Ace sighs as she picks up her phone knowing this will and won't be a fun phone call, "Ace thank god," the worried voice of Graham comes through the end of the phone.

"You've been waiting to hear from me?"

"I have, I wanted to call you right away, but Tegan who notified me of the news report was still on the phone with me and told me to wait for you to phone me."

"So you have been waiting impatiently for me to call you?"

"For once, I usually am ok waiting for your call, because it means you are home safe."

"I am not home right now, Charlotte and told me what I was going on, I wanted to make sure you were alright."

"I am, I meant what I said today, I love you."

"I wish I was face to face with you right now."

"Why."

"So, I can see your face when I tell you this."

"Why don't you come by or call me when you leave the office and I will meet you at your place."

"I like the sound of that Graham, I will shoot you a text when I am on my way home, so I can tell you in person."

"I will be waiting for it," Ace can hear the smile in Graham's voice. "Want me to let you go to deal with the wolves."

"You know one day; you might have to face them when they find out who you are."

"As long as I have you by my side and in my heart, I can do it."

"I will definitely be by your side."

"I'm glad to hear that."

"There is no doubt that I want to remain by your side."

"Same here."

"I probably should make a few more calls so I can beg off and spend more time with you."

"I'll let you go." Ace hangs up as Nyssa comes back in.

"Did you tell him?"

"No," Ace puts her hand out, "I want to tell him in person, so I will be texting him when I leave, so he can head over to my place."

"You really love Graham."

"I do."

"Good, now let's get those last phone calls, my wife will probably want to see me, and your Graham is probably waiting right by his phone."

"Let's," while Ace is going through the motions of making the last phone calls her mind wanders over to how she is going to tell Graham that she loves him. A few hours later Ace is shooting off a text as she leaves the office at the same time as Nyssa, they are greeted by a few reporters who ask them questions about what will be happening. One of them asked Ace who the guy she was kissing.

"He is great and supportive of me." With that Ace gets in her car and drives home. She smiles when she sees the car of the man she loves. Getting out of the car she realizes that he must still be in there. "Graham," she knocks on the window, which startles him. Graham looks at Ace and smiles widely. He motions her to move back and gets out of the car.

After he gets out of the car, "may I," Ace nods her head, Graham brings his lips to her in a kiss and slides her bag off her shoulders.

"Was that a way to get my bag?"

"Eh, maybe a little."

"What if I asked if you had a bag in your car with clothes?" Graham opens and shuts his mouth, no words coming out, "we wouldn't have to do anything you weren't ready for."

"I don't know what all I am ready for, but I do know I will like being in your arms."

"I like being in yours too, come on, Graham let us go inside." Ace grabs his hand and they get to the stairs leading up to her house she gets an idea. She turns around and has Graham stay on the ground right before the first step.

"Ace?"

"Graham O'Brien, I realized I didn't tell you something earlier today."

"Which is?"

Ace wraps her arms around his neck, "I love you."

He quickly sets her bag down, then wraps his arms around her waist and gently lifts her off the step, "I love you too," Ace bends down her head as they share a kiss. As the kiss ends Graham sets Ace down on the step. "You love me."

"And you love me." They stand there just looking into each other's eyes, both pairs glowing. "Want to come inside my love."

"I do," Graham reclaims the bag with one hand and her hand with the other. "Want something to eat?"

"Shouldn't that be my question?"

"It can be both of ours, but seeing as we both love to eat, that should be the answer."

"Set my bag anywhere and follow me to the kitchen." Graham does as he is told and when Ace's back is against him he comes up behind her and wraps his arms around her.

"What sounds good," he kisses her cheek as he asks the question.

"We can have an easy meal of vegan grilled cheese sandwiches."

"Sounds good to me; do you have tomato soup; I can make that while you make the sandwiches."

"I do, sounds great." They get to make their dinner then eat it, "how was your day?"

"It was fine, I spent most of the time on the couch. Thinking of what to do. Minius visiting you and talking to you every day, and Ryan most days, my days have become mundane."

"What do you want to do?"

"I don't know, all I know is that I want it to be flexible so I can still have lunch with you."

"Those lunches are very important to you; like they are to me."

"Very important to me, it gives me a chance to see your beautiful face."

"Graham," she giggles, "you already have my heart, no need for the flattery."

"I know, but it's true. What about your day?"

"It was fine, do you want to know my favorite part of the day?"

"Of course."

"I will show you," Ace leans forward as her eyes close, her lips come into contact with Graham's. When the kiss breaks both sets of eyes slowly open, "did you like me showing you."

"I did, may I."

"This way," after turning off the stove, Ace directs them to the couch and they sit on it and face each other, Ace moves closer to Graham as she brings him in for a kiss.
