"Hmmmm, next on the list is Izuku Midoriya, he did well enough on the written part of the exam, and thanks to that stunt of his not only did he manage to gather more rescue points than anyone else this year but he also managed to get the 7th highest score this year, without defeating a single robot" Said principal Nezu as he looked over the papers placed on the table in front of him.

"What should we do with him? we've never had a case like this before" Said Midnight, she too was reading the papers placed on the table.

"I say we let him in! he had the courage to face the zero pointer head on and the power to back it up!" Said Present Mic with a grin as he looked at a screen on the room, replaying a video of Midoriya punching the zero pointer.

"He did so at the expense of his own body, that little stunt of his broke both his legs and one of his arms, had examenee Ochako Uraraka not been there to save him he could have died on that fall".

'Well we do have counter meassures to ensure that can't happen but i see your point Eraser, nevertheless i think he may have the potential to overcome his lack of control of his quirk, so i have a propossition, we let him in, and place him under Eraserhead's watch, he'll have the final word on what to do with him". said cementoss

"I see no reason to opose this so i agree, what do you think Eraser?" spoke Present Mic once more.

"Works for me" said the tired looking hero.

"It's settled then, Izuku Midoriya will be placed in class 1-A" Said principal Nezu as he gathered Midoriya's papers and placing them inside a folder with the sign 1-A marked on red on the front.

"Next up is... Alua? there's no other name on her file" said Midnight as she picked the next paper on the pile.

"Ah so she's the one"

"You know her sir?" asked Cementoss after hearing the principal 's response.

"No, but detective Tsukauchi contacted me a few days ago, asking for a favour regarding this particular examenee."

"What, we play favourites now?" said Eraserhead while looking at the principal.

"Nothing of the sort, aparently she's part of an ongoing investigation, acording to detective Tsukauchi she was found about 3 months ago, with no memory and no aparent family, he requested that, should she become a student here we'll be on the lookout for any signs of her recovering her memory, or should we find any clues that may help on his investigation to we should keep him informed about it."

"Well for that to happen she'd have to become a student here, so let's see how she did in the exam" said Present Mic while taking a look at the file in front of him "her quirk is a combination of flight and a form of telekinesis"

"She scored average on the written part of the exam, she seemed to struggle in math and english the most" Said Midnight.

"she managed to get 37 villain points during the practical exam, and we gave her 20 rescue points for helping free her fellow examenees and acting as a distraction for the zero pointer, with 57 points, that places her in 9th place in the exam, that leaves her just 2 points behind examenee Tetsutetsu and 3 behind Midoriya" said Cementoss.

"Her quirk seems to work with a time limit, however she seems to recuperate from it's use rather quickly".

"But seems easily distracted, she forgot about her time limit and ended up crash landing at the end of the exam" Said Eraserhead.

'Very well them, how should we proceed?" asked principal Nezu while looking at the teachers around him.

"WaAah!" screamed Kat while getting up from her bed in an instant, right before being forced to lay back down after feeling dizzy from getting up so fast.

"Mreow?"

"i'm okay Dusty, it was just a nightmare" said Kat as she turned to her side and gave Dusty a small hug.

once again she had that dream, just like every time it happened before she felt herself falling across the sky, a great pillar extended as far as the eye could see, and Dusty was nowhere to be found.

"Meow?"

Yeah, i'll be fine, i just need a moment" she said and at hearing that her small feline companion got up, took a step towards her and placed himself by her side, his head pushing against her chin as he purred.

"...thank you" said Kat giving her companion one last hug before getting up from her bed, in no hurry this time, she looked at her clock and noticed that once again, just like every time she had that nightmare she had overslept.

"We should get ready to leave, it's almost time for me to get to work".

"Mreow" Said Dusty not too happy at that, he always behaved while at her boss's office, that didn't mean he liked being there.

"Oh hey, UA's results should be coming in today or tomorrow right? wonder if we made it, oh hey do you think Mina got in? it would be nice to start school with a friend right?"

at the mention of the pink girl Dusty turned around while giving an angry "huff" he still hadn't forgiven her for picking him up without a care in the world.

"hehe, relax she just thought you were cute, it's not her fault your just a big grump" she said in a joking way to the cat while she got her uniform from a box besides her bed.

"Pfffft" said Dusty, not bothering to look at her, acting the complete opposite as to how he was just two minutes ago

She could only laugh at him.

"Alua!" she heard Ms Nakamura's voice behind her, she stopped cleaning the table and turned towards her boss.

"Ma'am?"

"Come to my office, there's something you need to see"

"oh, yes ma'am" said Kat as she hurried towards her boss, she knew that making her wait would just make her angry.

When she made it into Ms Nakamura's office she saw that Mr Takeo was there too, along with 2 people she didn't expect to see today.

"Syd?, Mr Tsukauchi? what are you doing here?"

"Sorry for coming unanounced, the UA results are here, and since you forgot to write your adress in the forms for UA we decided to pick them up and bringing them to you directly" Said Tsukauchi while handing her an envelope with a red wax seal on it, the UA logo displayed proudly on it.

"Err sorry about the adress, a keep forgetting to memorize the name of the streets." Kat said while thinking 'i could write Pipe house in front of the beach', but the beach was kinda big so she'd probably need to learn the names of the streets nearby.

"It's no problem, besides we have to ask you anyway, have you remembered anything this past few weeks?" said Syd in a frienly manner, Kat could see Ms Nakamura making a weird face at Syd, she seemed to dislike him for some reason, but that was probably because he liked joking around a lot and was kinda lazy.

"Eh, no, nothing"

"well it was worth a try, i suppose, anyway, we'll leave you to read your letter, we'll be just outside when you're done" Said Mr Takeo, while walking out of the office, Ms Nakamura and the two officers walking behind him.

and just like that, she was alone in the office, well not really, Dusty was with her but she wasn't expecting everyone to leave her here so suddenly.

Well she might as well take a seat right?

sitting in the very same chair that her boss had interviewed her months ago before being hired she sat, placing the UA letter on the desk in front of her.

Dusty jumped from the ground and on to her legs, while looking at the envelope too, he looked almost as nervous as her.

"Let's do this" she said with determination and removing the seal from the envelope she expected to see a piece of paper within.

instead the first thing she saw was a small metalic disk.

she pulled it out of the envelope, confused as to what even it was when it suddenly started to glow.

"I AM HERE AS A PROJECTION!!!!"

"ALL MIGHT!?!?!?!?!?" She screamed in surprise.

"NOW, YOU MAY BE WONDERING WHY IM HERE, YOUNG ALUA! WELL YOU'RE LOOKING AT UA'S NEWEST TEACHER, AS SUCH I'LL BE THE ONE TO SHOW YOU YOUR RESULTS FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAM!" All might said as he pulled a small button from his suit, pressing it brought a small screen behind him.

"NOW, WHILE YOUR WRITTEN EXAM WAS FAR FROM PERFECT, YOU DID MANAGE TO SCORE IN THE AMOUNT OF CORRECT ANSWERS YOU NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE HERO COURSE."

Ah so she barely made it on the written exam, her boss won't be too happy to hear that.

"NOW LET'S MOVE ON, TO THE PRACTICAL EXAM, YOU GOT 37 POINTS DURING THE EXAM, HOWEVER, DEFEATING ROBOTS WAS NOT THE ONLY OBJECTIVE OF THE EXAM" He said as he pressed the botton on his hand again and the presentation behind him showed various names on a list.

"THERE'S ANOTHER WAY TO GATHER POINTS IN THE EXAM, ONE THAT WE DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT BEFORE THE EXAM, AND THAT IS BY HELPING YOUR FELLOW EXAMENEES, FOR HELPING FREE THOSE WHO WERE TRAPPED AND DISTRACTING THE ENEMY TO GAIN TIME FOR YOUR ALLIES, WE GIVE YOU 20 RESCUE POINTS YOUNG ALUA!"

As All might said that he took a step to the side, finally allowing her to see the entire screen behind him.

Alua: 37 villain points 20 rescue points.

Not only that, on the left of her name was a number 9.

"THOSE 20 POINTS HAVE ALLOWED YOU TO REACH UP TO THE NINTH PLACE IN THIS YEAR'S EXAM, WELCOME YOUNG ALUA, TO YOUR HERO ACADEMIA!!!"

And with that the hologram vanished.

"WE MADE IT DUSTY!!!!!!" Said Kat while getting up from her seat, Dusty in her arms, he too looked exited.

Her coworkers congratulated her, as did Tsukauchi and Syd.

Mr takeo threw a bunch of confetti around, in celebration, Ms Nakamura scolded him for that, but she too looked happy on that moment, she congratulated her and even gave her a small hug.

these were her friends... her new family and as long as they supported her, she felt like she could do anything!

well to be honest this was going to be a part of the previous chapter, but i liked it more like this, made into two parts.
