Hey there, readers! Bit of a non-chap (sorry) that's still kinda important.

So, a common grievance I've received is that with the massive supporting cast of Takei's school, it's a little hard to keep track of who everyone "is". From a purely visual standpoint you can tell who has what "mutation" in Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary, but in a written medium like this, it's a little harder to do so.

THUS! Here's a set of abridged Character Bios for the supporting cast thus-far. In the future after major milestones, I'll just add onto this one instead of re-posting further into the story.

*Updated as of 1-25-24.

*AHA*

Tokei "Takei" Takehiko
(Quirk: Analyze Structure (Formerly)
(Bio: Originally born [REDACTED]. Like many Isekai Protagonists before him, died after picking up a video game he had pre-ordered; Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. Instead of death by Van, Knife, or God-Lightning, he was killed by trans-dimensional shrapnel from a botched alien super-weapon. Reincarnated into the comatose body of Tokei Takehiko who was attacked by the Villain Nine and had his Quirk Factor "damaged", resulting in aforementioned coma. Due to aforementioned "coma brain", not all of his memories "carried over", resulting in a total loss of certain strains of meta-knowledge.
Not that any one source of meta-knowledge would help him in the long-term.
(Origin: Another Hero Academia: Out of Time (by NewMystery356)

Naruki Wakatsuki (& Kaori Wakatsuki)
(Quirk: N/A (Formerly), [Conjoined Twin] (Latent)
(Bio: Naruki Wakatsuki, despite having the "Extra Toe Joint", was widely believed to have a passive Emitter-type Quirk that made him "more attractive" to the opposite and even the same gender. Into his first year of junior high school however, a face not too dissimilar to a Conjoined Twin manifested on his abdomen. That Conjoined Twin eventually grew into a fully-functional head resting atop Naruki's right shoulder, self-identifying as "Kaori". Assuming for a continued steady growth, it's feasible that Naruki may "bud" an entirely separate body for his [Conjoined Twin].
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Togami Taiyo
(Quirk: Dog Ears
(Bio: His ears more "elf-like" than dog-like, because he learned about Fantasy elves after completing his Quirk Registration, the name stuck. Best friends with Naruki since elementary school and only slightly envious about all the attention his friend received from the opposite gender, when "Kaori" began growing from Naruki's shoulder, a slight "change" occurred in their dynamic.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kageto Futabayashi
(Quirk: Autotomy
(Bio: His Quirk allows him to "pop off" parts of his body like a lizard and slowly regenerate them over time. Has small patches of lizard-like skin scattered across his body, most-notably the back of his neck and forearms. No other sub-Quirks have appeared thus far, though he might have a Vore Fetish after a certain incident with Tabe Tsukushi, though he'll deny it.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Tomu Kaneko
(Quirk: Cat Form
(Bio: His Transformation-type Quirk gives him cat-like features including but not limited to Cat Ears and a Tail. However, since there seems to be no upper limit to his Quirk's "uptime" and he can even fall asleep with his Quirk active, [Cat Form] exists in the gray area between Transformation and Mutant-Type. Thinks that the tongue of Nobuko Shitara is "super sexy".
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu
(Quirk: Steel
(Bio: Bearing a Transformation-type Quirk that gives him a body of steel, at present he is a quintessential "Himbo", though watching Class 1-A's "Anti-Delinquent" fighting for his very life while grappling with a very mature mindset, has prompted a fit of emotional and mental growth.
(Origin: My Hero Academia

Yama Takabana
(Quirk: Tengu
(Bio: His Transformation-type Quirk allows him to change the shape and size of his nose at will, though it predominantly remains like the shape of a Japanese Tengu, and largely in response to arousal. Has an eye-licking fetish, and is a low-key "Anime Pervert".
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Mamori Macchio
(Quirk: Muscles
(Bio: Possessing a Mutant-type Quirk that gives him extra-large muscles that makes him look like a bookworm atop the body of a gorilla, he is a hot-blooded "Anime Pervert".
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Mamezou Saidzuka
(Quirk: Resize
(Bio: Having of the more-powerful Quirks in his class, [Resize] does as its name implies, seemingly ignoring the Law of Conservation of Mass in the process regardless of whether he makes something bigger, smaller, longer, etc. Can use his Quirk on people and even himself, mostly to peek up skirts, though after being quote/unquote "mistaken" for a cockroach by Class 1-A's "Anti-Delinquent", his more-overt perverse tendencies are limited to when "Takei" is not within eyeshot. A hot-blooded "Anime Pervert".
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Daisuke Hanyuu
(Quirk: Deep Breath (Formerly), Boobs (Currently)
(Bio: In the pre-Paranormal age, the condition that gave him D-cup breasts would've been mistaken for a run-of-the-mill Hormone Imbalance. Originally thought to have a Quirk that let him take deeper breaths, evident by the slight swelling of his chest, his love for boobs has not diminished since he himself became a magnet for "The Male Gaze". Class 1-A's "King of Perverts" and "President of Boob Lovers", he dresses in his older sister's Sailor Uniform so people will mock him for cross-dressing instead of having boobs. Does not appear to be traditionally transgender.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Mario Fukura
(Quirk: Inflate
(Bio: The only black teen in a sea of white faces, his Quirk not only increases the volume of his carefully-groomed afro, but also allows him to send out "Inflation Waves" that make people "rolly polly" with no lasting harm, not even to clothing. Initially fired out in radial bursts, he learned to reign in his focus with a white cue ball courtesy of Dr./Nurse Hitomi Manaka.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Shizuru Tomei
(Quirk: Vanish
(Bio: After a Villain attack in her youth, the "Stealth Field" that activated as a defense mechanism to protect her has remained permanently active, even while asleep. At present, her "Stealth Field" envelops her body as well as the clothes she wears, but not necessarily objects in her hand like a broom or her bike, which in of itself has given rise to various "paranormal sightings" around the neighborhood. Doesn't want to be seen, yet at the same time, wants people to see her. Thus far, only two people are capable of seeing her to some extent; Hitomi Manaka with her [Mono-Eye], and Tokei Takehiko who recognizes her more by "feel" and sound.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Yomi Fujimi
(Quirk: Regenerating Girl (Formerly), Undying Girl (Currently)
(Bio: Was "fatally wounded" when a summer cyclone sent shards of glass through her body, separating her into multiple pieces, but because of her [Regeneration] Quirk, her body was stitched together in an attempt to save her. After coming to from a coma, with half her hair bleached white and memories of Yomotsu Hirasaka in her head, Yomi became quite cavalier about the current state of her body. Though run of the mill wounds can still heal, her separated body parts either can't heal in full, or they just haven't had a chance to because she continues to fall to pieces, either by accident or intentionally for gags.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Shiori Usui
(Quirk: Flat Hands (Formerly), 2D Girl (Currently)
(Bio: Her Quirk originally allowed her to flatten her hands to paper-thickness; after getting completely flattened by "Giant Girl" Kyouko Oogi, her Quirk "Awakened" and Shiori became "meta-aware" of the media she was being portrayed in. In her home universe, it is an awareness of the manga panels of Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary, written & illustrated by Shake-O. At present, she's aware that while being "observed" by "higher-dimensional beings" and portrayed within a "text wall", thanks to the Many Earths Interpretation, her world while fictional "in one universe" is still real "in another". This knowledge, reinforced by Class 1-A's "Anti-Delinquent" and "Closet Isekai Protagonist" Tokei Takahiko, allowed her to handle this mind-blowing epiphany, and not crack under the strain like Charles Xaiver (X-Men), The Crimson Chin (The Fairly Odd Parents), etc.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kuromi Hikage
(Quirk: Shadow Girl
(Bio: Bearing a striking resemblance to Sadako Yamamura of The Ring franchise and possessing an ability to dissolve-into or envelop-herself in pure shadows, Kuromi Hikage too possesses meta-awareness, and as such has a complex about how someone "like her" could never become "the main character". Though she almost cracked after Shiori Usui all but directly confirmed her suspicions, Tokei Takahiko's words of wisdom on the subject have given her the strength to endure, even after knowing that which is supposed to be unknowable.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Itsuka Kendo
(Quirk: Big Fists
(Bio: Childhood friend of Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, has aspirations to become a Hero not by being a "sex kitten" or an "anti-woman", but by the merit of her own hard work despite her [Big Fists] not being nearly as flashy as any of the "big name" Heroes dominating the over-saturated male-dominant industry.
(Origin: My Hero Academia

Nobuko Shitara
(Quirk: Tongue
(Bio: Possessing a prehensile tongue that can reach a length of 320.5 centimeters, or in excess to 126 inches (aka 10 feet 6 inches), after learning that Tomu Kaneko thought her tongue was "super sexy", she was steadily able to overcome the complex of having such a freakishly-longue tongue. Originally learning how to tie cherry stems, she can now make paper cranes with her tongue; as a consequence of "training" under Midori Itsuki, she possesses a greater awareness of double-entendre than her peers.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Chisa Osanai
(Quirk: Tiny
(Bio: Possessing a Heteromorphic Quirk that granted her "Negative Growth Spurts" after an indeterminant period, while the average height of a Junior High School 2nd Year is 155 cm, by that point in "Canon" as Shiori Usui puts it, her height has decreased to 104.5cm, causing her to be frequently mistaken for an elementary schooler. Is best friends with Kyouko Oogi.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kyouko Oogi
(Quirk: Giant
(Bio: Possessing a Heteromorphic Quirk that granted continual growth spurts bordering on "Gigantism", by "Canon" as Shiori Usui puts it she is nearly 3 meters tall. Though her strength is proportional to a Japanese female Junior High Schooler of that size, she is the quintessential "gentle giant", shying away from direct confrontation, needing Chisa Osanai to defend her from bullies and, as of late, sexual perverts. Her caloric intake is disproportionate to her size, though she still needs to buy all her clothing from the Lifestyle Support Company, Detnerat.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Tabe Tsukushi
(Quirk: Eat Girl
(Bio: Has a voracious appetite that can be satiated with dirt, rocks, plastic, and even metal, has no real preference for Quality or Quantity. Hiding her beartrap-shaped mouth with a sick mask during class, she has borderline cannibal tendencies when she's feeling Lonely aka "Empty". While accidentally eating Kageto Futabayashi's hand after hallucinating Nobuko Shitara as a slice of strawberry shortcake, that the boy "popped off" his hand which she later regurgitated, prevented her from being put on a watchlist as an "Instant Villain".
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kurara Kuroki
(Quirk: Frog Girl
(Bio: Is a round, frog-like girl who helps feed Tabe Tsukushi. Has not actively shown off her Quirk and by choice, blends into the background, content to hang out with her friends during and after school.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Yasuko Sakurai
(Quirk: Devil Girl
(Bio: Known as "Yao-chan" to her friends. Has a black devil tail with a heart-shaped tip, the base of which is her weak point, and has taken an early interest in the opposite sex, though not the physical aspect of it. By "Canon" as Shiori Usui puts it, she is the kind of girl who goes through boyfriends like coffee filters/socks.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kirameki Maijiri
(Quirk: Animorph
(Bio: Can transform any part of her body into the matching part of any animal she's touched; cat, dog, fish, sheep, horse, etc. Needs living specimens to work off of, and she can't increase the number of limbs she has when she transforms, hence her inability to turn into a Centaur.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Haruna Tobita
(Quirk: Wings
(Bio: Possessing white bird/angel-like wings for sustained flight, but none of the auxiliary sub-Quirks of the Wing Hero: Hawks. Though it's grossly illegal, she flies to school every day, is a bit of a delinquent and for a time had a problem with cigarettes. Has a "chicken heart" and is prone to goosebumps, getting scared easily by other birds, Scare-Eyes, those with mono-eyes like Hitomi Manaka, and at present she can't "stick the landing". After almost killing Yuki Moji in a crash landing, she is attempting to get her life together.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Hanako Yukimura
(Quirk: N/A
(Bio: Known only as "Class Rep" in "Canon" according to Shiori Usui, she considers herself a "plain, frumpy girl" with thick eyebrows and glasses; a complex not helped by her lesser-developed body and the fact that she is Quirkless. Thankfully, as Asaka-shi is far away from any prominent Hero Academies, the stigma about being Quirkless is far lesser, so she's been able to experience a modicum of happiness that those in the shadows of premier schools such as Yuuei or Shiketsu are unable to attain.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Saru Kakazan
(Quirk: Monkey Magic
(Bio: Possessing a Mutant-type Quirk that makes him look like a monkey, he can also pull hairs from his head to make Clones like the Sun Wukong of Chinese folklore. However, those clones are extremely fragile, and not even the slightest bit convincing. His family moved to Japan from the Federation of Chinese Nations in pursuit of a better life. Is a mid-key pervert.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Jin Semida
(Quirk: Healing Blood
(Bio: His Quirk can heal others, though the true extent is kept secret to prevent Villains from taking undue interest. His family moved to Japan from the Federation of Chinese Nations in pursuit of a better life. Is a mid-key pervert.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kiba Inoshi
(Quirk: Hungry Pig
(Bio: A swine-like Heteromorph, can eat/digest most anything similar to Tabe Tsukushi, but it limited by a human biteforce and teeth. His family moved to Japan from the Federation of Chinese Nations in pursuit of a better life. Is a mid-key pervert.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kyuuri Sunahama
(Quirk: Kappa
(Bio: Possessing a Kappa-like Mutant-type Quirk, he easily suffers from dehydration. His family moved to Japan from the Federation of Chinese Nations in pursuit of a better life. Is a mid-key pervert.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

*AHA*

Lucien Picar
(Quirk: Shine
(Bio: His Quirk gives him an extra-shiny scalp, which was only discovered when an outbreak of Quirk-mutated head lice necessitated a full shave in elementary school. Formerly a "Command Hero" who handled logistics in the field and a Yuuei alumnus, he is now the principal of Damoto Junior High School in Asaka-shi.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Otome Kaminaga
(Quirk: Prehairsile
(Bio: Japanese Language Teacher at Damoto Junior High School, her Quirk gives her extremely dexterous prehensile hair. As a drawback however, she can't cut it; cutting a single strand is equivalent to pulling a tooth without anesthesia. To compensate, her hair is extremely supple as well as sturdy, and has stopped growing at calf-length. Is an unashamed hardcore lesbian; the object of her affections is Hitomi Manaka, but she has a weakness for cute things in general.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kenjiro "Ken" Tatara
(Quirk: Four Arms
(Bio: Science Teacher at Damoto Junior High School and Tokei Takehiko's homeroom teacher, his Quirk gives him an extra pair of sub-arms as strong as his primary. A light smoker who thinks only scientists and science teachers should wear white lab coats, he is a childhood friend of Hitomi Manaka, and is chronically afraid of large breasts.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Yuki Moji
(Quirk: Winter Coat
(Bio: Physical Education Teacher at Damoto Junior High School, his Quirk gives him an extremely thick (and soft) brown "winter coat" of fur which he shaves in the summer months. His meta-human strength is proportional to the amount of fur on his body. Deeply cares for the welfare of his students. Bears an eerie resemblance to Chewbaka of the Star Wars franchise, a little-known fact because the IP has been partially-inert for a number of decades as the "Based on a True Story" Superhero Genre saturated the market.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kimihito Kurusu
(Quirk: N/A?
(Bio: Homemaking Teacher at Damoto Junior High School. While possessing an additional joint in his pinkie toe, the sheer amount of punishment he has endured over the course of his life without dying, as well as having recovered-from, baffles experts. Hardworking and mild-mannered but popular with his peers for his work ethic and with students for the quality of his cooking, he is currently hosting a homestay from Greece.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Hirobiro Toride
(Quirk: Slingshot
(Bio: Custodial Engineer at Damoto Junior High School; in an age where Junior High Schoolers throw their Quirks around and destroy school property (either intentionally or on accident), he is a handyman who can repair most-anything apart from load-bearing structures. Has the Heteromorphic traits of a Ferret, but only from the neck up, and is purely cosmetic. His actual Emitter-type Quirk allows him to enhance the strength and elasticity of already-existing elastic materials. His signature is the "Mop Bucket Slingshot". Due to this and the fact that he chases a rhesus monkey of indiscriminate origin around the school, Tokei Takehiko has given him the nickname "Gordy" after the character in a pre-Paranormality sitcom where a normal-looking school janitor chases a "Weasel", which in actuality was a Ferret.
(Origin: Another Hero Academia: Out of Time (by NewMystery356)

Hitomi Manaka
(Quirk: Mono-Eye
(Bio: Formerly a nurse for the Hero Public Safety Commission's Intensive Care Ward, currently a School Nurse at Damoto Junior High School. Her Quirk gives her a single eye with amazing clarity in exchange for a complete loss of binocular vision. Formerly a Chuunibyou with delusions of shooting lasers from her eye and a fan of Magical Girl anime, when the boy under her care was at risk of being vivisected by a "mad scientist nutjob", her Quirk experienced an Awakening where she could fire an actual laser from her eye (the "Pure Cure Lovely Cyclone") in exchange for fits of temporary blindness. Her iris changes color in response to her emotions, and maybe as a side-effect, is able to "see" into the hearts of those under her care, making her extremely popular, either for the advice she can give, or because of her G-Cup breasts and hourglass figure. Oldest of the Manaka siblings.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Midori Itsuki
(Quirk: Photosynthesis(?)
(Bio: A non-binary "they" who has both a "pistil" and "stamen" and absorbs sunlight to synthesize sugar. Assistant Nurse at Damoto Junior High School, in actuality is a plant that manifested a Quirk granting anthropomorphizing into a humanoid form. Is unashamed to sexually educate those under their care. Between the short hair and pink "sexy nurse outfit", to the unknowing eye, Midori looks like a cross-dresser.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Mitsumi Manaka
(Quirk: Triclops
(Bio: The youngest of the Manaka siblings entering her first year of Damoto Junior High School, her Quirk, which gives her a third eye on her forehead, has given rise to two additional distinct personalities. "Mitsumi", her default form and the quintessential "good girl" who is skilled at both academics and home-rearing and manifests when her third eye is closed; "Tengen" aka "Top-chan" who is aggressive and protects Hitomi from potential suitors and manifests when only her third eye is open; "Mii-chan" the quintessential "imouto" who must be protected at all costs who manifests when all three eyes are open. Is extremely popular with her peers.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Fumio Manaka
(Quirk: Biclops
(Bio: The middle child of the Manaka family and having just left Asaka-shi to go to college in Tokyo. His Quirk gives him a mono-eye like his eldest sister, but with the benefit of two pupils, granting a somewhat limited form of binocular vision. Has a thing for twintails, regardless of gender.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

Kuma Manaka
(Quirk: Black Bear
(Bio: Father to Hitomi, Fumio, and Mitsumi Manaka and widower whose name he took on marriage, his Quirk gives him the slightly anthropomorphized body of a black bear. Became a stay-at-home dad after his wife passed away, like any good father should, he's willing to go feral if his "cubs" are in perceived danger.
(Origin: Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary

*AHA*

Kuroko Smith
(Quirk: N/A
(Bio: Head of the Mon Squad Agency and professional marksman with SWAT training, is widely considered "the best at being lazy" with a borderline coffee addiction. Takes great relish in the fact that her tormentors back in junior high school have all washed out of the Pro Hero industry, though she'll never say it out loud.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Manako Manaka
(Quirk: Monoeye
(Bio: No relation to Hitomi Manaka who she met at a single's mixer at college. Her Quirk gives her the ability to see events happening 2km away in great detail, enabling her to play the role of sniper without a scope, though it causes dry eye. Is self-conscious about her mono-eye in addition to her petite figure, but after taking joint custody of Tokei Takehiko, she has been gaining more confidence in herself.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Tio Hoshiguma
(Quirk: Ogress
(Bio: The quintessential "gentle giant" and Tank of the Mon Squad Agency, though her Quirk gives her the body of an Ogre, most Japanese assume her to be an "Oni". When rescuing people, is clad head to toe in a hulking blast suit that masks her gender from those that don't know, and wields twin riot shields; is strong enough to breach rooms without explosive charges. Was allegedly a Sukeban (Delinquent Girl) in a storied past, which might explain her ability to throw loaded vending machines with pinpoint precision. Loves sweets and trendy clothes, even if she needs the Lifestyle Support Company, Detnerat, to custom-tailor them to her size.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

"Zombina"
(Quirk: N/A (Formerly), Zombie (Currently)
(Bio: Victim of a "rape van" whose Quirk has/had a "Posthumous Activation Threshold" and forgot most of her original memories due to a mix of brain death and psychological trauma. Went on to become the "Shock Trooper" of the Mon Squad Agency, whose favorite trick is to play dead to infiltrate enemy lines. Can't regenerate from injuries, but is technically "immortal" and able to stitch foreign body parts onto herself. While her Quirk does give her a form of "Zombie Virus" that can be spread with bites, only those who are already Immunocompromised or have "Rare Diseases" are vulnerable to her particular Strain. Her heart was replaced with an artificial pump due to complete cardiac arrest, and her blood with a formaldehyde-based preservative that is replaced bi-monthly, similar to the lubricating oil in a car.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Doppel
(Quirk: Doppelganger
(Bio: Born as [REDACTED], Doppel became a Hero in order to legally use her shapeshifting ability to prank people, as well as [REDACTED]. True age and weight are [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] respectively. Similar to the Sternbild hero, Origami Cyclone, her shapeshifting is purely cosmetic, but with the caveat that she has complete control of what she turns into, as opposed to needing a pre-existing "template".
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Elma Joui
(Species: Sea Dragon
(Bio: Born into the Harmony Faction of the fantasy world running parallel to Earth-AHA-356, after following Tohru, daughter of the Chaos Faction's "Emperor of Demise", to early 21st Century Japan and falling in love with the local cuisine, the Holy Sea Priestess settled down on Earth in part to keep an eye on Tohru to "ensure the Chaos Faction didn't turn Earth into a beachhead". Spent the next few decades at Jigokumeguri System Engineering Inc. as a programmer, living a soothing day-to-day with her fellow Dragons and Human acquaintances in Oborozuka. After those she first knew passed away well into the Paranormal Era, she hopped around Japan under [Perception Dampening] magic so no-one would bother to backtrace her through the intervening decades. Thanks to a sort of unconditional love from the Reincarnate, Tokei Takehiko, Elma was able to reinvigorate herself, accepting that even though he, like Kobayashi and the others, would someday live out his mortal lifespan, that in of itself was okay. Like the other Harmony Faction dragons squatting on Earth, she kept the Chaos Faction dragons from taking over during the Neo Dark Ages as Quirk Saturation surpassed the 50% threshold and chaos truly reigned.
(Origin: Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid

Koichi Kuroyama
(Quirk: N/A
(Bio: Police Chief of Asaka-shi with low opinion of most Heroes in the industry since it seems like anyone with a pulse can get a License. Has a fetish for Gyaru + Legal Lolis.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Celaeno Kuroyama
(Quirk: Harpy
(Bio: A harpy-like Heteromorph from Greece who styled herself after a Japanese "Gyaru" because her husband digs it. A bit of an airhead, but loves her hubby and daughter above all others.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Papi Kuroyama
(Quirk: Harpy
(Bio: A bit of a "bird-brain" who like the Japanese proverb regarding chickens says, forgets what she was doing "after three steps". Was medically diagnosed with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) at a young age by loving parents so she could receive the necessary care to someday care for herself.
(Origin: Daily Life with a Monster Girl

Clank
(Species: Warbot Defect (Formerly), Zoni (Currently)
(Bio: Full designation XJ-0461, Serial No. B5429671, initially believed to be a defective warbot from a Blargian warbot factory on Quartu, was in actuality the creation/son of Orvus, leader of the Zoni. After decades of adventuring with Clank, last of the Lombax in his own galaxy, he took full stewardship of The Great Clock so as to maintain temporal normality across the universe. After an incident in a parallel universe, used his "Time God Power" to reincarnate [REDACTED] into the body of Tokei Takehiko, whose body was vacant of his defining "Aiua".
(Origin: Ratchet & Clank Franchise

Sigmund
(Species: Cleanerbot
(Bio: Also known as Sigma 0426A and Junior Caretaker of The Great Clock underneath XJ-0461 aka "Clank", as of late (relativistically speaking) has become enamored with watching the events of other worlds, which The Great Clock's sensors record in an episodic fashion like sitcoms.
(Origin: Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time

Rift Detection Agency (RDA)
Founded in the wake of the Dimensional Border Distortion (DBD) phenomena, the RDA is responsible for the monitoring and immediate-response-to the opening of "Rifts" between the Counterside and Normalside. Their duties are primarily the quarantining of the general population away from where Rifts are or where they will be. Are recognizable by their yellow full-body hazmat suits and high-tech equipment, predominantly used to protect their number form transdimensional pathogens and other such contaminants. Is headquartered from I-Island in the Alpha District.

Space-Time Management Organization (STMO)
Founded in the wake of the Dimensional Border Distortion (DBD) phenomena, the STMO is responsible for the general harvesting, mining, and distribution-of resources between the Counterside and Normalside, as well as general oversight committee for the Taskforces that venture into the "Rifts" for the actual harvesting and mining-of transdimensional resources. Taskforces can specialize in a single form of resource harvesting or be multi-purpose, and thus don't have any singular uniform apart from timepiece-shaped Geiger Counters which monitor an individual's ability to withstand varying forms of Counterside radiation. Is headquartered from I-Island in the Beta District.

Time & Space Advanced Research Organization (TSARO)
Founded in the wake of the Dimensional Border Distortion (DBD) phenomena, the TSARO is descended from CERN and is responsible for all official research into the exact nature of the Dimensional Border Distortion, as well as the technology used to detect, predict, contain, neutralize, or otherwise interact with DBDs. Latest rumors speculate the attempted construction of Dimensional Ships capable of entering and traversing the Counterside at-will with speeds comparable to interstellar vessels. Is headquartered from I-Island in the Gamma District.

The Administration
A colloquial term for the oversight committee overseeing (but more-importantly coordinating) the actions of the Rift Detection Agency, the Space-Time Management Organization, and the Time & Space Advanced Research Organization in the interest of global security, independent of all United Nations oversight due to well-established unreliability concerning global affairs. Its membership is comprised of [INFORMATION REDACTED] and is headquartered from [INFORMATION REDACTED] [COMMENCING BACKTRACE]

Counter
A colloquial term for those vetted to join STMO Taskforces and enter Rifts into the Counterside. Anyone can join a Taskforce regardless of Quirk (or lack thereof), but primary screening for field assets is for a high Counter Reality Force (CRF); the factor which determines the ease at which a Counter can acclimate to the foreign "properties" of alternate worlds; a low CRF for example can cause a person to "glitch out" of existence, rapid Apoptosis being one symptom, while a worst-case phenomena is where one's every molecule "explodes at the speed of light" to quote one eccentric researcher. Rumors persist that those who exceed their CRF limit become Shadows, an existence comparable to "Demons" from Earth's various folklore.

Counterside
A colloquial term for "worlds that exist beyond Normalside", accessible through naturally occurring or artificially induced Rifts/Tears/Gates in space-time.

Normalside
A colloquial term for "Earth-1", the "observable world" from which all others seem to connect in one form or another.

Taskforce
Taskforce companies are organizations contracted and accredited by The Administration to carry out "anti-corruption warfare", as well as perform resource-gathering and research expeditions of the Counterside when stable "Rifts" materialize. Support staff acting in the Normalside do not need a pre-established CRF, but any field assets responsible for venturing into the Counterside need a certain amount of Counter Reality Force. While safety measures like those used by the RDA allow for some protection within the bounds of the Counterside, such equipment is prohibitive in movement; a death sentence should one encounter any hostile C.O.. Colloquially, those that venture into the "Rifts" in search of material wealth are considered "Adventurers", the title of "Drifter" normally reserved for one who has been an active field asset for more than a standard calendar year and ventured into the Counterside itself.

Counterside Object (C.O.)
The colloquial term for any form of matter (living or non-living) native to (any part of) the Counterside. Corruption Disaster (aka Counterside Effect (CSE))
"Corruption" is a phenomenon that occurs when the Counterside and the Normalside overlap. Based on its intensity, it is classified from Level 1 to 5, and as the Level increases, various phenomenon such as Unexplained Anxiety, Headaches, Extreme Aggression and Disappearance of Living Things are observed. During a disaster, a local reality collapse can occur and allow monsters known as Corrupted Objects (C.O.) to breach the Counterside and wreak havoc onto the Normalside.
