Facing Problems:

After waiting 15 hours of Celica in surgery it was another 6 hours before Celica woke up to Team CFVY sleeping but Sylvia sitting awake by the side of the bed, when Celica woke up and moved Sylvia was straight away attending to her letting her know she was in the hospital as Celica struggled to breathe with the oxygen mask and wanted to get up despite being in a lot of pain.

Sylvia pressed the button for the nurse as she excitedly mentioned to Team CFVY she was awake, as they began to wake up the nurse came in taking off the oxygen mask and sitting Celica up in bed, Sylvia stood aside giving the nurse room to do her job and once she was done Team CFVY gathered around Celica's bed as she got a big gentle hug from Velvet glad she was alive.

Sylvia stood aside letting Celica talk to Team CFVY more than her as they explained what happened, how they came across her being an Alpha Beowolve toy and how it was crushing her, before too much could be said the doctor then came in with the nurse asking for privacy so they could talk to Celica. Everyone nodded and said they'd be just outside as Celica was left alone with the doctor.

Out in the hallway Sylvia leaned against the wall next to the door wanting to seem she was anxious to go back in as Team CFVY sat down in the waiting room except Velvet who stayed with Sylvia, Velvet was going on how glad she was Celica woke up even though they were all tired, Sylvia thanked Velvet for being there for Celica and mentioned to her that she was lucky to have her as a friend.

Velvet smiled back at Sylvia thanking her but then said you'll be friends again soon, that she'd just have to be patient and work things out. Velvet hugged Sylvia and with her not being able see her face she had a look of anxiousness on her face. The doctor and nurse came out as Velvet was the one to quickly ask if they could go back in but the nurse said to wait a minute as Celica requested to talk to someone in their group named Coco first.

Velvet nodded and said she'd go get her as she rushed off which left Sylvia with the nurse who looked at her and now privately she took Sylvia aside and unfortunately gave her the bad news that Celica had given the nurse a message for her which was that Celica didn't want her in her room and that she should go home. As the nurse told Sylvia, Velvet had come back with Coco they both looked at Sylvia which seemed to be in some kind of shock.

Coco went into Celica's room and Velvet asked Sylvia what was wrong, Sylvia shook her head and brushed off the nurse's words thanking her as she just told Velvet that she asked how close Celica was from not being able to be saved and how it was a miracle they got to her in time once again thanking Velvet and the rest of Team CFVY for finding her and being there.

Coco opened the door and said everyone was allowed in but looked at Sylvia as Velvet was going to get the others Sylvia instead told Velvet to go in and she'd get the others as she was going to go to the bathroom first before she returned. Velvet nodded as Coco and Velvet returned into Celica's room as Sylvia got the other two letting them know they could go in.

With that said she pretended to walk to the bathroom but when Fox and Yatsuhashi were out of view Sylvia headed to the exit and went to the hotel slowly walking the streets of Vale, she knew she had ruined things and not being alone in Vale she got somewhat of a feeling that Celica must've felt but she knew she could never experience Celica's pain, this was only a slither of it.

When arriving back at the hotel she talked to the owner about Celica being in hospital and paid for the room to be hers for another two weeks which drained the rest of her lien except enough to get her a one way trip back to Menagerie. She got her belongings and wrote a note saying she was sorry once again but instead of putting it with Celica's stuff she crumpled it up and threw it in the trash before leaving and locking the door behind her.

She headed straight for the docks listening to some music after she brought her ticket and sat on a bench just waiting for the call to board, finally she got the call to board and got up, taking a last look of Vale she boarded the ship and after an hour the ship departed as each second Vale got further and further away until it was a faint dot on the horizon, Sylvia checked her scroll and saw she was out of range before finally letting tears fall down her cheeks as she leant over the rail of the ship.

Meanwhile back in Vale Celica had told Team CFVY to go home and rest up instead of sleeping in the hospital and insisted she'd be fine and couldn't really go anywhere even if she wanted to. They wished her well as they said goodbye and said they'd be back the next day. After Team CFVY left Celica sighed and remembered her conversation with Coco.

When she had asked for Coco she had also told the nurse to ban Sylvia from entering her room and as soon as Coco entered the room she mentioned that she could hear them when they visited her while she was sleeping and how Sylvia had revealed to her that she was going to leave as soon as she was well enough as she blamed herself for what happened despite Celica knowing she was at fault.

Coco asked if it could've been a dream but Celica shook her head as she retold exactly what everyone had said and figured she'd obviously left Sylvia alone with her which got Sylvia to apologise and state her intentions so the choice was made for her. Coco looked at Celica worriedly as Celica made her promise not to get Sylvia to stay, how she needed to get over Sylvia for good.

To help Celica, Coco mentioned the stern conversation she had with Sylvia and figured she wasn't going to be sticking around but left out the part where Sylvia agreed as she believed Celica needed to hear that to help start getting over her. Celica leaned back in her hospital bed just thinking of Sylvia knowing she needed to get over her but fearing she couldn't, just like the first time she left, Sylvia had a permanent place in her heart.

Over the next week Team CFVY came and visited Celica, each time they all visited Celica put on a fake smile claiming she was alright, she had Coco tell the rest of Team CFVY that Sylvia wasn't allowed in and Coco was sure to make sure she was one of the passengers on a one way trip out of Vale. She knew someone at the dock that confirmed Sylvia had gotten on a ship to Menagerie and hadn't come back.

Still this put some tension onto Team CFVY, Fox was with Coco but both Yatsuhashi and Velvet were wanting Celica and Sylvia to work things out, eventually they stopped talking about it as Coco was adamant on not going after Sylvia or talking to Celica, when Celica was alone though all she did was just lay there and on her third day in hospital as she was just laying there suddenly she realised she was crying.

Whilst she was alone tears fell down her cheeks as it dawned on her that she sent Sylvia away for good, she thought it happened the first time but now the second time round was way worse as Sylvia wanted to make it up to her, yes her ways weren't the best but that was Sylvia being Sylvia, she always tried helping people and tried cheering people up.

Celica realised she put too much onto Sylvia who already felt guilty that she didn't need constant reminders but she did so anyway and this time Sylvia was alone just like she was, granted she knew Sylvia had her Mum back in Menagerie but right now she didn't have Arthur and Luca, even though she knew the truth now they were still her friends that she trusted over her and they did have a genuine bond.

Being alone in hospital and not focusing on recklessly fighting Grimm had Celica deal with her emotions basically the first time ever since the fall of Beacon and really took the perspective of Sylvia. Imagining your girlfriend in a time of panic was accusing your two closest friends since childhood being with the White Fang, not to mention people treating all three of them badly just for being a Faunus.

She was coming to terms more that Sylvia was also manipulated by Arthur and Luca as she asked herself would she expect to believe her girlfriend of 6 months over her two closest friends, not to mention it was all Sylvia that was determined to help gain confidence as Celica remembered the nervous wreck that she was at the start of the school year barely able to look people in the eye or hold a conversation.

The realisation hit like a damn wall exploding as she kept crying, on her sixth day during her tear fest Team CFVY had arrived and they were immediately concerned, they pressed Celica for how she was truly feeling and Celica just spat out her mind of how bad she felt for pushing Sylvia away and making her feel more guilty especially when she had come back to try fix their relationship.

With that Velvet took out her scroll and ordered herself a return trip to Menagerie, Coco looked at Velvet with a look saying she had promised Celica she wouldn't go and bring Sylvia back. Velvet retorted with "You promised, I did no such thing" as she said that in front of Celica. Celica said it was alright, the time she had in the hospital had made her reflect on everything since the fall of Beacon.

Team CFVY were glad to hear it and with Celica included they decided Yatsuhashi and Velvet would go to Menagerie, find Sylvia and bring her back so Sylvia and Celica could sit down and talk things out while Fox and Coco would remain in Vale and keep Celica company. Velvet and Yatsuhashi departed on the next ship out of Vale on their mission to bring two friends back together.

On the trip though Velvet was a little worried as she talked with Yatsuhashi as they discussed the possibility of finding Sylvia for her to only refuse, Yatsuhashi had no idea if that would happen but just reminded Velvet that they just needed to keep positive and reminded Velvet that Sylvia loves Celica and if she knew Celica wanted to try fix things then she must do to as she came straight from Mistral when she found out the truth.

Velvet nodded and as the boat sailed on through the night back in Vale Coco and Fox were keeping Celica company and doing their best to reassure her everything would be fine and it should be easy to find Sylvia in Menagerie as they also have her scroll number so Velvet and Yatsuhashi should be bringing Sylvia back with them in about four to five days as it's a day and a half trip by boat to Menagerie one way.
