Snow
I wake up in my bed alone. I sit up to look if I can see David. He is not in the bedroom. so I make my way to the kitchen. As I am entering it I can see him putting on his shoes and finishing his coffee. He looks up at me with a smile.
" Good morning." he says while walking up to me and pulling me in for a kiss. I humm into the soft kiss and I can taste his coffee on his lips.
"Good morning to you too." I tell him as we pull apart.
He smiles and gives me another kiss on the cheek.
"Where are you going?" I ask
"We are going to Reginas for breakfast. Tinkerbell just texted me and asked if we would like to come over an join them."
"Let me get dressed really quick. Could you call Ruby in the mean time and tell her about yesterday?" I ask him while turning around and walking back to where I came from.
"Sure, but do you think that's a good idea?"
They used to be best friends before the curse broke. That kind of friendship doesn't go away just because of that. I am sure Ruby wants to be there for Regina. Maybe they can be friends again."
I tell him as I am coming of our room and put on my shoes.
"I am gonna call her."
I smile and give him a kiss on the cheek.
"Lets go."
Ruby
I am about to start my shift at Grannys when I hear my phone ring. I pick it up from the kitchen counter without looking at the ID.
"Hello."
"Ruby." I hear Davids voice.
"David?"
"You need to get to Reginas ASAP."
"I am on my way."
"Awesome thanks."
"David, I hate to ask but what happened? How bad is it?" I hear David sigh and I can feel my gut twisting and turning. He takes a deep breath and starts explaining everything. The more he tells me the more frighten I become.
