The song wasn't even over, and Ladybug walked away feeling something she wished she didn't. Rena Rouge took notice of this and followed her into the restroom. Ladybug made sure there was no one else in the restroom and detransformed. Tikki floated into her bag around her shoulder, and Marinette looked like she was about to tear up.

"Marinette?" Tikki said with big, purple eyes.

Marinette turned on the sink and splashed some water on her face. Someone opened the restroom door, and Rena Rouge walked in with a worried look on her face.

"Trixx, Let's Rest," Rena Rouge said as she detransformed, revealing Alya.

Trixx went into her bag that was around her hip and stayed quiet so they could talk.

"Marinette? What's wrong?" Alya asked her.

The first thing that Alya noticed was that Marinette's eyes were a little puffy. She knew things with were weird between her and Cat Noir right now, especially after she saw him take off his ring to give to Jirou. Her and Zoe were both shocked.

"Alya, I didn't think you'd come in," Marinette said to her as she wiped tears, "I'm fine. I just... needed some space is all."

Alya looked out the door to make sure no one was heading this way. They were in the clear.

"Come on, Marinette. I can tell this has something to do with Cat Noir," Alya said quietly, "Especially since he's... Adrien."

Marinette's eyes widened at the realization of Alya finding out that her crush was actually her superhero partner all this time. She didn't remember anything like that coming up while they were fighting Monarch, unless...

"Me and Zoe find out when he gave Kyouka the Black Cat Miraculous to hold onto for awhile," Alya explained to her, "He needed the Ladybug Miraculous when you were..."

"Wait, he gave the Black Cat Miraculous to Kyouka?" Marinette questioned.

She only remembered a little image of a girl in a black cat costume, and now she knew it was Jirou all along.

"It all makes sense now," Marinette mumbled to herself.

"Marinette?"

"I'm okay, Alya. Really... I just... really wish Cat Noir didn't turn out to be Adrien..." Marinette confessed.

Alya's eyes widened underneath her glasses, and she gave Marinette a hug. She might've known why she was upset, but all Alya wanted to do was give her best friend a hug.

Marinette thought she was already over Cat Noir turning out to be Adrien Agreste, but once they came back from the mission, it seemed to come back at her in a way she wasn't expecting. She just hoped it wasn't anything, and that it was all just because Jirou was a good singer.

Once they let go of each other, they could hear Luka start up the band again after Jirou's song had ended.

"Come on, let's go back out," Alya said to her, "I'm sure everyone would love to see Marinette Dupain Cheng back in action."

Marinette let out a giggle at that comment and followed her out of the restroom.

Once they had found Midoriya, he looked a little worried about something still. He'd noticed that Ladybug was no longer in her hero costume and walked up to her carefully. He wanted to go along with that they hadn't seen each other since the day he'd accidentally hurt her.

"I-I'm sorry about the other day, Marinette," Midoriya said to her, not very good at acting.

Marinette almost burst out laughing at how bad it was, but she tried to go along with it anyway.

"It's okay, Izuku. I know you didn't mean it," Marinette said, putting her hand out towards him, "Friends?"

Midoriya smiled at her and took her hand in his.

"Friends."

People took notice of this, and Alya took pictures of them holding hands for the LadyBlog. The people needed to know that things were okay now.

Outside the school...

Chloe stomped down the stairs of the school as more people entered. Sabrina tried to keep up with her, but there was just too big of a crowd, and she fell behind.

"Chloe! Chloe, wait up!" Sabrina yelled out, trying to catch her attention.

She wouldn't turn back, not until she had a plan of some sort. Just by looking at that lame keychain, she knew it was a Miraculous given to him by Ladybug. She'd never seen it before, but it was definitely one of them. Whatever it was, she felt like she needed it all to herself. She deserved a Miraculous, and if she couldn't have the Bee Miraculous, then maybe another one might suit her more.

"Chloe Bourgeois," A familiar voice echoed across the street.

Chloe looked up and saw Lila Rossi, walking over to her with a confident look on her face. She didn't except someone like Lila to show up so close to the school after what had happened with her and Monarch.

"Lila, what're you doing here?" Chloe asked her, "If I were you, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near this dumb school. Not after what you did."

Lila rolled her eyes and gave the school a dirty look.

"I just figured you'd be leaving early. Besides, didn't you see the news?" Lila asked her, "I mean, everyone knows that Monarch was Gabriel Agreste all along. Adrien's father is now in jail."

Chloe eyes widened as she looked back at the school. She didn't watch the news, that wasn't something she really ever does. At least, not since she stopped being a fan of Ladybug's. Adrien definitely wasn't around when she showed up at the party, and for a moment, she felt like going back there to see if he was okay.

"Don't worry about it. I'm sure Adrien is okay," Lila reassured her, "But, that's not why I'm here. I'm here because I know you don't like Izuku."

Lila opened up her jacket to reveal something Chloe was not expecting her to have.

The Butterfly Miraculous.

"I-Is that...?" Chloe asked, but was speechless to find her wearing it.

"Yes, I stole it from Ladybug right before she could take it away from Gabriel Agreste," She explained to her, "She has no idea I even have it."

Chloe gave a confused look and tilted her head.

"Why are you telling me this? We're not exactly friends you know."

"But, we could be. I always thought we'd make a great team, you and me," Lila said to her as she placed her hand on Chloe's shoulder, "If you help me out, you might be able to get back at Izuku. Him and Ladybug are the ones that started all of this. I can even get back at his girlfriend for taking my Fox Miraculous. What do you say, Chloe? Are you in?"

Chloe gave a Lila a smirk as she reached out a hand. Chloe didn't hesitate and shook her hand.

"Since you're the one who helped Monarch, I've gotta know something," Chloe said to her, "Did Ladybug give Izuku that weird Rabbit Miraculous?"

Lila didn't expect her to say something as ridiculous as that. She didn't even know what she was talking about, but it definitely intrigued her. Whatever this Miraculous was that Chloe was talking about, Lila knew it had something to do with Monarch.

"Yes, I saw Ladybug give it to him before I left Monarch. For good."

Another amazing chapter!

This ended up being a short chapter, but I think it works out! Marinette is starting to realize some things about Cat Noir and Jirou, and her feelings for him. Midoriya and her finally showing everyone that they're okay now. But, Chloe and Lila seemed to be joining together to go after Midoriya, Uraraka and Ladybug! Something's up with Lila...
