Back at the school...

Midoriya couldn't believe what he was seeing and none of it made him want to run off. If anything, he wanted to stay even more now. Confetti flew all over the place as students welcomed them back. Class 1-A entered the school, feeling surprised to see so many people celebrating their victory to defeating Monarch. Even Mr. Aizawa was a bit thrown off, especially when he saw Principal Damocles joining in on the party.

Nino ran over to them and shook Midoriya's hand, who was still wearing his hero costume. Rena Rouge gave him a wink, making Nino blush.

"Welcome back, Izuku!" Nino cried over the cheering, "I knew you guys could defeat HawkMoth!"

"Thanks, uh..." Midoriya said, not knowing who she was exactly.

"Sorry, I forgot we've never actually met before. I'm Nino. Me and your friends here got to know each other a bit more while you were... you know..." He introduced.

Class 1-A looked confused for a moment as they noticed a banner saying, Ladybug and Cat Noir Won! and another one saying, HawkMoth Defeated!

"HawkMoth?" Uraraka asked her.

"Yeah, we decided to just go back to what he was first known as just to make it easier for everyone," Nino explained as he pulled Midoriya in closer to the party, "Come on, everyone wants to see you!"

Midoriya felt a blemish form around his face as he was tugged towards some of Nino's friends. Some of Midoriya's friends stayed by his side while others went to grab some drinks on a food table. Mr. Aizawa decided to stay with him just in case something went wrong with the Miraculous.

Midoriya was a little nervous once Nino walked up to a bunch of people he'd never met before. But then, he spotted someone that was just with them but must've detransformed when no one was looking, and his smile grew wide once she spotted him.

Zoe ran over and gave him a big hug. It was nice to see a friend from around here.

"Izuku! I've missed you so much!" Zoe cried out, giving him a wink, "I knew you'd come back!"

Midoriya felt his face turn bright red since he didn't expect someone to run in and hug him so tightly. He at least didn't expect her to detransform. Once he'd realized who it was though, he gave her a hug back.

"It's nice to see you again, Zoe," Midoriya said with a smile on his face, "It feels good to be back."

Zoe noticed Uraraka standing next to him and gave them a bit of space. She was just so glad to bring Midoriya back.

A few more of Nino's friends joined in, finally getting a better look at Midoriya and his hero costume.

"So, you're Izuku Midoriya? It's nice to finally meet you," Nathaniel said to him, "I like your hero costume by the way. You should let me sketch it for a new comic book I'm working on."

"It's so cute! I love the bunny ears!" Rose exclaimed, looking like she wanted to reach out and touch them.

"Rose, give him some space. He just got here," Nino said to her, "Sorry about her, she's just excited to meet you. Ever since the interview Alya put up, we've all been wanting to meet you, actually."

"Interview? What interview?" Midoriya asked Uraraka with a confused look on his face.

Uraraka looked at Midoriya with a slight embarrassed look on her face as she pulled him in closer.

"When you were, uh... captured by Monarch, we kind of had an interview. We might've said some things about you..." Uraraka explained, making his cheeks grow even redder.

"You should've seen your girlfriend, dude," Kim said to him, "She was pretty angry at Lila. She even picked a fight with her!"

"Yeah, I've never seen her do anything like that before," Ashido pointed out, letting a giggle slip out.

Uraraka rubbed her head in embarrassment, making her rosy cheeks stand out even more. Midoriya's glistened when he'd realized what she'd done for him. He didn't know this girl Lila very well, but whoever she was obviously had a grudge against Ladybug and Cat Noir.

"So, you've finally shown up..."

Uraraka heard that annoying voice and sent a glare her way, only it wasn't Lila this time around. It was Chloe and her friend, Sabrina.

They walked up to Midoriya, completely ignoring Uraraka. She looked him up and down, as if judging his hero costume. Then she spotted something around his belt loop, and her eyes locked onto it. She sent a dirty glare straight at him, knowing full well what it was.

"You've got to be kidding me," Chloe said with so much disgust, "Broccoli Boy's hero costume looks utterly ridiculous. What's he suppose to be, a bunny rabbit?"

Chloe and Sabrina laughed together, causing Midoriya to hide the bunny ears. Then he noticed that none of Nino's friends were laughing, but instead, they were all glaring at her. He let go of his costume and stood tall.

"Chloe, what're you doing here? If you're just going to make fun of him, then you should leave," Rena Rouge told her, "You might've been Queen Bee once, but that was a long time ago."

"Besides, Izuku didn't do anything wrong. He just got captured by Monarch! Lay off, Chloe!" Zoe yelled at her, surprising even herself.

Mr. Aizawa wanted to interrupt and separate his students from Chloe, but then the Parisian heroes had finally arrived just in time for the party.

Midoriya spotted them landing in the middle of the crowd, and people went nuts for them. Nino's friends forgot about Chloe for a second and were so excited to see Ladybug and Cat Noir finally showing up.

All of the attention was on them, but Midoriya noticed Chloe was staring daggers at his Miraculous. She gave him a knowing smirk and walked away while Sabrina followed her.

Whatever just happened with Chloe, Midoriya knew that she wasn't done with him just yet.

Ladybug and Cat Noir were shocked to see the school covered in confetti, along with two big banners. Cat Noir looked down once he saw one of the banners say, HawkMoth Defeated! His partner noticed this right away and placed a hand his shoulder for support.

She gave him a warm smile, and they walked further into the party. They found some of Class 1-A scattered around the school, talking to some of their friends. Even Bakugo seemed to be enjoying himself for once, which made Ladybug laugh.

They soon spotted Nino with Midoriya and a couple others hanging out by the band that was performing. It was Luka and his band, Kitty Section. Ladybug made eye contact with him, and she for once, was okay with being around him and Cat Noir at the same time. And now that she knew he was Adrien, it made her feel much lighter.

She noticed Midoriya was looking around for someone. He looked a little worried about something. Ladybug was going to check on him, but then her friend jumped in with excitement in her eyes.

"Ladybug! Cat Noir! You've finally arrived!" Zoe called out over the loud music.

"Of course, I just didn't expect there to be a party for us!" Ladybug called back to her.

"What're you talking about? You guys are our heroes!" Nino called out, "I just wish Marinette and Adrien were here to celebrate with us! I hope Adrien is okay after what happened..."

Ladybug and Cat Noir gave each other a knowing look, but she could tell he'd okay. They just hoped Natalie was feeling better at this point.

"I see you got Luka and his band to play for us," Ladybug pointed out.

"Yeah, he insisted on playing for you two," Nino told the heroes, "He's actually a fan of Kyouka's. He said so himself."

They all turned to Jirou, who was watching the band play, and she was really into it. She couldn't take her eyes off of the band. The style was a bit cringy for her, but she couldn't deny the fact that whoever this Luka was, definitely knew how to play the guitar.

Ashido and Uraraka shared a look, and they seemed to know what the other was thinking. They both walked up to the band once he finished a song and pointed over to Jirou, making her blush. Luka smiled at her and agreed to what they had to say.

Ashido gave him her phone, and he hooked it up. Jirou watched this exchange for awhile with a suspicious look, but then Luka grabbed the mic and turned over to the crowd.

"Alright, everyone. I have a special request from a couple of new friends from Japan. Apparently, someone is a very talented singer, and she's going to perform for us, right now! Come on up, Kyouka Jirou," Luka said as he pointed at her near the stage.

Jirou's face heated up from embarrassment, and turned to her friends giving her a big thumbs up. Luka walked up to her, giving her his hand to pull her up on stage. She looked up at him, and he had such kind eyes even though she didn't know him. It reminded her of Adrien when he gave her the Black Cat Miraculous. She looked over at her friends once again and spotted Cat Noir giving her the go ahead.

"You can do it," He mouthed out to her, Ladybug taking a notice of this.

Jirou's blushing faded away a little, and she took Luka's hand. She stood on stage, with some of her friends surprised to see her up there.

"This girl right here, Kyouka Jirou, is one of the heroes that helped save Paris from HawkMoth!" Luka announced as everyone cheered for her.

Jirou stood there, looking really nervous, but also really proud of herself for helping so many people.

"So, Kyouka. Will you do the honors?" Luka asked her, and he handed her the microphone.

Jirou with shaking hands gripped on the mic, and Luka pressed play on his phone, playing a song she knew very well. Being the only one in the band that was at the party, Bakugo took notice of this and actually felt good about it. Luka started to play the guitar along to the music, getting the gist of it.

And then, Jirou started to sing Hero Too.

Ladybug didn't expect her voice to sound so gorgeous, and Jirou was really into it. She watched the crowd start to dance along to the song, especially Class 1-A. They seemed to have a specific dance to go along with the song, and eventually the students all around them started to pick up on it. She felt a smile form on her face as everyone joined in on the fun. Even Principal Damocles seemed to be rocking out to it.

She laughed at how amazing this all was. It almost made her tear up.

Ladybug turned to Cat Noir and noticed that he wasn't dancing. He was just watching Jirou sing. His green eyes sparkled since all he could do was watch her perform for them.

And then, there was a moment Ladybug noticed and wished she'd hadn't.

Jirou locked eyes with him, and he didn't flinch. Not even a little. For a moment there, it looked like he let out a long sigh. Something about it looked like she shouldn't have been there to see them like this.

She looked back at Jirou, and Ladybug recognized that look. She once had that look on the day Adrien gave her the umbrella.

Jirou was falling in love.

Another amazing chapter!

This was a fun chapter to write! A really cool party for the Parisian Heroes! Yes! It seems that Chloe might know what the keychain is, and she might come back. Everyone's so excited to finally meet Midoriya! Luka and his band are performing! But wait, what's this?? Jirou and Cat Noir might like each other?? Uh oh... That was actually really fun to write!

I wonder what's going to happen next??
