In Marinette's Bedroom...

Midoriya felt so much better now that Ladybug healed him. Something still felt a little weird. It was his quirk.

One for All.

He didn't quite understand it fully, but he was just happy to get back to training with her and Cat Noir. Speaking of Cat Noir, he wondered where he lived. Who he was.

And then, it hit him.

Cat Noir is Adrien Agreste.

He had figured it out when Mr. Aizawa and Ladybug had brought up finding Monarch. Cat Noir was fidgeting while they talked about Adrien's Father possibly being the villain was the only reason he'd be acting like that.

Then he looked at the posters on Marinette's walls. There were several pictures of Adrien Agreste everywhere. He wasn't one for this sort of thing unless it was superheroes, but it looked like more than about fashion. She liked him.

He couldn't just blurt it out this time around. If his father really is Monarch, this complicated things.

Since Mr. Aizawa left to look for more clues, he felt like he had to tell someone.

"Hey Midoriya," Iida said, "How are you feeling? You look good!"

"I feel great, Iida. I heard you carried me all the way here. Thank you for that," Midoriya said as he gave him a sincere bow.

"Anything for a friend. If there's anyone you should be thanking, it's Uraraka," Iida explained, "She sat by your side the whole time, taking care of you."

Midoriya's freckled face blemished slightly, but soon looked around to not find her anywhere. Everyone else was in here except her.

Jirou was listening to music with Ashido. Sato and Aoyama were going through Marinette's recipes. Bakugo and Kirishima were watching a movie, while Todoroki was trying to join in.

"Where is Uraraka?" Midoriya asked Iida.

"She's on the balcony. She told me she needed some fresh air."

"Oh, okay..."

Midoriya looked up to the balcony and was drawn to it immediately. He had to say something to her. She helped out a lot.

"I'll be right back."

He headed up to Marinette's bed, this time without blushing, and up to the balcony.

"Ooh, Midoriya," Ashido commented with sparkling eyes.

On the balcony...

Uraraka's hair blew in the wind as she took in the fresh air. She could smell the baked goods from up here and made her mouth water. Her stomach growled, but she still stayed on the balcony.

She couldn't go back down there just yet. Not with Midoriya in the same room as her. She's so glad that he's feeling much better, but...

First these weird feelings about Zoe, and now even Marinette. Living in her bedroom didn't help much either.

With Mr. Aizawa looking for more clues about Monarch, they couldn't leave just yet. Not unless Iida said so.

She just wished they could just go to school with Marinette and meet all of her friends. There was a girl that she spotted across the street with Marinette that looked like a really good friend. A smile formed on her face, feeling like they could be great friends. It made her miss her friends back home.

Maybe...

"Uraraka?"

She let out a yelp and accidentally activated her quirk. Before she knew it, she started to float off the balcony. But then, someone's firm and gentle hand grabbed her and pulled her down.

It was Midoriya.

"Don't worry, it's me," He told her.

A blush formed around her face and soon deactivated her quirk.

"Release."

Uraraka was back on the floor, in Midoriya's arms. Midoriya's freckled face looked tanner than usual, and she never noticed it until just now.

"U-Uh, th-thank you... Deku. You just scared me is all," Uraraka explained to him as she let go of him.

Uraraka held onto the railing and looked out at the school once more.

"Do you mind if I join you?" Midoriya asked her.

"N-No, go ahead."

Midoriya leaned onto the railing and watched the busy school along with her. He could tell just by the look in her eyes that she really missed the rest of their class. Just like he missed AllMight. At least he had One for All to remind him.

But she didn't have anything like that.

"Thank you... for taking care of me," He told her.

Uraraka snuck a peek at Midoriya, and he was doing the same thing. They both looked away, bashfully.

"U-Uh... It's no problem. Any of our classmates would do it," She said back, keeping her eyes on the school.

"Really? Even Kacchan?"

Uraraka tried to stop herself from bursting out laughing. An image of Bakugo taking care of him was now stuck in her head, and it made her laugh even more.

Midoriya smiled, so happy to see her laughing and smiling with him. He missed that.

"O-Okay, maybe not him," She told him after she started to calm down.

"Either way, I'm glad it was you."

His hand had touched hers without even realizing it, and he pulled back a little too harshly. Uraraka felt something the moment it happened.

It felt... good.

But then, Zoe and Marinette came into her head once he pulled away. Tears couldn't help but form under her eyes as she felt an ache around her chest.

"Uraraka, what's wrong?" Midoriya asked her full of worry.

"I-I can't do this anymore."

"What do you mean? What can't you do?"

"I can't keep these feelings down any longer... I miss my friends... And you... You were sick, and there wasn't such much I could do..."

She felt his hand once again. But this time, she pulled away.

"You did enough. And that's all I care about," Midoriya told her as he tried to look at her, "I miss my friends, too. AllMight especially. He's very important to me. Class 1-A is very important to me, too. I want to take care of them just as much as you do."

Uraraka turned around to face him, with tears still running down her face. Her rosy cheeks were warm and blemished from crying.

"And now, with Zoe and Marinette around... Do you like them?"

Midoriya was not expecting that. It was his turn to blemish.

"Zo-Zoe... She's just a friend. We went jogging together, that's it... And Ma-Marinette. I respect her as pro hero, but that's it," He explained surprisingly well, "Bu-But, why...?"

Before he knew it, their lips had met. Uraraka's feelings took over and finally felt what she'd wanted all along. If she couldn't get back to her friends anytime soon, then now was the time to finally tell him how she really felt.

She gently pulled away, and felt his warm breath against her face.

"Deku, I-I... love you," Uraraka told him, "I've loved you for a very long time. I saw how hard you work as a hero in training. So I tried pushing those feelings down, but I miss my family and friends so much I can't stand it. So... if you were to be with me while we figure out a way to get home, then that would make me so happy."

She smiled widely through her tears and didn't hold back.

Midoriya had never seen this side of her before, but something about it made everything so much better. He liked her since they first met, and now...

He wiped her tears away as gentle as possible, causing Uraraka to let out a gasp.

"S-Sorry! I-I just... I'm good at this... bo-boyfriend thing... but... if it was with you... then, that'd make me so happy."

Uraraka's smile grew even wider and more tears started flowing. Happy tears.

"Oc-Ochaco, let's find a way home together," Midoriya said as he stumbled for her hand.

"Oh, Deku!"

Uraraka leaped into his arms, and they held onto each other for awhile.

"Awww! You two are sooo cute!" Ashido cried out from behind them.

The new couple turned around and saw Ashido and Jirou peeking out of the balcony door. Ashido's eyes were sparkling with joy, while Jirou looked embarrassed to have seen anything.

"As-Ashido! Ho-How much did you see?" Uraraka asked her as she bounced away from Midoriya.

"Enough," Ashido said with a cheeky grin.

"I'm so gonna get you for this!" Uraraka cried as she ran back towards Marinette's bedroom.

As Uraraka and the others went inside, Midoriya stayed on the balcony. Something about his quirk was still bothering him, but not as much anymore.

He couldn't believe what just happened. He has a girlfriend now. It happened so fast, he forgot to mention Cat Noir.

Then, he looked back at the school and spotted someone heading in very late. Later than usual.

It was Adrien Agreste.

Without mentioning anything to his classmates, he leapt off the balcony and headed for the school.

During lunch...

Marinette sat at the lunch table with Alya, Nino and Zoe. She didn't feel Iike eating, not when Adrien was no where to be seen. He never showed up for classes in the morning. Not that she still had romantic feelings for him, but she still hoped he was okay. He was still a very good friend.

Zoe and Alya were worried about her.

They knew she was Ladybug, but they couldn't speak about it in front of Nino and everyone else.

Marinette played around with her salad, wondering how the heroes in training were doing back home.

"So, Zoe," Alya said to break the silence, "Are you seeing anyone?"

Zoe was thrown by this question. Especially since she's not interested in stuff like that.

"No, of course not. Why would you think that?" Zoe asked her back as she took a sip of her drink.

"Because I saw you jogging with that Izuku kid from Japan. He's pretty cute, don't you think?"

Zoe didn't know how to answer that exactly, so she took a bite out of her sandwich. Sure, he was cute, but she didn't like him like that. Besides, she just met the guy.

"We're just good friends," Zoe said, "Marinette's met them, too. They came over to see the Bakery Shop. It was very fun."

Zoe gave her wink at Marinette, and it got a chuckle out of her.

"You did? Why didn't you tell me this?" Alya asked her best friend.

"I just haven't had the time. Besides, I think he might have a secret crush," Marinette said, "There's this girl with him with short, brown hair. You might remember her from your LadyBlog you live streamed."

"Really? She likes Izuku? You're going to have to get me an interview with them at some point."

Marinette laughed at her excitement, "I'll see what I can do."

In the corner of her eye, Marinette spotted the boy she'd been worrying about.

"Adrien?"

They all turned around and saw him stumble over a chair. He looked like he hadn't slept very well, and his hair was a mess. None of them had ever seen him like this before.

Even Marinette.

"What's Adrien doing here so late?" Nino asked them, "He never called me or texted me."

"Well... He left me a voicemail..." Marinette told him so he wouldn't worry.

"What? What did he say?"

"It wasn't anything to worry about per say, but..."

Adrien was heading over to them, His green eyes focused on Marinette only. She wanted to curl up in a ball and disappear.

"Oh no..." Marinette thought as her face began to heat up.

"H-Hey, Marinette," Adrien said with baggy eyes, "I haven't seen you in awhile. Can we talk?"

"Uh, hi Adrien. Um... Now's not really a good time," Marinette told him.

"Are you feeling okay, dude? You don't look so good," Nino said as he got a closer look at his face, "You look like you didn't sleep much."

Cat Noir sleeping on her balcony suddenly popped into Marinette's head, and she tried to shake it off. Even if Mr. Aizawa brought up Felix possibly being Cat Noir, that didn't mean it was possibly the other way around. It couldn't be.

"Look Adrien, I just don't have feelings for you anymore and--"

"Don't have feelings anymore? You mean, you did?" Adrien asked his green eyes widening with hope.

Marinette's blue eyes grew wide as well, but for a completely different reason. She'd slipped. And now, he knew.

"U-Uh... um, well I..."

Marinette almost fell over her chair when she saw Midoriya hiding behind the salad bar. A few people recognized him as Izuku Midoriya, but they kept their distance. He looked like he was eyeing Adrien. And he looked serious.

"Sorry Adrien, but I've gotta go! I'll see ya later!" Marinette cried out as she ran off and pulled Midoriya out of the cafeteria.

Luckily, Adrien didn't spot Midoriya watching him. But someone else had.

Lila Rossi.

Another great chapter! Midoriya and Uraraka are together!! I love them, I think they're so cute, and with everything that has happened in this story, I thought it made sense for this to come up.

Midoriya's suspicious of Adrien. What's going on now??

More to come soon!
