"I've come for my important mission!" Shima winked.

Yukio lifted the Black Fire guns.

Shima held up his staff.

"Sheimi!? Yukio?!" Rin gasped.

"This man who calls himself Lucifer..." Kuri asked. "Where did he come from?"

"Lucifer?" said Shima. "Is that what he calling himself? He was once a demon like Rin. He took a body and it's rotting. He's obsessed with finding an immortal body."

"The Illuminati," said Kuri. "That's what he said... Is that where they're from?"

"Yes," said Sheimi. 'They were banished by the Order long ago, but they have returned. This land sparkles with a great power. The area of the Order is veiled in the great aura of a hidden power. He's probably been drawn to it."

"Intentionally... Accidentally..." Yukio said. "A twist in the time according to Mephisto. They could be coming from it. And, unless we defeat this being, this world will be cornered into ruin."

"This being?" Rin asked.

"The one we are supposed to defeat," said Yukio. "The biggest enemy. We almost had them. Until somebody interrupted us by barging in."

"Yukio!" Sheimi said admonishing. "Rin, We're sorry for dragging you into this."

"But! You're like us!" said Rin. "Right?"

"But these enemies, against Lucifer," sayid Sheimi. "We must face against them. Interference is useless."

"We'll help you!" said Kuri.

"Don't," said Yukio.

"What?"

"It's too much for you," said Sheimi.

"But! We've been fighting until now!" said Rin. "We're fighting too!"

"Until now it's been different! The form the demons are taking, and the way they're invading, is a complete mystery. So defeating the biggest enemy is something you can't do. This is our jurisdiction."

"But...!" Rin said. "We can't even help you?"

"Rin," Sheimi said. "Don't waste our time. The mission must be accomplished smoothly."

"Come on, you can't be so serious," said Shima. "We'll handle it, K?"

"What?! Damn it Renzo!" Bon yelled.

"We had to leave the Infinity district because our cover was blown!" said Yukio. "The enemies might come looking for us! Is that the kind of danger you want to face!? We live in those condominiums, to keep an eye on the Illuminati. We will not fail. We will take out the being."

Rin stared at him.

"Don't look like that, big brother," he said. "We didn't want to confuse you."

"We three have special powers you don't have. We've been awarded stronger powers and stronger items. Leave things to us." Shima said.

"Wait," said Bon. "What kind of thing is this biggest enemy? Is it that powerful an enemy?"

"Bon." Shima said.

"The stronger familiar you carry," Bon said. "Are they from the Shima family?"

"The ominous oracle..." said Kuri. What is it!? Your mission..."

"Our biggest mission, is to bury the biggest enemy. The god of ruin." Sheimi admitted.

Later: Bon read the newspaper in the kitchen.

"'Members of the True Cross Order have gone missing. They are looking for the responsible party. Dead bodies were found in the botanical garden. The garden has been closed, and the land development has been stopped.'"

"What next?" Kuri thought. "The s. And Sheimi, Yukio, and Shima. What do they want to do? The god of ruin. What could its true form be!?"

Kuri got up and left, lost in thought.

"So the mad scientist is causing an uproar again," says Bon.

"Bon, do you know him?" Rin asked.

"He was a world-famous scholar of genetic engineering. Seven, eight years ago. But he was probably too quick to announce his research, and he was banished by the scientific community."

Rin sat reading.

"Wherever I searched," he said, "there was no data on Professor Moeto's past. Finally I found something."

"Life's work: 'Superhuman'?" Kuri said.

"He continually repeated his genetic experiments on animals, and was outcast by the scientific community. He put his experimental know-how out for sale, and it was bought up by the Illuminati. Two years later, there was a fire while the buildings were under construction. Kuri Hikawa (8) Critical condition.

"After that, all life vanished from the professor's face."

"Say, Rin," said Bon. "You should watch Kuri's appearance. As an exorcist, you must search out the enemies' territory, uncover their real identity, and get rid of them. Their invasion is being concealed. We must stop it at any cost. I still think Professor Moeto is suspicious. Your duty might be dangerous and full of hardships. Can you do it?"

"As an exorcist..." said Rin. "And as a man. I understand. I'll do it."

"Ohh..." said Satan. "My source of life is losing strength. We must get it quickly... We will eat up the tiny souls of the humans soon. For my revival, take the infinite power similar to that of Gehenna! The lights of protection should be gathered. Our ruin will be eliminated! We've finally found the land of peace. We won't give it up to anyone!"

Lucifer walked to the pool of water. "The lights are rapidly gathering in this land. They're being drawn to the land's aura. Something is going to happen. The lights of the protection of three new spirits... This does not bode well. These lights are stronger than the others. Are these exorcists!? Is it too late to stop the path to ruin!? Professor Moeto watched as Lucifer ordered the last of his minions to do away with Rin.

"Rin," Bon called. "The movie's starting!"

"Kuri hasn't come," thought Rin. "I've already waited nearly an hour. What's wrong?"

"You go on ahead," he sids to Bon. "I'll call Kuri." He went to a phone. "Nobody's answering... Maybe... she's fallen down again, and can't contact me..." He walked to the Research Labs.

"It's so cold here..." he thought. "All those dark clouds..."

"How does using those new parts feel?" Moeto asked, examining Kuri's body.

"Fine, dad," Kuri said. "I'm getting used to them."

"They're a new development of cells and neurons," said Moeto. "The materials and receptors are state-of-the-art. Soon you won't have any more accidents."

"I have to hurry," thought Kuri. "Rin might have already gone home. I'm really late." She bent her arm up. Her skin began to glow, and wires joining her muscles together showed through.

Rin stared in through the window. Their eyes met. "Rin!?" Kuri called.

"I'm sorry," Rin said. "I... Er... I barged in here..." He turned and ran away.

"Rin!" Kuri grabbed her chest and dropped to her knees. "A fit... Again..."

A fire blazed in Kuri's memory.

"Kuri!" Her mother shouted.

"Mom!" She called. "It's hot!"

Kuri opened her eyes in the hospital. "Dad?"

"Good morning, Kuri," said Moeto. "You're awake? How are you feeling?"

Wires were under the skin of her arm and her legs.

"Are these...?" She looked down in shock.

"I didn't want people to know the secret of my cold body that blood doesn't flow through. I was all by myself. Dad only cared about his research. I thought I was going to die all alone." Kuri began to cry. "I finally made a friend. Until he saw my body like this. How is there any use in living? Is there a point to my life...?" She held her head. "My forehead... hurts! Like it's on fire!"

Yukio, Sheimi, and Shima watched her through the window.

"Who are you?" Kuri said. "Are you... Death? Why are you looking at me with such pity!?" She threw her amulet out the window, and it flew through the three vanishing figures. "It hurts..." she thought. "From my forehead, through my whole body... Like someone's trying to burst out... Someone's taking over my body..."

"What should I do?" Rin thought. "I shouldn't have seen that...It surprised me. What should I do? I ran away from Kuri... Did I hurt her!?" He looked to the sky. "Rain? This is... Hail? In this season!? It's numbing... I'm losing strength... This is strange hail!"

"It's hailing," said Bon. "Better hurry ho—Rin?!"

"The dark clouds are spreading from the direction of the Infinity School," thought Yukio.

Kai appeared outside. "The Infinity School runaway, Yukio Okumura," she said. "I've found you."

The glass in the window shatters.

"Yukio!?" Sheimi and Shima thought.

"Heh, you're here, Illuminati," Yukio said grabbing his guns.

"Yukio!" Sheimi called.

"Exorcists." Kai said.

"Yukio and the others are fighting an enemy over the Infinity zone!" said Rin, getting up.

"We don't need to save those guys," said Bon.

"We'll save the people of the city and those three!" Rin said. "Kuri…we'll have to leave her behind."

"What happened, Rin?" Bon put a hand on his shoulder.

Rin shook his head. "Let's go.

Meanwhile, Kai was attacking the three on the roof.

Suddenly Rin attacked with his flames—but Kai split into two. Kai and Hai.

"It's a Hydra demon you idiot!" Yukio shouted.

"Are you the vessel?" The demon chorused, looking at him.

"We'll kill you, scum!" the three exorcists shouted, coming to Rin's defense.

"Huh? Don't kill anyone!" Rin cried. "She's…manipulating them?"

Kuri ran to him. "Rin! I'm sorry for not telling you…what's going on?!"

"She's turned them dark side!" Rin cried.

"Well there's something cool I can do." Kuri said. "Here Rin. Take my hand."

Her hand was skin stretched over machinery. Rin took it without hesitation.

"Rin you're the Son of Satan." Kuri said. "And that's a demon. Raise your fire super hot for me, ok?"

Rin looked at her, terrified. "I-I can't!"

Kuri kissed him, and his flame burned brighter. The Hydra stared at them.

"My Lord! My Demon Prince! I gladly give you my life!"

The demon erupted in flames and vanished, as the exorcists looked on in shock.
