."
Soon, the waitress returned, balancing a tray laden with my food. Steam billowed from my dish. After the meal was placed in front of me, I examined it, expecting it to affect me as it once had, but the sight of the food wasn't triggering that response in me. Glancing up at Sulpicia, I offered a smile. Her face bore a mischievous smirk. I wondered if a whiff of the ravioli might help, as I recalled its delightful aroma from the past. Inhaling deeply, my right eye kind of shuddered, and one side of my mouth flexed, like I had some kind of nervous tic. The smell was quite pungent. I wondered if they had made it incorrectly, but it looked just as I remembered. Well, here goes. I picked up my fork, seized a sizable piece, and popped it into my mouth. OH MY GOD! Panic surged. I had chewed it once, but now I had my mouth open with the partially chewed garbage just sitting there. Desperate, I turned to Sulpicia for help, only to find her with her phone out, recording a video. That bitch!
"Oh, Bella. This is priceless. You should see your face right now," Sulpicia said, laughing right at the most dire moment of my new life.
I didn't know what to do, but as I thought about it, I needed to literally suck it up. I could never see my parents again if this was my reaction to a mere bite of food. With extreme reluctance, I knew I had to keep going. With my body screaming in protest for me to stop and spit out the vile substance, I started to chew slowly until I finally swallowed. Oh, that was dreadful; I could feel the hunk of undigested Ravioli slowly traveling down my throat. I looked down at my plate. Fuck, that was only the first bite. I repeatedly told myself to just pretend, be an actor; this is all a performance. Convince yourself that what you're eating really tastes amazing. While I continued this torment, I entertained happier thoughts about how I could rid myself of the horrid aftertaste. Hmm, that yummy waitress had looked very appealing, and she had been nice enough to offer herself to us earlier, after all… well, kinda.
I finally cleared my plate and washed it down with some... eww, disgusting soda. Damn, I used to really love Coke. As I sat there, feeling awful, Pica chimed in, snapping me out of my stupor, "You did well, Bella. I didn't think you'd manage to finish that. I think we should head back to the castle sooner rather than later, as you don't want it making a comeback around all these humans. You're in for a whole new experience soon." I had to agree with her, and I quickly flagged down the waitress so I could actually pay her money for putting myself through this whole ordeal.
We made it back to the castle just in time, and the moment we passed through the reception room, I turned to Pica, shot her a half-smile, half "I'm about to spew" look, and bolted for my room at lightning speed. I almost tore our front door off its hinges as I zipped past a bewildered Demetri, and finally, I reached our toilet. Kneeling in front of the porcelain god, I heaved with all my might. Oh my god! I guess vampires do have a use for the toilets in the castle after all. My stomach clenched; oh yeah, here comes some more…
After that traumatic experience, I just cuddled with Demetri on our bed for several hours, calming my mind and body. During this time, I also started planning for the next few days. Despite the revolting nature of what had just occurred, I wanted, no, needed to get a handle on eating human food, so I set my mind to the task.
Later that night, I ventured to a supermarket for the very first time since becoming a vampire. As I strolled through the aisles, pushing my shopping cart, I grabbed anything I thought Charlie might offer me, aiming to be prepared and hopefully eat it with some semblance of believability that I still liked this crap. I even snagged my old go-to, a box of Pop-Tarts. I thought I could bring them with us and share one with Kevin on Christmas morning, maybe get him hooked on their sugary goodness just as I had once been.
I spent the next few days preparing myself. I ate so much human food that it felt like I spent half my day in the bathroom, throwing up, but it was all in the name of a good cause. From pizza to salad, I tried everything. As an interesting experiment, I even bought a bloody steak and cooked it up in the castle's kitchens. While preparing the feast, I wondered if it would taste at all similar to the blood the Cullens drank. Demetri joined me as I sat down to my well-prepared meal. The soft flesh tasted revolting as I chewed, but I did detect the blood, which, while not enjoyable, wasn't as repulsive as all the normal human food I had been eating.
By the day before our trip, I thought I had it down to being believable, and Demetri agreed that I no longer looked like I was in pain as I ate. I didn't put Demetri through this torture. He was so old I doubted he would be able to change his habits, and I had seen him eat human food with Charlie and Heather in the past, thinking at the time that he had done just fine.
Throughout those days, a small part of my mind was always preoccupied with thoughts of our upcoming vacation. We planned to spend the first half of our trip, including Christmas, in Forks. Then, we'd be visiting the Cullens through New Years at their home near Denver, a place I had never been to. I actually hadn't seen any of the Cullens, except for Alice and Jasper, since my change, and I was looking forward to reuniting with them, especially Emmett and Esme. Hell, I'm sure it would even be entertaining to see Edward again. Alice hadn't said much but had hinted that he had finally gotten himself a girlfriend. I was genuinely happy for Edward. Being a vampire was so amazing; I still couldn't fathom how he didn't love it.
I had recently talked with my mom, filling her in on our surprise visit to Forks for the holidays. She and I had already made plans, and Demetri and I would be visiting her in July to celebrate her birthday. She was really looking forward to seeing me again, and I her. With her and Phil living in sunny Georgia, it will also be a good test for my shield and protecting Demetri and me when we visit them during the daylight hours.
The night before our trip, Demetri and I ventured out together, eager to savor some real food. I wanted to be completely satiated not just for our visit to Forks but throughout our stay with the Cullens too. Tonight, my plan was to overindulge. Truthfully, after all the shit I had put myself through these past few days, I really needed this.
Demetri and I went to Rome for a little change since we hadn't gone there for the past few months. My first meal was quite enjoyable, as I expertly lured him away with the promise of doing naughty things to him. I had greatly improved my technique from my first humorous outing, and I hadn't had an issue since with getting what I needed.
After I had finished draining dead drug dealer number one, it was Demetri's turn, and we started looking for another. However, we had the good fortune of being accosted by two men—likely gang members trying to relieve us of our valuables. Well, Demetri took one, and I quite happily drained the other. After disposing of them, I debated whether I was done or should go for one more. Although I was full, I thought it was better to err on the side of caution, as it couldn't hurt to be absolutely satiated for such an important trip. We continued our hunt through a rougher part of the city until we finally came upon another man who was up to no good. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. "Am I missing something here? That is a drug dealer, right?" I looked to Demetri for confirmation. I didn't want to drain someone innocent by mistake, and this guy was throwing me.
"I think so," Demetri said cautiously, clearly never having seen a situation like this before. We watched him from the shadows for a while, and we did see him complete several transactions. He had the distinct smell of various illicit substances on his body, and regardless of how he looked, that was a drug dealer and my next meal. I certainly never pictured this scenario ever happening.
"I'm going to go lure him into that alley. I've got the perfect lines already planned. That guy is massive I would wager around 250 to 300 pounds. How about we share this one. This might be the only chance we can say we drained someone like him and trust me we will be repeating this fucked up story for centuries."
Demetri nodded, still staring at our meal. "Alright, you do your thing. I'll zip in to get my fill after you take a bite. Have fun. I'm curious to see how you'll handle this one."
I nodded, psyching myself up. Despite the cold weather, it was no longer snowing, and the streets had been cleared in this desolate part of the city. I unzipped my jacket and pulled down on my blouse a little to accentuate my cleavage, thinking it couldn't hurt to show off the goods. As I walked up to the man, I still had a hard time wrapping my head around what I was seeing in front of me.
I watched as the drug dealer eventually turned my way, his gaze fixed on me as I approached. His face remained hidden behind his white beard, but his eyes certainly showed interest upon seeing me.
"Ho ho ho, little lady. What can Santa do for you on this fine night?" the drug dealer asked in a jolly voice. Somehow, this man had thought it was a brilliant idea to don a complete Santa Claus outfit. He had gone all out and looked just like the Santas you see at malls or on street corners, seeking charity donations.
"Hi Santa. Well, I hope I'm not wrong about you, but do you happen to have a present for little ole me? A friend of mine just told me to go see the Santa on this street corner. Please tell me I have the correct Santa?" The guy might be a drug dealer, but he sure knew how to make the drug-buying experience entertaining. I was genuinely curious about what he had to say.
Santa let out a hearty laugh. This guy was good. I found myself wondering if he actually worked as Santa during the day, and thought the costume might serve him well for his extracurricular activities.
"Oh, you've come to the right place. I take it you're in need of one of Santa's special treats? I'll even give you the holiday discount, only 150 Euros a bag. You'll love what I'm offering, I promise." He patted his fat belly, as if he were offering me milk and cookies.
"Well, here's the thing, Santa." I licked my lips and leaned forward slightly, giving Santa a peek at what I could offer him. "I've been a very naughty girl this year, and I have to say your outfit has sparked some unusual desires in me. I was wondering if I could be Santa's little helper, helping relieve Santa of his load… in exchange for one of your special presents. I've just always had a thing for Santa Claus, and the thought of sucking on your North Pole is making me all kinds of tingly. Or maybe there's a Mrs. Claus, and I'm out of line?"
I could hear Santa's heartbeat take off as I propositioned him. "I see… The little lady is really a Hoe, Hoe, Hoe and wants to suck on Santa's candy cane, does she? Well, I don't think Mrs. Claus would mind; after all, Christmas is the time for giving and spreading happiness to everyone all around the world." He turned around, looking for some place secluded. He seemed to be doing my job for me. After eyeing the nearby alley, he turned back to me, "Why doesn't Santa's little helper come with me."
As he took my hand and led me to the alley, I was getting more excited by the second. Demetri and I enjoyed our fair share of roleplaying, but he had never pretended to be Santa before. After this encounter, I knew we would be adding it to our repertoire. I was already envisioning him in the iconic red and white suit, while I wore a sexy elf outfit. The thought of Demetri dressed as Santa pounding into me from behind while I tried to wrap a present was getting me really horny. Sadly, the man who inspired these tantalizing thoughts wouldn't be long for this world, and unfortunately for him, I would definitely not be sucking on his candy cane.
Once in the alley, I was too worked up to keep up the act or lead him on any further. He towered over me, and his belly was so round that it would have been hard to get my body close to his neck. So, I decided to put him out of his misery quickly and painlessly. I snapped his neck using my shield just as he turned to me, and I used it to hold him upright. He stood there quite dead, so I pulled the top half of his body downward, giving me easy access to his neck. I moved his fake white beard aside and sank my teeth into his neck. As his warm blood flooded my mouth, I almost came. This happened more often than I would care to admit, especially when I was sufficiently excited. The thoughts of Demetri and I had really aroused me, and as I drank, I saw Demetri join me, and he quickly bit into Santa's neck on the other side. Staring into each other's eyes, we drained jolly Saint Nick together. Wait till the others hear about this one.
Santa, of course, being a large man, allowed us to both enjoy our shared meal together. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and sadly, even Santa became tapped out. I wanted Demetri badly but didn't really want to start our fuck fest in this filthy alley. I knew I had to take care of Santa first. After we were done with him, I lifted the dead Santa up with my shield and floated him into a large garbage bin. I had been working on my explosive power and had since learned how to modify it so instead of an explosion, I could create a powerful, contained fire, increasing its potency by infusing more power into it. Using my explosive power in this way would essentially incinerate anyone into nothing recognizable, as if they had been cremated, in only a couple of minutes. I considered it far better than the normal lighter method, as it left no trace that there was ever a body.
After Santa was no more, I looked at Demetri with a different kind of hunger in my eyes. "Hey, how about we head back home so we can do this properly?"
"Sure, I'm more than full. Have you fully quenched your thirst so you'll be good for our trip?" Demetri asked, always thinking of my comfort first.
"Yep, two and a half men is more than enough for me. Come on, I think I might pass the time sucking on your candy cane while you drive us home. You wouldn't mind that, would you? I just don't think I can wait until we get to our bedroom." I knew Demetri would like this. He always loves it when I blow him while he's driving. I love it too, as it only gets me more excited for what's to come.
"Well, that's a hefty burden you're putting on me, but I guess I can handle it. Let's go!" Demetri grabbed my hand, grinning as we raced back to our car in record time. As I unzipped his pants, I noticed his sizable pole was already pointing due North. With a grin, I began licking it from the base to the tip, making it nice and wet before slowly starting to suck. I loved the sensation of it getting even harder in my mouth. I couldn't help but smile as I continued, hoping Demetri would soon bless me with one of his own special presents. Before I knew it, he gave me my first of what would hopefully be many presents. As I swallowed, I silently thought, "Ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night."
Reviews are welcome and I like hearing your thoughts. My plan for the next chapter is for them to return to Forks. I'm sorry I couldn't have Bella meeting the real Santa, but this is a realistic story, and I just can't start adding crazy fantasy elements into it!
