Once the rest of the Z Fighters arrived on the battlefield Piccolo began explaining to them what had happened with Raditz and how he managed to survive and escape but then they all saw Kakarot's body suddenly disappeared when he pass away which Piccolo immediately knew the reason as to why and it was because Kakarot has been granted to keep his body while in the Other World and Kami the guardian of Earth and the good of half of Demon King Piccolo most likely had a hand in it.

The Z Fighters knew that they wouldn't stand chance against Raditz without Kakarot's help so they needed to train and they will have to use the Dragon Ball's to summon Shenron so they can revive Kakarot however they couldn't do it immediately because the Dragon Ball's had recently been used by Garlic Jr to become immortal and they need to wait a full year for them to be usable again and it had only been a couple months.

As they began to plan on what they should do next Piccolo then reminded them that Raditz had also told them that he has two Saiyan comrades and there was a good chance that he might get in contact with them and have them come to Planet Earth, hearing this caused everyone to get even more worried but then Piccolo pick up both Gohan & Goten and told everyone that he'll be training the two boy's as twice he had seen them unleash their hidden power with first time being against Garlic Jr and now the second time now being with Raditz. Even though none of them trusted Piccolo after everything with his father and then with him but they all knew they stood no chance at stopping him and if by some chance they do manage to kill him as they know that he wouldn't stop until he get a hold of Gohan & Goten then they knew that they were only making their chances against the Saiyan's even more worse as not only would they have to fight the Saiyan's without his help but by killing Piccolo would also kill Kami and make Dragon Ball's forever useless meaning he wouldn't be able to revive Kakarot.

Meanwhile with Raditz he had managed to find a cave to rest in while he used his scouter to get in contract With Vegeta & Nappa but once he had told them everything that had happen Vegeta was enraged with Raditz for his failure as he had always saw him useless on mission's and he was nothing like his father Bardock. Vegeta finally had enough of Raditz and his failures so he told him that he isn't apart of their team any more and if he ever sees Raditz again then he'll kill him on the spot, Vegeta also told Raditz that he better be off Planet Earth as in one year's time as he and Nappa are coming to the planet and they will do what Kakarot should have done when he first arrive on Planet Earth.

Once Vegeta disconnected with Raditz leaving the other Saiyan in shock and he come to the realization that he was all alone in the Universe as he always knew that Vegeta & Nappa never truly like him since he came from the low-class and he was far weaker than them but he always had the option of going to Planet Earth to either recruit Kakarot so that he wouldn't be lone anymore or even try to leave the Frieza Force and just live on Planet Earth with his younger brother but now it was all gone. Raditz knew he couldn't leave the planet as Gohan & Goten had destroyed his Space Pod and he couldn't repair it so he decides to do something that he never thought of doing and that was to team up the inhabitants of the world by warning them about Vegeta & Nappa and help them against his former comrades.

For the next couple of days Raditz remained in the cave to recover from his injury and only going out to look for food but once he had finally recovered and gain a Zenkai boost from his near death experience he decided that he needed to find Piccolo so he used his scouter to locate him which was at the frozen Tsumisumbri Mountains, however when Raditz arrive there he saw that there was a massive fortress but his scouter told him that Piccolo was inside so Raditz went in it to find him and he found Master Roshi, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien and Chiaotzu battling against Piccolo and three strange creatures. When it look like Piccolo was about to blast Krillin that was when Raditz set in by punching Piccolo which sent him flying and saved Krillin's life much to everyone's shock and Raditz told them that he needed to talk to them which they all refused since he was the reason why Kakarot was dead.

Raditz needing them to listen to him so he decided to help them with their enemies but he was told by Krillin that Piccolo was being Mind-Control by Dr. Wheelo & Dr. Kochin the two mad scientists behind everything who wanted to take over the world with their creatures known as Bio-Men. Dr. Wheelo also wanted a strong body as many years ago his original body died because of frostbite and he was now just a human brain inside a glass container however the chemicals that they had used to preserve his brain for over fifty years had also mutated Dr. Wheelo's brain making it roughly twice the size of a human head.

Apparently while Gohan & Goten were doing survival training Piccolo had begun his own training but he was attacked by Dr. Wheelo & Dr. Kochin creatures Bio-Men who managed to bring him back to their fortress as they originally planned to take Dr. Wheelo's brain and place it inside Piccolo's body but they couldn't because of how different Piccolo's biology was to human so instead they decide to make him serve them. They then kidnap Bulma to force Master Roshi to come to them so they could see how strong he was and perhaps place Dr. Wheelo's brain inside of him but they soon discover that Master Roshi's students had surpass him and one of their bodies would be perfect to be the new body for Dr. Wheelo's brain and they will come to them to save Bulma, Master Roshi and Piccolo.

Dr. Wheelo & Dr. Kochin then told Raditz that they were grateful for him to come to them as they done some research on Master Roshi's student and found out about Son Kakarot but only to soon discover that he was now dead however they then learn about Raditz and the fact that he was far stronger than both Kakarot & Piccolo together and so his body would be perfect for Dr. Wheelo to use to take over the world. So they ordered their Bio-Men and Piccolo to attack Raditz, however Raditz was able to easily kill the three Bio-Men and hit the gold root-like device off Piccolo's forehead freeing him from Dr. Wheelo & Dr. Kochin control.

When Piccolo regained himself he saw shock when he learnt that it was Raditz who freed him and he immediately demanded to know the reason as to why Raditz was now helping them to which Raditz replied that he'll explain everything to them once they are finished with the two mad scientists and everyone agrees. Even though they all hated Raditz for Kakarot's death who despite not actually being the one who killed him but Raditz was the reason why he was now dead however it was thanks to Raditz that Piccolo was now no longer an enemy as even though they could fight against the Bio-men they wouldn't be able to defeat and free Piccolo but that was no longer a issue so that they can at least listen to what Raditz had to say.

Dr. Wheelo then revealed his mechanical body that was embedded into the fortress because while embedded it granted Dr. Wheelo to be able to control the functions and see through the red cameras within the fortress, as Dr. Wheelo then revealed large metal scorpion-like machine body it caused the entire fortress to began to shake and for Dr. Kochin to accidentally fall him off the edge to his death.

Raditz and the Z Fighters began to battle Dr. Wheelo and when they did manage to damage him only for Dr. Wheelo to decide to just concentrate the energy contained within his laboratory's power core to fire a gigantic wave to destroy the entire Planet Earth and find a new world to conquer. So Raditz and the Z Fighters changed their strongest attacks at Dr. Wheelo with Raditz firing a Double Sunday, Piccolo fired a Masenko, Master Roshi and Krillin and Yamcha each fired a Kamehameha wave, Tien fired a Tri-Beam and Chiaotzu fired a Dodon Ray.

Together they managed to kill the mad scientist once and for good but when it was over everything was over all the Z Fighters focus on Raditz to find out why exactly did he help them and Raditz told them that he wanted to join them to fight against Vegeta & Nappa which to Raditz's shock they were already aware that they were coming to their planet in one year.

So this entire chapter was basically just a retelling of the 'Dragon Ball Z: World's Strongest Movie' and how Raditz was able to convince the Z Fighters to let him join them against Vegeta & Nappa and if you are wondering about how in the movie Dr. Kochin used the Dragon Balls to wish to free Dr. Wheelo and their fortress from the ice while in this story he wouldn't be able too, that isn't a plot hole there's going to be a reason on how he was able to do that without the help from the Dragon Ball's
