It's been over several millennia since Adam has been down on Earth, however he knew the basics of running a restaurant. He fuckn invented it along with most other pre-industrial things. He knew that he would have to update himself on certain rules and regulations because shit like that changes. But making Eggs and pancakes doesn't. Because of this everything is running smoothly as he takes orders for people who come in.

Then a girl comes in and sits down at the counter. Ginger, pale skin freckles, blue eyes, t-shirt over a hoodie, plaid skirt, knee high socks, tennis shoes with braces and glasses. "Where's Chuck?" She asks.

"Chuck had to go off on business, he left me in charge. May I take your order?" Adam replies.

"One Mushroom and cheese omelette with hash browns with beef bacon. How do you know Chuck?"

Adam starts cooking her meal. "Chuck's my Dad."

"Chuck never mentioned having a son, especially one as old as you."

"Well, the old man is a lot older than he looks. How old are you 16?"

"19."

"You don't look it."

"Thank you."

"That wasn't a compliment, also who are you anyway?"

"I'm Alice and I am one of your regulars so I recommend memorizing my order. What's your name?"

"It's Adam."

"Well, Adam, maybe when you are available I could show you around!"

"I'll think about it. Here's your food by the way." Adam puts a plate in front of Alice.

"Oh, thank you. And you cooked the bacon exactly how I like it. So many people like to cook their bacon until it's basically burnt. You and your dad keep it flexible. You guys are also the only place with Beef Bacon."

"Well I hope you enjoy." Adam then goes and takes out the trash as a way to sneak a 5 minute break since the place is full and there are no need customers at the moment. "Hope you're doing okay Lute." He whispers to himself. After throwing out the trash he heads back inside and washes his hands before going to check on the different tables.

As it's a breakfast/lunch place he ends up closing at 3PM and as Adam is counting the money someone walks in as he didn't lock the door. "We're closed." Adam says.

"I'm not here to eat." A older man wearing a suit walks in. "My name is David Roth, I am the Rabbi over at Temple Beth El. My Daughter told me you were new in town and I would like to welcome you on behalf of the community."

"Alice is your daughter?" Adam asks

"She is."

"Is there anything else I should know? Or would you be leaving now?"

"We are holding a community get together with the Church that we share a property with. It's open to everyone who lives in the community no matter of they are members or not. So feel free to come."

"I will think about it."
