Papyrus is confused as to why Undyne is so upset about the scars on his hand. It's nothing serious after all! Why is everyone freaking out about it? Everybody has a way of coping with things, his coping just happens to involve scratching, what's wrong with that? According to his friends and family, a lot of things are wrong with that.

Frisk never speaks, nobody knows the true reason why, and nobody questions it. But what if she could express herself without uttering a single word? She gets a notebook from Papyrus that she could use to speak in. Using her poor writing, she explains to her skeleton friends the true reason she never uses her voice.
