39. A New Porpoise

A lone figure was drifting along the course of the water of the sea and beyond as it felt like there was no end in sight, as he looked down at the sky with a saddened expression on his face as he looked upwards and saw the great beyond.

The boy was known as Jaden Yuki, a boy that can no longer see the cards of his deck which deeply saddened him as he loved to duel, dueling was his favourite hobby to do if you don't include watching anime and chilling out with the crew in the schoolyard.

During his duel against Aster Phoenix, a childhood friend of his that he would always be glad that he was his friend and cherished those memories that he can remember, he lost, but that wasn't a problem as he could take a loss pretty well, but the way he lost hurt him and now, for some strange reason, he can't duel no more.

No matter how much they helped him and how much he knew that they were legitimately trying to help him out in any way, he just… didn't want them to feel pity for him and he didn't want to feel like nothing more than a burden for them. He didn't feel strong at all, he felt weak.

He felt like a useless being that didn't matter at all. Even when remembered the words that Honest told him, he just… didn't feel that way. At all. He felt sad, he felt horrible, he felt everything bad that happened was all of his fault.

He sighed as he looked at the water, "I wish I packed some more food and drinks, cause I am starving over here!" yelled Jaden as he looked at the deep blue ocean and saw his reflection.

It was only 3 days after he left, but to him? It felt like a whole month went by and it went so quickly. The boat didn't have that much fuel on it and he was all alone, as he couldn't even entertain himself by looking at his deck.

"I wish… everything was like before." he said as he stared at the ocean as he began to think back to last year as he remembered all of those fun times with his friends and all of those duels, with a small, depressed smile on his face, "Like last year."

"When I could still see my buddies, where I can chill out with my friends, where I can relax, when dueling was more than just life or death, when losing a duel wasn't losing your soul and spirit, back when I had the dream to duel." Jaden said as he looked at the ocean as he sighed deeply.

He looked upwards, "Hey, anyone above the skies! Can you give me a sign, any sign that makes me want to duel again?! The drive of never giving up, the drive of motivation?! Something… anything." he said as then he saw something upwards, it was… like a comet!

"Hey a shooting star!" Jaden stood up with a big ol' grin on his face, "That means I can get myself a sweet wish! Alright, I wish… I wish that everything was back like it was before, back with all of my buddies and friends!" he yelled as he saw that shooting star still going.

He looked at it with a grin as he saw the comet going and going, but then he dropped his smile as he realized something was fishy…

…was it going towards him?!

He widened his eyes as he quickly ran to the steering wheel of the boat, "Oh, on second thought, I don't want that wish!" he yelled as he grabbed the key as the comet was going closer and closer as well as his heart going insane with each and every second that he wasn't going anywhere.

"Come on, work darn you!" he yelled as he tried his hardest to make it work, but nothing was working. He then began praying to all of the Egyptian Gods, "Come on, for the Love of Obelisk, Ra and Sli- HAHAH! FINALLY!" he yelled as he could finally managed to work it out.

"See ya' sucker!" he yelled as he began to drive by faster than a speeding bullet as he remembered that he hasn't really gotten used to using this boat, which is why he hadn't come home.

He turned around and saw that comet getting closer and closer and saw it was only a few feet away from him, "Aw, son of a gun." he said as he was hit by the comet and-

"AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH?!" yelled Jaden as he felt like he was in the Speed Force and was hit by a Unlimited Void as several colours flew by him as it was going faster and faster, but he couldn't even move a muscle and had to stay in the position as he saw several bubbles.

All of them being from his old duels and friends, including memories from the past.

"Mechanized Melee! Destroy that Slacker!"

"Time to face your doom, Slifer Slime."

"You will be sinked in the Shadows."

"You played a good duel, but it wasn't good enough."

"This is totes fresh, right sis?"

"Spunk yes."

"Oi, Jaden, you trippin' balls or something?"

"I Ritual Summon!"

"XYZ Summon!"

"Synchro Summon!"

"This will be your last test!"

"Go, Armityle!"

"Sarge!"

"Jay!"

"Coach J!"

"Are you alright?!"

But the last one he saw was Aster looking at him as he laughed maniacally.

Jaden shielded himself from that as he then felt like he fell from space itself as he yelled in pain.

INTRO!

We're being guided far away.

A bird was seen flying above the dark blue ocean of an island as it was going faster and faster.

Until we shatter the road of light and darkness

The bird flew higher and higher as it went upwards revealing the island to be Duel Academy as Jaden, Celina, Syrus, Chazz, Bastion, Alexis and Yusuke were standing on the cliff staring at the island.

Then a brief montage of their ace monsters appeared on the screen one by one as they were: Elemental HERO Flame Wingman, Lunalight Cat Dancer, Super Vehicroid Jumbo Drill, Armed Dragon LV10, Water Dragon, Cyber Angel Amaterasu and Honest.

Yo guess who's back, everybody get down!

As then a brief montage appeared of a white background and black figures. The figures quickly revealed themselves to be: Bastion, Yusuke, Chazz, Alexis, Syrus, Kite, Dennis…

…Hassleberry, Sora Perse, Ray, Skye…

Hey, step up! step up!

…Zane and Celina, as then we get a close up shot at Jaden whose eyes turned to amber for a slight second as Aster Phoenix briefly shined in his eye.

As then a title card appeared by the name of "Yugioh GX: Rewrite - The Society of Light!" as series of moments appeared from the previous year, like Zane defeating Jaden, Syrus defeating the Tyler Sisters, Celina and Alexis dueling Jaden and Bastion, Chazz standing tall ahead of Jaden, Zane defeating Nightshroud, Celina defeating Camula, Alexis defeating Dennis, Bastion defeating Tania, Kite and Chazz dueling each other, Celina defeating Yuri, Jaden defeating Amneal, Jaden with amber eyes staring at the Sacred Beasts and then the graduation match.

Cursed by the twist of fate, I'm falling down!

As then we see a bright light appearing in motion as Sartorius was on the front with his eyes staring at the audience, which was then carried over to Aster's deck who had a grin on his face.

The song of harmony I played out with you

Then there was a line break in the middle as we see Celina in a white dimension that was that of an ocean as three dragons roared, while Zane was in a similar one, but with a black one with 2 glowing eyes staring at him.

Lies in the far-away past

Then we see the same line break having Jaden and Aster with their back showing to the other person as they raised their heads as their Heroes were shown respectfully, but the last one was a brand new one, with his arms crossed and above the two.

The scent of your strength still lies in my heart

Hassleberry's eyes turned into a dinosaur's one for a brief second as on the opposite end was a duelist from South Academy with a crocodile near the duelist who had a grin on his face.

And I can't shake it off

Sora and Ray were standing near each other with smiles on their faces, but then they were flashed with images that told a different story.

Eh, waiting just isn't enough anymore Yay Yeah!

Jaden was then standing on the cliff with a happy and excited smile as he got out his deck and readied his brand new duel disk as the rest of them did the same, as even Zane did the same time, but at a Pro Duellist circuit.

Jaden then slammed the card to reveal Elemental HERO Neos who stood tall against Aster Phoenix, which was then turned back for Hassleberry to summon out a Dinowrestler Pankertops against the duelist.

The roulette points to tomorrow

Then both Kite and Chazz were shown with smirks on their faces as Armed Dragon Kagerou Thunder and Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragons were both on the field, as the side was then turned to Syrus having a Super Veichroid Jumbo Drill against someone.

Let the light shine

Then Alexis was standing proud as she held her Cyber Angel Amaterasu with Skye having her Trickstar Holly Angel on the field, as Yusuke held his Honest card near him as the monster was standing beside him with a smile with Bastion holding two decks in his hands with a confused look.

Make your escape from the dark maze

Zane was shown standing beside a rising Cyber End Dragon as dark flashes appeared on the dragon with wires all around it, as then Celina was shown with all of her Lunalights monster beside her, with flashes of 3 Dragons on her left and right side and even behind her.

La la la la la la la la la

Now we see Jaden, Celina, Syrus, Alexis, Chazz, Bastion, Yusuke, Skye, Hassleberry, Sora, Ray, Zane and Kite in one corner ready for a duel as their duel disks were ready, as on the other side we have Aster Phoenix with a shit eating grin, a brief, but visible outline of Sartorius with a void face, with Bonaperte and Crowler on Aster's side, but the latter had a conflicted face.

La la la la la la la la la (guess who is back!?)

Aster stood tall with a grin on his face as then two sets of Heroes appeared behind him ready for a fight as the Grand Jupiter stood tall behind them as Jaden's eyes flashed white for a second, but then turned into his regular brown colours.

La la la la la la la la la

As Jaden went closer and closer, brief images of Celina, Syrus, Alexis, Bastion, Chazz, Yusuke, Hassleberry, Ray, Sora, Skye, Kite and Zane flashed as then a hero appeared and charged towards Aster Phoenix.

Until we seize the hope in front of us...

Neos and Grand Jupiter raised their fists and as soon as they clashed, it created a massive explosion which then brief images of the Light of Destruction and Nightshroud could be seen, as then the explosion engulfed them as well as then the crew were then seen standing proud and tall, ready for a new battle.

YUGIOH GX: REWRITE - THE SOCIETY OF LIGHT!

Jaden slowly, but surely, opened his eyes at where he was at. He looked at the ground and saw it was dirt. He then looked upwards and saw it was the deep blue ocean that he looked at which he smiled at. Looks like he was in Duel Academy aft-

"WAIT, IS THAT JUPITER?!" yelled Jaden as he looked to his left to see the largest planet in the Solar System casually be there which even he knew was dangerous for it to be so close. He then looked to his side to see the dirt slowly becoming more and more blue like the ocean.

"Looks like I am no longer in Duel Academy, huh guys?" he turned around behind him, only to see nothing behind him. "Oh right. I am all alone." he said as he turned to the ground as he frowned as he realized he wasn't with his friends. He frowned as he still thought about how he abandoned his friends without even telling them.

He looked at the sea as he saw a large number of dolphins, specifically dolphins, swimming around as he then saw them jumping. He looked at the forest area behind him and saw several humming birds flying through the trees that had glowing moss on them, with the ground around him had several scarabs and moles.

Jaden gulped as he saw a black panther in the mountain area, judging by the fact that it hadn't spotted him any sooner, he thought he was safe from harm which relieved him.

But there is something that is confusing to him… where is he? This clearly wouldn't be Earth because if he did, he is pretty sure that they would've been dead and he has been watching way too many Youtube shorts during 1 AM before going to sleep.

Another planet? That could be likely since he did hear about Honest about the existence of something called the Spirit World and he heard from Kite that he is from a Different Dimension, but something in his gut didn't like that idea.

He then thought about… is he dead. Well this just made his week, no, month, no year better! Not only has he met his childhood friend, duel him and lose horribly, lose the ability to see your monsters, get depressed, leave your buddies probably forever and die. This year has not been Jaden friendly, he will tell you that much.

And he hasn't even done the things he wanted to do! Like duel Yugi and become the King Of Games, duel his besties and chillax with them, eat that triple deluxe sundae with extra chocolate, go to a circus without freaking out about a clown and more. He even heard a new chapter is coming out for Black Clover and he can't miss that!

Or maybe, maybe, he is having a nightmare. The weirdest nightmare you can think of.

He then began to pinch his arm so he could wake up as that was the best idea he can come up with and he heard it was the best option to wake up from a dream.

"Now, what in Neo Space are you doing?" Jaden stopped what he was doing as he heard something talk. He turned around to the source of the sound and his eyes widened.

"Okay, this has to be a dream." said Jaden as the… dolphin looked at him with an amused face.

"Oh how I wish it was that simple." the dolphin said as it began… walking? As then its full body was shown. It was a dolphin with a fin on his head and arms, as it had simple purple eyes, 3 gems on its chest and what looked like dark blue boots as the skin was blue all around the body and on the front it was beige.

"I… what is going on?" asked Jaden as he looked at the dolphin that was walking around and destroyed all laws of nature.

"Well… you are not in a dream, this is reality. It may shock you, but this is true and I for one despise lying to a different being, even if I don't quite understand them." said the dolphin as Jaden… tried his hardest to realize he was not in a dream.

"Ahh, okay." said the Slifer Red as he looked at him, "Hey, if you don't mind me asking… what are you? I mean that in no offense of course." he said as the dolphin laughed.

"Oh don't worry about. It is nice to learn about different species. I am a highly evolved Delphinidae." Jaden looked at him as he was like Bastion asking him a Math question, "But in short, I am Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin, but you and my comrades call me Aquos." Aquos said.

"Ah. Well, my name is Jaden Yuki, I am a Slifer Red from Duel Academy, you probably don't know what that is, and I love to duel!" Jaden then realized what he said as he looked down to the ground, "Well, used to."

Aquos immediately saw Jaden's reaction and how he acted on that. "Is something wrong? You were happier than before now. Did something transpire for you to react that way?" he asked as he knelt down to Jaden's level.

"Well, the thing is, Aquos, is that… eh, it is stupid anyway." he said as he turned around.

"Now, now, don't be hasty now. I won't judge you for saying anything, as neither will the other Neo-Spacians as we pride ourselves in being understanding to others and help others in need. So no matter what you say, I will understand." said Aquos as the boy looked at him.

"You really mean that?" Aquos nodded. "Well… during the time as a student in Duel Academy, basically a school where you learn how to become a better duelist, I was in my second year, and it was chill, it was dandy, but then, someone in my life that I… forgot, which hurts me more than anything that I can forget someone like that as he was my friend in the past."

Jaden took a breath, "At first, I thought only once seeing him there was fine, but then I saw him beat Kaiser," Aquos was confused on why anyone would call a child after the word of emperor, but he let him continue speaking, "he challenged me to a duel and during that duel… I learned that Ujak had died and I… I-I didn't even know about it when I was a kid and even now, as then I lost the duel and no matter what, I couldn't see my friends."

Jaden took out his deck to show it to Aquos and his eyes slowly realized what monsters he had as he knew he was the one, but it was strange… wasn't his name Judai and not Jaden?

He then focused back, "I felt… weak, useless, something that didn't matter in the slightest and that hurt me. I knew that my friends tried their best, but I didn't want them to constantly try to cheer me up and when doing so… start to hate me and then, I decided, I needed to leave. And that's where I am."

Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin was quiet as he began to choose his thoughts and words, carefully, as he then began to talk, "I see, so you are saddened by the fact that the hobby you enjoy doing is no longer accessible due to a… argument with a lost friend and in doing so, you left. Am I correct?"

"Yeah, kinda." said Jaden.

Aquos nodded, "Alright, well, I understand what you were doing. You lost the hobby that you enjoy doing, and there is no shame in being sad about it, that is a normal thing to react that way and you shouldn't be ashamed that you were troubled by that fact. But about your friend… I think I understand both him and you." Jaden looked at him.

"You do?"

"Yes. I can see that your friend was mad and sad because of the fact that you almost forgotten about him and probably there during his worst time and that is understandable in my eyes, but there has to be a reason why you forgot about him. Is there?" asked Aquos as Jaden thought about the reason, but whenever he thought about that, his head hurts and he clenches it in pain.

Aquos understood that, "I see. What I believe you should do? I think it would be the best of you and your friend is that you two talk things out. One at one, talk about what made you sad and why he was mad, but as long as you two come together, I think it should be the best option. But for your friends… I think that you should at the very least apologize for leaving the island." the evolved dolphin said.

Jaden nodded to that. He couldn't imagine what would happen once he returns. Chazz would probably act like he wouldn't care, Bastion would slap him on the back and yell at him at all of the horrible points on where it could've gone better or for worse, Yusuke would be offended, Sora, Ray and Hassleberry would run at him, with Syrus crying, "Poor Sy." as then he imagined Alexis slapping sense into him, Skye being completely shocked and Celina…

Ho boy.

The thought about she would react made his stomach turn. He was afraid that she might've cried or acted wrongfully, be angry, and he hates that. So gosh darn much that it made feel extremely horrible and how she would react?

That terrified him to no end, but there is something in him that wanted to face that.

He sighed in and out as he then smiled, knowing that one day, it would all be fixed, "You are right, Aquos, thanks." he said.

"Don't mention it. Our job as a Neo-Spacian is to protect everyone and make them feel safe and happy." said Aquos as Jaden was confused about the whole Neo-Spacian thing.

"Hey, question before you start explaining why I am here, but what exactly is a Neo-Spacian?" asked Jaden as Aquos looked at him.

"Well, we are a group of highly evolved beings that roam around space, protecting several species and planets from harm as we have a leader by the name of… Elemental HERO Neos, but you can call him Neos." said Aquos as Jaden's eyes widened

"Hold up, Elemental Hero?" he asked.

"Yes, from what I have heard from Neos, is that he was the only Hero from either the Elemental, Vision, Destiny or Mask faction that was able to go into space, so he wanted to make everyone in space feel safe, so he made up a Team that shared his ability to go into space and the ability to merge, as then the Neo-Spacians were made." said Aquos as Jaden was at a complete shock to this.

Not only from the fact that there was a monster that he never had until now, but there is a monster that is a whole leader of an organization? That sounded so cool.

Jaden's eyes brightened up like a child on Christmas, "That sounds so cool! Can you tell me who are the other members?" he asked as Aquos nodded.

"Certainly. There is Flick, The Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab, Terra, The Neo-Spacian Grand Mole, Bose, The Neo-Spacian Dark Panther, Sky, The Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird and finally Jade, The Neo-Spacian Glow Moss. Those 5 and I are the other Neo-Spacians." said Aquos as Jaden nodded.

"Okay, those sound really cool." he said as Aquos nodded with him.

"It is, but can I explain why you are here?" he asked as the boy in red nodded. "Thank you. This place, this location, is actually called Neo Space. A place where two sides are at its equal, both the Light and Dark, but there is a problem and that is a war going on."

"Wait, a war?"

"A War between two sides, The Light and The Dark." said Aquos as Jaden nearly jumped.

"Well, we gotta help out The Light then so we can save them from The Dark!" yelled Jaden as Aquos shook his head.

"I wish it was that simple, since you haven't heard their full names, Jaden. Their names are… The Light Of Destruction and The Dark Of Justice, or the Gentle Darkness." Jaden looked at him in wonder.

"So, it isn't like Star Wars then, with the Light Side and the Dark Side." said Jaden as Aquos looked at him in confusion.

"I have no idea what that is, but if it allows you to understand better, then yes. The Light Of Destruction is being of pure energy that wants to destroy all life as the name applies while the Gentle Darkness allowed life to flourish." explained Aquos as Jaden slowly nodded.

"But one must not override the other. If The Light overrides the first one, all life will get destroyed, but if the Dark overrides the other, the universe will be filled with life and create overpopulation. They have to be at a standstill." Aquos said as he looked at Jaden, who was still confused about the whole thing. He sighed, "Look it is like-"

"Oh, I get it, it is like Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream." Aquos was confused once more as he never heard of that food in his life before.

"Excuse me?"

"You know, the chocolate part is all tough and hard, but is delish, while the vanilla part is more soft, still delish. If there is more chocolate, it will be more tough, but if there is more vanilla, it will be more soft." While Jaden isn't book smart, he is extremely knowledgeable on the ideas of food that makes Bastion look like him in comparison.

"Then, we have to have a perfect balance of tough and soft." explained Jaden as he looked at Aquos who stood there all shocked, "Is that a good way to explain it?" he asked.

"That was actually correct. Even if I don't understand most of what you said. Both of these have to live together to create balance in the Universe, so it can be at peace. One can not live without the other." started off Aquos.

"Like burgers and fries." Jaden was really hungry right now.

"I do not know what you mean by that, but if it is like the last thing you said, then yes. Truthfully, right now, we need more Darkness at the moment, not because of any bias, but because there is a group, a cult, of the Light Believers." said Aquos as his eyes suddenly turned very serious, "And their name is… The Society Of Light." he said as Jaden looked at him.

"Never heard of it." he said.

"That is because they are hidden in the shadows, ironically enough, with a cult leader that I don't know the name of, but what I do know is that there are currently 2 hosts on Earth that have The Light Of Destruction inside of them," Jaden's eyes widened when he heard that. 2 of them?! "But that is not all."

"Wait, that is not all?!" Jaden yelled in shock.

"That is right. Recently, there was a signature of The Light increasing on Earth with 2 more hosts, but they have less than the other two hosts." Aquos said as he then looked at Slifer Slacker, "And that is why we need you."

"Me? Why me? I am just an ordinary high school boy." he said as Aquos smiled at him.

"Well, it is because you have something inside of you that most people don't have. You have the power of The Gentle Darkness." said Aquos as Jaden's eyes widened.

"WAIT WHAT?! What do you mean by that?!" yelled Jaden as Aquos remained calm.

"To explain it. Eons ago, there was another war like this one, The Gentle Darkness against the Light Of Destruction, as a King of Supreme Power battled against the Dragon Mistress herself, Serena." he said with a sad look as Jaden felt like he knew about this, but doesn't at the same time.

Why is that?

"The battle was a long fought battle as the 3 Dimensional Dragons were like that of something that can not even be described, something that could rival the Egyptian Gods, as not even the fused forms of Neos' Allies, Honest Neos, Armed Neos and even Rainbow Neos weren't enough to fully end the war as then…" Aquos took a deep breath as he looked at Jaden and saw the same look the King had before he bit the dust.

"They died in a mutual destruction." Jaden's eyes widened as Aquos said that as he couldn't believe what he heard.

"But we did know that one day, a being with the power of the Gentle Darkness will return and save the Universe against the Light Of Destruction, as we waited Eons for someone like you to arrive." said Aquos as Jaden was shocked to hear everything.

The war.

The deaths of two powerful humans.

And now, that he is a being of The Gentle Darkness. It was shocking for the poor boy.

"Wait, how long did you guys wait for me to arrive?" asked the brown haired boy.

Aquos thought about that, "Well, if we count Earth Years and the rotation, I would say… around 65 Million years." he said as Jaden's eyes widened.

"65 million years?! The same amount of years when Dinosaurs went extinct?!" yelled Jaden as Aquos was shocked to hear that the Dinosaurs were dead.

"That's right. And we are happy that we finally meet the boy with the Gentle Darkness inside of him, the one that will change everything." Aquos said like he didn't just revamped a teen's mind.

Everything was going so fast for Jaden, but there was one problem with that thing that it affected the very person that Aquos was talking about.

"But I can't see my guys, Aquos, how am I going to save the Universe if I can't see my buddies?" he asked as Aquos looked at the card and realized what he was talking about.

"Ahh, I see. Your deck is filled with The Light." Jaden was taken aback.

"WHAT?! HOW?!" yelled Jaden in shock as Aquos only smiled at him.

"Well, that is simple. You lost the duel against someone that had The Light in their deck, but judging how little there was, I highly doubt that the duelist you were dueling against was affected by the changes." said Aquos as Jaden took a breather.

At least Aster won't be affected.

"But who said that would be a problem? You have an Anti-Light monster right there." said Aquos as he pointed to a pod that was there for over a decade.

Jaden remembered that pod. It was the same pod he saw 10 years ago, back when Seto Kaiba decided it would be a great idea to make a contest to see who would make the best custom cards, and after that is done, they send it to Space as in his words, "If there is intelligent life out there, then let's teach them how to duel."

He did hear rumours to test if he was mentally sane when he made that commercial.

During that time, he made sure to create the monsters he always wanted to have in his Elemental Hero deck, and it was the most fun he had when he was a child doing his homework as after he was done, he handed it to his tata, and heard the great news that his cards were approved.

He smiled at the memory as he then slowly walked over to the pod.

A wave of nostalgia hit him as he reached out his hand and then.

The deck revealed itself to reveal Jaden's strongest-

His real ace that he remembered designing. He smiled as he took the deck of cards as he looked at the new monsters.

Elemental HERO Neos then appeared on his side, "So, it has seemed that I finally meet you, Jaden Yuki."

"Woah! You know my name!" yelled Jaden as Neos looked at him.

"Of course, how could I not know the name of my creator, but I can sense there is something of importance inside of your deck that has to be eradicated." said Neos as he and his master turned to.

It was his deck, "Yeah, Neos, I can't for the life of me see my monsters, my pals, and it hurts me alot to see that or even think that, so do you think you can fix that?" asked Jaden as Neos nodded.

"Of course. Allow me." said Neos as he then pointed his index finger, as it glew with a bright white light as it went to his deck as then Jaden smiled like a kid once more.

"Jaden!"

"Little buddy, how is it poppin'?!"

"I can sense the distress in your heart."

"Who hurt you?!"

"Do I need to slash them for ya'?"

"Or burn them?"

"Or freeze them?"

"Drown them?"

"Make them fly to a high point?"

"Use one of my quills?"

"Make them sink into the darkness of despair?"

"I will defend you with all of my life!"

Jaden smiled happily as he heard the voices of all of his Duel monsters with a happy grin on his face.

But then… he sensed someone was not there.

"Winged Kuriboh? What is going on? Buddy?" he asked frantically as Elemental HERO Bladedge looked to him.

"Sorry to say this, but unfortunately, while we were battling against The Light, he managed to kidnap Kuriboh and we tried all that we could to catch him, but sadly…" Bladedge turned to the ground in shame.

"He is gone." said Jaden with a sad look on his face, but he then felt a hand over his shoulder.

"Don't worry, Jaden, because I know exactly where he is, and I will promise you that I will make The Light pay for what he did to you." said Neos as he slowly walked up to the deck, but one hand was on his shoulder, "Flame Wingman?"

"Look, it is not that I don't trust you, but I want to help you instead to save him because I felt like I disappointed him when he was kidnapped. So please, allow me to join you." Elemental HERO Flame Wingman pleaded as Neos looked at him with an understanding look on his face.

"Of course you can join, the more the merrier, so let's go, Flame Wingman!" Neos yelled as they both entered inside of Jaden's deck.

The Light was panting as he walked over to the binding formation of The Winged Kuriboh, who looked hurt with several scratches, bruises on the poor Level 1, as the body of Light looked at it with pure anger, "Finally, I am done with these stupid Heroes and their attempts of stopping me."

The Light finally managed to escape the Elemental Heroes after he was defeated by the Vision and Destiny Heroes. Even though the Destiny and Vision Heroes were tougher to deal with, the sheer number of the Elemental Heroes made it nearly impossible for him to survive.

He still has burns from Nova Master, Inferno and Burstinatrix, his feet were still cold thanks to Absolute Zero, some of his skin was burnt by the light of The Shining and he can still feel the gut punch by Gaia.

Thanks to him having his Healing Light Particles on him, he was able to make sure that the damages were kept to a minimum as he slowly regains his strength and stamina. He walked over to the Winged Kuriboh, "So, Winged Kuriboh, one of this human's favourite monsters, tell me. How do you plan on beating me and my quest of vengeance?" asked the body of Light as Winged Kuriboh cooed as the body of Light laughed, "That?! Don't jest with me, you know my strength. Once I fully gain my strength, all of you will be, but dirt around my body."

The Light walked over to Kuriboh, "Infact, how about I start with you?" Winged Kuriboh's eyes widened in shock and in fear, "It will a great chance for me to-"

"Neo Beam!" The Light's eyes widened as he was too slow to react to a gem blast from a certain Hero's blast from the forehead as he was slammed to the almost never ending place that was close to Limbo.

"Neos." The Light said with venom in its tone as he knew his arch nemesis was here. He also saw Flame Wingman fly towards The Winged Kuriboh and freed him from the bindings. Flame Wingman checked for any injuries and to his fortune, they weren't that severe.

"The Light Of Destruction. You tried to get through another being's body and into your own plaything, right?" asked Neos as he raised his hand with pride, "Well that won't happen at all! Because right here and now, we are going to defeat you!"

"Me?! In my own Domain?! HAH! You must be joking! With this, I have as much Light I can use to fry all of you into smithereens." Yelled The Light as Neos, without a mouth, smirked.

"Really now? Well, let's see how you handle this!" Neos clapped his hands together as he yelled, "Expand! Neo Space!" as then around his hands, small bits of energy began flooding out, as bits by bits, it went faster and faster as more and more energy began to show itself, as it was a mix of all different colours.

As then once they dropped to the floor, the domain of Light was now changed into the domain of Neos as the entire space around them as it was space, but there were a myriad of different colours all over the place as for some strange reason Flame Wingman and Winged Kuriboh felt stronger.

"You know… this reminds of one of Jaden's shows. What was it named again?" Flame Wingman asked as Winged Kuriboh cooed, "Oh yeah, that show. Thanks."

"WHAT DID YOU DO?!" yelled The Light as Neos stood proudly.

"What I did was boost my comrades and my chances of defeating you upwards! As this domain has the ability of making my enemies weaker and my allies stronger, so no matter what, we will have the upperhand!" explained Neos as he pointed to The Light.

"Like that will change anything!" The Light yelled as he shot straight towards Neos as his arm was filled with a massive glow of light, "Celestial Strike!" he yelled as Neos in return made his fist glow into a powerful blue colour.

"Let's see if it can affect this!? Neos Force!" Neos roared as both his and The Light's fists clashed with each other as then a massive shockwave was created around them as Flame Wingman and Winged Kuriboh were at shock at that.

This was The Light weakened?!

The Light then used the ground as his ground to jump on as Neos nearly fell from his lost momentum as he used his Light Whip Of Judgement as then a whip was created as it went around Neos' body and was flung around the Neo Space as he let go directly towards the other two Heroes.

Flame Wingman jumped with Winged Kuriboh flying with him as then, Flame Wingman had enough of just watching his comrade fight this thing alone as he then charged up one of his Infernal Rages and shot it directly towards The Light and-

Flame Wingman nearly flew from the force of the attack as it went straight towards the Light as the body of light could only stare at the blast as it withstood that attack with almost ease. "Like that will harm me! Light Swords of Conviction!" several swords of light appeared around him as it was then shot towards the two.

The two nodded as Winged Kuriboh sent several of his Angel Wings while Flame Wingman shot his powerful Prison Death Scattershot as several balls of flames went towards the swords and they all landed perfect at them, stopping them at their attack.

The Light gritted its teeth as he then heard a noise coming near it as he turned around to see Neos floating beside him with his foot ready to slam him down to the ground which he did as he delivered a powerful roundhouse kick, making the Light Of Destruction fall to the ground.

WInged Kuriboh used its wings to attack the fallen being of Light, but The Light quickly stood up, "No chance in hell, you furball! Holy Lightning Kick!" he yelled at the top of his lungs as he quickly sped ran to Winged Kuriboh and kicked it so hard it was sent flying.

"KURIBOH!" Flame Wingman roared as he ran towards the flying monster as he raised his hands and caught the ball of fluff. "Are you alright?" he asked as Winged Kuriboh nodded its head as the Fire Hero then stood up, "That's good. You rest up while Neos and I do the job!" He yelled as he hurled his wings and flew at the body of Light with its dragon head arm ready for eating.

"TAKE THIS! EXPLODING FIREBALL!" Flame Wingman then shot a powerful ball of fire towards the body of Light which was stronger than one of his Infernal Rages, but The Light of Destruction merely slapped the ball.

However, Neos used this opportunity in the air to shoot several of his Neo Beams from the gemstone from his head as the body of Light managed to dodge most of them, but some did land on his back, making him stun from shock. Once he recovered, he was too slow for Flame Wingman punching him to the sky with a powerful uppercut.

Neos then grabbed his head and then slammed him on the ground, creating a small crater. The Light of Destruction was on the ground as Neos stood tall, but Neos saw The Light raising his hand.

"Not done. Lamp Of Alvior - Gloria!" Their eyes widened as several orbs of light appeared all over the place as then it all dropped to the floor as they all fell to the ground as then, it all felt like a bombardment.

Everywhere where they went to, there was a massive explosion of Light that nearly destroyed Neos' Domain from just exploding as Neos and Flame Wingman have to narrowly dodge all of the attacks coming from this demonic hellspawn.

Flame Wingman even flew towards the down Winged Kuriboh to try and make him feel safe against this beast of nature.

After it was all done, Neos charged directly towards The Light as his hand was empowered by the blue energy he had before, "HAH! Come as close as you like. You can't stop this! Sky-Rending Flash!" a massive beam of light appeared as it then-

"NEOS FORCE!" Neos punched the beam of light into nothingness as he then used the power to continue on the onslaught by first punching him in the stomach, then the head, then the other side of his head, as he then roundhouse kicked him once more.

"YOU BASTARD! I WILL KILL YOU RIGHT HERE AND NOW!" yelled The Light as he then shot a massive beam of light inside of his palm that went towards Neos, however Flame Wingman intercepted the attack.

"I don't think so! Maximum Exploding Fireball!" yelled Flame Wingman as then the strongest manageable ball of fire was shot from the dragon head that was his arm as it managed to completely stop the beam of light that could've heavily damaged his partner.

The two nodded as they charged the Light Of Destruction at the same time.

Winged Kuriboh stood there looking at the two heroes that were battling against the Light Of Destruction all on their own as he then began to shake in anger. He was on the ground, beaten, shaken up, all bruised up, unable to even move a finger on its own, yet these two are making sure The Light is defeated once and for all.

Here he is. Stand up! Come on, you stupid body! MOVE!

PLEASE!

…please.

As then The Winged Kuriboh began to float above as it looked at the body of light nearly killing his friends that were like his family as they are fighting for their life. He, right here and now, is going to push back his limits!

His body began to glow a bright light that would blind anyone else, as he tried his hardest to transform into his LV10 form as no matter what, he will win this! He will help them no matter what!

But then, right as soon as Flame Wingman would shoot one of his Infernal Rages, The Light managed to kick the arm into a different direction as the body of Light stood on the opposite side of Neos and Flame Wingman.

"KURIBOH! DODGE!" but it was too late as the fireball landed on the furball, but then something new happened.

They saw him evolve once more, but this time…

…this time was a whole different story.

He grew larger wings, as then his body was shown, as it looked like it grew a new helmet as the helmet was that of the Flame WIngman's dragonhead arm as the new monster was more powerful than ever.

He was now… Winged Kuriboh LV6.

As then, Winged Kuriboh LV6 shot a massive ball of fire that managed to surpass Flame Wingman in speed, fireout put and in size as The Light couldn't dodge that attack.

The Light Of Destruction roared in pain and in anguish as Neos and Flame WIngman had to shield themselves from the powerful blast.

After a few seconds, it was all over. The Light was defeated here and Winged Kuriboh LV6 turned back into his regular self, but this time, can willingly turn into the Winged Kuriboh LV6.

Flame Wingman walked over to the Winged Kuriboh, "Nice job. I knew you could do it." he raised his hand towards him as Winged Kuriboh returned the fist bump.

Neos gave the two a thumbs up, as he walked over to the body of Light, as it slowly opened its eyes to see Neos putting him into a chokehold.

"Any last words, before I annihilate the last drop of Light in this deck for good?" asked Neos as The Light suddenly stopped.

"Heh, so they are here, huh?" he asked.

"Who are you talking about?" asked Neos as the Light looked at him with a maniacal look.

"One of my messengers. The Aliens." The Light said as Neos' eyes widened.

"No, not them!" he yelled as The Light roared in laughter.

"OH YES! THEM! GOOD LUCK! You will need it." said the Light as he began to laugh like a maniac as Neos crushed the monster's neck with a strong grip. Making the monster disappear.

"We have to leave, now!" yelled Neos as both Flame Wingman and Winged Kuriboh were at shock at his sudden reaction, but nodded to it.

Neos then appeared beside by Jaden, "JADEN!" the boy jumped in shock, "Get ready! They are coming." the Alien Hero said.

"Uhm… who are you talking about?" asked Jaden. Winged Kuriboh appeared beside him, "WOAH! BUDDY!" he yelled in excitement. He tried to hug his friend that he tried so hard to talk to, but he saw his friend raising his hand towards him. "Huh?"

Winged Kuriboh cooed as Jaden widened his eyes, "Wait, so you were captured by The Light Of Destruction, Neos and Flame Wingman saved you, Neos used a Domain Expansion, you got a new form and now a powerful set of aliens that are one of his messengers will show up?!"

Aquos was in shock that the Aliens will show up, but he is more confused on one thing, "How did you pick that from 1 coo?" He asked a very reasonable question. Jaden shrugged.

"Eh? Don't know, just always been able to do that. But what are the Aliens?" asked Jaden as Neos narrowed his eyes.

"To put it short: They are a Universal threat to the Universe that go to planet to planet to destroy them or to put them to a sick disease." said Neos as Jaden gasped.

"Wait, that is sick! Not the cool type of sick, but actual sick!" yelled Jaden as then he saw a single monster fly to the planet as Aquos was in front of him, shielding him from the upcoming sonic boom.

The monster landed on the planet, creating the small sonic boom, but thanks to Aquos being in front of him, he was mostly unharmed. Aquos was a bit in pain so he walked behind Jaden so he could give him some commentary.

The Alien was a wolf like monster as the head resembled that of one, as the monster had a black armour with spikes all over the monster with blue robs around his shoulders, as it had a trident as the monster had green and black skin with large claws.

"So this… is the planet where those pains in the ass Neo-Spacians are? Well, looks like I got to the right place." said the Alien as he then saw a human. "A human? What are you doing he- Wait… so you are the one that the Light wants." the monster grinned.

"Well, I am not so sure what you mean by wants, but if you want me, then go ahead and duel me for it!" yelled Jaden as the Alien looked at him and laughed.

"Duel you? Fine, but remember this, I, Alien Hunter, will evaporate all of your chances of winning this duel and I wipe away your puny race, as they will all see The Light!" Alien Hunter yelled as he dropped his trident to the ground as then a duel disk began to appear. It was the same as his armour, as it was black with a blue orb on the top as it was scalely with a deck inside of it.

"Not a chance, buddy!" a duel disk appeared on Jaden's arm, "Cause I am going to get my game on with my new deck!" yelled Jaden as both of them looked at each other, right before yelling.

"DUEL!"

Alien Hunter: 4000 lp

Turn 1.

"I will start things off!" yelled Jaden as both of them drew their top 5 cards from their deck, as Jaden drew his 6th card from his deck. He widened his eyes at one of the cards he drew and smiled, "Hey, Aquos! Looks like you are going to be the first one to be summoned!"

Aquos looked at him, "That is great to hear, Jaden! Allow me to show them the might of the Neo-Spacians!"

"Right! I summon from my hand, my Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin! Come to the stage, buddy!" he yelled as Aquos began running to the field as he posed dramatically right before going to an X position.

(Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin: Level 3 - Water Warrior - Attack: 600. Defense: 800.)

"You… I am going to enjoy ripping you to shreds." said Alien Hunter as Aquos smirked at him, like that would happen.

"I am going to activate Aqua Dolphin's effect! By discarding 1 card from my hand," he took a single card from his hand and sent it to the graveyard, "I can look at your hand and choose 1 monster. If the monster has lower attack points than my monster's, it is destroyed and you lose 500 life points, but if it has higher, I lose 500 life points instead. Sonar Wave!"

Aquos readied his throat as he then left out a powerful sonic wave that made the Alien Hunter reveal his hand: Alien Dog, Alien Hunter, Alien Grey, A Cell Recombinationation Device, Crop Circles.

Jaden grinned, "I see a monster with less than 600 attack points, so send that Alien Grey packing!" Alien Hunter grumbled as he took the card and sent it to the graveyard. Aquos then threw a punch with condensed wind towards the Alien monster as it held its stomach.

Jaden: 4000 lp

Alien Hunter: 4000 - 3500 lp

A card then popped out of Jaden's duel disk, "I now activate the effect of my Cross Porter than I sent to the graveyard! I can add a Neo-Spacian monster from my deck to my hand!" he took it with a grin on his face.

"I activate Double Summon! Like this name applies, I can summon once more, so appear, Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird!" As then, a new monster appeared to the sky, as it flew from space itself as it landed on the ground superhero-style as it was in an X position.

It was a massive hummingbird with a massive yellow beak, as the feathers were red, as it was fairly decently built, as it had some blue lines around his body as its claws were nicely shaped like hands as it had massive wins, both at the top and bottom.

(Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird: Level 3 - Wind Winged-Beast - Attack: 800. Defense: 600.)

"Ahh! A new face, huh! This will be fun!" said Air Hummingbird, or Sky.

The brunette nodded, "I have to agree with ya' there! But first things first, I activate my Air Hummingbird's effect! For every card in your hand, I gain 500 life points! Honey Suck!" as then, Alien Hunter's cards then became like massive flowers that Air Hummingbird went to and began sucking on them.

Jaden had a smile on his face as he glew red for a bit.

Jaden: 4000 - 6000 lp

Alien Hunter: 3500 lp

Alien Hunter stared dangerously at his opponent, while Jaden looked at him with a small grin.

He looked at his hand and saw that he had no more combos to work with, "I end my turn." he said.

Turn 2. Alien Hunter - 3500 lp - 4 cards

"I will make you pay for that! I will destroy you, human!" yelled Alien Hunter as not even his own turn, he lost a card from his hand and lost 500 life points while his opponent gained half of his original life points.

He drew the top card of his deck and nodded, "I activate Code A Ancient Ruins!" as then, the space around them, began to morph into a new style, as now the place looked all ancient, with tombs all over the place with purple liquid oozing out of the walls, as there were ruins where Alien Hunter was standing on with ancient demonic text with sapphire-like sea water around the ruins.

"Woah! What does that card do?" asked Jaden as Alien Hunter stayed quiet.

"For now? Nothing, but don't count your blessings! I summon myself on the field!" Alien Hunter ran to the field as his duel disk disappeared along with his hand, as then a trident appeared in his hands.

(Alien Hunter: Level 4 - Aqua Reptile - Attack: 1600. Defense: 800.)

"Well that was unique." the only human said.

"Well if you think that is unique, watch this, when I summon an Alien monster, I can special summon Alien Dog!" Alien Hunter's trident disappeared as his duel disk and hand appeared on the field as he slammed a card on his duel disk.

As then, on his field appeared a small dog monster as it had green eyes, sharp teeth, white fur, white and blue skin as it all looked skeleton like with sharp pink claws.

(Alien Dog: Level 3 - Light Reptile - Attack: 1500. Defense: 1000.)

"Looks like dogs aren't just man's best friend." said Jaden as he whistled at the newly summoned cub.

"When this card is summoned, all of your monsters gain 2 A Counters, but I chain that effect with A Cell Recombination Device!" a card quickly appeared on the field as then he took a card from his graveyard, "One card on the field gains A Counters equal to the Level of an Alien monster I send to the graveyard because of this effect! I sent Alien Mother, so your Air Hummingbird gains 8 total A Counters!" he yelled as Air Hummingbird suddenly felt really sick.

"Ho boy, is it me, or am I getting very tired?" Air Hummingbird could barely have his eyes open.

Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin: 0 - 2 A Counters

Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird: 0 - 8 A Counters

"Buddy, don't worry! Everything will be ay okay!" yelled Jaden as Sky looked at his new master and nodded.

"Like that would happen! Before I start my battle, I set a card face down," a card was set vertically behind Alien Hunter and Alien Dog, "Now… BATTLE! I will begin your wreckoning by destroying your puny Air Hummingbird! Trident Slam!" yelled Alien Hunter as then his duel disk and hand disappeared as then his trident appeared.

He ran towards the defense position Air Hummingbird as he raised his trident up in the air, and slammed the powerful trident at the Air Hummingbird, making a small explosion as they had to cover themselves.

"That is just the start! When I destroy a monster with an A Counter, I can attack once more!" he yelled as he then turned to Aqua Dolphin who already knew what was going to happen so he braced himself for the attack as he was pierced through the stomach by the Hunter.

"Now, I will attack you with Alien Dog together! Meet your demise!" yelled Alien Hunter as he ran towards Jaden as the alien cub ran towards him as well, as it bit Jaden's foot as the trident slammed him on his side.

Jaden: 6000 - 4400 - 2900 lp

Alien Hunter: 3500 lp

Both Alien Hunter and Dog returned to their field, as Alien Hunter began to laugh, "Give it up, you pesky human! You don't stand a sliver of a chance against us! The bringers of Light!"

"Like, heck I will! Ya guys are a bunch of jerks that I can't let win, so I am not going to stop, no matter the cost!" he yelled in return as Alien Hunter sneered.

"Well, I hope you make your next turn worth it. Human." said Alien Hunter.

Turn 3. Jaden - 2900 lp - 2 cards

"Oh and I will!" he drew the top card of his deck as he looked at it with a smirk on his face, "I play my Pot Of Greed!" the legendary pot appeared on the field, "Thanks to this card, I can draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top 2 cards of his deck as the pot exploded.

He looked at them and grinned ear to ear, "Alright! Here goes something! I activate Convert Contact! If I have no monsters on my side of the field, I can send 1 Neo-Spacian from my hand like my Glow Moss," he discarded a card from his hand as then a card popped out of his deck, "and 1 monster from my deck like my Grand Mole." he took the card and sent it to the graveyard.

"So I can draw 1 card!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck, but he placed his fingers on his duel disk again, "Plus, for every monster you have on the field, I can draw 1 additional card. Since you have 2 monsters, I can draw 2 more cards!"

In total, Jaden drew 3 cards with that one Spell card.

Aquos smiled at how well the boy was using a deck that he so far had no real experience in using, but now, is the test how well could he defeat them, which, judging by his hand, he knew it would, "I summon my Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab!"

As then, in a burst of fire, appeared a massive insect that was a scarab as the armour was black, but the skin was tan, as the muscle part of the body is purple, as it had visible wings with long sharp fingers and gray eyes.

(Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab: Level 3 - Fire Insect - Attack: 500. Defense: 500.)

"I am honoured to fight with you." said Flick as Jaden smiled at him.

"You too, man! But you are not the only cool dude that is about to show up! I activate Common Soul! I can target 1 face up monster I have on my field, and I can special summon 1 Neo-Spacian monster from my hand, so come out, Neo-Spacian Dark Panther!" he yelled as he slammed the card on his duel disk.

(A/N: End Theme and play Miracle.)

A panther on all fours appeared on the field with dark fur, a black and red cape, yellow eyes and a NS symbol around its neck.

(Neo-Spacian Dark Panther: Level 3 - Dark Beast - Attack: 1000. Defense: 500.)

"Hello kid, I see you are using us to our full potential." said Bose as Jaden smirked.

"You betcha! Because 2 effects go off at the same time! First, Common Soul allows the targeted monster to gain the same amount of attack points as the special summoned monster as well as Flare Scarab gaining 400 for every Spell and Trap you have on the field!" explained Jaden as Flick began to glow red for the new power.

Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab: 500 - 2300 attack points

"Wait… that insect has enough to destroy my monsters!" yelled Alien Hunter as Jaden grinned.

"That is the point! Flare Scarab, torch that mutt with Spiral Flame!" yelled Jaden as Flare Scarab placed both of his palms towards Alien Dog as then a massive tornado-like spiral then went into motion as it went straight towards them in a blazing fury.

The Alien Dog could only whimper out of pain from the powerful flames.

Jaden: 2900 lp

Alien Hunter: 3500 - 2700 lp

"You triggered my Code A Ancient Ruins' effect!" yelled Alien Hunter as he pointed backwards to a card on the field, "When a monster I control is destroyed, it gains 1 A Counter!"

Code A Ancient Ruins: 0 - 1 A Counter

"You may have more life points than me, but your Dark Panther can't do anything against the likes of me!" yelled Alien Hunter as he slammed his hand on his chest in a prideful way.

Jaden sighed, "You are right, I have nothing against you and Dark Panther has nothing to deal with you… but that doesn't mean I am all out of options! I activate my Spell, Quick Summon!" The Spell card appeared on his field, "This card allows me to normal summon even during the Battle Phase, but this monster requires 2 tributes to be normal summoned." he said.

Bose and Flick looked at each other and nodded to each other, "I sacrifice Flare Scarab and Dark Panther in order to summon out my Ace!" the two disappeared as Jaden began to chant, "Here comes the hero that travels across the cosmos to defeat all evil! I Tribute Summon, Elemental Hero Neos!"

The new monster looked like the strongest Elemental Hero monster that has ever existed as the monster had white skin with a great build, as it had a dolphin style head on the top with turquoise eyes, blue colouring around his shoulders, neck and forehead, as he had a yellow gemstone on his forehead, as he had a blue orb on his chest and he had red lining all over his shoulders, chest and neck. Alien Hunter began walking away from fear against this beast.

(Elemental HERO Neos: Level 7 - Light Warrior - Attack: 2500. Defense: 2000.)

"Elemental… Hero… Neos." Alien Hunter said the name very slowly as he knew about this monster, and to see this monster up and close was dangerous. It gulped when it realized that he was in his lines of fire.

"That is right." said Neos as his very energy in Neo Space was something to be feared by as it could rival some of the strongest monsters Jaden has ever seen!

"Hope you believe in any god you want, because Neos is about to kick you in your tushy! Go, Cosmic Crush!" yelled Jaden as Neos then jumped in the air with his hand turned into a karate chop as it decided to strike down the Alien Hunter.

Alien Hunter panicked as it threw his hand out and his trident, "I activate Crop Circles! I can send any number of monsters on my side of the field like myself," Alien Hunter jumped backwards as his duel disk reappeared as he took out a card from his deck, "So I can summon from my deck a monster with the same amount of levels as the sent monster! Come out, Alien Kid!"

As then a small monster appeared on his field in an X Position, as it had a small yellow gun, light green skin, silver armour, blue eyes green and turquoise orbs.

(Alien Kid: Level 4 - Light Reptile - Attack: 1600. Defense: 700.)

Neos landed on the ground, completely missing his neck chop, "Nice try, but do it now being a replay, Neos can still attack! Go! Cosmic Crush!" yelled Jaden as Alien Kid turned to Neos, who gave him a powerful suckerpunch that made Alien Hunter fly away for a few seconds.

Alien Hunter landed on the ground, "Code A Ancient Ruins' effect activates! I gain another A Counter!" yelled Alien Hunter.

Code A Ancient Ruin: 1 - 2 A Counter

Jaden narrowed his eyes. He dodged that attack and something tells him that it was a wise choice for him to stop him losing life points. He took a card from his hand and set it, "I throw down a face down and call it a turn." a card was set vertically behind Neos.

Turn 4. Alien Hunter - 2700 lp - 0 cards

"I will have your head once I am done with you! You and Neos, you hear me?! I draw!" yelled Alien Hunter as he drew the top card of his deck as he looked at it. He nodded as he placed the card in his hand.

A card popped out of his graveyard, "I activate my A Cell Recombination Device from my graveyard! I banish it after the turn I sent it to the graveyard, so I can get one of my stronger monsters," he took the card as it then disappeared into data as then a card popped out of his deck as he took it. "My Alien Overlord!" he yelled.

Alien Hunter then began about his next move. He could summon Alien Overlord by removing 2 A Counters from his Code A Ancient Ruins or he could activate Code A Ancient Ruins' effect to summon his Alien Mother. But then he realized that his Alien Mother strategy didn't work out.

So… there was only one option left, but first, "I activate my Corruption Cell A! This card makes your Neos gain an A Counter!" his Spell card appeared on the field as then a disgusting looking cell went towards Neos as he tried to avoid the cell, but he wasn't fast enough.

Neos felt weaker and more sick than ever from that cell.

Elemental HERO Neos: 0 - 1 A Counter

"Now… time for your end. I sacrifice 2 A Counters for the summon of this powerful beast, as you will be at its mercy! I send 2 A Counters from my Code A Ancient Ruins (CAAR: 2 - 0 AC), so come out, the monster that will make Neos yield!" yelled Alien Hunter as he slammed the card on his duel disk, "COME OUT! Alien Overlord!"

As then, Neos and Jaden had to take a step backwards, a massive beast monster as the head was like that of a monster from a nightmare, as the claws were sharp as swords, with purple orbs all around the monster, as it had a red tail, and 6 arms that were as skinny as a skeleton.

(Alien Overlord: Level 6 - Dark Reptile - Attack: 2200. Defense: 1600.)

"Holy smokes! That is one big alien!" yelled Jaden.

"Be careful about this monster! It could have a powerful effect!" yelled Neos as Jaden readied himself.

"You are right for once as once per turn, I can place 1 A Counter on each of your monsters!" yelled Alien Hunter as Alien Overlord spat a purple cell at Neos as Neos fell on his knees. The poor monster was close to puking.

Elemental HERO Neos: 1 - 2 A Counters

"Hey, what gives?! Why is my monster reacting like that?!" yelled Jaden in worry as he patted Neos' back.

"Because any and all A Counters make mortal monsters feel weak and sickly, and thanks to my Alien Overlord, he loses 300 attack points for every A Counter!" Alien Hunter laughed as Jaden looked at his monster in shock.

"Say what?! Neos, buddy, you are gonna be safe from this jerk!" yelled Jaden as, without a mouth, Neos smiled at how caring he is at his monsters.

"LIKE HELL HE WILL! Overlord, destroy that pain in the neck with Suppression Scream!" yelled Alien Hunter as then Alien Overlord readied his throat as it began to shake like it was crazy as it then released it towards the down Space Hero, but suddenly, Jaden smirked.

"Like hell I will! I activate my Cure Conversion! When a monster I control is targeted for an attack, I can tribute it, have a little break," Neos disappeared into data with smile on his face, "So I can draw 1 card." he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck.

He looked at it and smiled, "Aww yeah! I drew Elemental HERO Bubbleman! Due to its a monster, Cure Conversion allows me to gain life points equal to its attack points!" yelled Jaden as he glew red.

Jaden: 2900 - 3700 lp

Alien Hunter: 2700 lp

"Not to mention, the Battle Phase is now done!" he yelled as then the Trap card shot a powerful barrier that stopped the monster's attack at point blank as he just stood there motionless.

"Are you kidding me?!" roared Alien Hunter as he gripped his hand as he then sighed. "Turn end." he said.

Turn 5. Jaden - 3700 lp - 1 card

"Alright, let's see what I can do with this! I draw!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck and was at a surprise at what he saw. He saw a Polymerization which was kinda bad since he didn't have another monster to use it with. But he didn't dwell on it for too long since he still does have some cards he could use.

"I summon my buddy, Elemental Hero Bubbleman!" said Jaden as then a Batman-like superhero appeared whose main gimmick is bubbles with a white cape and all.

(Elemental HERO Bubbleman: Level 4 - Water Warrior - Attack: 800. Defense: 1200.)

"Here is the thing about my Bubbleman! He doesn't like being alone, so when he is summoned alone, I can draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top 2 cards from his deck.

He looked at the cards and smiled as he saw the perfect card that he had that could handle well with the current hand he had as he could try for something new with what he currently has and he loves to see it!

"I activate Warrior Returning Alive! This card allows me to return a warrior, well, alive! So from my graveyard, I return a Warrior buddy of mine!" a card popped out of his graveyard slot as he then took it, which he revealed it to be Elemental Hero Neos.

Now he has the ability to fuse his monsters into 3 different Hero monsters: Absolute Zero so he could have a monster that destroys all of his enemies monsters when it goes to the graveyard, Sunrise that allows him to add a Miracle Fusion and The Shining.

But something in him told him to fuse them into something different…. something more powerful than what he currently has as he took a peek at his Extra Deck and read one of them.

He smiled, "I activate Polymerization! I fuse the Bubbleman on my field with the Neos in my field to create the Hero that changes the Cosmos!" Neos appeared on the field as he and Bubbleman turned into red and blue data as they began to swirl until they smacked into each other.

"Here comes the Hero that makes the Cosmos feel safe with his bravely attitude! Elemental Hero Brave Neos!" he yelled as then a new hero arrived. It was like an evolved version of Neos. His knees had sharp blade like ends as they were slightly bigger in size, as his muscles were more developed, as his shoulders had another layer as his marking were all over the place for him.

(Elemental HERO Brave Neos: Fusion - Level 7 - Light Warrior - Attack: 2500. Defense: 2000.)

Alien Hunter was at shock to see a Neos Fusion monster up and close as he knew that this beast packed more than any other being he fought. He had to be careful around this thing and destroy it as soon as possible.

"This brave guy has a sweet effect! He gains 100 attack points for every Hero and Neo-Spacian I have in the grave, so here goes the Neo-Hero Roll Call!" he yelled as then images of Neos, Bubbleman, Flick, Jade, Aquos, Bose, Sky and Terra around him. Aquos in the real world crossed his arms as he was impressed highly with his skill.

Elemental HERO Brave Neos: 2500 + 800 = 3300 attack points

Alien Hunter was in shock at how well he was doing in such a short amount of time, but he saw the attack of the newly summoned monster.

"Time to destroy that Overlord and send him packing! Elemental HERO Brave Neos, send that guy to space with an uppercut!" yelled Jaden as even for the trained eye, Brave Neos practically teleported in front of Alien Overlord as he then gave the monster the strongest uppercut known to space as the monster was sent flying like Team Rocket.

Alien Hunter's jaw dropped.

Jaden: 3700 lp

Alien Hunter: 2700 - 1700 lp

"That ain't done! Brave Neos has a different ability! When it destroys a monster by battle, I can add a Spell or Trap card from my deck to my hand that lists Neos in its card text," Jaden explained as a card popped out of his duel disk to which he took it.

"I will throw down a face down and call it a turn." the same card he added to his hand was now set vertically behind the Brave Neos as it stood tall with his master.

Turn 6. Alien Hunter - 1700 lp - 0 cards

The Alien Hunter looked at the human and the newly summoned monster with a rageful look on his face as it felt like he was nothing to him, as one of them stood tall, the other looked like he was having fun in this life or death moment.

He growled as throughout the entire duel it felt like he was playing with him, not even taking him serious as the entire time he was just trying to kill him, but he will show these two, he will show them not to mess with the Aliens!

"I DRAW!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck as he looked at it as he instantly played it, "I activate Pot Of Greed! This card allows me to draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top 2 cards from his deck thanks to the impossibly confusing card.

He then looked at the two cards and then… he started to laugh. It was calm, but unnerving to the both of them, but then, one second after the other, it began to grow more and more insane, chaotic, and downright psychopathic as it was like he was about to, right here and now, murder him.

Neos and Jaden took a step backwards from the way he was laughing.

"HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! THIS WILL BE YOUR DOOM! BOTH OF YOU! I SUMMON ALIEN AMMONITE!" as then on his side of the field appeared a new monster that shocked both of them to their very core. It was like an ammonite, but it was more sickly, more otherworldly, as its whips were more spikey and deadly as the colours were that of deep blue with green eyes.

But there is one thing that shocked Jaden and that is with its type.

(Alien Ammonite: Level 1 - Tuner - Light Reptile - Attack: 500. Defense.)

"Oh no… it is a Tuner monster." he thought that only he-who-shall-not-be-named had them, but it was more Universally added?! This type of Summoning was out of hand and extremely powerful if it reached space itself!

"That's right, and if you think that is terrifying, wait until you see its effect! It can summon out a Level 4 or lower Alien monster from the graveyard, so I will summon myself!" Alien Hunter jumped to the field as his trident appeared for the exchange of his duel disk.

(Alien Hunter: Level 4 - Aqua Reptile - Attack: 1600. Defense: 800.)

Brave Neos looked at Jaden as he was shocked at what is about to happen.

"No… don't tell me you are gonna… Synchro Summon?" asked Jaden as Alien Hunter laughed.

"What do you think will be my response, as this is the result of the Light's power! New Summoning Methods are created for the decks that support it as your doom is your fate!" yelled Alien Hunter as everything turned black and white.

"I tune myself with my Level 1 Alien Ammonite!" as then Alien Ammonite turned into 1 Gate as Alien Hunter himself turned into 4 stars with a visible body going through it.

1 + 4 = 5!

As then the almost forming beast began to chant, and it sounded otherworldly, "Species extinct, plantes conquered, as every life form falls under the might of the Aliens! I Synchro Summon! Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar!"

Then a new monster is summoned, as it was one of the tallest things that Jaden has ever seen as it was an actual fortress as it like a living being, with veins all over it, red skin at the front, green skin around the body, as several beams of lasers were shown and nearly decimate the trees in a close forest, as there were several holes underneath and there were several whips.

(Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar: Synchro - Level 5 - Light Reptile - Attack: 2600. Defense: 1800.)

Neos looked at the newly summoned monster and this new power, "So this… this is the power of Synchro Summoning." he said as he narrowed his eyes.

Aquos started at it as he wondered about the other new summoning method out there.

Jaden was in complete shock to see another one of these Synchro monsters in play. Sure he knew that he had to face them one day when Kite had to explain them to Pegasus, Duke and Kaiba, but the fact that he is facing one of them is absolutely insane to even think about. But there was something about this…

He looked at his hand and it was shaking.

Not out of fear.

But out of excitement.

"This… is so cool. I remember how dueling truly is…" he looked at Gol'gar, "Just pure fun." he said as he looked at the powerful Synchro monster.

"This will be your demise!" a duel disk appeared on one of its whips as it inserted one of the cards in, "I activate Axe Of Despair! I gain 1000 attack points, but I will activate my special ability! I can return any number of face up Spells, so I can gain 1 A Counter for each one!" the monster yelled as the scenery changed into the same design as before.

Cosmic Fortress Gol'Gar: 0 - 2 A Counters

"I then activate my effect! By removing 2 A Counters from me, I can destroy any monster on your side of the field!" roared Gol'Gar as Brave Neos, Aquos and Jaden looked on at complete shock.

"WHAT?!" yelled all three of them.

"YOU HEARD ME! FALL TO YOUR KNEES, BRAVE NEOS!" Gol'Gar had to use all of his whips to whip the whips all around the arena like a Demon King as it then slammed Brave Neos, making him disappear.

"I then Equip myself with Axe Of Despair, I gain 1000 attack points!" as then an axe appeared in one of the holes of the fortress.

Cosmic Fortress Gol'Gar: 2 - 0 A Counters/ 2600 - 3600 attack points

"Time for me to commence battle! I will wipe away your pathetic life with one my attacks! Dominating Life!" Gol'Gar roared as the Axe Of Despair was then shot out of the holes as one of the whips grabbed it and then raised it towards the sky to then slash downwards, barely missing Jaden as the poor boy flew away a couple of meters.

"JADEN?! ARE YOU ALRIGHT!?" yelled Aquos as he ran towards the Slifer Red.

Jaden: 3700 - 100 lp

Cosmic Fortress Gol'Gar: 1700 lp

Aquos placed his fingers on Jaden's wrist and then he sighed in relief once he felt a heartbeat. He moved his hand away as Jaden began to lift himself from teh ground. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I am. Just…" he grinned ear to ear as he looked at the Cosmic being he was currently facing. "Excited… Excited to see the end of this duel!"

"This duel? This duel is finished!" yelled Gol'Gar.

"Please! Like I always say, a duel is not finished until the last card is played! Even if I have a 100 life points remaining, I am still kicking!" yelled Jaden as he gripped his hand.

"You really believe you can win? HAHAHAHAHHAHA! Let me see it! The Despair as you lose your hope when you draw your last card. I end my turn." said Gol'Gar as Jaden wiped his nose.

Turn 7. Jaden - 100 lp - 1 card

Here stood Jaden, a boy with almost nothing on his field and in hand, but no effective monsters as well as 1 card in his hand. But still, this feeling… the excitement of winning this duel was overwhelming.

Aquos stepped forward, "Jaden, I have to tell you about the true power of Neos."

Jaden looked backwards, "Sure go ahead."

"Well, you see, Neos and we have this special ability of able to fuse together, but without the Spell card known as Polymerization." Jaden gasped at that, "All you need is Neos and any Neo-Spacian on the field or even graveyard and you can summon a powerful Neos Fusion monster." he said as Jaden looked at his deck.

He smiled, "Then I will make sure I summon one of them, huh? I guess I will go 120% of my potential! Right here and now! As I will push back my limits!" he placed his fingers on the top of his deck as he yelled, "My turn! I draw!"

He flipped it and smiled. It was the perfect card, "I activate Neo Space!" his field spell zone slot then was then shown as then he placed it as the field… barely changed.

"Oh yea, we are in Neo Space. Kinda forgot about that." Jaden scratched the back of his neck as Aquos sighed. Gol'Gar instead growled in rage at the mere mention of this space.

"Well whatever the fact, I activate my last Trap of this duel! GO! Favourite Contact!" his lone Trap card appeared on the field revealing a card artwork of two of his ace monsters. "This bad boy allows me to special summon a monster that lists a Hero as a material as I shuffle the materials from my graveyard, hand, field and even in my banished zones to the bottom of my deck in any order I want!"

Two cards popped out of his duel disk, "I shuffle my Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird with my Elemental HERO Neos in order to create one of the Neos Fusion monsters!" Sky and Neos appeared on the field. The two looked at each other and nodded as they flew towards the sky like it was Neo Space as then they smacked into each other.

Jaden began to chant, "From the Cosmos, comes out a Hero that rips through the Sky! Elemental Hero Air Neos!" he yelled as then a new hero appeared. The monster had Neos' body in shape as there were wings around its legs, as the skin was more red and coated in red armour, the wings were like that of an actual bird, as they were pink and red with old Neos' colours at the top with blue orbs with red lining.

(Elemental HERO Air Neos: Fusion - Level 7 - Wind Warrior - Attack: 2500. Defense: 2000.)

"Air Neos… so the power of Neos was correct by The Light… it is immense." said Gol'Gar as it narrowed its eyes at the small hero monster.

"That is right, but you haven't seen anything yet!" yelled Air Neos as he turned towards his master, "So… how does the power of the new Heroes feel?" asked Neos as Jaden looked at his hand.

"Honestly? I feel stronger than ever and I feel more… enchanted than ever. I feel happier. It is like my love of dueling has returned." he said with a smile on his face.

"That is good to hear." Air Neos said in a tone that was like that of a father to a child.

"Yeah, but let's finish this! Air Neos' effect activates! When my life points are lower than yours, my monster gains attack points equal to the difference!" yelled Jaden as Air Neos gripped his fists together as the strength became more and more powerful, but that wasn't it.

That wasn't it just yet, "AND, Neo Space gives my Elemental Hero Neos and his Fusion monsters a 500 attack point boost!" Air Neos then became stronger than ever as he glew red for a long time.

Elemental HERO Air Neos: 2500 - 4100 - 4600 attack points

Cosmic Fortress Gol'Gar looked at the amount of attack points in shock, but then he realized something. Those maybe good numbers, but… "I will still survive this battle! Your Air Neos doesn't have enough attack points to kill me off!"

"True! But it is still stronger than you! So go! Air Neos attack and destroy that Fortress with Skyrip Wing!" Air Neos took off as he was high in the air as the wings became stronger than anyone could ever imagine, as he flew straight towards the base of the Fortress and with complete ease managed to cut the entire fortress in half.

But Air Neos wasn't done. As he shot two powerful slashes with two of his wings as they flew towards the falling debris, making sure that nothing was left behind, but he then saw Alien Hunter fall to the ground, back first.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" the monster roared in pain as he couldn't imagine facing this powerful beast and its strength.

Jaden: 100 lp

Alien Hunter: 1700 - 700 lp

"Booyah! That is how it is done!" Jaden boasted as he laughed at how awesome his monster was as Air Neos flew towards him. Jaden raised his hand for a high five as the monster returned it.

"I am not done!" The three of them turned to Alien Hunter as he slowly, but surely, got up, "I still have life points left! I am still in this game!" he yelled.

"Yeah, you are, but, I am afraid that you are half wrong about your statement!" Jaden took the last card in his hand, "I activate Contact Out! This card makes my Neos Fusion monster disperse," Air Neos disappeared in a green and yellow light as two cards popped out of his deck.

"As then, if the materials are in my deck, I can special summon them on my field!" he yelled as he took them and slammed them on his duel disk. As Neos and Air Hummingbird appeared on the field.

"NO!" that is all that Alien Hunter could say.

(Elemental HERO Neos: Level 7 - Light Warrior - Attack: 2500. Defense: 2000.)

(Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird: Level 3 - Wind Winged-Beast - Attack: 800. Defense: 600.)

"THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!" yelled Alien Hunter.

"Oh it can be! As this will be the last time you, or your entire race, will ever step foot in Neo Space! Neos attack and destroy Alien Hunter with Cosmic Crush!" yelled Jaden as Neos nodded with his master as his fist glew in blue aura.

Neos flew towards Alien Hunter as the Alien couldn't do anything other than look at Neos in fear as he was crouching down, ready to deliver the strongest uppercut ever. Alien Hunter was staring him while Neos was glaring at him.

As then, the punch was delivered and… Alien Hunter went flying faster than the speed of light as the sounds of its pain could be heard from space time continuum as the sheer power of that punch destroyed the sound barrier, which luckily for Jaden, Sky and Aquos had to cover him for.

Jaden: 100 lp

Alien Hunter: 700 - 0 lp

JADEN YUKI: WINNER!

"Finally. The duel is over." said Jaden as he took a deep breath. He never went to a world like this and all of the pain he suffered was real. He was grateful that he was able to survive this duel with his new power, but man did it hurt!

"Indeed it is, but this was merely a battle, not a war." said Neos as he walked towards him as he recognized how similar he looked compared to him. He shook his head, he needs to remember that he was dead. Long ago.

"Really? Ahh man, well that sucks to hear." said the boy in red as he stretched some of his muscles.

"It does, but at the very least you won't be alone like you were before." said Sky as he smiled at the kid.

"That's right, you won't ever be alone." said Bose as he appeared next to Jaden.

"We will be at your side, forever." said Flick with a smile on his face.

"Even on your worst days." said Jade in an echoey type of voice.

"If you need us, call us!" yelled Terra.

"But remember, you must not think that we won't be at your side. We will be at your side, even when you are down for the count. So Jaden, remember, we trust in you." said Aquos as Jaden smiled at them.

"Aww, thanks gu-" suddenly the boy felt very tipsy as he began to walk over the place as his head was spinning. He didn't feel any good as he felt he was about to throw up.

The Neo-Spacians looked at him in worry as he then fell onto Neos' side as he caught him with his arm.

Neos smiled at him, "Rest well, Jaden. You did good." he said with a proud look on his face.

At a beach

Jaden slowly, but surely, opened his eyes as he felt the same place. As he looked around and saw the place. It was recognizable to him, a place that he knew all to well.

He turned to his side and didn't see Jupiter.

He looked around to see it was the same.

He looked everywhere until he confirmed one thing.

He was in Duel Academy.

He smiled as he remembered those memories very clearly as it assured him that it was all true.

He could see his monsters again, he had fun and more importantly, he has new buddies that he could hang out with. He could chill with. In the schoolyard.

Jaden smiled as he was ready to go to Duel Academy, be with his friends and face their reactions. He has to show that he regrets his action.

But where is he now?

He is lost!

Well he guessed he should go to left, but his sense of directions were as bad as a certain green haired swordsman, as he walked past a sign to show the actual directions to Duel Academy as it fell anime style.

AND DONE! Sorry for the late upload y'all, school was kicking me arse, so this is what I had to write, a chapter with 15k words, not bad at all, not bad at all.

Alright, that was a bit much, ngl. I had to write 2 chapters for my Yugioh Vrains and Black Clover fics so I hope you guys understand why this is so late.

We are finally at this point where Jaden gets my favourite archetype and my favourite monster in all of Yugioh, the NEOS archetype and sorry if I am a bit biased towards it, as I do plan on summoning most, if not, all of the Neos Fusions at least once as it started with Brave and Air Neos. Don't expect Triple Fusions to be summoned in Season 3, as in this Season expect them to show up, ESPECIALLY in Chapter 42, the Chapter I can't wait to write. Also… WINGED KURIBOH LV6 IS FINALLY HERE! THIS BOY HAS A NEW FORM! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I decided to change a lot of the lore about Neos and the story in general, like how he knew Jaden from a previous life, the war and more. Also, I decided to give Neos a Domain Expansion that works like Yuno's Never-Neverland from the Manga, where it boosts his homies, but weakens his enemies. Also the Neo-Spacians and Neos aren't very knowledgeable about Earth culture unlike in canon.

I finished Demon Slayer and safe to say that I am missing the idiots! *crying emoji* Honestly, kinda want to read the GX manga, but the characters are different, so… maybe? Not Sure. If you have any anime recs give it to me.

Most of the Alien stuff and the duel was inspired from Tag Force: Heroes and Villains once more, with mixing Revendread Slayer with the Alien Chapter, and I thought it would be a neat way to show The Light of Destruction's Power.
