A/N: Double Feature this weekend guys! To celebrate my B-Day I wanted to get this out for ya'll! Enjoy :)

No.

I refuse to fall again. I grit my teeth and struggled to sit up, uncaring of the dizziness that messed with my balance, uncaring of the pain that wracked my body. I forced myself to stand up once more. I could practically hear my muscles screaming at me as I strained pushing myself to my feet. I stood triumphantly, if wobbly, as I looked dizzily at the others and only saw either blank stares or worried ones.

"Don't push yourself too much, kid. It won't do you any good aside from destroying yourself." Okram spoke, his face blank as he approached me. Was he flying? I was too dizzy to see straight.

"#8, take him to the room for him to rest." He continued after placing his hand on my shoulder and tightened his grip to stop me from collapsing because of the touch. I barely saw Nameless bound herself forward to take my arm under her neck and helped me walk across the wide area of the room, past the collapsed three, who I saw slowly get up and trudge their way in the direction we were leaving.

We walked in silence, as I blacked out and woke up on multiple occasions I couldn't tell if it was comfortable or otherwise. When we reached the dorm-like room, Nameless laid me on the bed I had slept on for the first night I was here. As I rested on the bed she had turned around, causing her upper back length dark brown spiked hair to billow slightly, and started to walk to the door.

"Thanks…" I mumbled, my throat dry as I looked to the ceiling. I heard her stop and some shuffling.

"Why?" She asked curtly, her voice cold as I presumed her face to be blank. I gave a weak chuckle, I could feel my body getting comfortable enough to start shutting down to rest.

"Why not?" Was all I said as I heard some more shuffling and… was that a huff? Before the door opened.

"Yoma. My name is Yoma." Nameless- Yoma finally revealed. My eyes widened as I turned my head to look in her direction only to briefly see her back as the door closed behind her.

I sighed, with a small smile as I turned back to the ceiling. A new prompt hovering in front of me.

I smiled as I dismissed the prompt before closing my eyes as sleep claimed me not even a day after I had woken up.

When I came to, again, I noticed the lights were off and that everyone else had returned and was sleeping. Sighing quietly, I finally opened the rest of the notifications, both new and some old ones, and went through them. I gained 3 Endurance and 5 Agility from the grueling sprint yesterday and 1… Intelligence? It says it was from Ki training, alright, I guess? Looks like Intelligence is the Ki Stat apparently. Moving on, I continued going through before seeing the last few notifications.

Persistence has been Reworked!

It now activates when you either reach 0 HP or 0 Stamina.

It will only activate once per rest.

My eyebrow ticked in irritation, I guess the game didn't take me having a one-time use Deus Ex Machina as a fallback that well. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before moving on to the last notification.

Game has been updated!

Perks have been added!

Flaws have been added!

Do you want to move to Perks Selection?

{Y/N}

I blinked. Why were Perks added? Not only that, but Flaws too? Weren't Feats already Perks though? Mentally tapping {Y} I watched as the words shifted and a new screen popped up with a large selection of Perks as well as a counter in the top right that said {Perk Points: 4}.

Scrolling through, I quickly selected the ones that fit into my pre-existing build without being too obvious… With one exception. I had to take {Giant} since that's what I was seen as in my previous life, might as well continue that trend, huh?

After my Perks were selected, I moved on to the {Flaws} section and saw that there was a large list too… and a randomizer button. I didn't think twice about the Randomizer and tapped it. I watched with bated breath as two bars appeared and started rolling through flaws like that of a slot machine from casinos in my last life. I waited as they kept rolling and rolling for what felt like minutes before they finally slowed down and landed on:

{Telekinetic Anomaly} and {Magical Malady}

Confusedly I opened both to see what they did and saw that they increased the damage I take from Telekinesis Damage and Magical Damage. In other words, beings like Ginyu, Guldo, and Babidi will deal more damage to me if I ever fight them.

'Oh, who am I kidding? If I ever go against Frieza, I have a high chance of fighting the Ginyu Force. As for Babidi, He could be anywhere since he's not on Earth yet.' I thought to myself forlornly.

Sighing, I closed the windows before looking over my adjusted stats and nodding with a smile. Even though I was Legendary, I had noticed that I'm nowhere near as strong as Turles, or as durable as Raditz, or even as fast as Yoma. But I will reach there, I had to, in order to live life without worry. I felt tired again, no doubt from the system wanting to adjust my body to my Perks while I slept. So I closed my eyes, I needed every ounce of power to do so.

I awoke to the alarm that was used from the previous day and followed the others out, there wasn't any real fanfare like the last few times. It was almost… monotonous. We followed Okram to the large room again, where he had us stand in a line before him again.

"After seeing how you all performed from the Performance Analysis… I can say with absolute certainty that most of you will die on your first mission." He spoke, his voice unwavering as he told us that he expected us to die. I could feel the irritation from my fellows at that. How could I not? I had to hold myself back from speaking out in denial because of the sheer fact that he was probably right.

"That's why for the next three Stellar Cycles, the lot of you will be training within this room. By the time I'm done with you, I expect each of you to be able to kill three Red Saibamen in one one-on-three combat." He spoke with a charisma that made me, and no doubt the others, believe he could get us to that goal he had set, if not then beyond it. I watched Okram as I felt some of my confidence drain from the sinister smirk he gave us.

"Welcome to hell." These were the words he spoke as he proceeded to train us into the ground for the next three years.

I groaned as the training finished for the day. For the past three months, Okram has driven us into the ground with speed, strength, and ki training. Whenever we had gotten tired or slowed down he would either yell at that person or shoot a ki blast at their feet. At times, it felt more like he was trying to kill us than trying to train us to be stronger. But today… it was different, it had felt lighter, Okram hadn't pushed us like he normally would. Whenever someone slowed down, he didn't bat an eye. It was almost like he was letting us rest while still training us. As we filed out of the training room at an earlier-than-normal time, I gave him a searching look over my shoulder. As our group of now eight walked down the hall, I had to ask.

"Anyone else notice that Okram was… less intense today?" I asked for confirmation, hoping I was wrong and our training was paying off. I heard a snort from in front of the group, a new guy who'd only been here a few weeks.

"Pfft, your weakness is driving you mad." He spoke, arrogance filling his voice as if he were the very best with no equal.

"Yeah, actually. Something is up, he's never been that calm yet felt… on edge before." Turles spoke up, his voice gaining a serious tone midway through as I saw Yoma and Raditz both nod in agreement with his brief assessment of our caregiver.

"Not only was he both calm and on edge, but he also kept reading his scouter. Yet he only wears it once every ten cycles and never reads it like he was today." Yoma brought up as I heard some noises of confirmation come from the group. I had noticed that he wore it once in a while, just not exactly every 10 days.

"Something's going on then, right? Something big?" I asked quietly and received shrugs and a "Maybe" from the group, I did ignore the one scoff though.

I took the time to mentally go over our group. Those below the trailblazers who were solidly in the top at the top had closed the gap, even though we would lose in prolonged combat, we most likely wouldn't lose immediately like we would have when the training started. The new guy we had gotten was surprisingly strong, easily tying with me at position four in my mental power scale of our group.

Granted, it's probably not all that accurate since we haven't done any sparring since I had to be healed on my first day. I shrugged as we entered our room and stopped as resting on each of our beds were boxes. I looked at the others in confusion as we all went to our beds and looked at our own identical box. Each of us looked to the other, waiting for someone else to open theirs first to see if this was a trap. We knew this was our homeworld, but we also knew that we weren't liked all that much by the non-Saiyan inhabitants.

As I was looking at Raditz, the sound of a box being opened echoed through the room. All of us in sync looked at the sound while tensing ourselves as one of the weaker Saiyans had tentatively opened her box before gently setting the lid on the bed. With a confused look, she turned her head to us.

"Guys… You might want to open yours too…" She spoke, her voice holding as much confusion as her face as she turned back to the contents of her box.

Turning to mine, I hesitantly opened it only to look on in confusion, within was a fresh bodysuit, a dark red that matched my hair with a fresh set of gloves, boots, and new body armor that was white with black pauldrons. The most curious thing, however, was that on the left breastplate, above the heart, was a deep blue insignia in the shape of an Oozaru. Looking around, I saw that the others were pulling out or holding up similar armor, but there was another insignia. A red Oozaru.

"Does anyone know what these mean?" I asked and saw negative head shakes and "No/Nope" all around. Just another question for later… I guess. At least I won't have to wear my armor that Red Saibaman shredded through a few months back.

Sighing, I started changing into my new equipment as everyone else was still observing their own.

"Why're you changing now? Shouldn't you wait until tomorrow?" I heard Yoma ask from across the room. I shrugged in response.

"I could, yeah. But with Okram acting weird all day and now all of us getting brand new gear? Something's happening, and I'd rather be ready than not. Just in case." I responded, letting the partial paranoia I had in my previous life bleed through here. Especially considering that this is the Dragon Ball Universe with other fandoms mixed in. You never know when something could happen.

I had to stifle a laugh as I heard the shuffling of clothes behind me, it seemed that my reasoning was solid enough that at least a few of us agreed and had started changing too.

Unlike usual where we would all fall asleep after trudging our exhausted bodies to our beds after training, we actually relaxed for once. Capable of just sitting, chatting with each other, giving tips on training methods, and how to manipulate our ki. It was peaceful. The kind of peace that I longed for but never had for so long in my past life.

When everyone had grown tired, when the laughter had turned to yawns, I laid down and thought of everyone in our group. We didn't have much time, if any at all, to have any real conversations with each other. Sadly, I wanted to have friends in this life. I know I'm five or six, but it never hurts to have friends… right?

As my eyes grew heavy, I reminisced about today, the kind of peace we had. The camaraderie we had developed over the last three months that we trained. It was something I will strive to keep, strive to grow strong enough that it won't be shattered. For that peace is what I want the most.

BOOOM

The sound of an explosion woke us, causing some panic among our group as we were jolted awake from the sound of an explosion and the ground shaking from a tremor. I groggily looked around and saw that the ceiling was caved in near the entrance.

"Get up guys! We're under attack!" I barely made out Yoma's voice through the ringing in my ears as I stood up from my bed and watched as Turles and the newest recruit moved the rubble out of the entrance, allowing us to see the light of the sun shine through the doorway.

Why was the sun shining through? Weren't we ins..ide oh… Oh. I rushed out with Raditz and Yoma, following behind Turles and the new guy as I heard the others following us. As we passed the threshold, we saw that the entire side of the building was gone. Someone or something had destroyed it. Flashing lights above caught my vision as I looked up and saw a veritable war happening in the red sky. I watched Saiyans and Frieza Force soldiers fighting aliens. I watched as the war continued, with warriors on both sides dropping, but the majority seemed to be on our side.

"We need to get out of he- grrk" I heard the new guy start to say before he was cut off. Snapping my head down, I saw that he was held up in the air, blood streaming down his chin from the mouth and dripped onto the yellow energy in the shape of a spear piercing through his stomach.

My eyes widened at the sight as I didn't think that I would encounter another fandom so soon. Especially in these circumstances. But knowing my luck, of course, something like this would happen. The thoughts I had of having more time before encountering another fandom were forgotten as my eyes locked onto the yellow glowing ring on the hand that held the yellow spear.

The Yellow Lanterns had invaded Planet Vegeta.
