Harry enthusiastically woke up, knowing that even though Snape was cryptic and had claimed he was working for Dumbledore, even though he killed him, he knew that Severus still worked for Dumbledore. And even Dumbledore acknowledged via comments or nods or nudges to Severus. Ron still believed Severus was a "greasy git", but Severus was now being more fair to the other houses and more strict on Slytherin, and Malfoy had no longer bullied Harry and his friends in front of Severus, instead doing it when no authoritative figure was around.
So, as soon as Harry woke up, he woke up Ron who called him a "selfish f*ing prat" and told Hermione to hit Harry, which she reluctantly (but somewhat, not) did. Nonetheless, Harry grabbed the yellow and orange book, where the title Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was embroidered on the front.
Harry was quiet and he didn't do any pranks for the Great Hall as Rogue this time and didn't make any snarking comments. All he did was look at the chapters for cut-off points for lunch, dinner, and bedtime and scan those notes for Calming Draughts.
The chapters were: The Dark Lord Ascending to The Flaw in the Plan. He handed the list to Minerva and she nodded.
Filius went to the stand.
"The next and final book is about Harry Potter's seventh year and is called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." Filius announced.
The Dark Lord Ascending, the book read.
Everybody groaned. Voldemort was already back. Why was he 'ascending'?
