Hey, Total Drama: Crossover Island fans. This is Alexneushoorn here, back at you with a very special announcement regarding the story which I hinted at in the last chapter. It really pains me to say this, but Total Drama: Crossover Island is officially cancelled. I really hate leaving my Total Drama-related stories unfinished, but in this case, I feel like I didn't have a choice. The reason why I'm cancelling this story is because I've honestly lost interest in writing it, and also because certain users have been leaving a lot of mean-spirited reviews on this story, which also really killed my energy to continue working on this story.

Much like UltraTDGenius did with his Total Drama Snowscapes story, I'm not going to leave you with unanswered questions about what the remainder of the elimination order for this story could have been, so I'm going to put the entire elimination order for this story down here for you all to read.

#22: Bessie – This one already happened and I already gave my reasons for why she was eliminated first, so I won't have to go into such detail again. I will say, however, that once the Playa Des Losers episode for this story came around, Bessie wouldn't have been there because she was removed from the resort for talking too much while at the resort, and she would have been sent back home to San Francisco and had her memory of being on Total Drama wiped in a similar vein to Crustacean on Clown Princess Phoebe's Total Drama: Lost City story.

#21: Tracey – This one also already happened and I also already gave my reasons for why she ended up being eliminated here. Unlike Bessie, however, Tracey would have been featured in the Playa Des Losers episode because unlike Bessie, Tracey wouldn't have been removed from the resort because she never really whined or complained while she was there. I will also say that this particular elimination seemed to strike a nerve within a certain user, but I'll leave it at that.

#20: Squidward – This elimination also already happened, but I will go into a little bit more detail on this one. I've actually used Squidward as a contestant in a Total Drama crossover story before, with this one being a crossover edition of canon Total Drama Island, and in that story, Squidward ended up being the counterpart to Noah, and when I was writing this story, I thought it would be funny for Squidward to take on a similar role to the one Noah fulfilled in Total Drama Island, so much like with the other Total Drama crossover story I wrote, Squidward here got eliminated for the same reasons that Noah was eliminated in Total Drama Island; The dude was a dick.

#19: Storm – Like with Bessie and Tracey, I've already given my reasons for why this elimination happened and I won't be going into detail about it again, though I do wish I could have thought of more to do with Storm given that he's a rather underutilized character in the Sonic franchise and deserved more screen time than what he got in this story. Perhaps if I were to write a Sonic fic about the Babylon Rogues sometime in the future, that wish might just get granted.

#18: Pearl – Like with most of the other eliminations that already occurred in this story, I don't have much to say about Pearl's elimination, though I will say that looking back at it, I could have potentially given her more character development regarding her shaky relationship with her father, but given that what's done is done, there's not much use in crying over spilled milk, so to speak.

#17: Empoleon – Once again, not much to say about Empoleon's elimination, and unlike other pre-merge boots in this story, there probably wasn't much I could have done with Empoleon if he did end up surviving being eliminated here, so it was probably for the best that he was eliminated here and for it to stay that way.

#16: Mina – I already gave my reasons for why Mina was eliminated here, and as I expressed through character dialogue in her elimination episode, I could have given her a bit more character development by having her act as a pawn to the antagonist due to her being well liked by her teammates, but that would have made her a bigger game threat later down the line, so it was probably for the best that she went out in 16th place.

#15: Sniper – I also gave my reasons for why Sniper was eliminated here, and there weren't a lot of other plans I've had for the character if he did end up surviving elimination, so his placement would've remained the same in any draft of the story.

#14: Manic – Once again, I've given my reasons for why Manic was eliminated here. I could've perhaps reversed the order him and Sonia were eliminated in to see how either sibling would have done in the game without the other, but ultimately, it was probably better for Manic to be the first of the hedgehog siblings to be eliminated.

#13: Candy Kong – This one was the most recent elimination, and I actually had two different scenarios for how this elimination could have played out: In the first scenario, I considered having Candy eliminated the same way Dawn was eliminated in Total Drama: Revenge of the Island, but given that I already used that idea for Johan's elimination in my Total Drama Island: The First Showdown story, I found it to be a bit cliché to use that idea again, so instead, I opted to go the even more unfair route of having Candy become the victim of vote rigging similar to Courtney in Total Drama Island.

#12: Mona – Now let's move on to the eliminations that didn't happen yet. After Danny learned that Daisy had rigged the votes to eliminate Candy, he went to complain to Chris about it and demanded that he eliminate Daisy for foul play, but Chris wouldn't do so because he couldn't eliminate Daisy for foul play if there wasn't a clause against foul play put into place yet, and that such a clause could only be put into place once the current Total Drama season was finished. Frustrated by this, Danny instead opted to take revenge on Daisy by eliminating one of her more trusted associates, which in this case happened to be Mona. Mona would have been very angry about her elimination at first, but by the time the Playa Des Losers episode rolled around, she would have accepted it and acknowledged that if she was in Danny's situation, she probably would've done the same thing.

#11: Chunky Kong – This would have been the final pre-merge elimination for this story. The challenge for this episode would have involved contestants riding down a hill using ski equipment with wheels underneath and collecting flags along the way. The reason why Chunky would have been eliminated was because of his clumsy nature and his large size, he would have tripped on his ski equipment and tumbled down the hill into a set of rocks, breaking a lot of bones in his body and as a result, he would've been medically evacuated. I also believe this would've been the only medical evacuation to occur during this story.

#10: José – Given that this story didn't have any contestants returning in the merge, this would have been the first post-merge elimination. Given that José and Panchito were amigos and that they had both made the merge, the antagonistic duo consisting of Daisy and Bart would have hatched a scheme to get José eliminated in an attempt to separate him from Panchito and prevent the two of them from becoming too powerful during the merge.

#9: Peach – This elimination would have played out similarly to Lindsay's elimination in Total Drama Island: Daisy would have recruited Peach into an alliance, and in Peach's elimination episode, Daisy would've won immunity, and had the option of passing it onto another contestant, with Peach having finished in last place of the challenge and pleading for Daisy to pass her immunity onto her, but Daisy refused, and as a result, Peach would have cursed out Daisy before being sent on her way.

#8: Danny – Around this time, Daisy would've started feeling threatened by Danny still going after her for rigging the votes against Candy a few episodes back, so she pulled all the favors she could get to get people to vote out Danny in spite of the drama surrounding Peach's elimination in the previous episode. However, these efforts proved to be unnecessary, as Danny would accidentally reveal his ghost form during the episode, and Danny would quit the competition as a result of that. While he didn't physically appear during the Playa Des Losers episode, he did appear through video chat, saying that he went back home to Amity Park, and that his family accepted him, regardless of his ghost form.

#7: Sonia – Around this time, Sonia would have gone through enough character development without Manic by her side to have outlived her character potential, so she ended up being eliminated in 7th place, having become the victim of Daisy and Bart's antagonistic alliance. Not much else I have to say about this elimination.

#6: Steve – Steve's elimination would have played out similarly to Geoff's elimination in Total Drama Island; Steve would've been eliminated by the antagonistic alliance for being too nice, but before he went on his way, he would've exchanged cell phone numbers with Meg and told her that she was welcome to move out of Quahog and come to Langley Falls any time she pleased.

#5: Undyne – This would have been the Playa Des Losers elimination. Much like in Clown Princess Phoebe's Total Drama: Space Station story, this elimination would have played out a lot more fair than it did in Total Drama Island, as it would've involved a challenge where the eliminated contestants were placed in groups, with each group representing one of the final five contestants. They had to compete in a quiz, and the group that scored the least amount of points in the quiz would see the contestant they represented get eliminated, which in this case, happened to be Undyne. Undyne would have been very angry about her elimination but end up accepting it by the time the finale rolled around.

#4: Bart – This would have been the first antagonist elimination of the story. I thought it would be interesting to carry on the antagonist curse of being eliminated in 4th or 3rd place, and given that Bart was one of the two antagonists of this story, it only made sense for him to be eliminated in 4th place.

#3: Daisy – Daisy's elimination would have played out similarly to Heather's elimination in Total Drama Island; The challenge for this episode was adapted from the "I Triple Dog Dare You" episode from Total Drama Island, and Panchito and Meg would have teamed up against Daisy and pelt her with dares until she eventually succumbed to the pain and humiliation she had to suffer because of said dares. She wouldn't have ended up with her head shaved, given that she didn't really have any hair to shave off, so instead, she ended up with an embarrassing tattoo being placed on her arm.

#2: Meg – Meg was always my runner-up for this story. She would have gone through a lot of character development over the course of this story, going from being a helpless victim of her family's bullying to being a strong and confident young woman, which was worth a lot more than the million dollar prize in my eyes.

#1: Panchito – Panchito was always my winner for this story. Given his happy go-lucky personality, which reminded me a lot of Owen in Total Drama Island, it only made sense for me to have Panchito end up winning the whole thing.

So yeah, that's what the entire elimination order for this story would have looked like and what plotlines the remaining contestants would've received. Hopefully this makes up for the cancellation of this story, and at some point in the future, I might try another shot at writing a Total Drama crossover story, but for the time being, I think I should focus on the stories I'm still working on and then start writing new stories at a later time. Thanks for the support on this story, Total Drama fans, and I hope you'll continue to support my other Total Drama stories! – Alexneushoorn
