Here's chapter 6! Enjoy! Please let me know what you think! :)
"Hi Grace...What are you doing here?" Jack said awkwardly as he turned around.
"I'm here with my cheerleader friends...Who is she?" Grace said irritated.
"Uh...I'm Amy...It's nice to meet you, Grace." Amy said nervously.
"Nice to meet you too...So you have a new girlfriend already?" Grace said in a jealous tone as she looked at Jack after looking at Amy.
"No...We're just hanging out...I don't need to explain myself to you...Come on Amy, let's go." Jack said seriously to Grace and then he stood up with Amy.
"Ok whatever...Let's sit down, girls." Grace said annoyed and then sweetly as she walked to a table with the other cheerleaders.
"Is everything ok?" Amy said concerned as she walked with Jack to his car.
"Yeah it's fine...That was just my ex, Grace...I'm sorry about that." Jack said nicely as he unlocked the car with his key.
"Oh that's Grace Bowman! I think I had a couple classes with her last year. Thank you." Amy said kindly as Jack opened the car door for her.
"You're welcome...I guess we'll have to eat somewhere else...Where do you want to go?" Jack said pleasantly and then got in the driver's side.
"How about El Curro? It's a Mexican place right down the road." Amy said calmly.
"I love that place! Let's go." Jack said happily and he started the car.
Meanwhile at Amy's house...
"Where is your sister?" George asked concerned.
"She's out with Madison and Lauren...I assume she is...She left like an hour ago." Ashley said seriously.
"Ok that's good...Do you want a pizza or something?" George said nicely.
"Is Mom not going to cook dinner?" Ashley asked confused.
"No...I don't even know where your mother is...Chinese sounds good too." George said honestly.
"Dad! Can you please stop thinking about your stomach for a second...I think Mom might be...cheating on you." Ashley said earnestly.
"Yeah I figured...I don't know what I did wrong, you know? I love your Mom a lot." George said sadly.
"I know and I don't have any proof she's cheating but...I don't know where she could be." Ashley said truthfully.
"Me either...Let's eat!" George said disappointed and then happily as he grabbed the phone.
"I don't think I'm that hungry...I'll see you later, Dad." Ashley said a little annoyed as she stood up from the kitchen table.
"Hang on, Ash...Are you sure everything is ok with Amy?" George said with a worried look on his face.
"Uh...yeah...She's fine." Ashley said awkwardly as she looked at George.
"I can tell you're lying to me...What's going on?" George said sternly.
"How about you ask her? It's not my place to say...Bye." Ashley said honestly and she left the kitchen.
"Something really fishy is going on here." George said to himself and he started dialing the number for the Chinese place.
Meanwhile at Ben's house...
"How was your double date?" Leo asked kindly after taking a bite of his sandwich.
"It was fun but I don't think Chelsea liked me...But it's ok, I'll find someone." Ben said nicely after he took a sip of water.
"Oh? What happened?" Leo said curiously.
"She left after the movie so I guess she wasn't that interested." Ben said a little disappointed.
"All right...At least you had a good time...Also don't sweat it...You're only a freshmen so you have all the time in the world to find your dream girl." Leo said genuinely after taking another bite.
"Thanks, Dad...I hope I can find someone as great as Mom...I miss her a lot." Ben said honestly and then sadly.
"Anytime, son...I do too but we gotta keep living." Leo said seriously.
"Yeah I know...I'm full so I'll see ya later." Ben said smiling and he got up from the table.
"Ok later...I'm glad you liked the sandwich." Leo said happily as he stood up from his chair.
Ben walked upstairs to his room and called Chelsea.
"Hey Ben...What's up?" Chelsea said nicely.
"Hello Chelsea...I was wondering if you wanted to hang out again?" Ben asked confidently.
"Oh...This is awkward...I'm actually hanging out with another guy right now...I'm so sorry...You're not my type." Chelsea said sincerely.
"Ah ok...I understand...Sorry to have called." Ben said a little disappointed.
"No it's ok! I'm sure Alice has told you I sort of get around...Heh." Chelsea said sweetly and then quietly.
"Ha ha no...But I guess I'll see you at school." Ben laughed and then said seriously.
"Yeah sure! Oh before you go I know a girl you might like...She's really nice." Chelsea said kindly.
"Really? Who is it?" Ben asked anxiously.
"She's in band...Her name's Amy Jergens I think and is also a freshmen...I'll point her out to you on Monday!" Chelsea said calmly and then excited.
"Ok great! Thank you! See you on Monday!" Ben said happily.
"Awesome! Catch ya later! Bye!" Chelsea said enthusiastically and hung up.
"Yes! I guess this double date thing worked out. Amy Jergens, she sounds perfect." Ben said humbly while he laid down on his bed.
Meanwhile at Chelsea's house...
"There you are...What took so long?" Ricky said concerned.
"Sorry Ricky...It was my Mom...Where were we?" Chelsea said kindly and then seductively.
"Heh heh...We were right about here." Ricky grinned and he started to kiss Chelsea's neck.
"Ha ha...Wait Ricky...Are you sure you're done with Adrian?" Chelsea smiled and then asked seriously.
"Mmm...Yeah...We're done." Ricky said inbetween kisses.
"Uh...I don't know about this." Chelsea said awkwardly as she moved away from Ricky on the couch.
"Damn, Chelsea...What are you doing?" Ricky said a little irritated.
"I'm not doing you, that's for sure." Chelsea said honestly as she crossed her arms.
"Come on, girl...Stop playing me like that...You know I want you." Ricky said enticingly as he put his hand on Chelsea's knee.
"Sorry, Ricky...I changed my mind...Get out, now!" Chelsea said angrily as she stood up from the couch.
"Whatever...I could do better than you anyway!" Ricky said aggravated as he walked out the front door.
Meanwhile on the beach...
"That food was delicious." Amy said sweetly as she walked beside Jack.
"Yeah Mexican is always good...Heh." Jack said nicely as he brushed his hand against Amy's.
"Um...yeah...Sorry...Am I too close?" Amy said nervously.
"No...You're fine." Jack smiled as he intertwined his fingers with Amy's.
"Ok good...I'm so nervous...I'm sorry, Jack." Amy said sincerely as she looked down at the sand.
"You have nothing to be sorry for...Look at me." Jack said kindly as he touched Amy's chin.
"All right...If you say so." Amy said honestly as she looked up at Jack into his eyes.
"Can I...kiss you, Amy?" Jack asked gently as he put a hand on Amy's back.
"Um...Yes!" Amy said happily as she smiled.
Jack kissed Amy slowly as he pulled her a little closer to him.
"How was that?" Jack asked sympathetically.
"Mmm...That was amazing...You're a really good kisser." Amy said in an alluring tone after licking her lips.
"Ha ha thanks...You are too...But it's getting late." Jack said confidently and then concerned.
"Heh, you're welcome...Oh yeah...I guess we should get home." Amy said sweetly and then seriously after checking her phone.
"You're right...Um...Can I see you again, tomorrow?" Jack said nicely and then nervously as they started to walk back towards the parking lot.
"Uh...Sure! Just text me when you want to hang out!" Amy said joyfully as she smiled.
"Ok awesome! I had a lot of fun with you tonight!" Jack said in an excited tone.
"Yeah! I did too!" Amy said cheerfully.
Meanwhile at Adrian's apartment...
Adrian was brushing her teeth when she got a text from Ricky.
"Oh no...Now what?" Adrian said a little annoyed after she spit out some water into the sink.
Wanna hang out tonight? I miss you! ;) -Ricky
"Ha ha...Boy, you have gotta be kidding." Adrian said said seriously as she shook her head.
Sorry can't. My Mom's not working. I'll see you later. -Adrian
Adrian's phone rang and she picked it up.
"Are you for real?" Ricky asked a little annoyed.
"Yes...Besides, I thought we were done." Adrian said a little aggravated as she rolled her eyes.
"Are we really, though? I can't stop thinking about you and I didn't mean those things I said." Ricky said nicely.
"Heh, yeah right...Who's pants were you unable to get into this time?" Adrian said truthfully.
"Uh...no one...I've been home all night and I'm lonely." Ricky said quietly and then seductively.
"That's a lie...I'm going to bed...Good night, Ricky." Adrian said earnestly and she hung up.
"Ha ha...She'll come back around...They always do." Ricky said diligently to himself and he turned off his lamp.
Meanwhile at Amy's house...
"Out with it, Amy! Ashley said you had something to tell us." George said sternly.
"Are you sure, George? Ashley could be hiding something." Anne said concerned.
"Yes I'm sure! What is it?" George said angrily as he looked at Anne and then Amy.
"Ok...I...I met a guy." Amy said nervously.
"Oh that's great! Isn't that great, George?" Anne said relieved as she smiled.
"Yeah...that's just great...Who is he?" George said sarcastically and then curiously.
"His name is...Jack...I'm tired so I'll see you guys tomorrow." Amy said nicely and then tiredly.
"Good night, Amy. Love you!" Anne said sweetly as Amy went upstairs.
"Do you?" George asked rudely.
"Do I what?" Anne said confused.
"Do you love your daughters? You haven't been around lately." George said in an aggravated voice.
"Of course I do! And I have been...Good night, George." Anne said defensively and she walked up the stairs.
"Yeah, yeah...There's something fishy going on, all right." George said a little annoyed to himself.
I hope you're enjoying the story so far! Chapter 7 will be coming soon! :)
