HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I know, I know - I'm a horrible author who doesn't update half as often as she should. So much has been going on lately that honestly, my head just hasn't been in a writing mood, and then my keyboard decided to be faulty so I got a new one, my partner and I have bought and moved into our new house, and I had 2 promotions at work! Anywho, apologies once more (feel like I apologise in every new chapter) but thank you all so much for your support! Genuinely means the world to me!

There were a few reviews that made me frustrated because they were telling me things I already knew and understand about both franchises - let me be clear, the whole the pack being 'werewolves' but not will come into play very soon, just be patient and trust that I know what I'm doing and that I am setting things up the way I do, for a reason.

Just to reiterate also, it is MY story so if the characters are acting differently, get over it and continue reading, or stop reading. Your choice!

Disclaimer: I do not own any of the original Harry Potter characters presented in this story, or any of the original Twilight characters presented in this story, however the plot is my own.

Piertotum Locomotor!

"Thank you for that Esme, it was delicious!" Teddy grinned as he polished off his dessert.

"You are quite welcome young man," Esme giggled as she took his plate from his setting. "Maybe later, if it's okay with Harry and Lune, you could have some of the flapjack I made?" Esme smiled as the child's eyes grew wide. "Come on, let's go sit down," she said as the rest of the family walked into the living area of the Cullen home.

Jasper and Harry sat opposite each other, with Luna next to Harry and the others spread around the room.

"Right, so we assume you guys have some questions about us. Firstly, thank you for giving us some time before wanting answers. Secondly, if there is a topic that we don't want to go deeper into, I ask that you please don't push us on it. Seem fair?" Harry asked. The Cullens nodded. "Alright then, who wants to go first?" Harry asked, letting the floor open for questions.

*.*.*.*

"Oooo, can I please?" Alice jumped in enthusiastically. Harry grinned and nodded for her to continue. "So, as you know, I have visions of possible futures that are dependent on an individual's decisions. Obviously, I'm more interested in the prophecies you mentioned. Like, are they real, do they all come to fruition, do the people the prophecy pertains to get notified when one is created, and can you be taught prophecies?" Alice asked her questions at top speed. Harry looked a little perplexed by the answer and he glanced towards Jasper and Edward for help. They both chuckled a little and shook their heads. Luna gave a little giggle.

"I'll let you start with that one Harry, but I'll take over when you flop," she grinned. Harry frowned and huffed before beginning his answer.

"Okay, so prophecies are not really a big deal in the wizarding world. They get spoken by individuals with the power of the third eye, we call them Seers. It's rare that something prophesied will be known to the masses as they are things the wizarding world tends to keep under wraps. For example, I had no idea about the prophecy between Voldy and I until my fifth year when my friends and I stopped the Death Eaters from retrieving the prophecy and after Sirius was killed. Even then, I didn't understand what it meant other than I had to kill Voldemort or he would kill me.

"Now I don't know if they all come to fruition or when because these things never come with dates or names. Most of the time, people only really take note of a prophecy if multiple things add up and it makes sense for it to be happening around a certain time. The prophecy about me mentioned no names, no dates - all it mentioned was a child born at the end of July, being marked an equal and then mention of a dark lord. Nobody truly knew if it was supposed to be me or Neville or an event that wasn't due to happen for a hundred years or more! But by acting on it, the prophecy was fulfilled. Took me a while to get my head around…" Harry explained.

"And as for being taught it, there was the class of Divination in school, but that was all nonsense about reading tea leaves, incorrectly and crystal balls… Trelawny tried her best but she wasn't cut out for the job. Seeing the future is something that can't be taught, only nurtured if you already possess the power. Something quite different from your own abilities Alice." Luna said serenely. Harry couldn't help but agree with her on the subject of Trelawny. Batty woman, he thought.

"But in a nutshell, prophecies are, unfortunately, real," Harry concluded. "Who's next?"

"Could you tell us more about this Severus person?" Carlisle asked. Harry nodded.

"Severus Snape went to school with my parents. He and my mother were best friends from before Hogwarts and they tried to keep that friendship going within Hogwarts despite being in separate houses. Mum was a Gryfindor while Snape was a Slytherin. It was difficult, but they persevered until their fifth year where Snape said something that Mum just couldn't forgive. After that, he kind of went down a dark path under the influence of his Slytherin Pureblood peers. He joined Voldemort willingly after school and served loyally for a couple of years. But then he was sat in a booth at the Three Broomsticks pub in Hogsmede where he heard the beginning of a prophecy pertaining to a Dark Lord." He paused as Esme gasped, clutching Carlisle's hand.

"After hearing of the prophecy, he went straight to his master to deliver the news. Unfortunately, he had no idea that my mum was currently pregnant with me until a traitor to the light mentioned it after Voldemort asked if there were any pregnant witches due to give birth at the end of July. That was when he got it in his head that it was me the prophecy meant and so he set his sights on me. Snape however, went straight to Dumbledore and agreed to be a double agent to help protect me. But just because he was trying to protect me, doesn't mean that he liked me by any means. The man loathed me, all thanks to my dad and his friends bullying him through their school years.

When Ron, Hermione and I were off hunting horcruxes, Snape was Headmaster of Hogwarts. He made sure that the children were not tortured too much, without blowing his cover. Even after Dumbledore's death, Snape was still on my side. He protected where he could, he knocked out two death eaters before fleeing at the beginning of the battle when I had arrived in the school. He may not have liked me, and I definitely don't like him, but he saved a lot of people before he died and nobody knew it for the longest time." He finished, pausing to take a sip of his drink.

"Thank you Harry, for sharing that. It couldn't have been easy," Carlisle said, offering him a sincere smile.

"I have a question - how did the portrait move and speak?" Emmett asked, hoping to lighten the mood a little.

"Magic." Harry said cheekily. This caused a few chuckles from the group. "Seriously though, it is just magic. The portraits contain a bit of the person's magical essence and when you die, your essence is contained by the portrait bringing it to life."

"But how is that different from creating the horcruxes?" Edward asked, confusion filling his voice.

"Well, horcruxes are vile, dark magic that rips the soul in two. You have to murder someone to create a horcrux - with portraits, you willingly provide your essence - I'm not 100% sure how it works - but there is nothing dark about it, nothing inanely evil about it. And when a witch or wizard provides their magical essence, it is for the soul purpose of locking into a portrait, not using it to make yourself immortal or come back from the dead," Harry explained.

"Ahh, I see. Does that make it so that their reactions are what they would be like if they were still here today?" Edward continued.

"Yup! That is precisely what it does. They can go between different enchanted frames too, they don't all just hang out in our living room all day," Harry chuckled. "Teddy's room has a frame where Tonks and Moony spend most of their time. It's not the same as them being here to watch him grow up, but it's as good as it can get." Harry smiled, happy that his godson can still have somewhat of a relationship with his parents while he never had that option.

"Oo oo, I got a question!" Alice started in her high pitched squeal. Luna smiled towards her and nodded for her to continue. "So something that has been bothering me throughout your stories is that there is this constant theme of blood purity. I guess I'm wondering if there is actually any evidence showing that those with pureblood are better at magic or more deserving?" She questioned, tilting her head to the side.

"Oh no, there's no evidence to suggest that at all! Unfortunately, it was just an accepted thing within the society that those who were not pure would find it harder to get well-paying jobs within the wizarding world. Something about the purebloods having been around longer, somehow makes them more deserving of magic. Utter dragon dung in my opinion - my best friend was muggleborn and she was the brightest witch of our age. She was smarter and more brilliant than any pureblood I knew, school kid or otherwise. I have no doubt that she would've rocked magical Britain to it's core and been a monumental change that we needed." Harry sighed. Jasper took his hand gently and rubbed his thumb in a circle on the back of Harry's hand. Harry smiled gratefully towards the blond vampire.

"Okay, but dragons are REAL?" Emmet asked, breaking the tension - again - and causing the magicals to chuckle at his disbelief.

"Oh yes, quite real. Harry fought one when he was just fourteen, it was quite something," Luna grinned serenely. Harry closed his eyes and sighed as everyone looked at him.

"I didn't really fight it Lulu, I just out-flew it… very different things you know!" Harry grumbled. "But yes, dragons are real. Ron's older brother Charlie works with them in Romania," He finished with a smile.

"Woah," Emmet gasped in wonder. Luna grinned at him while Rose looked on fondly.

"Any others?" Harry asked.

"Yeah, what is a Dobby?" Carlisle asked, his brow furrowed. Jasper gasped and tensed as the overwhelming sense of grief and loss slammed against him. Harry sighed and blinked away tears.

"Dobby, was the most insane house elf I had ever come across. He always thought it was his duty to protect me, but his protection nearly got me killed a bunch when I was twelve. It got so bad that I made him promise to never try to save my life again," he chuckled. "Of course, the little buggar just had to do it one more time. The part of the story where we escaped from Malfoy Manner was purely down to that insanely brave and wonderful house elf. He had become part of the family by that point, but he died to protect me and my friends and I'll never forgive myself for that." Harry sniffled, trying to get his emotions under control as he could see how they were clearly effecting Jasper.

"My first year in Hogwarts, I was at a Quidditch game and there was a rogue bludger. Harry later told me that Dobby was responsible for it. It just wouldn't leave Harry alone and after he caught the snitch, the bludger slammed into his arm and snapped it. Madame Pomfrey should've been able to fix it instantly with a quick Episky charm, but we had an idiot for a defence professor who decided he knew best. Turns out, he ended up removing all the bones in Harry's arm! It was quite grotesque to see actually," Luna giggled at the looks of horror on the Cullen's faces.

"Did not need that image," Rose mumbled.

"What's Quidditch?" Esma asked.

The questions continued like this for some time and eventually, the Cullen family seemed to have run out of questions. It was time for Harry, Luna and Teddy to head home.

"Gonna be another late night for us tomorrow I think," Harry mentioned on their way out the door.

"Oh?" Rose asked as she hugged Teddy once more.

"Yeah, the Wolves have invited us to a bonfire in La Push tomorrow night. Should be fun," Luna said with an excited gleam in her eyes, completely ignoring Rose's snarl of disgust.

"Just be careful when you are there," Jasper muttered to Harry as they said their goodbyes. Harry nodded.

Soon, they were back home and all three went straight to bed.

The following morning, Teddy was with Luna at her new shop, helping her to get settled in and decorated, while Harry and the wolves were at the bakery bright and early in the hopes that they could get everything else done that was needed. They were making great progress by lunch and so Harry decided to head out to get pizzas for the guys.

Lunch came and went quite quickly, with the guys eating a ridiculous amount of pizza, seriously, where do they put it? Harry asked himself as he closed up shop for the evening. The Quileutes had left about an hour earlier to get ready for the bonfire that night, which gave Harry plenty of time to get up to date on his paper work and making the desserts for the bonfire.

Teddy and Luna had wandered in just after the guys left, and so Harry had Teddy's help with creating the deliciously gooey concoction that was his famous triple chocolate brownies. Teddy also insisted on baking some peanut butter and nutella cookies. They made sure to make enough to feed an army, and then extras for home.

Soon enough, it was time for the little family of three to head to La Push, desserts and drinks in tow.

"Uncle Harry, do you think Miss Leah will be there tonight?" Teddy asked, eyes wide while trying to hide a small blush creeping up his cheeks. Luna glanced at Harry with a smirk while Harry chuckled.

"I think that she definitely will be, buddy," he responded, looking at his godson through the rearview mirror of the car with a grin. Harry chuckled when Teddy looked down with a small grin. "Any reason?" Harry asked, trying to embarrass his godson just a smidge more.

"Nope! None at all… but she is really pretty," he heard Teddy mumble.

"Awww, has our little teddy-bear got a crush?" Luna giggled as she turned in her seat to tickle him.

"Aunty Loony, stop it!" Cried Teddy as he tried and failed to get away from Luna's tickling.

"Hey come on now you two, we are pulling up now. Behave yourselves," Harry cautioned as he pulled the car to a stop in a parking bay by the beach. "Is our precious cargo okay?" Harry asked Teddy in a very serious tone.

"Sir, yes sir!" Teddy grinned, patting the tubs next to him.

"Well, let's go then!" Harry grinned as he got Teddy out of the car seat and Luna grabbed the tubs of treats.

Once out of the car, the three managed to get a proper look at the beach they would be at for the next couple of hours. It had huge cliffs off to the side that reminded Harry a little too much of the cliffs surrounding Hogwarts. The beach itself was long and windy, with pieces of driftwood strewn along it from the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was rather soothing to Harry. He could picture himself spending a lot of time down here in the summer. They could smell a hint of smoke and looking further towards some of the beach shacks, he saw a group of people sitting around the bonfire that looked to have been burning for some time. The group was quite the mixture of people. Obviously, the majority of the younger ones he knew, such as Jacob, Sam, Paul and the others who worked for him. Others, he didn't know such as a couple of the older males, one of whom was wheelchair bound. There looked to be a good bunch of people and Harry was excited for what this night could bring. Nervous, but excited.

Just before they headed down to the group, they heard a car pull in next to their own and out of it appeared Leah and Seth.

"Hey boss!" Seth called, jogging over to the little family. "Glad you could make it!" He grinned as Leah came over at a more sedate pace.

"Thanks for the invite. Didn't I send you home early so that you could get here on time?" Harry asked, a little confused as to why they were late.

"Yeah, but then Mom wanted to make sure I finished all my homework before heading out, and as Leah is my ride, she had to wait too." He grinned, this kid is never not smiling, Harry thought, thinking that he reminded him very clearly of Colin Creevey.

"And of course, the idiot completely forgot that one piece of his homework was his calc, which he hates and procrastinates, making us later than normal," Leah groaned as she walked over.

"Well, we are here now aren't we?" Seth said, getting a little touchy. Luna grinned at his childishness before suggesting that they head down. Leah automatically started walking next to Teddy, who was quite red from the blushing.

"Hi Miss Leah, we baked some cookies and brownies for everyone," Teddy said shyly with a smile. Leah grinned down at him.

"Is that so? Well, I am sure they are going to be super delicious if you made them." Teddy grinned back, almost puffing out his chest with pride as the group walked towards the others waiting at the bonfire.

"Yo!" Seth called, getting the attention of some of his pack mates. They greeted him back with the same enthusiasm. "Look who I bumped into," he said glancing over his shoulder at the small family.

"Hey Harry," Jacob called in greeting, standing near the man in the wheelchair. "Glad you guys could make it." He walked over to the little group, clearly only having eyes for Luna. "Hey Luna," he smiled.

"Hello Jacob, thank you for inviting us here tonight. We are looking forward to hearing your tribal legends and history," she said with a gleam in her eyes. Jacob looked very confused as he couldn't remember if he had told them what to expect.

"It's gonna be a fun night. Let me introduce you to some people," he said, gesturing to the group to follow him. "This is my father, Billy Black, one of our elders," he said, introducing them to his father.

"Of course, you know the guys, but this is the lovely Emily. She is Sam's fiancee who can cook some excellent food," he said, grinning towards Emily. Looking at Emily, she appeared to have three large, deep scars down her face, almost as if she had been attacked by a bear. Harry noticed this and gently took hold of Teddy and Luna's hand. He had come to the realisation, that it was probably one of the guys who went wolfy who gave her those scars, making Harry wonder just how large these wolves are. Luna glared at him slightly, as if to say, 'don't you dare judge them or try to protect me from my mate'. Harry smiled bashfully back.

After some other introductions, Teddy announced that he had brought dessert treats. This was greeted with cheers from everyone and smiles from the elders. They all had some delicious food before they sat down and got ready for story time. Both Harry and Luna had prepared themselves to tell the tribe their story. They figured that as the tribe either turned into wolves, or knew about those who did turn into wolves, the International Statute of Secrecy did not apply to them. The ability to shift into an animal form implied the presence of magic.

"It's going to be a long night, Lulu," Harry muttered in her ear as they sat with Teddy on Luna's lap, fighting sleep already.

"He'll be fine, as soon as it is time for dessert, he will be as awake as anyone," she whispered back. Harry glanced at her.

"You know that wasn't what I was talking about."

"Yeah I know. But it's going to be tough enough to go through our story again, I didn't want the wallowing to start until it was our turn." She responded. She perked up when Jacob took a seat next to her. Clearly, it was time for the storytelling to begin.

A/N: And that's a wrap on this chapter! I knew it isn't a nice long one that you all are used to, but I really wanted to get something published for you. Hope you enjoyed and I hope it wont be this long before I update again!
