"The Collector…" Drake-Prime begins, "Though they play a small part in universes where the Owl House resides, the star child's presence is important for stability."
Currently, Drake-Prime was on a beach in the Demon Realm, having called three others before him to deal with a matter in the universe he was visiting.
The dimensional hopping Soul Warrior looked down at the plate in his right hand and then at the three figures before him. The first two were Steve, wearing his usual outfit, and the Multiverse Guardian, DeDe, in her humanoid cat form.
The third figure was a human teenager of Japanese descent, right hand resting on a Katana. The teenager wore an…interesting outfit; he wore a pair of navy jeans with the knees blown out and the pants' rims tattered and blue high-tops. He wore a blue jacket with the right sleeve torn off up to the elbow and most of his exposed arm wrapped in bandages. His jacket was open, showing the X scar that covered his shirtless chest.
His black hair was spiky, with a bang reaching the middle of his right eye.
Despite looking like an eighteen-year-old, the Japanese teen's eyes were heavy with experience beyond his years.
"Even now, as we speak, this branch universe of the Owl House is already showing signs of breaking down," Drake-Prime explained, looking at the three.
The teenager 'hmmed' slightly and gave the Soul Warrior a look. "I can understand asking the two creators of the clusters of multiverses for advice," he said, a hint of annoyance in his voice, "But why am I here?"
"Seriously, Hiro?" Drake-Prime replied, "You really expect the twins to be any help? The only reason I asked them here is because they created this universe and have the final say in anything done with it."
Hiro frowned and looked at Steve and DeDe. His face twisted with annoyance as he watched his fellow gods goof around; Steve was sitting on the ground and stacking fine china on their sides. DeDe had turned into her full cat form and was trying to knock the bottom plate away, only to have her paw pass right through it.
"Point taken," Hiro retorted dully, looking at the warrior. "So, what can I do to help?"
Drake-Prime hummed, looked at the plate, and sighed. He looked back at the teenage-looking being and walked up to him.
"Well, in canon events, the Collector is freed to deal with Belos and his draining spell," Drake-Prime explained.
Drake-Prime held out the plate, and Hiro took it, nodding. The Japanese teen looked at the plate and saw the Collector napping soundly. He smiled slightly at the sight and then looked at Drake-Prime seriously.
"But, since that event never happened here, the Collector remains tripped in the Space-In-Between-Realms," Hiro said.
Drake-Prime nodded and pointed at the Japanese teen with a finger gun. "As your daughter say, Bingo," he said casually, then turned serious. "But since that event never happened here, this universe is starting to break apart."
Hiro frowned as he looked down at the plate and then at Steve and DeDe. He scowled slightly when he saw the two now making a sand castle that reached to the stars.
"I like to help," Hiro said, looking at the warrior, "But I can't think of anything…say letting The Collector out into this universe."
Drake-Prime frowned and looked at the plate. Despite all of their powers, the Collector was still a child. They didn't have much understanding of things dealing with morality, hence the reason he asked the tree for their thoughts on this matter: can't have a powerful child running around in a universe that dealt with rejuvenation.
Drake-Prime sighed and, with a jerk of his hand, summoned his sword with a bolt of lightning.
The sword was very basic in design; it was a doble egged sword with a U-shaped guard, and the sword had a teal diamond-shaped jewel where the guard meant the base of the blade.
Hiro snapped his fingers, making the four unseeable as two witches ran by them, one screaming their heads off like a little girl. The two swordsmen ignored the witches and Drake-Prime into a fighting stance.
Drake-Prime took a practice swing and screamed when Steve, with DeDe on his head, was suddenly in front of him. The Warrior's sword disappeared in a flash of lightning, avoiding slicing the two in half by a hair.
Drake-Prime glared at the smiling Steve and sighed tiredly.
"Steve have an idea!" the silly scout suddenly proclaimed happily.
Hiro walked up to Drake-Prime, and they exchanged looks. They looked back at Steve, and Hiro gestured for him to go on.
"How about we release the Collector and seal his powers?" Steve suggested cheerfully.
"Yeah," DeDe added, "We can also give him a game! The more he learns about life, the more of his powers are unsealed!"
Hiro and Drake-Prime gawked at the two beings. Neither couldn't believe such a good idea came from such silly gods.
Slowly, they came out of their shock and looked at the plate in Hiro's hands. They then looked at each other, Hiro glaring at Drake-Prime as the human smiled sheepishly.
"...Okay," the warrior admitted sheepishly, "Maybe it wasn't needed to call you in."
Hiro's glare intensified slightly, and he tossed the plate to Steve before he punched Drake-Prime in the mouth. The warrior grunted as he fell to the ground. He rubbed his jaw as he got into a sitting position and glared up at Hiro.
The mysterious teenager ignored the glare and looked at the others. Nodding, Steve went to work. His hand morphed into a Titan's paw, and he scratched the plate's surface with his pinky.
A symbol appeared on the ground around the group, and soon, the Collector was pulled from the plate. The Child from the Stars was still napping, allowing Steve, Hiro, and DeDe to place hands and paws on the Collector's forehead.
The child's body glowed slightly as the three sealed the Collector's powers. The Collector's appearance changed somewhat as he gained witch-like ears and the marking on his face disappeared.
With that done, Steve transported the Collector into the crowd on the beach, near an elderly female couple.
"Well, that's that," Steve said, smiling, "Now, Steve got to check on his favorite found family in all the multiverse."
The loveable scout snapped his fingers, changing his clothes into a "Where's Waldo" outfit. He then did a silly dance and melted into the sand, DeDe disappearing alongside him.
Drake-Prime got to his feet, working his jaw, and looked at Hiro.
"How do you Cestial Gods put on with that one?" the warrior asked.
Hiro sighed and jabbed his hands into his jacket pocket. "A lot of brimstone with Cinnamon." was the Japanese boy's dull reply.

Sorry this wasn't the Collector-focused chapter most hoped for, but I stand by my words! I said long ago that the Collector wasn't going to be featured much, and I meant it, gosh darn it!
Also, keep your eyes out for Hiro; he will be featured in a story I will be posting exclusively to . And the end is coming, folks; just the series epilogue, and you will find out where everyone's favorite found family ends up.
