Saiyan Anti-Hero

~July 15~

"Superboy, come on we don't wanna be late for the birthday party." Kali called from the training center of the cave with a wagon holding several plastic wrapped things.

"Why do I have to come along? Can't you just take Megan with you?" Superboy asked coming up to her.

"Because 1, her uncle has forbidden her from going off world for at least a year as a way to prove herself capable of managing a life on this planet, and not backing out of her choice to come to earth. 2 I handed in my invite with you as my plus one, two weeks ago, and 3 you're like my brother and Gohan and Goten are really looking forward to meeting you." Kali explained. "Now come on, or we're gonna be late."

"Hold it you two."

Kali and Superboy looked over to see Batman coming to them, and he had an unusually grumpy face. Well, grumpier than he normally looked anyway.

"Where do you think you are going?" Batman inquired.

"We're going to Bulma's birthday party. I RSVP'd two weeks ago, and have already told you it's not something I can miss out on." Kali said. "I even booked Superboy as my plus one."

"You can go, but Superboy stays. He's got some self-control training he is to attend today, and it's not, optional." Batman said.

"But…"

"It's fine Kali. Go on without me, and give Bulma our gift." Superboy said, putting a hand on her shoulder.

"Fine." Kali sighed grabbing the handle of her wagon. "But you better learn something in your self-control training or I'll be mad." She stated, before using Instant Transmission.

~Cruise Liner~

"Okay guys are the bingo prizes ready to go?" Bulma questioned her staff.

"Yes Ma'am." One of the wait staff said.

"The grand prize is super valuable, and it took a lot of effort to assemble, so be extra careful." Bulma stated.

"Absolutely ma'am." The waiter said.

"Bulma I'm here." Kali called out, after appearing with instant transmission.

"Kali, I'm so glad you made it." Bulma smiled, bringing Kali in for a hug. "What's all this stuff?"

"Mainly treats and stuff I baked for the party." Kali smiled pulling out a couple boxes from the wagon. "But these two are your birthday presents. One's from me, and the other's from Superboy."

"Speaking of, where is that supposed brother of yours?" Bulma inquired.

"He wasn't able to come. Batman's keeping him on a short leash, today's excuse was self-control training." Kali sighed as one of the waiters took the presents from her.

"That brute doesn't know when to relax and have fun, does he?" Bulma questioned.

"Hey Kali." Trunks said running up to her.

"Hey there trunks." Kali smiled, before reaching into one of the plastic wrapped parcels. "Is it alright if he has this Bulma?" She asked, pulling out a cupcake.

"Sure, but only one as to not spoil his appetite. Then again, he does have his father's appetite." Bulma chuckled.

"Awesome, thanks." Trunks smiled, taking the cupcake and eating it.

"Hi Bulma, Kali."

The two women turned around to see Gohan, Chichi, Videl, and Goten coming in their direction.

"Trunks." Goten smiled running to his friend.

"Goten hey." Trunks smiled.

"Welcome aboard, glad you all made it." Bulma smiled.

"This boat is insane Goten, there's a million rooms at least. Come on we gotta check them out. Let's explore." Trunks said.

"Yeah alright." Goten cheered, running with Trunks past Kali, and snagging the cupcake she was secretly holding out for him to take as he ran by. "Hi Kali, bye Kali." Goten greeted as he ran past.

"Happy Birthday Bulma, we're so glad we can celebrate with you." Videl smiled.

"That's right, happy birthday girl." Chichi exclaimed.

"We hope it's a great year." Gohan said.

"Thanks guys, I'm glad you made it." Bulma smiled.

"Guess we're a little early huh? Was Kali the first one here?" Gohan asked.

"I wish. The bikini inspectors have been here for a while." Bulma said, turning to glare at an old man and a pig who were starring through the cruise linger binoculars on the side of the ship.

"I got this." Kali sighed, marching up to Roshi and Oolong.

"Hurry up Oolong, keep those coins a coming." Roshi said eagerly looking through the binoculars, peeping on the girls on the beach in their bikinis.

"It's my turn old man. I thought I was the hog." Oolong said.

"Oh but out, I just found a sweet spot." Roshi said. "Yeah, that's it ladies. Shake what mama gave ya. Damn this bloody nose." He exclaimed stuffing rolled tissues into his nostrils.

"Hurry up." Oolong complained.

"Have some patience piggy I'm almost done." Roshi said before looking through the binoculars again, spotting one girl sunbathing and about to remove her top. "Jackpot."

But before he could enjoy the view, he was conked on the back of the head, with his face hitting the ship's deck, with Oolong joining him.

"Ow, what the hell was that for you dumb broad?" Oolong questioned looking up at Kali.

"Oh shut it you perverted pig." Kali said. "There are impressionable children on this boat, and some women, who would feel very offended by your actions."

"An' just who the hell are you to talk to us like that?" Roshi asked.

"Huh, guess my dad never told you about me in the last month. I'm Goku's daughter." Kali said. "I know how to do both the Kamehameha Wave, and the Galick Gun, and if either of you try perverting on any of the women here on the cruise liner again, I'll use both those attacks, to send your asses to other world. Got it?"

"Got it." Oolong and Roshi said, hugging each other in fear, before Kali sighed and walked off.

"Impressive, you actually mastered Vegeta's Galick Gun move?" Gohan asked.

"I did. Took a lot of training though, but I managed to master it. First villain I used it on was a giant robot named Mister Twister with powers similar to our mother hen at Mount Justice, Red Tornado." Kali said.

"Red Tornado?" Chichi inquired.

"He's an android able to produce and control tornados and twisters." Kali exclaimed. "He's only shaped like a human, but aside from that, he doesn't much look like one."

"Well, you're about to meet an android that does look and sound human. You've both got a lot in common actually." Bulma smiled.

"Speaking of which, I can sense Krillin's energy approaching. No doubt 18's with him." Gohan said. "I'm also sensing Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, and Puar's energy as well. They should be here any minute now."

"Well, in the meantime, who wants some cupcakes and brownies?" Kali asked going to where her cart was.

"Oh, I couldn't possibly, I'm trying to watch what I eat." Chichi said.

"That shouldn't be a problem. See all these treats I made, they're not actually traditional cakes and pastries. They're actually made of vegetable and fruits. Mainly stuff children don't like to eat, made to look and taste like stuff they do like to eat." Kali exclaimed.

"When did you make these recipes?" Bulma asked.

"I made them when I was staying with you, and I saw how much Trunks was refusing to eat his vegetables." Kali smiled holding up a plate of brownies. "Here, these are made with peas and carrots. Try them."

Taking one, Gohan bit into the treat and his eyes widened in wonder.

"Oh wow, this tastes like an actual brownie." Gohan smiled. "You can't even tell these are made from peas and carrots."

"What are the cupcakes made with?" Videl asked. "I saw you sneak one to Goten as he ran past you."

"The cupcakes are made with cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, and silverbeet, with the icing on top being made with water chestnuts, zucchini, and yam." Kali exclaimed.

"Wow, that's incredible." Chichi said, taking a cupcake and eating it. "Oh my, it really doesn't taste like any of that stuff. It tastes so good."

"I'm glad you all like it. Please, help yourselves." Kali smiled.

"I think we'll save these for later." Bulma smiled. "But they do look delicious. You didn't have to go through all the trouble to bake them for the party."

"It was my pleasure, I enjoy being in the kitchen." Kali smiled.

As the time ticked by, the rest of the guests began to appear, first starting off with the group Gohan mentioned were coming in, then came Piccolo and Dende, followed by Mr. Satan and Buu, but at that time, Kali was already at the bow of the ship, sitting on the railing.

"So you must be Kali huh?"

Kali turned around to see a short man in a green Chinese themed kung fu gi, with a blonde woman beside him, holding a child, who was eating one of the cupcakes she made.

"Yep, that's me." Kali smiled, twisting around on the railing. "What can I do you for?"

"The name's Krillin, and this is my wife 18." Krillin smiled. "An' here eating one of your culinary creations is our daughter Marron."

"Hi." The little girl smiled. "This cupcake is super yummy."

"I'm glad you think so cutie." Kali smiled, booping her nose, causing her to giggle.

"Bulma told us about you. I'm sorry to hear you had such a rough upbringing, despite how short it was." Krillin said. "Anyways, I'm actually Goku's best friend. We've trained together ever since we were kids."

"That's neat." Kali said.

"If you want, I can tell you all about what he was like as a kid." Krillin smiled.

"Let me guess, he hasn't changed since then?" Kali asked.

"Guess I don't need to tell you then." Krillin said.

"Krillin dear, why don't you go take Marron to that big turtle over there? I'm sure she'd like to pet him and play with him again." 18 said putting the blonde child in her husband's arms. "Let me talk with Kali for a bit."

"Sure, c'mon Marron let's go see how Turtle has been doing." Krillin smiled.

"But I want to stay with the nice lady who made the yummy cupcake." Marron said.

"We can come back to her later, right now mommy wants to talk with her privately." Krillin said, walking off with Marron.

"Okay." Marron said.

Once they were gone from earshot, 18 went to a place beside Kali on the railing and leaned against it, looking out into the ocean.

"So, you were made for killing Goku?" 18 questioned.

"I was, but I was rescued and taught the truth about him. I was cloned from his DNA because my creators considered him to be evil, and wanted him dead the next time he came to my earth." Kali said.

"You know, I was created to kill him to." 18 said, surprising Kali. "When your father was a kid, he took out the entire Red Ribbon Army, all on his own, and my father Dr. Gero, wanted revenge against Goku. So he refined his work on Androids and created me and my twin brother explicitly for killing Goku. Turns out with our unlimited power supply, we were only meant to be power sources for his ultimate creation, a being named Cell, who had the cells of multiple fighters within his boy."

"So what happened to him?"

"It's a long story, but in the end, Cell was defeated and I chose to follow my own path, instead of the one laid out for me by my father." 18 said.

"Now I understand what Bulma meant by when she said you and I would have a lot in common." Kali smiled.

"C'mon, why don't we go join in on the festivities?" 18 smiled.

Going to join the rest of the party Kali saw that there were a few other people there, it looked like Chichi's dad had come by and she recognized Bulma's parents immediately.

"Oh my, gosh if it isn't the Saiyan girl from the other earth. Oh how are you doing sweetie pie?" Panchy asked, pulling her in for a hug.

"I'm doing fine, thank you." Kali said, as the hug ended.

"My, it looks like you've grown a little taller, or have I grown shorter?" Dr. Brief inquired, before laughing a bit.

"It's just you gramps." Kali smiled, not entirely used to calling him that. 'Don't know why he insists I call him that, since I'm not related to him in the slightest.'

"So where is this Superboy you grew up with? I haven't seen him around anywhere." Panchy said.

"He wasn't able to come." Kali said. "He had special training that couldn't be ignored that overlapped with the party."

"Oh that's a shame, you'll just have to bring him around next time." Panchy exclaimed. "So, are the two of you close or 'close', if you know what I mean?"

"W-what? No Superboy is like a brother to me, there's no way he and I would ever take on that kind of relationship." Kali said, blushing and waving her arms about.

"C'mon dear leave the poor girl alone." Dr. Brief said.

"Hey Kali, have you been on any cool missions yet?" Ox-King asked.

"Well, not long after I got back to Mount Justice, I did have to help the team with a villain named Mister Twister. I'll tell ya all about it some time." Kali said.

"Hey what are you doing?" Bulma's voice echoed around the deck of the ship. Kali looked over at the commotion to see her marching over to a large bubble gum pink person sitting at a table, eating food. "You're supposed to be mingling, not eating the main course. I'm the one who planned this party."

"Excuse me for a minute." Kali said, leaving the group and rushing over to them. "Bulma relax, it's your birthday let me handle this okay?"

"Fine." Bulma grumped turning away as Mister Satan was coming to try and settle things himself.

"Hi there, you must be Buu right?"

"Uh-huh. Buu is Buu, who are you?" Buu asked.

"My name's Kali." She smiled. "Listen, I know it's fun to eat, but this is Bulma's birthday party. Do you think that maybe you could hold off on eating until it's time?"

"Why should Buu not eat when Buu wants to?" Buu questioned.

"Listen, Bulma's your friend right?" Kali asked, to which Buu nodded. "You don't like to make your friends upset do you?"

"No Buu hate it when Buu's friends upset." Buu said.

"Well by eating ahead of schedule like this, you're making Bulma upset because she worked hard to plan this party for everyone to enjoy. So do you think, to not make her anymore upset, you could wait until it's actually time to eat?" Kali asked.

"Mmm… okay Buu will wait until it's actually time." Buu smiled before getting up from the table, and going over to Bulma before giving her a hug, which surprised the birthday girl. "Buu sorry for making Bulma upset. Buu promises to wait until it's actually time to eat the main course."

After ending the hug, Buu went over to interact with everyone else, leaving both Bulma and Mister Satan, shocked at what they just saw.

"You… just… calmed him down, and got him to apologize to me." Bulma said, looking at Kali in awe. "You're amazing. How'd you do that?"

"Please, you have to tell me how you did that." Mister Satan said, grabbing Kali by the shoulders. "I'll even take you on as my apprentice if you tell me."

"No thanks, I'm not looking to get trained by a fraud who mooches off other people's hard work." Kali said, pushing him away from her.

"Hahaha, she got you pegged there Satan." Bulma laughed. "But seriously, how did you do that?"

"It was easy actually. I just appealed to his childish nature and behavior. From what dad told me about him, he tends to care about life, and how people feel when made aware of it. So I just made him aware that what he was doing was upsetting you, and that's all I did." Kali exclaimed.

"Wow, that's incredible." Bulma smiled.

"Uh Bulma, there's something I have to tell you." Gohan said coming with one of the wait staff. "An' this waiter also has something to say."

~One Explanation Later~

"What? Vegeta told you to tell me he's not coming, and Goku isn't coming either?" Bulma questioned.

"Where is dad anyway?" Kali asked.

"He's on the King Kai's planet training. The gravity there is ten times the gravity here, so he finds it to be the perfect place to train." Gohan exclaimed.

"You know I've about had it with those training obsessed Saiyans." Bulma said. "Forget 'em let's go. Let the party cruise commence."

With that, the ship began to sail through the waters, of the sea. About an hour into the party, everyone was having a blast, and Bulma was mingling with Kali on the lawn chairs.

"So, why are you wearing that heavy jean jacket if you're wearing mini shorts to my party?" Bulma asked.

"Well, I'm wearing a bikini top underneath, but after having to deal with Roshi and Oolong, I'm not sure how comfortable I am with removing my jacket to sit around and sunbathe." Kali said.

"Don't worry about it. I'm pretty sure Buu would gobble them up if he caught them making you upset." Bulma smiled. "So go ahead, and relax, no one's gonna judge you for wearing what you're wearing."

"Alright. Thanks for the encouragement Bulma." Kali smiled, undoing her jean jacket and hanging it on the top of the lounge chair, revealing her chest it a surprisingly modest looking red bikini top.

"Whoa. You're big." Bulma said, as Kali's chest bounced a bit when finally released from their confinements.

"I guess I am." Kali chuckled. "When Megan helped me with getting my measurements when we went shopping for a girls' day out last week, we learned I'm an I-Cup."

"Oh? Just between us girls, what are the rest of your sizes?" Bulma asked with a sly smile.

"My hips are 95 and my waist is 58." Kali smirked.

"Girl, I'm jealous. I have not been able to lose any more of the weight I gained from having Trunks." Bulma said.

"Well, I can give you the recipes for my vegetable pastries. Not everyone likes to eat their veggies, and I'd imagine you're no different." Kali smiled.

"You're not wrong. But I've tasted those pastries. We could probably make a fortune selling them." Bulma said.

"We'll talk business after the party." Kali smiled, leaning back in the lounge chair.

"Well, at least you're not all serious about training like your father, or my husband." Bulma exclaimed, before downing the rest of her fruit punch. "I mean seriously, do they think doing jumping jacks is more important than my birthday?"

"It's not personal Bulma, you know that." Gohan said, coming over with Krillin and a pitcher of fruit punch, filling up her glass again.

"It is to me, you know how long I've known your father?" Bulma questioned.

"Oh come on Bulma, let's talk about something more pleasant, like how old are you now anyway?" Krillin questioned.

"That is not something you ask a woman Krillin." Kali said, smacking him upside the head.

"Care for some punch Kali?" Gohan asked.

"Sure, I could go for some." Kali smiled.

"I'll go get you a glass." Gohan smiled.

"Bulma, I've been dying to ask about these Bingo Prizes. Is it true you're giving away a castle, and an airplane?"

"Yep, I sure am. But that's not the best part. Wait until you see the grand prize." Bulma smiled.

"You hear that Krillin? We've got three of us here, including Marron, which means we've got three chances. We've gotta make sure we take home the second place castle, okay?" 18 exclaimed excitedly.

"Really? Don't you want the top prize?" Krillin questioned.

"Something wrong with finishing second?" 18 questioned.

"Okay, I was not going there." Krillin stated.

"Oh damn it. I didn't even think about the number of bingo players. How can Goku be missing this?" Chichi questioned as she shouted. "Kali, you'll help us won't you?"

"Sorry mom." Kali smiled, putting on a pair of sunglasses. "Whatever prizes I win, I'll be taking back to my earth with me. You're not gonna be able to rely on my help to win."

"Oh come on." Chichi exclaimed.

"Now, now take it easy mom." Gohan said.

As the others were all talking, Kali's eyes opened, and she sensed three life signatures that were coming from somewhere out in the water a good distance ahead of the ship.

"Hey, Bulma?" Kali inquired.

"What's up Kali?"

"Would you mind asking the captain to slow the ship down a bit? I'm sensing three rather young life signatures somewhere out in the water. I think they might be shipwreck survivors." Kali said, getting up from her seat.

"Of course." Bulma said, before going to talk with the captain.

Running over to the right side of the bow of the ship, Kali looked out at the water, and spotted a small island, that looked like it was covered in holes, with three children on it. Worst part was, it looked like their ship was no longer functional and would most likely sink the next time they tried using it.

"I was right." Kali said, before jumping up on the railing of the ship, and diving into the water, using her flight ability to swim to the island real fast.

When she broke the water, she surprised the children that were there. Getting a closer look at them, Kali could see one was a dog wearing a purple martial arts gi with a sword, one was a light blue skinned being with pointy ears, and looked like he was part of some lizard person tribe, and the third was a young girl, with black hair, and wearing a green military outfit.

"Hey, are you three alright?" Kali asked.

"Are we alright? What about you lady? You just swam out of nowhere in the middle of the ocean." Pilaf said.

"I came from that cruise ship, heading for us. I sensed your energies, and saw you three stranded here. Do you need any help?" Kali questioned.

"No we don't need any help we're fine." Pilaf said.

"Emperor Pilaf." Mai and Shu complained.

"No complaining you two."

"Listen Emperor Pilaf. We're hungry, we haven't eaten in two days, since you ate the last of our food, and I'm wanting to actually eat something and sleep in a bed." Mai exclaimed.

"I agree with Mai on this one sir." Shu exclaimed.

"Alright, that's it." Kali said, grabbing Mai and putting the child on her back, the young girl instinctively wrapping her arms around Kali's neck, as the Saiyan clone grabbed Pilaf and Shu. "Hang on tight kids."

"Wait, what are you doing? I'm the Great Emperor Pilaf, I demand you put me down this instant." He exclaimed.

"Listen kid, there are times when you should learn to end your make believe game. An' this is one of them." Kali said.

"Make believe?" Pilaf questioned sounding offended.

"Now as I said, hang on tight." With that, Kali jumped from the island, and went flying over to the cruise ship, where Bulma was waiting with what looked like the ship's medical crew.

"You found them?" Bulma asked.

"Yep. They're malnourished from going without food the past couple days, so they should get something to eat real soon." Kali said.

"I've asked the ships doctors to take them to the medical wing and take a look at them." Bulma said. "I'm glad you found them when you did. You certainly have Goku's heart."

"Well it shouldn't be that surprising." Kali smiled, putting the three children down. "I am his daughter."

'His daughter?' Mai, Shu, and Pilaf all panicked, remembering when Goku destroyed their castle years ago.

"You three go on ahead with the medical experts, I'll bring you something to eat in a bit." Kali smiled, looking to them, before walking off to the food stalls where she gathered up several of her own baked goods, plus some protein filled foods.

"I'm gonna give Vegeta a call and try to convince him to come here." Bulma said.

"Alright. I'm gonna bring this food to those three in the infirmary. I'm a little worried about them. I mean, I know it's not really big deal to go one or two days without food, but I'm still a bit worried." Kali said.

"Look at you, acting like all motherly and concerned for those children. If I didn't know any better I'd say you were expecting to become a mother soon." Bulma teased.

"Not funny Bulma. I actually do want to become a mother, it's just…" Kali sighed. "I'm an artificially created being. I wasn't born naturally, so I don't even know if I can have kids. Plus, I'm technically only five months old, I don't think I'm even ready for that kind of responsibility even if I am capable of getting pregnant."

"Okay, I get it. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have teased you like that." Bulma said. "Go and get those children fed."

~2 Hours Later~

After making sure Pilaf, Shu, and Mai were properly fed, Kali spent some time getting to know some of the other party guests. Piccolo and Dende were actually really intrigued to meet her as well. After she was done mingling, the Saiyan Clone made her way back to the sunbathing area, and was shocked to see Vegeta there, sunbathing in his armor, and smiled as she sat on the lounge chair beside his.

"Vegeta aren't you boiling in that armor? Why don't you wear something more festive like a t-shirt and pair of swim shorts?" Kali asked.

"I prefer wearing my armor, and being ready for a battle at all times." Vegeta exclaimed.

"Suit yourself." Kali smiled, putting her sunglasses back on. "But it's good to see you here."

"Oh, so you did show up." Bulma said, coming over to them. "You act all tough, but at the end of the day, you can't stand the thought of your lovely wife, being sad."

"She's got you pegged Vegeta." Kali chuckled.

"C'mon, the rest of the gang is here to. Let's go over and make a big entrance together." Bulma said.

"Yeah, sure let's go see Yamcha." Vegeta exclaimed.

"Oh I see, you can't even pretend to be happy." Bulma said.

"Of course not."

"Okay fine, suit yourself." Bulma scoffed.

"Do you have a beef with Yamcha or something? I just met him today, but he seems cool to me." Kali exclaimed.

"Yamcha is my ex-boyfriend, from before I even met Vegeta." Bulma stated, before she walked off.

"Oh, I see why you're not too keen now." Kali said.

"You Saiyan's are such a pain." Bulma called out to Vegeta angrily. "I hope you get a sunburn."

"Vegeta, this is King Kai, can you hear me?" A voice echoed in Vegeta's head.

"King Kai? What could you possibly want from me?" Vegeta questioned, shooting up in his seat.

"Hmm? Something wrong Vegeta?" Kali questioned, noticing his sudden action.

"Yeah, drop the attitude for a few seconds, I'm trying to help you here." King Kai said. "Is Goku's daughter with you?"

"Yeah, she's sitting right here beside me." Vegeta exclaimed.

"What are you doing?" Kali asked.

"Good, get her to put her hand on your shoulder or something. She has to be in direct contact with you. This is something you both need to hear."

"Kali, put your hand on my shoulder. King Kai's got a message to relay to the both of us." Vegeta exclaimed.

Kali found Vegeta's request to be kinda strange, but he taught her Galick Gun, so he knew what he was talking about. Kali sighed and sat up, putting her hand on Vegeta's shoulder.

"Kali, my name is King Kai. Am I coming in clearly?" A voice echoed in Kali's head.

"Yeah, I hear you." Kali said.

"Good, because I got a message I need to share with the both of you." King Kai exclaimed. "There's a being called Beerus the Destroyer, and he's heading to your Earth as we speak."

"Beerus the Destroyer?" Vegeta questioned.

"I haven't heard that name before." Kali said.

"Well you should be counted lucky that you haven't." King Kai said. "He's awake and looking for a challenge. So neither of you engage him in any way. That means no insulting, no fighting, and no Vegetaing of any kind. Otherwise, if someone or something sets him off, it'll mean the complete destruction of your Earth."

"You really think he'd blow up the earth?" Vegeta questioned.

"An' just in case you have delusions of grandeur, and think you could fight him, well don't." King Kai said. "He already defeated Goku in two blows?"

"Are you serious, he defeated Goku that easily?" Vegeta questioned.

"Yes."

"Is my dad okay?" Kali inquired.

"He's fine, he's just unconscious for now. He's still alive. Fool was dumb enough to challenge Beerus to a sparring match, and got his butt kicked in the process." King Kai said. "But I'm counting on the two of you not to do anything stupid, and keep him calm and happy, and to make sure nobody else triggers him."

"That would be bad." Kali exclaimed.

"We need to talk strategy, come on." Vegeta said.

Over in the communal area, Bulma had calmed down, and was talking with Chichi, 18, and her mother.

"Listen ladies, I love him, but sometimes he really drives me up the wall, you know?" Bulma questioned as Roshi was circling them like a hungry, perverted vulture.

"Oh girl I know exactly what you mean. Goku can be the same way. If he's not doing his farming work, he's slacking off, training." Chichi said. "I'm just thankful Kali isn't like that. She's holding down a steady job as a hero on her earth, and gets paid to do it. If Goku could find a job like that, it'd be a win-win for both of us."

"Maybe he could open his own dojo? Krillin's taking the police exams and I think he'd be interested to be training alongside Goku again, even if it's as his pupil instead of as his equal." 18 said.

"That could work, and it would be a win-win situation. But I think he'd go overboard and fight his students, forgetting to hold back." Chichi sighed.

"Oh my, Kali would make such a wonderful instructor. She's great with kids, and is always paying attention to detail, she could be in charge of the children's classes." Panchy said.

"You don't suppose she's wanting to become a mother, herself do you?" 18 questioned.

"If she is, she'd better have a clear idea for what her child should be in the future." Chichi said.

"I wouldn't joke about that with her girls." Bulma said. "Kali is wanting to be a mother, but she's concerned, that because she's a clone, she won't be able to get pregnant."

"Even if she isn't, I'm sure you and your father could help her find a way to get pregnant." Panchy said. "But isn't she a little young to be a mother? She only looks 16."

"That's another thing she mention. Technically, she's only five months old, so she knows she's not ready for that kind of responsibility. She's just concerned that when the time does come that she feels ready, she won't be able to." Bulma said, before she noticed Roshi going for a poke of her chest. "Creep." She shouted, slapping him.

At the same time, Vegeta slammed his fist into the wall, as he and Kali were having a hard time coming up with any sort of plan.

"Kakarot… Beaten in two blows. What kind of creature could do that?" Vegeta questioned.

"Calm down Vegeta, you're shaking like a leaf. We need to think about this rationally." Kali said. "I'm scared to, but we need to remain calm and focused."

"Damn it." Vegeta growled. "Pull yourself together. Prince Vegeta does not tremble before any foe."

"Well if it isn't Prince Vegeta, and a young Saiyan girl."

Kali twisted around so fast on her feet, there was a scuffmark on the floor, backing up into Vegeta as their appearance surprised her, taking Kali off guard. But to her surprise, there was no one there.

"Okay, it's official. We're losing our minds." Kali said, neither of them noticing the being standing behind Vegeta.

The purple humanoid cat man, raised his hand, and brought it ever so closer to the back of Vegeta's head, before he smiled wickedly.

"BOO." He shouted, scaring both Vegeta and Kali, causing them to jump forward, before turning around, seeing the humanoid purple hairless cat, and the blue skinned, white haired man with the halo around his neck, and a staff in his hand, standing there.

"Greetings." Beerus said.

"Who are you?" Vegeta questioned.

"Vegeta I don't think it's wise to piss off the guy, who just kicked my dad's ass on King Kai's planet." Kali exclaimed, after knocking Vegeta to the ground.

"Oh?" Beerus smiled, hearing that. "So you're Goku's offspring are you, what's your name?"

"Well… technically yes, my name's Kali. But the truth of the matter is, I'm an artificially created Saiyan. A clone made from Goku's DNA in a lab on another planet that calls itself Earth." Kali exclaimed, nervously as Beerus stepped closer to her, before looking right in her eyes.

"Hmm, I see." Beerus said. "So tell me child. Have you ever heard anything about a Super Saiyan God?"

"Super Saiyan God?" Kali questioned, her nerves suddenly all gone. 'That can't be a coincidence. I had a dream about someone called the Super Saiyan God just last night.'

"Well child? I can see in your eyes you know something." Beerus exclaimed.

"I-It's not much my Lord." Kali said. "But, I did have a dream about someone called the Super Saiyan God, last night."

"Oh? You'll have to tell me all about that dream then." Beerus said. "Because it was a dream that told me, the Super Saiyan God would be a fighter, worthy of being my rival."

"Y-yes sir." Kali said.

"Very good." Beerus smiled, before looking to Vegeta. "You know, I spared you as a child, because I'd hoped you'd grow up strong enough to entertain me. Oh well, another Saiyan disappointment. I should have just destroyed your planet myself. Waste of time to have Frieza do it."

Before anything else could happen, the sound of an exasperated sigh, reached them. The four looked behind Beerus and Whis, to see Bulma heading for the side of the ship, before she noticed them, with her eyes landing on Vegeta.

"Please tell me you're not doing push ups." Bulma said dryly.

"Stay back. Get away from here." Vegeta said.

"That's no way to talk to a woman, Vegeta." Beerus said.

"Nothing to worry about Bulma, Vegeta's just had too much punch." Kali said.

"Who are you two?" Bulma questioned, directing her question to Beerus and Whis.

"I'm sorry we should have told you. My name is Whis madam, and this is fine gentleman to my right, is Lord Beerus." Whis said.

"We were just passing by your planet when we saw Vegeta and stopped to give our regards." Beerus said.

"Oh you're from space huh? I guess I should have put that together." Bulma said. "Well this is a pleasant surprise. To tell you the truth, I didn't think Vegeta had friends."

"No stop." Vegeta said as Bulma walked up to Beerus.

"I'm Bulma, Vegeta's wife, believe it or not." Bulma introduced herself, giving her hand for a shake.

"It's both an honor and pleasure to meet you." Beerus smiled. "We were just conversing with the young Kali about her life style, and choice of fashion."

"Yeah, the bikini top is a bit tight, but it's what she likes so there's no helping that." Bulma chuckled. "Today's actually my birthday and we're having a little party. Though I guess it's a big party when you rent a ship. You're both welcome to join us if you'd like you."

"My-my, what a generous offer Earth woman. Thank you." Beerus smiled. "Honestly, my nose has been tantalized by some most intriguing aromas since we came aboard."

"In that case, let's go." Bulma smiled.

"Wait…" Vegeta cried out, speechless about how Bulma was just casually talking with the Destroyer God.

"Kali, why don't you come join us at the table we'll be sitting at? I'd like to discuss what we were talking about, with you a bit more." Beerus said.

"Oh, coming." Kali said, running after them.

With Kali following, the four of them, stepped up to the stage, with Bulma calling for everyone's attention.

"Alright everybody listen up." Bulma said. "These are Vegeta's friends Beerus and Whis."

"A pleasure to meet you all." Beerus said, as Kali grabbed Whis's attention.

"I'm gonna get a table ready for the three of us to sit at." Kali said.

"Sounds lovely, thank you Kali." Whis said.

With that, the Saiyan clone hopped down, and went to where her baked goods were, finding three brownies, cupcakes, and cake slices remaining. Grabbing each of them, Kali then went to load some more food and drink onto a tray that she brought to an empty table, and set everything up for them.

"My, this looks like a lovely set up." Whis said. "Oh and you even brought pastries for us to eat for dessert."

"Actually, those should be eaten first. They're made from vegetables and other healthy foods. The cake is made with broccoli, the cupcakes are made with cauliflower, and the brownies are peas and carrots. The cake and cupcakes have several other vegetables in them, but what I mentioned were the main ingredients." Kali said.

"An' how do you know this about these baked goods?" Beerus asked, picking up a brownie.

"I made them myself. I developed the recipes because children generally hate eating their vegetables, so I made a way for them to enjoy eating them." Kali explained, sitting down in her seat.

"That is quite clever of you." Whis smiled, before taking a bite of the cake. "Oh my stars this is divine."

"Truly a masterpiece." Beerus said, just as happy to eat it.

"I'm glad you like them so much." Kali smiled, before she felt a small hand grabbing at her arm. She looked down to see Marron looking upset for some reason. "What's the matter Marron sweetie?"

"All your yummy cupcakes are gone. I wanted another, but there's no more." Marron said, sadly. "Can you please make more?"

"Oh I'm sorry honey. Here you go." Kali smiled, giving Marron hers, putting a smile on the little girl's face. "This is the last one, I was gonna eat it, but you can have it."

"Yay, thank you." Marron cheered before running off.

"That was quite generous of you." Whis said.

"I have a soft spot for children." Kali exclaimed.

"I can tell." Whis smiled.

"Now then. Let's get down to business shall we?" Beerus asked. "Tell us everything you remember, about this dream of yours, involving the Super Saiyan God."
