Azazel chuckles at Katerea. "Here, HAVE A GIFT!" He then sends several blasts at Katerea which she blocks with shield.
Issei flies in and activates his swords. "TALON SLASH!"
The magicians behind Kiba all disappear. The Knight turns to Issei. "Thanks, Issei!"
"It's what I'm here for!" Issei laughs.
Rias hands Gasper to Sirzechs and Grayfia. "This is too dangerous. Which is why I need you to please take care of Gasper for me."
Sirzechs nods. "All right."
"Can we start killing them now?" Koneko asks.
"We're supposed to protect this area until the gate closes, so let's do that!" Issei and everyone else charges at the magicians killing all one by one until they hear Gasper cry.
"Rias! Issei!" Issei looks back at him. "Please listen to me I can fight too! I wanna be a hero, just like Issei! I wanna make you all proud of me and and I want to be worthy of you! I will fight, I just have to! I'm going to do whatever it takes to protect my friends!" Gasper then rips the bracelet off.
Rias says, "No Gasper! Zechs stop him! Do something!"
"I can do this! I can be a man too!" Gasper shouts.
"GASPER NO!" Issei yells.
Light then bursts out of Gasper and the portal unleashing the magicians disappear and Akeno, Asia, Sona, and Tsubaki all unfreeze.
Akeno looks around. "What was that?"
Sona turns to Tsubaki. "Any idea what just happened?"
"I don't have a clue." Tsubaki says.
Serafall hugs Sona. "Welcome back, Sona!"
Sone blushes in embarrassment. "Would you get off of me?"
Rias looks around in amazement. "Gasper did it! I'm not sure how, but he made time go back to normal."
Issei looks as Gasper falls into Asia's arms. "Way to go, little bro."
"He stopped the enemy gate too." Tsubaki adds.
Serafall smiles. "One less thing to worry about."
Asia then says, "I don't understand."
Rias spreads her wings. "We'll tell you the details later. For now, I need everyone's help." The ORC, Sona, and Tsubaki all charge at the magicians. Issei makes Indo and Charn turn into their monster forms and attack as well.
Issei slashes one magician away before looking up and seeing Azazel transform.
"Armor of the Fallen Dragon. Downfall Dragon, another armor."
"How many dragons are there?" Issei asks.
"He can do a Balance Breaker too?" Jack says shocked.
Azazel then motions for Katerea to make a move. "Now, come here."
Katerea growl and charges before Azazel merely slashes her with his trident, making her scream. She turns around and tries to merge with Azazel's armor, by stretching and grabbing his left arm.
"If I can take out one of the three great powers, then I welcome death!" Katerea declares. "I WILL DESTROY MYSELF FOR GLORY!"
"Destroy yourself, heh." Azazel chuckles. "I don't wanna mock your hopes and dreams, but it doesn't seem worth it!" Azazel then cuts off his left arm and tosses his trident through her head, killing her and making her disappear. "But, I'm only willing to give up an arm for you."
Azazel deactivates his armor and stops his arm from bleeding with a magic circle. A purple sphere of his armor descends into Azazel's hands. "And yet again, there's still plenty of room for improvement. But I guess you can stay with me a little while longer, my Dragon King Fafnir."
Azazel looks around and watches the ORC finish off the rest of the magicians. "Nice, they've annihilated everyone." Suddenly Azazel receives a blast in the back and gets sent to the ground. Azazel climbs out and sees Issei extending his hand.
"Liking me already, huh?" Azazel chuckles.
"Just take the hand, old man." Issei orders.
Azazel takes Issei's hand and gets hoisted to his feet. He looks up at Valia, Iraka and Mayana, as they were still in their Balance Breakers. "You got me. Must be losing my edge, bad Valia."
"Sorry, Azazel. Thinks look more interesting on this side." Valia shrugs.
"I thought they were with you?" Issei says confused.
"Heh, not really." Azazel then flies up to the three dragons. "I can understand, but there's something I'd like to ask you. You know Shemahazai, my Vice Governor General. He recently informed me about a faction that has been gathering the dangerous elements and members of the three great powers. What were they called, oh yes the Khaos Brigade."
"Chaos sounds accurate." Sirzechs says.
"Whoever is in charge must be strong, but why would anyone gather such dangerous people together?"
So I bet I can guess whose leading you." Azazel smirks. "Orphis, the Ouroboros Dragon, right?"
"Orphis, it can't be!" Rias says afraid.
Jack looks at her. "Is that another dragon?"
"The Infinite Dragon God, a dragon so powerful God was almost afraid her as He was Erakhan." Rias explained.
Mayana nods. {Yes, it is true we have sided with Orphis. But believe me, not even one of us has the slightest interest in world domination. We're just a group who formed in order to use our power.}
"Well, that makes more sense." Azazel admits. "Conspiring with Katerea seemed a little beneath the three of you, but even so, both you and Katerea had devil titles stolen so I wasn't sure, Valia."
"She's a Devil King descendant too?!" Serafall says shocked.
"What are you saying?" Rias says.
Valia smirks. "My name is Valia Lucifer."
"Lucifer, what?" Sirzechs says.
"Ohh, crap." Issei groans.
"I am a descendant of one of the great dead Devil Kings." Valia states. "My mother was a human, so I'm a half-blood. My father was the grandson of the great Devil King Lucifer."
"No, it can't be true." Rias says in denial.
Sirzechs sighs. "A half-blood, of course. There's no way we could've known."
"While you have the blood of a real Devil King, since you are also a human, you just happened to be possessed by the Vanishing Dragon." Azazel says. "So basically your very existence is a joke."
"I would go with miracle, personally." Valia shrugs. "But to each their own." Valia then spreads ten devil wings behind her dragon wings.
Azazel touches his chin. "I have a feeling this one will be the best White Dragon Empress the world has ever seen. Past, present, or future."
"The best dragon ever..." Jack breathes.
"Jack Hyoudou, fate can be cruel, wouldn't you agree?" Valia asks.
"Yeah, maybe." Jack agrees.
"I am the strongest dragon. And I carry with me the blood of the Devil King. Yet, you are just a lowly human. Unlike your brother, Issei has become possibly even more powerful than me. But this fight is between you and me. And aside from the Boosted Gear, you are nothing. It's disappointing, almost to the point where it's funny. We are rival Sacred Gears, you and I are as far apart as the sky to the Earth, no more than that."
"You got a point there, Valia?" Jack inquires, keeping his rage controlled.
Valia nods. "I do, I think you should try harder. Maybe you should try being an avenger, I could kill your parents if that would help. If I take something as precious to you as your mother and father away, surely you would be able to act on that tragic fate. Your parents would most likely be grateful to me for their murder, any death I could give them would be far more exciting than they're current boring life. Yes, let's do that!"
"No, how can he be so cruel?" Asia cries.
Rias looks at Jack with sadness. "Oh, Jack."
"I'm so gonna kill this asshole!" Jack growls.
"Jack!" Rias says.
"Why should my parents have to die for her damn convenience? Like I would just sit idly by and let her TAKE ANYTHING FROM ME!"
"WELSH DRAGON OVERBOOSTER!" Ddraig declares as Jack goes Scale Mail.
"NO ONE HURTS THE PEOPLE I CARE ABOUT! I DON'T CARE WHO THEY ARE!" Jack yells.
Issei chuckles. ~Kick her ass bro.~
Valia looks at Iraka and Mayana. "Look, his power has gone up exponentially."
"The Sacred Gear uses strong feelings to sustain its power." Iraka states. "Your facing pure rage, from him right now."
"Aren't you going to join the fun?"
Mayana shakes her head. {You know our battle is only with our brother.}
Jack charges and he and Valia clash around the sky. Rias goes to help but Issei stops her. "This is Jack's fight. And we have to stay out of it."
Valia then punches Jack and uses her Divine Dividing to absorb his power. Jack coughs blood and falls to the ground.
"Damn it, how could I have forgotten? He absorbs the power of whatever comes into contact with his sword. I'm so stupid." Jack groans.
Issei steps forward. "Come on Jack, show her why your my brother!"
Jack gets to his feet. "I won't fail you, bro." Jack then spots Valia. "(BOOST) I won't lose in front of him."
Valia chuckles. "During the fight with Kokabiel you were fighting for the sake of your friends, weren't you? Does this mean I should kill your friends, BEFORE I KILL YOUR FAMILY?!" Valia sends two blasts of energy at them which Jack stands in front of and takes the blows.
"You bitch!" Jack yells clashing up into Valia. "Stop screwing around you piece of shit!"
"Hate me more! Get angrier, get stronger and stronger for me!" Valia says. "Let's have some real fun!" Valia then sends a blast that pushes Jack back.
"DDRAIG! BOOST ME UP AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! NOW!" Jack's gauntlets go greener than normal as he then punches Valia in the face, shattering the left side of her helmet. "NOW TRANSFER IT!"
"He's transferring power to Valia?!" Rias says shocked.
"I'm gonna boost the power you absorb along with whatever you're releasing at the same time. Eventually your precious wings won't be able to take anymore!"
"The mechanisms are going into overdrive. We must restart the system." Albion warns Valia.
Jack then reels his fist back. "Feel the power of...THE WELSH DRAGON!" Jack then punches Valia, shattering her armor and making her cough blood.
"That was amazing." Valia says impressed. "You completely blew away my Sacred Gear. I knew you could hold your own if you just tried, that's what I expect from my rival!" Valia then stands and her Scale Mail reforms again.
"It won't be over until the other person is unable to fight any longer." Ddraig tells Jack. "This is how dragons battle."
Jack then sees his gauntlet glow. "What's wrong?"
"The arm band is reaching the limits of its' effectiveness. There's no way we can win against a time limit. Run away or you'll die."
Jack shakes his head. "I can't abandon everyone." Jack then spots a sphere of Valia's Scale Mail on the ground and grabs it. "Wait, Ddraig the Sacred Gear evolves and responds to what I'm feeling right?"
"Yes, but before you do anything rash, are you really ready to die?" Ddraig asks.
Jack smirks. "If Issei can be strong, THEN SO CAN I!"
Ddraig then laughs. "I like your resolve! Now, let me show you my determination! I am the mass of power known as the Red Dragon Emperor! We will survive this together as true partners! Jack Hyoudou are you ready?!"
"YEAH!"
"What can you do so late in the game?" Valia scoffs.
"Listen you Vanishing Dragon dickhead! This is where, I TAKE YOUR POWER!" Jack smashes the sphere into his right gauntlet and yells out in agony. "DAMN IT! THIS FREAKING HURTS! THE LIGHT SPEAR WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH NOW!"
"Are you trying to take my power?" Valia asks.
"Kiba managed it, and was able to fuse them! And so can I!"
"Rather reckless, we are conflicting existences. To do so would be suicide." Albion says.
"So you know, Albion." Ddraig replies. "Possessing this particular master has taught me something important, anyone can make the impossible possible as long as he never gives up!"
"Yeah, Issei can do anything and so can I!" Jack states. "Respond to what I'm feeling and do your worst! (VANISHING DRAGON POWER IS TAKEN!)"
"Impossible, this is impossible." Albion says in denial.
"Valia, I've taken away your power, surrender to me or-" Jack gets off when he hears Valia laughing.
"This is fun. My turn to play seriously!" Valia shoots into the air and extends her hand. "Half Dimension!"
Everyone looks and sees the school and the are start to shrink in size.
"Valia is warping the dimensions." Michael states. "It's a very dangerous action."
Issei then snaps his fingers and the area returns to normal, shocking Valia. "Not on my watch, Jack! Time to tap out!"
Jack shakes his head. "But, Issei! I can do this!"
"You've done enough. You've made me proud, pal. Now sit this out." Issei orders. He helps Jack over to everyone else and looks up. "Alright, Valia. Not only am I taking on you, but I'm also taking on Iraka and Mayana."
Everyone widens their eyes and gasps. Issei was taking on all three of them?!
"Issei, no!" Rias runs to stop him, but Indo holds her back.
"He knows what he's doing Lady Rias." Indo states.
Issei cracks his knuckles. "Ready, Father?"
Erakhan laughs. "Let's do this, Issei!" The both of them then hear laughing and realize it's Iraka.
"Do you really think you can take on all three of us, Issei? You're even weaker then what we did to you as child."
Kiba cocks a brow. "What does that mean?"
{Oh, so your friends don't know of our little secret, hmm?} Mayana says amused.
"Don't. You. Freaking. Dare." Issei growls.
Iraka then speaks. "Our brother was adopted into our family after he was abandoned by his real parents! And we just had a hayday with him as our toy. Every morning, noon, and night we would starve, rape, and beat him because of how worthless he was. And now he has 'supposedly' become the strongest dragon that rivals Great Red? Pathetic! He's nothing more than a monster now than when he was when we played with him! HAHAHA!"
Everyone, minus Rias, Jack, and Sirzechs all look at Issei in shock and sadness as his fingers curl into fists. Suddenly thunder starts to rumble in the sky.
"How could you?" Issei says as he falls to his knees. "I tried so hard to keep them from knowing because no one would ever look at me the same again."
Lightning starts to strike in the sky.
"And I promised that I would protect them all, be better than what I was turned into. But now? Your going to suffer infinitely. Feel all the anger, rage, and hate I have transpired towards you when I ran away. YOU WANT A MONSTER DEAR SISTERS?! THEN YOU'VE GOT A MONSTER!"
"DEATH DRAGON BALANCE BREAKER! TRANSFORM!"
"DESTRUCTION ARMOR ACHIEVED!"
Issei roars and shoots into the sky battling the three female dragons, solely on pure rage. Issei grabs Valia and Iraka by their tails and uses them to sandwich smash Mayan before punching all three of them at once.
Issei then extends his right blade into the air and summons a huge amount of electricity.
"LIGHTNING DARK DRAGON BLAST!" Issei yells sending a huge wave of electricity that the three Empresses dodge in the nick of time.
{We have to hit him all at once!} Mayana yells as they all rush at Issei and starts throwing various punches at kicks.
Issei catches Iraka and Mayana's fists with his hands and uses his tail to grab Valia's feet. He then throws all three of them away and summons his blades, clashing against them.
Mayana breaks away and yells, {ANARKY DRAGON ROOOOOOAAAAARRRRR!}
Issei takes the attack head on and it does nothing as he then charges and kicks her, shattering her helmet. Valia extends her hand and tries to Divide Issei's power but it does nothing as she is then blown away by another electric blast.
Iraka was left as she and Issei were several feet apart. "You certainly HAVE gotten stronger, brother. But not enough to defeat me!" Iraka holds her hand up and creates a ball of purple energy.
"KHAOS STAR BLAST!" Iraka yells as she throws the ball at Issei and it creates a giant explosion.
Iraka retracted her helmet and smirked, only for her to feel something tap her shoulder and when she turns around...
"ALL OF YOU ARE GOING TO EXPERIENCE THE PAIN AND TORTURE YOU DEALT OUT TO ME WHEN I WAS A CHILD AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU BEG FOR MERCY, I WILL CONTINUE IN MY PURSUIT OF HEARING YOU BLOOD-CRYING SCREAMS!" Issei yells so loud that even Heaven and Hell could hear. "DEATH DRAGON EXPLOSIOOOOOOOON!"
The three Dragon Empresses scream in agony as the light blinds everyone. When the smoke clears, there stood Issei still in his Destruction Armor but standing over a humongous crater, where Valia, Iraka, and Mayana lay beaten and bruised.
Issei slides into the crater and drags them all out. He drops Valia but keeps his grip on his adoptive sisters.
Mayana chuckles in pain. "You defeated us...we knew you would."
Issei cocks a brow but keeps his eyes burning red. "What is that supposed to mean? You wanted to get beaten?"
Iraka pushes herself out of Issei's grip and dusts herself off. "We know what we did was wrong, Issei. Plus didn't Erakhan tell you?"
Issei deactivates his helmet. "Tell me what?"
"The only two reasons Minireena and Raevora pick a host is either because they want power or to be forgiven by someone." Mayana states.
Issei grabs them both by the throat. "Why should forgive either of you after everything you put me through?!"
Suddenly a man with black hair and a staff jumps in and blows Issei away. Issei summons his helmet again, ready for anything but sees the man help Valia up. "I hope the three of you aren't too badly injured, because I was sent to grab you all. We're finally going to fight the north eastern gods."
"It's about time." Valia says, holding her side.
"Just who the hell's this guy?" Issei asks.
Azazel walks up to Issei's side. "That's Bikou. A descendent of the victorious fighting Buddha, Sin Goku. I have to say Bikou, I never expected you to become a member of the Khaos Brigade. Hell must've frozen over, on the other hand the White Dragon Empress, the Apocalypse Sisters, and Son Goku do look good together."
Bikou laughs. "Well charm and beauty do run in my family so I look good with just about anybody. Until next time, Black Dragon Emperor." Bikou spins his staff and hits the ground with it, creating a magic circle.
"Until next time, brother." Iraka says bowing. "And we meant what we said. We are sorry." Issei sighs and then flusters under his helmet when he sees Valia wink at him and lick her lips. The four then disappear as Issei deactivates his Balance Breaker.
He faces the group as Rias runs over and hugs him. Akeno speaks up first, "Issei...why didn't you tell us?"
"Because of that." Issei says pointing to Akeno's face. "Of the looks and sympathy I would've received had I told any of you. You would've look at me all differently and thought I was someone I wasn't."
Kiba pats his shoulder. "We'd never think that. We've seen who you are Issei. It's like you said to Akeno, your past doesn't define who you are. You do."
Issei smiles and holds Rias close as the sky returns to normal.
"Finally, a joint effort from all of us." Rias sighs.
"It looks like we really have achieved piece this time, doesn't it?" Akeno says.
Sirzechs addresses Azazel. "Apologies, Azazel. Katerea was one of our internal issues."
Azazel waves his hand. "Valia, Iraka, and Mayana caused problems from our side as well. And it was my mistake not to nip that in the butt a long time ago."
"Everything truly is starting a new." Michael says.
Issei and Jack approach Chief Michael. "Excuse me, Chief Michael? We'd kind of like to ask a favor." Jack says.
"As long it's within my power, anything." Michael nods.
Issei gestures to Asia and Xenovia. "Do you think you could allow Asia and Xenovia to start praying again? It'd mean a lot to them."
Michael turns to them. "Well ladies, is that the truth?"
"Yes." Both girls say.
"Then let me ask you this: would you still pray even though God isn't here anymore?"
Asia nods. "Yes, even if there is no God, I would love to be able to pray. It gives me comfort."
"It's the same for me." Xenovia agrees. "I would appreciate the chance to give thanks to God and as well as to you Chief Michael."
Irina steps up. "I'll ask the same on their behalf. Please let them pray."
"Irina..." Xenovia says shocked.
"I didn't know the entire story, and I was so devastated when I thought you had betrayed us. I'm so sorry." Irina apologizes.
Xenovia smiles. "Well don't be. There's nothing to apologize for."
Sirzechs turns to Michael. "Michael, can you do it? Perhaps granting them their wish will be a symbol of our piece."
Michael nods. "Yes. And besides, I seriously doubt two devils who don't receive damage when they pray will be the end of the world."
Irina, Xenovia, and Asia thank Michael and begin to pray but the two devil girls get headaches.
Michael chuckles. "Give it time ladies. I have to return to headquarters and change the system first."
Azazel smirks. "I think I'll stay here for a while. I can't believe how much I like this place." Issei facepalms himself. "Surprised? I told you I'd do something for you only I could do right?"
"And I suppose you wouldn't care to clarify?" Issei inquires.
Azazel then walks away. "I'm tired now. I'm going home."
Issei rolls his eyes and then approaches Chief Michael. "Um, Chief Michael? Thank you for granting me and my brother's request. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to repay you."
"But you already have." Michael states. "You performed a distinguished service. Granting your request doesn't even begin to compensate for what you did."
"You're too kind, Sir."
Michael then spreads his wings. "And so I must return to Heaven to report on the peace agreement. Next we will work on our measures against the Khaos Brigade. Farewell." Michael then disappears in golden light along with his angels.
Issei then looks over at where Valia and his sisters disappeared.
"Hey, Issei come on!" Jack calls. "Time to get some shut eye!"
Issei glances over and nods before following.

The next day, Issei stood on top of the bridge, overlooking the city.
"Some view, huh?"
Issei turns around and sees Azazel. "The hell are you doing here?"
Azazel shrugs. "Just thought I'd check to see how my favorite devil summon was doing. How are you holding up?"
Issei folds his arms. "In all honesty, I don't really know. It was scary beyond belief to think my sisters were here of all places. And now they're part of some renegade group bent on power?"
Azazel puts his hand on his shoulder. "I know you're scared of what could happen later on. But for now, at least be glad that the people you care about still accept you for you."
"I know. Still, I don't think I can ever forgive them for what they put me through." Issei admits looking down.
"Putting that aside, there's also some news I came to inform you of." Azazel states. "I already told the rest of the club this but from now I'll be your personal teacher in learning how to control and unlock more aspects of your power."
"Great. So is this the part where I fall off the ledge and drown in the ocean?" Issei asks sarcastically.
Azazel laughs. "Not necessarily. Plus, with the girls moving into your house, pretty sure they'd be devastated."
"Say again?" Issei says.
"Oh, right! Akeno, Xenovia, and Koneko are moving into your house now. By order of Sirzechs." Azazel adds.
Issei sighs. "This just keeps getting better."
"Rias also informed me that she'd be remodeling you and Jack's house to make room."
Issei then anime falls and salutes Azazel before falling of the ledge and summoning his wings, blasting a bunch of water behind him.
