Previously on Island Buddies; They stood in each others arms until there was knock on the door "Kara? You in there?" Tommy's voice came from the other side of the door.
"Yeah" Kara cleared her throat as Oliver let go of her and opened the door.
"Ollie" Tommy said before hugging his best friend. "Hey Tommy" Oliver hugged him back.
"What are you doing in here?" Malcolm said from behind Tommy.
"I was just checking on Kara, Malcolm" Oliver gave a slight smile towards Malcolm before leaning into Kara's ear "Come to my place if you need anything" he whispered before kissing her check.
She nodded before he left. "You're dating Oliver?" Tommy immediately asked causing Malcolm's eyes to open wide.
"What!?" Kara asked shocked "No of course not! Oliver and I have been through a lot together and we've just grown close!" She told her brother.
"Good" Malcolm said "Because I do not want my little girl dating playboy Oliver Queen," he said kissing her forehead "Now you're all set to come home."
Kara nodded.

Queen Mansion
A black sedan pulls up to the house. The trunk opens and the driver reaches for the wooden suitcase but Oliver stops him.
"I got it" Oliver told him. Oliver and Moria enters the house "Your room is exactly as you left it. I never had the heart to change a thing."
A man walks up to them "Oliver. It's damn good to see you." Oliver eyes the man "It's Walter... " they shook hands "Walter Steele."
"You remember Walter, your father's friend from the company."
Oliver walked past the Walter and to their maid Risa "It's good to see you, Raisa." Oliver smiled at her.
Risa smiled back at Oliver "Welcome home, Mr. Oliver. Mr. Merlyn phoned. He and his sister wants to join you for dinner."
"Wonderful." Moria said "Oliver?" Oliver walked over to the staircase "Did you hear that?"
"Hey, sis." Oliver smiled at younger sister.
"knew it. I knew you were alive!" She hugs her brother not wanting to let go of him.
"You were with me the whole time."

CNRI Office
"Come on, Laurel. We're lawyers, not miracle workers. We can't win this!" Johanna told her friend.
"If we can't win a class-action suit against a man who swindled hundreds of people out of their homes and life savings, then we're not fit to call ourselves a legal aid office." Laurel said back.
"And if we go bankrupt in the process, we won't be a legal aid office. Hunt has an army of lawyers, and they're ready to bury us."
"You and I against an army. I love those odds" Laurel smiles. "Why do you hate me?" Johanna groaned.
Laurie scoffs as she hears the TV in a distance.
"And in other news, details as to the castaway story you've all heard about...the son and daughter of two very wealthy billionaires will soon become a legendary story. Jessica now has more details and the complete castaway story."
Laurel turns her head in the direction of the TV.
"The Queen's Gambit" was last heard from more than 5 years ago. Mr. Queen has reportedly confirmed he was the only survivor of the accident that took the lives of 7 people, including local resident Sarah Lance. Survived by her sister, Laurel... We are still waiting on Ms. Merlyn's comment."
The TV was shut off and everyone turns their head towards Laurel.

A Lucy giggled as her boyfriend hugged her behind as they listened to the TV.
"Ugh this again?" The Lucy groaned.
"What?" Adam asked his girlfriend placing little kisses on her neck.
"These two billionaires were found."
"And in other news, details as to the castaway story you've all heard about...the son and daughter of two very wealthy billionaires will soon become a legendary story. Jessica now has more details and the complete castaway story."
This caught Adam's eye.

He backed away from his girlfriend confused, how she survived.
Lucy cut off the TV and looked at her boyfriend with a confused look on her face "You okay babe?"
"Yea-Yeah" Adam stuttered grabbing his things "I have to go" he kissed her fast and left the small apartment.

Merlyn Mansion
"After 4 years, everything that was once familiar is now unrecognizable. The face I see in the mirror is a stranger."
Kara looked at her scars as the memories came flooding back in her head.

Flash; The Grant Helicopter

"There's a storm coming!" The pilot told the couple sitting in the back.
"Turn around!" The Adam shouted as he turned back to his girlfriend.
"What did you want to tell me?" Kara asked her boyfriend "It must've been big if you were taking me across the world" she said.
"It is..." her boyfriend sighed "Kara listen, I want to brake up."
Kara's heart dropped "You-You what?" She was shocked and heart by this "You literally just proposed to me last year!" She began to hold her finger up.
"I know but I realized that I don't love you the way you love me," he sighed "Listen keep the ring—"
"No." Kara cut him off taking the ring off her finger and throwing it into the wavy water underneath them.
"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" Adam shouted "DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT RING CAUSED!?"
"DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH OF AN ABUSIVE ASS HOLE YOU ARE TO ME!?" Kara shouted back.
Next thing she knew she was out of the Helicopter falling and landing in the water.

Kara was staring at a photo with her, Oliver, Laurel, and Tommy in it she was brought out of her thoughts by a knock at her door.
"Kara?" She turned at Tommy's voice "You ready to go?"
Kara pulled her shirt of her head and nodded "Let's go" she smiled following her brother out her room.

Oliver stared at the picture on his mirror of him and Laurel, thinking back to the island.
He was brought back to memory by Tommy's voice. "What did I tell you? Yachts suck." Tommy chuckles.
"Tommy Merlyn."
They hug.
"I missed you, buddy." Tommy said.
"Where's Kara?" Oliver asked.
"She's with Thea" Tommy said noticing the look on Oliver's face "Dude are you screwing my sister?"
"What!?" Oliver looked shocked "No!"
At the dinner table; Oliver sat at the end of the table while Walter sat at the other end, Thea sat next to her mother and Kara sat next to Thea and Oliver while Tommy was on the other side of Oliver.
"Ok. What else did you miss? Super bowl winners... Giants, Steelers, Saints, Packers, Giants again. A black president, that's new. Oh, and "Lost," they were all dead...I think" Tommy was catching Oliver up on this.
"He wouldn't shut up about on the way from the hospital earlier" Kara said groaning and rolling her eyes.
Oliver and his family laughed as Tommy only stuck his tongue out at his sister "Excuse me for wanting to catch my sister and best friend up on what they've missed."
"What was it like there?" Thea asked and the table goes quiet.
"Cold" Oliver and Kara said at the same time sharing eye contact.
"Tomorrow, you and me, we're doing the city. You've got a lot to catch up on" Tommy pointed at Oliver.
"That sounds like a great idea." Moria smiles.
"Good. Then I was hoping to swing by the office." Oliver says eyeing Walter and his mother.
"Well, there's plenty of time for all that. Queen Consolidated isn't going anywhere" Walter said.
Raisa comes to set a bowl of pears on the table. She trips but Kara catches her and restores her balance.
"Oh, I am so sorry, Miss. Merlyn"
"Это не беспокойтесь (It's no worry)" Kara said Tommy looking at his sister stunned along with Risa.
"Kara, you speak Russian?" Thea said.
"I didn't realize you took Russian at college, Kara" Walter said impressed.
"I didn't realize you wanted to sleep with my mother, Walter" Oliver told Walter.
Silence fills the room and the tension returns. Moira looks at Oliver then at Thea. "I didn't say anything" she held her hand up in defense.
"She didn't have to."
"Oliver...Walter and I are married, and I don't want you to think that either one of us did anything to disrespect your father" Moria explained.
"We both believed that Robert, like you, was, uh, well, gone." Walter said.
"It's fine" Oliver said, he stands up "My I be excused?" Moria nods.
"Hey, don't forget about tomorrow, buddy" Tommy said, Oliver patted his shoulder and leaves the table.
Later that night - Oliver's bedroom
It's raining heavily, the window is open and Oliver is seen lying on his bedroom floor asleep by the window soaking wet.

Flash - Queen's Gambit

"1, 2, 3. It's getting closer."
"That's not very scientific."
Oliver said handing Sara a glass.
"What would you know about science, Mr. Ivy League dropout?" Sara asked in a teasing voice taking the glass from Oliver.
"I happen to know a lot about science. I know about fermentation. I know biology" He kisses her.

Moira wakes Oliver. He wakes up in attack mode, flips her and puts his hand to her throat.
"Oliver? Wake up. Oliver?" Moria shook her son who was laying on the floor.
"Oliver!"
Oliver looks at Walter then down at Moira, he releases her quickly and moves back to the window horrified.
"I'm sorry. I'm so... I'm so sorry"
Oliver apologized and growled into a ball as Walter helps Moira up.
"Oh, it's ok, Oliver. It's all right, sweetheart. You're home. You're home."
