Jake Peralta: "What do you mean he's not here? Can't you tell us when he'll be coming? It's really important."

Commissioner Annon walked into One Police Plaza and appeared behind them: "I'm right here."

Commissioner Annon shook his hand: "You must be Frank Drebin."

Frank: "The feeling is mutual."

Commissioner Annon would be confused: "Nice to meet you too…"

Commissioner Annon would offer him Cuban Cigars: "Cuban?"

Frank: "Uh no, Dutch-Irish. My father was from Wales."

The Detectives would be annoyed again like he was like an alien entering a movie theater, so the commissioner puts away the cigars.

Commissioner Annon: "Right… Here, let's have a talk in my office."

Frank and The Detectives would follow him into his office and would then have a meeting.

Commissioner Annon: "I heard about Gary Vale's tragic end and it's my condolences for his family's loss."

Frank: "Yes it was a tragic end indeed. Do you know who The Crime Lord is?"

Commissioner Annon: "Well I don't know who, but my main lead is Captain Raymond Holt."

Amy Santiago would be furious when she stood up: "What did you just say!?"

Rosa, Jake and Charles helped cool her down and she would sit back down to her chair.

And Frank said to The Commissioner: "What makes you think Holt is The Crime Lord?

Commissioner Annon pulled out his records revealing the crimes he committed: "Here are the crimes Captain Holt committed."

As they read the records, they wouldn't believe it one bit and Jake said: "Yeah that's not right, Holt would never do stuff like this."

Commissioner Annon: "I'm sorry but… he tricked you."

Jake Peralta: "Fine. We'll prove his innocence just you wait and see!'

Commissioner Annon: "I'm sorry but you're not proving anything. If it says on the file, then it's true. Madeline Wuntch said so."

Jake Peralta: "Come on Wuntch? She's Holt's Arch-Nemesis! She must be framing him for something to make him lose his job!"

Rosa Diaz leaned to his table: "Listen to me you little turd, if you don't let us prove his innocence, I will rip your heart out and feed it to crocodiles."

The Detectives were a bit scared as she said those dark words.

Commissioner Annon: "Fine. Even though threatening an officer is a crime. But I'm giving you 24 hours to clear Raymond Holt."

The Detectives waited in their car at night since the commissioner was taking so long. So, they started having a conversation as they waited in the car. And Frank would be thinking.

Jake Peralta: "Ok, Frank, what are you thinking this time?"

Frank thinks about it: "I think Davis Annon works for The Crime Lord."

Amy Santiago: "What? No wait. What do you mean he works for him?"

Frank: "Look, the answer is in Annon's office. What if Gary Vale was suspicious of him for so long, he'd follow him for clues and he knew Gary was under his nose for so long he made a trap for him, and that trap was the Brooklyn Bridge."

Charles Boyle: "Well that is a good theory, maybe he is involved."

Jake Peralta: "Ok, fine but it's his words against yours and you're taking a big chance."

Frank: "I know. You take a chance getting up in the morning crossing the street or sticking your face in the fan."

The Detectives would be more confused on his saying, but Frank then was encouraged to leave the car.

Frank: "I'll be back in a few minutes."

Jake Peralta: "Wait!"

He groans in frustration and decides to leave the car and they would follow Frank.

Amy Santiago: "Wait! Don't you think there's a better way?"

Frank: "Yeah You're right Amy."

He'd look up in his window and he walked back to the car and pulled out a grappling hook gun and shot it in his window.

Frank: "Ok, I'll climb first."

Amy would be annoyed that he wouldn't choose another way, but Jake was going along with the plan. So, they climbed up the grappling hook and crawled into his window.

Frank: "Alright, remember to look for clues."

Jake Peralta: "Oh, sorry I forgot to look for clues thanks for reminding me."

Jake said Sarcastically.

As The Detectives look for clues in Annon's office Frank sees his portrait and looks behind it, it was nothing, but he looked through his desk drawer.

Frank: "Bingo."

Amy Santiago: "What is it? What did you find?"

The Detectives were excited, but they were disappointed after they saw him pull out a Bingo Card, so they'd continue looking for clues. Frank saw a table of buttons and he pressed on a button that activated the Automatic Piano and he scared The Detectives, but he turned it off and they were already annoyed for what he was about to do.

Jake saw a letter below the house made of cards and whispered: "Guys. Look, a letter. You think we should read it?"

Amy Santiago: "No! Isn't reading someone's mail illegal?"

Jake Peralta: "I mean what choice do we have now?"

Amy Santiago: "Look we don't have time for this, no one is reading anyone's mail."

But as they were talking Rosa and Charles observe Frank swiftly grabs the letter without breaking the house of cards and Charles clapped and Rosa clapped sarcastically

So, Frank grabbed a lighter to read the letter out loud: "70,000 Dollars from the Brooklyn Bank upon proof of Holt's Death"?

Amy Santiago: "What!? No!"

Frank and The Detectives would be stunned after reading the letter, but Amy was hyperventilating, and Frank lowered his hands in shock knowing such an evil task.

Jake Peralta: "Uh, Frank. Frank. Frank!"

Frank: "What?"

Jake Peralta: "The Letter's on fire!"

Frank saw the burning letter, but he was screaming he threw it in a bucket, and he tried to stomp it out, but his foot got stuck and he tripped on the buttons on the table playing the automatic piano again and he accidentally pushed a shelf dropping his awards but he catched them and The Detectives climbed down the grappling hook safely.

Jake Peralta: "Alright! We're good, is anyone good?"

The Detectives said yes.

Jake Peralta: "Ok, we just wait for Frank, and we'll be A-OK!"

He'd chuckle in relief but as he leaned on the wall tripped on the grappling hook by mistake but gained balance, but the hook falls off the window into the ground.

Jake Peralta: "Oh uh…"

The Detectives would be disappointed when he tripped on the grappling hook by mistake.

Jake Peralta tries to make an excuse: "Pay our respects?"

The Detectives saw the Commissioner walk near the building so they hide as he enters, and they would be worried since Frank is still inside.

Frank saw the fire spreading to his giant portrait he panicked trying to get up by holding onto the shelf but the awards fell on the ground and broke and he grabbed the Portrait but he fell as it was heavy and he ripped the portrait by mistake he saw The Commissioner enter his building through the surveillance footage, so he ran to the window but realized the grappling hook is gone.

So, he stood on a ledge on the building he'd try to move the side trying to find another open window, but he saw Madeline Wuntch inside and she'd just stare and closed the window on Frank would nearly fall down but held on the ledge.

He struggled trying to get up, but he let go screaming but he fell in a tree into the ground, but the police aimed guns at him as he fell revealing The Commissioner smoking a cuban cigar and he said sarcastically: "Cuban?"

He flicks the cigar on Frank's face before he saw Jake and his friends arrested.

Jake Peralta: "Hey Frank! There is a 5% chance that we may not prove he's innocent!"
