(playing ACDC's "Back in Black" in the background) Well, looks like Dr. O is back in action and Hadley gets to feel relieved that she doesn't have to hide her secrets from her friends anymore. Plus, she'll be taking part in Megazord battles too with her new Zords! And she will be piloting the auxiliary Zords as well as her own Cephalo Zord, so she gets some more action, at least. Now let's get to it with "Back in Black"!

Tommy: I was kinda thinking that you might take my place as the team mentor if I can't be there.

Hadley: You were right to be worried about Dr. O.

Conner: Our teacher is the oldest living Power Ranger.

Hayley: You four are the only ones who can save him.

Kira: The whole world owes him.

(Hadley's POV)

The four of us were ready for action as we watched Hayley work before she spoke, "I've got a lock on one!"

"On it." Conner replied, leading us down the steps before I stopped in my tracks upon realizing something.

Kira looked back at me in confusion. "What's up, Hads?"

"I just remembered that using one of those invisi-portals would probably need a speed of 536 miles per hour to make it past the security wall." I said, mentally calculating the math. "If we just run in at a normal human speed, we might not survive."

Ethan looked at Kira in confusion. "Then how did you survive when you dropped from one?"

Kira shrugged slightly. "Honestly, I have no idea."

Hayley chuckled slightly and turned around. "Never fear, I have something for just such an occasion." She tapped a button, opening a panel to our left as we looked and saw four sleek color coded motorbikes, Ethan and Kira's exclamations confirming my thoughts: "Sweet!" "Amazing!"

I walked over and smiled as I ran my fingers over my purple bike. "Being a Ranger gets better and better every day."

Hayley walked over and explained, "These are your new Raptor Cycles. They should have you to the portal coordinates in approximately 92.75 seconds."

I looked at her in amazement. "That's gotta be some serious mechanical work to manage that speed." I stood up and looked at her. "What happens when we get there?"

"Use your Gems to access the hyperdrive," Hayley instructed us, "then head straight through the portal to Mesogogs's Island fortress."

I did a double take. "Wait, island?! He's using the blown up island as his fortress?!" After getting the confirmation from her, I shook my head slightly. "Villains do not get any more creative than that."

Conner seemed to be shifty as he spoke slowly, "Uh... I'm... not so sure about this... because of... being surrounded by water..."

"No way, you can't swim?" Ethan asked incredulously.

"I didn't say that," Conner tried to catch himself.

"But it's true, you can't!" Ethan said, smiling a bit. He was gonna tease Conner about that for a while. I could see it now...

Thankfully, Hayley stepped in again and explained, "The invisi-portal will take you directly to the island. You'll never have to get wet."

Seeing that he was still a little concerned, I gently patted Conner's shoulder. "Hey, when we get outta this mess, I'll teach you how to swim. I learned from Chad and he's the best water performer I've ever known."

He nodded to me in gratitude. "I appreciate it."

"About time you kids got going," Dad spoke up behind us, making us look to see his proud expression as he said, "Go save your teacher, team."

We nodded as Conner and I stepped forward together and spoke in unison, "Ready?"

"Ready!" Ethan and Kira replied and our Morphers materialized before we did our thing: "Dino Thunder, power up! Ha!"

Morphing alongside the group instead of being separated felt really good to me and the next thing we knew, we were off on our Raptor Cycles, heading to the coordinates with excited cheers.

As we headed down the path, I caught a glimpse of a motion sensor. "Heads up, guys! We might have company!"

"Right!" Conner nodded in understanding.

Within the time Hayley alloted, we did indeed reach the coordinates and we stopped a few feet away, getting off the bikes save for myself.

Kira noticed the green light and pointed ahead. "Look! There's the invisi-portal! I sure hope Dr. O's on the other side."

I kept a watchful eye open and saw Elsa and Zeltrax appearing with a new monster and several Tyrannodrones. "You might be right, cause here comes some party crashers!"

The other three on my team immediately ran over to the Cycles and got on them, revving up.

"I figured we might be crashing the party," Elsa spoke to us. "Is that rude?"

"Extremely," Kira told her confidently.

"You're not getting through that portal unless you're in chains," Zeltrax growled.

Kira looked at us. "I might be able to pull that look off, but these guys? No way."

"We'll take that bet," I challenged Zeltrax, looking at the others. "You guys ready?"

"Oh yeah!" Conner spoke up with his fist punped.

With that, we revved up once again and chargd at the incoming enemies, shooting some lasers and pulling off some awesome stunts as we plowed through the army.

I myself was blasting down Tyrannodrones and whooping excitedly. "This beats firing a blaster from a sidecar any day!" I saw a Tyrannodrone jumping at me and met it head on with a powerful kick, knocking it into its companions as I spun around on the sand and sped off again, jumping a sand dune and shooting at the other Tyrannodrones in my way.

Suddenly, I found myself fighting Pollinator, the newest monster they had engineered, and drew my Thundermax Saber, utilizing jiujitsu while slashing at him before I got knocked back by one of his blasts and landed on my bike. "That was close." Revving the engine, I drove around Pollinator and blasted him before I sped over to help Conner and shot at Zeltrax, sending him flying before I pulled up next to my teammate.

"Nice save, hotshot," he commended me, punching me lightly on the shoulder.

I shrugged slightly. "Can't let you have all the fun."

We rejoined Ethan and Kira, racing to the invisi-portal and activating hyperdrive while we dodged Elsa's futile attempt to attack us.

"Approaching 536 miles per!" I shouted, and we made it through the portal without a hitch, landing directly in the hallway of Mesogog's lair.

Once we stopped, we got off the bikes and we got word from Hayley about our exit time: Five minutes to get Dr. O and get out. Wasting no time, I looked at Kira. "Do you think you remember the way?"

Kira nodded a bit as we demorphed. "Let's go!" She led us down the hall quickly through an open door. "The lab should be just around here, I think! At least we have the element of - "

"Welcome," a chilling voice stopped us in our tracks as we saw Mesogog. "We've been expecting you."

"Surprise," Kira finished weakly.

"You remember me, I trust?" The dino faced villain asked her.

"Like I could forget that face?" She quipped sarcastically, all of us sensing the door was closed.

"Uh, what part's his face?" Ethan asked nervously.

I shook my head slightly. "Doesn't matter. He's going down." I got into a battle position, but Conner placed a hand on my shoulder to keep me back.

"Obviously you four are in need of some discipline," Mesogog spoke, readying his mind beam, but we were saved by the convenient timing of the arrival of Elsa, Zeltrax, and Pollinator.

Kira ducked around Pollinator as we followed suit quickly, racing to the lab and I charged forth, kicking down the Tyrannodrones that tried to stop us while also destroying the control panel for Mesogog's weapon.

Ethan closed the doors before the villains could get in as Dr. O spoke to us. "Should've known you'd try to rescue me."

"Yeah, you're welcome, by the way!" I snapped as I launched a Tyrranodrone into the door and slammed a shelf against it, spotting a large crystal with a black stone inside that was glowing. "Doc, is that what I think it is?"

He looked over and nodded. "Yep, and I'll thank you for real when we're outta here." He activated an invisi-portal in the corner of the room and spoke to us. "We gotta get outta here."

"Hang on, we need to talk." Ethan told him, but I interjected, "Is this really the best time?! We've got villains on our keisters, and less than three minutes to get back to the portal we got here through!"

"Hey, it's safe to say we know he was a Ranger," he told me, but Tommy said, "Was, Ethan. Not anymore."

No more time to talk because at that moment, Mesogog came through with his gang and told him, "Ranger or not, you're mine now."

"I hate it when he gets like this," Dr. O groaned.

"We'll take it from here, Dr. O," Conner reassured him as our teacher went to grab the stone, and Conner led our morph sequence. "Dino Thunder, power up! Ha!"

We quickly morphed and rushed the villains, helping Tommy keep them busy for long enough to grab the crystal and we jumped through the portal first back to the Raptor Cycles, getting on as I looked at the others. "You guys go! I'm right behind you!"

Conner nodded and led Ethan and Kira out of the base. As for me, I waited until Tommy was on the Raptor Cycle behind me and holding onto me and the crystal before I sped up and activated hyperdrive instantly, getting us both through.

(Kira's POV)

Conner, Ethan, and I made it to the city and stopped our Cycles before Conner asked, "Where are they?"

A second passed before they appeared behind us and Hadley pulled to a stop. "That cut it close to the mark."

Ethan noticed the crystal Dr. O was holding. "Do we really need a souvenir?"

"This one, we do," he responded to us.

I looked to Hadley for information and she shrugged slightly. "Let's just say we may get a new teammate. I'm not sure who, but if my hunch is right considering what I saw earlier, I doubt the power's done with Dr. O just yet." She looked at him knowingly.

Before we could ask, our little enemy posse came through the next invisi-portal and Zeltrax fired at Hadley, leaving her no time to block it!

Dr. Oliver took the hit by holding the crystal in front of him and it shattered in a bright light, blinding us all, and when we looked up next, he was gone!

"No!" I dropped to my knees in horror. "This can't be happening." All that hard work for nothing!

"Such negativity. Haven't you learned that in our world, anything's possible?" Elsa said with a smirk.

"Even the destruction of the great Dr. Tommy Oliver," Zeltrax agreed.

But Hadley didn't seem too heartbroken as she pointed out, "Clearly you don't know how stubborn Dr. O is."

She was right on the ball; Dr. O appeared out of thin air and smiled as he spoke, "I heard my name. You missed me, didn't you, Zeltrax?"

That got us relieved as the boys and I joined him excitedly as he revealed another Dino Gem! This one was black in color though.

"Lemme guess: The power of invisibility!" Ethan spoke up.

"Looks like it," Dr. O confirmed.

Elsa got our attention again as she told him, "That Gem belongs to my Master."

But Dr. O sure wasn't having it. "There's two things you need to know about Dino Gems. One: You can't choose them. They choose you."

"What's the other?" She asked curiously.

He showed her a a Morpher that looked similar to ours, but different as he responded, "They go real well with Dino Morphers." He placed the Gem in the Morpher and it glew, signaling the activation.

Elsa didn't seem all that impressed though. "Aren't you a little old for this, Tommy?"

"I may be old, but I can still pull it off," he reassured her before he did his own morph. "Dino Thunder, power up!" He morphed into a Black Ranger with a gold trim and a brachiosaurus motif! "Just like riding a bike."

"Well, guess you can fill your own team roster out with just your suits alone, Doc," Hadley pointed out.

He nodded a bit. "I probably could."

"One more Ranger makes no difference," Zeltrax spoke up before commanding his group. "Attack!" Here we went with round two!

(Hadley's POV)

We rushed the villains quickly and I teamed up with Dr. O to kick some Tyrannodrone butt, the two of us battling side by side and back to back as we roughhoused against the minions.

"These guys never learn!" I quipped, blocking an attack and headbutting a drone towards Tommy before he attacked it with his Brachio Staff.

I then equipped my Cephalo Knuckles and started laying the smackdown on the drones, but Zeltrax jumped in to take us on and we backed away, ready for a battle.

"Let's see what you're made of," Zeltrax challenged us before taking a combat stance.

(Conner's POV)

With Hads helping Dr. O against Zeltrax, Kira and Ethan were battling Pollinator while I fought Elsa and it was pretty fierce between us, clashing our swords together in a fierce battle before we locked blades as she growled, "We are not intimidated by your teacher!"

I groaned and moved our blades forward before I bit back, "Then you've obviously never taken one of his pop quizzes!"

She kicked me back and I regained my footing, ready for the next clash.

(Hadley's POV)

We were at a standstill as I snapped, "Give it up, Zeltrax!"

"Never!" He rushed at us and we started clashing weapons against his, on the defensive momentarily with Dr. O dodging a close call before we got kicked back as the villain asked, "Is that all you've got?"

"Not even close!" I retorted, ready to go for a solo round as I rushed forward and started clashing boxing gloves with Zeltrax's blade, knocking him around a bit before I caught his blade in my gloves, kicking him back and throwing the blade down before I got ready to fight again.

(Ethan's POV)

Kira and I were on the hunt for Pollinator after losing him as she asked, "Where is that petal pusher?"

Suddenly, he reappeared behind us and laughed. "Looking for me?"

I tried to blast him, but he was too fast for my shots and he struck us down easily.

(Conner's POV)

I managed to force Elsa back and she glared at me as she said, "We will meet again, Red Ranger." She teleported out of the area.

"Fine!" I snapped before I ran over to help the other two with Pollinator, catching up quickly. "Hey, guys!"

"You okay?" Kira asked me.

"Better than he is," I reassured her, looking at Pollinator as he stumbled.

We saw Hadley flip backwards towards us and I caught her quickly. "Gotcha!"

She nodded to me as she got down. "Thanks for that."

As we faced Pollinator, Ethan spoke up. "Let's put 'em together!"

"Yeah! Good call!" I agreed, and we put the Z-Rex Blaster together, aiming at the disoriented monster and firing a blast that destroyed him once.

(Hadley's POV)

"That's one down!" I smiled a bit as I looked at the others. "Dr. O should be finishing up with Zeltrax soon."

Kira nodded a bit. "Good, because if it's anything like last time, we're gonna need the Zords."

I nodded a bit. "Trust me when I say that villains always have a way of making their monsters mega sized. But the growth rain is a new one on me."

"Yeah, it's not exactly demon magic, is it?" Conner quipped, making me chuckle slightly.

Speaking of, the rain started and made Pollinator grow mega and the five of us regrouped, just in time for Hayley to call Tommy as he picked up. "Hayley?"

"Welcome back. I've got a little homecoming present for you. I found it on the north side of the forest," Hayley spoke and a few seconds later, we heard stomping sounds as a Brachio Zord made it into the city.

"Sweet!" I smiled excitedly as I looked at Tommy. "New powers, new Zord! You're really making yourself into a legend, Doc!"

He chuckled slightly and smiled behind his helmet. "Maybe."

I nodded to the other three as the Zords deployed. "Go get that overgrown bee magnet."

They nodded and jumped into the Zords, forming the Megazord quickly, but they got knocked back before being tangled up in his tentacles and being electrocuted.

"Oh boy! Not good!" I quickly activated my own comms. "Hayley, you got any more surprises?"

"Sure do. Try joining the team in your own Zord, Hadley." She responded and I turned around in confusion to see a Cephalo Zord charging over while swinging its fists, surprising the others as it knocked Pollinator back.

"Awesome!" I jumped up and cheered happily. "I've been waiting to get in the big battles!" I jumped into the Cephalo Zord and logged my DNA in, looking up. "Hey, Ethan! Try switching with me! The Cephalo Zord can link up with the others for more power!"

"You got it, Hads!" The techie responded and the Tricera Zord tapped out while I connected with the others, joining Conner and Kira in the cockpit.

"Wow! I never thought I'd be in a Megazord!" I smiled as I looked around.

Conner chuckled slightly. "Pretty cozy, huh?"

Kira regained our attention. "Heads up, guys! He's coming for round two!"

We refocused in time to punch Pollinator back a couple of times before we shouted together, "Cephalo Power Punch!" We swing our right arms in an arc and punched the middle of our consoles, the Megazord delivering several punches to Pollinator and destroying him as we celebrated excitedly.

Back at the Cyberspace, we were relishing in our recent victory as Ethan spoke, "What a day. New bikes, new Zords."

"And let's not forget that you now know that we have a Legendary Ranger as our teacher and teammate," I reminded him.

"Let's also not forget that you finally came clean to us, Hads." Conner told me. "I mean, that's gotta feel like a relief."

I nodded a bit. "Sure does. I hated having to hide my identity from you three."

Kira changed the subject as she spoke to Tommy, "Dr. O, are you gonna tell us how you had that Morpher ready?"

He explained to us, "Right after you guys became Rangers, I got an energy reading on the tracking system. I had a good feeling it was another Gem, so I had Hayley build a new Morpher just in case."

Said redhead sat down with us as Kira asked, "And the day of my gig?"

"Hadley and I were on our way to tell you guys that the energy had moved and to investigate," he responded. "But I was also talking with Hadley about something else. Something that's kinda important."

I looked at the three of them. "Basically, if anything happens to Dr. O, I'm gonna be your mentor. I might not have a lot of on the field experience as a Ranger, but as an ally and Ranger sibling, I definitely know a lot more than I let on."

"It all turned out okay regardless," Tommy said and smiled at us before he got up. "Well, I'd better get going."

"Going? Where are you going?" Hayley asked in confusion as he passed her.

"Shopping," he explained, placing a hand on the boys' shoulder. "I checked my closet this morning, and there's a serious shortage of black in there."

We all shared a chuckle at the comment, and I could understand where he was coming from with that; some Rangers had a natural affinity towards their color after a day in the suit, and my siblings were no different. But I knew from that day onwards, things would only get bigger and better from there.

Done! A little late night typing never hurt the noggin, especially if you're running on coffee for a couple of hours. As always, read and review, and sorry if it's kinda short. But there really wasn't much except for getting Tommy out of Mesogog's base and the whole fight sequences. Ah well. What're you gonna do?
