Hello all! Welcome to a new chapter of DBZ: BTG! Thank you for the follows, favorites, and reviews.I want to say here and now, that this story will be long. I know everybody has a limit to how much they are willing to read before they get to the juicy details, all I can ask for is your continued patience. I can guarantee there will be action, brutal fight scenes, blood, and even a tear jerk or two.

Dreadix: The reason I am telling Mirai Shepard's story first, is because he still has a part to play. There will be a segment or two where the two Mc's will converge and it will come together. But I'm not there just yet. I can't tell this story without telling his first. Otherwise there is no background or context and it loses its meaning. Thank you for reading and reviewing. This story is in my mind, has been in my mind fora number of years. I didn't have the courage to try to write it until about a year an a half ago. I'm still new at this and I hope you'll stick around. If not, thank you regardless.

Age: 737

Location: Kami's Lookout

On a beautiful day, from atop a beautiful, elegant pedestal that sat above even the clouds, two beings, one tall and one short, were peering out over the sky, standing just a foot from the edge.

"It sure is quite the day, isn't it Mr. Popo?" The taller being felt like today would be different though. He could only wonder if his shorter companion was also as in tune with the lands below as he. Kami has been Guardian, God and protector of this planet for just over 275 years. However because of his status, he could seldom leave. Deep down, he was hoping that warriors, stronger then he could ever be, would be capable of training themselves. He had considered seeking out the one known as Roshi, however the man had gotten too old. Also he had considered seeking out his student Gohan. However he too did not have the power that would be needed to handle his mistakes. His errors. He could not begin to understand that today, everything was going to change.

"I agree Kami." Before Kami could speak again, a noise behind them alerted them both, causing them to turn immediately to see lights, and something coming out of them.

It appeared to be egg shaped, with stilts. It made a whirring noise as it started to come down to the surface. The stilts were a golden color, on one of the side rockets there appeared to be 'CAPSULE CORP' and a number 2 above it. As it touched down, the whirring noise ceased. As the egg shaped glass started to open from the top, a being started to show himself. As he floated down, he looked down at the two who were waiting, a sudden feeling of heavy power nearly overwhelming Kami and Mr. Popo's senses...

"Systems powering down, have arrived at Age 737, still have more then enough fluid for a couple more jumps, got all the capsules, my trusted BanHammer." Running a mental checklist, the Saiyan pulled out a cloth that would conceal his identity out in the Cosmos until he was done with his business. It was black, leaving a trio of slits for his eyes, nose and mouth. Once the machine was fully powered down, he opened the egg shape, see through glass. Looking down, he almost had a laugh, but was able to hold it in. An aged Namekian wearing a white sleeveless robe, a blue collar with the red kanji meaning "God", and a shorter, black being with a white turban on his head fixed with a blue colored jewel in the center, also wearing a maroon colored, gold trimmed sleeveless vest, white harem trousers that went to his ankles ending in red shoes, were looking at Shepard with terrified eyes. 'They almost look like their eyes are gonna bug out.'

Floating down to the marble flooring of the Lookout, Shepard walked over to introduce himself.

"Hello there. Have no fears. I come in Peace." Holding his hands up, palms facing forward, he walked over to stand in front of Kami.

"You would excuse my skepticism sir, but you are by far the most powerful being that has ever been on this planet, probably in its entire history. I cannot help but assume that you plan to use that power for some kind of nefarious means."

Shepard could concede to that point. But he wasn't here for a debate. "I understand your concerns, Kami. Allow me to offer you..an olive branch of sorts. A gift from your successor." Pulling out the bag Dende had given him, he handed it to the elder Namekian.

"My successor?" A wide eyed Kami wasn't paying attention to the coldness of the brown satchel that was handed to him. The 'Man' if he could call him that, for his power did NOT feel human, looked at him calmly. He was significantly shorter then the older being, with spiking black hair that stood high and everywhere. Wearing what looked like a black gi, a blue undershirt, tied off with a blue sash that hung just above his knee. He had black wrist bands that he wore, and on his feet he wore black kung fu shoes. Last but not least, a hammer of sorts, with a gunmetal black face, both sides bludgeoning with a handle that was in excess of 3 feet long, was strapped to his back. When feeling this man's ki, he felt no malevolent nature. He did feel a yearning to get off of the planet. An urgency even...

"If you could spare a few minutes, I would certainly like to hear what has happened for me to require a successor."

Turning around to encapsulate the time machine, Shepard blew out a breath of air, he really didn't want to have this conversation now. He couldn't anyway. He had to start getting ready for Planet Vegeta's destruction.

"I'm really sorry Kami, I wish I could stay and explain to you what will happen. I will arrive again in just under 23 years, assuming everything goes according to plan. For now though, have a looksie in that satchel, Dende went well out of his way to secure it for you before I left."

"Dende, this is the name of my successor?" At the nod of the stranger's head. He looked in the satchel. His eyes widened as he turned immediately, looking out across the lands. Across the northern half of the planet, a glacier that he had been looking at intently for the chance to send his assistant down to collect it's pure, cold and untainted water continued to slowly churn across the ocean. It hadn't broke apart or anything yet.

"Could this actually be?" Looking back at the stranger, he was surprised to find a smirk upon the man's face.

"You did not live long enough to savor that water I'm guessing. Piccolo must have told Dende of it, after you two merged." If the shock at having a successor wasn't enough, hearing the name of Piccolo sure was. "PICCOLO?? THAT CANNOT BE! HE IS SEALED AWAY AS WE SPEAK! I will never merge with the evilness that is Piccolo, surely you are wrong stranger. There must be some mistake!"

"Again Kami, I cannot explain much, not just yet. Long story short however, the Demon King Piccolo was released from his prison by a band of idiots. However this time, there is a warrior that will be strong enough to take him down. Piccolo will grow desperate enough at the end of his life to birth one final child. This egg, he gave all of his essence to, including his life force, and his hatred for said warrior, dying in the process. However, the child survives. He will initially grow to hate, mainly a bad aftertaste of what his father left behind. He is mostly confused, and lonely. Donning the name Piccolo as well, he will never rise to the evil his father before him left. But left unchecked, unloved, and alone, he could become a far worse threat then his father ever could have been."

Kami, knees shaking from hearing this, nearly fell to the ground. He was not prepared for the shock that had ran through his system.

"There is something else you should know. I will tell you this now. Use it how you see fit. 'Demon King' is bullshit. You are an alien, a Namekian, from a far off planet called Namek. You were sent here by your father, Katas, when a great cataclysm tore through the planet."

'Katas? I can almost remember in the recesses of my mind. A distant memory, a giant being that I used to look like, securing me in a vessel. It must have been star worthy to bring me so far across the cosmos. I could never remember his name. He must have been my father indeed.'

Closing his eyes, a tear rolling down his cheek. He opened them back up to look at his shorter guest. "Thank you so much for this information. Is there anything that we can help you with in regards to your journey. I sense no evil in your heart. You have a will to want to save others you do not even know. It is quite the endearing quality to have stranger."

"My name is Shepard, no need to be a stranger. I require that I be allowed to come back when I am ready. I will request use of the Dragon Balls on this planet in a couple decades. There is a wish that I must make but it can wait until I have returned. I have plans that I will need to implement, and Time itself will be waiting on me for once. No longer will I be sequestered and just waiting on my hands and knees for things to end."

Looking up into the sky, Shepard was doing more then 'looking'. Using his senses, he could sense Frieza, the Saiyans, beings he couldn't make out, likely because he had never arrived this early in time before. So it was safe to say that they hadn't been destroyed...yet. With his extremely refined senses, he also sensed Cooler, as well as King Cold. Turning his senses toward the bottom of the planet, he could sense Majin Buu's taint. It was quite small compared to how massive it would later become. How Kami couldn't sense it, was beyond him. He wouldn't tell him about that until he made his 2nd trip back.

"I am from a possible future. A future that may already be gone. A future I can't go back to. I hope to make things right much earlier. The 'Mortal Level' of this Universe has suffered greatly due to many extenuating circumstances, most of which have nothing to do with you I assure you. However, the time for chatting must end now my friends. I bid you both farewell. Oh and one more thing." Holding up one finger, he said, "when a meteor comes, it isn't a meteor. Allow things to play out, for that meteor, is your future Savior." Looking up to the sky, once again ignoring Kami and Mr. Popo, he was preparing to use Instantaneous Movement.

Kami and Mr. Popo were completely stunned. So much had happened in only a few short minutes. Looking at each other for a moment. They looked back at Shepard, his back to them. Just as Kami was preparing to ask a final question, Shepard looked back, only turning his head. Smiling and holding a thumbs up, he calmly said, "See you both in a couple decades." WOOSH

And just like that, Shepard was gone. "Kami, did he just?" Equally surprised, Kami nodded his head "Disappear? Yes I believe he did." Turning his senses to the cosmos, he could sense turmoil throughout. He could also sense Shepard. 'Such incredible strength. I have a feeling I could sense him from the other side of the Universe if I were to focus on him long enough.' He could only describe the power he felt with 2 words.

Unbeatable. Boundless. It was so vast. He could only hope that the knowledge that this future warrior seemed to possess didn't become lost. He would be patient, and would be waiting. He along with his assistant, decided to walk back to the ledge and continue to observe the planet. As he did this, he decided he would also be patient for the glacier water, and would wait for Shepard's return to have a drink. 'I await your return, Shepard!'

Planet Vegeta

2 days before destruction

"My King, even if the rumors were true, we have served faithfully to Frieza. He would lose far more disposing of valuable soldiers."

"Rumors or not, Suncho, Frieza has my son now. He will serve in the higher ranks. The planet will be fine." King Vegeta, looking amongst his council, seen a few concerned faces. Already losing his wife in a controversial manner only months ago, he was prepared to start listening, but only if there was viable proof. He had to look after his people first.

"The Saiyans have served faithfully to the Emperor Frieza. There is no cause for concern." Sitting atop his throne and peering out, he knew that just a couple of days ago, he had made a very crucial decision. Sending his twin children across the cosmos in opposite directions was not necessarily what he wanted to do. However, he hoped one of them would make him a proud father. His oldest son Vegeta, had shown great progress in his training. Achieving a power level near 5,000, the boy was well on his way to achieving greater strength then he ever could. It made him proud deep down, but as a King, he had to look at the bigger picture. His youngest twin children, a son, Tarble. And a daughter, Sarada. Both were much weaker then his oldest at birth. He had no way of knowing if they would be able to at least make it to safety on a remote planet somewhere far in the distance.

"Onnio, what is-" as the King was speaking, the doors to his throne room were kicked in, violently. A figure stood in the doorway, followed by 2 of his guards. The stranger wore material over his head to cover his face, wearing a black gi of some sorts, topped with black shoes, finishing with what looked like a weapon of some metallic make strapped to his back. Wind began billowing around the being, followed by a blue aura that started to appear around him. As King Vegeta looked at the stranger, a small series of explosions started occurring. Looking amongst his Royal Council, he seen that their scouters were all exploding. "Mato? MATO!?" The Saiyan to his right was shook out of his terror.

"Ye-ye-ye-yes my King." The smaller Saiyan standing next to his King was shaking in his boots. "What was the setting on the scouters before they exploded Mato? I didn't get the chance to catch a reading." Looking up, he eyed his King and as calmly as he could he said, "My scouter was set at 25,000 my King." The King was now also terrified. Not even Frieza had displayed this kind of ferocity in his appearances. He would stand tall however.

Standing up and beginning to walk down the stairs, red cape billowing behind him, he prepared a ball of purple energy in his hand. "You have a lot of nerve to destroy the doors to my Palace. Should you start explaining yourself now, or as you lay dead at my feet?" He was bluffing, What made him frown however, was that the stranger also knew that he was as well, judging by the posture he held. He had to hold strong, so doing the only thing he could, he charged towards the stranger, energy ball in hand...

Moments earlier...

Landing in the far off distance, Shepard could see the King's Palace. 'Quite smug indeed. If only you lot weren't savages.' Donning his black hood to cover his face, he used Instantaneous Movement again. Appearing before the massive castle, Shepard looked up at the red sky. 'I can sense that Bardock is fast approaching this world. His team must have been destroyed by Dodoria already. It will still be a little while before he gets here. I will have to keep my senses focused on him. As for the ruthless lot in here..'

Walking up slowly to the castle, he noticed that the gravity was genuinely heavier on this planet. 'If it was several thousand times this, I would be more concerned.' Smirking as he continued to walk to the doors. He noticed 2 guards, one on each side. They were of no concern. They were weaker then the King for sure. One of them walked up to him, holding out his hand. Touching Shepard's chest, he tried to look menacing. "Halt there traveler, where do you come from, and why do you hide your appearance?"

"I mean no harm my fellow Saiyan, for I hide who I am because I have information that could put me in danger. The less you know of and about me, the better off you will be. I demand an audience with the King. Stand aside please."

Stunned at the stranger's boldness, the guard backed away, putting his hand up to his scouter. "Traveler you only have a power level of 1,500. Tell me, what gives you the right to stroll to this Palace and demand any kind of audience with our glorious King?"

Smirking under his mask, he slowly started to let more ki out. He internally chuckled at the shock that started showing on both guards faces as the scouters started calculating.

"Ruccollo, his power level just doubled to 3,000." The guard in the back continued to look at the numbers slowly rising. "No, it's-it's at 7,300 now, wait, no it's going higher. It's at 12,000 Ruccollo, back away NOW!" The Saiyan standing next to Shepard started trying to back away, but he was trembling. Too scared to continue trying...

Shepard looked over to the saiyan in the back. As he did, the Saiyan started to tremble as well. "It's at 16,500 now Ruccollo, we don't stand a chance against this guy."

And Shepard started busting out laughing. It was the last thing the 2 guards expected. He had been manipulating only these 2 scouters. He didn't want to alert the others to his appearance. Not just yet.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha," beginning to calm down, he looked at the 2 petrified Saiyans, standing there. The one he hadn't heard the name of came next to Ruccollo, trying to get him out of his shock. "Ruccollo we need to alert the King of this intruder." Looking at Shepard, he adopted a fighting stance, he looked weird to the visiting saiyan. "Why are you so terrified? What is your name?"

The saiyan looked the stranger up and down, not knowing what to make of him. "I am Gorlick. And I will not let you near the King!" Charging at the visitor, he knew he would die, but he at least would do his duty and defend the throne and it's King. The visitor dodged out of the way, barely moving his head as the fist went by. He began to start throwing many punches and kicks, yet none came close to connecting. The visitor didn't have to block. Simple dodges were plenty effective. After only 3 minutes of trying to connect with anything, Gorlick started to slow down. He expected to be obliterated on the spot.

'He's stronger then the King, he has been holding back. I'm doomed.' Realizing his fate, Golrick's heart started to lose any hope of holding back this stranger who had came to his home planet. Throwing one final punch, he put every bit of power he had into it. Connecting with the visitor's cheek, he felt his hand nearly break. "AGGGHHHHH," pulling back, he looked at his now swollen hand. It would be useless for several days at least. "I can't beat you, kill me and move along with your meeting with our King, I only ask that you spare him."

'These 2, Ruccollo and Golrick. I can sense deep in their hearts that though they have killed for the Planet Trade, they wish to leave this life. They serve their King only so they can continue to survive. One simple question will determine their fates.'

"Tell me, Ruccollo, and Golrick. If given the opportunity to be an Elder to the future of your species, to observe the future of your race. To shepherd a new way for the saiyans to live. To help be a pioneer to the next generation of saiyan children, would you forsake killing, unless you are defending said children?"

Both saiyans looked at each other, then to the visitor, then back at each other. Before Golrick finally spoke.

"If our future children needed a guiding hand, we could teach them. We are not experts by any means, but we would try, if it meant that our race continues to live on. Why do you ask such a stupid question? We are saiyans, we have nothing to fear!"

"You would be surprised at what is out there. You've passed my test, and at least ensured that you both get to live. Walk behind me. It is time I confront King Vegeta."

Stepping in behind the visitor, the pair of guards didn't know what to make of the situation. They just knew that if their scouters were telling the truth, they had a better chance at living with this guy. Whispering to Ruccollo, Golrick didn't mince his words.

"If this guy does anything to betray the King, we do what we can to kill him, even if it means relying on our other forms, that will be more then a match for this guy."

Snickering as he heard their whispering, Shepard decided to crush their mini rebellion. "Both of you and every other saiyan on this planet stands no chance against me. You said 16,500 before, right?" At their nod, he continued, "that was an infinitesimal amount gentlemen, do quell your uprising before it starts please. In case you don't know what that word means, it means very. Very. Very. Very. Small."

The 2 saiyan guards were near scared to death now. 'That small?' 'We are so doomed!' Both continued to think to themselves how they could get out of this situation. But before they could do anymore, they had made it to the massive double doors. Before they could react, the Visitor kicked down the doors. They flew in several meters inside the castle. In shock, they weren't knocked out of it until they started hearing the tell tale sign of scouter explosions. 'Dammit, his power exceeds 20,000!' Golrick's scouter had exploded, and knowing Ruccollo's was also set at the same thing, he didn't have to look over to know his partners scouter had exploded as well. Seeing the King deep within the Palace, they wanted to go over to him, but the Visitor blocked their way. Rather intentional or not, they didn't know.

"You have a lot of nerve to destroy the doors to my Palace. Should you start explaining yourself now, or as you lay dead at my feet?" Hearing the King's voice booming within the castle, the 2 saiyans dared a look over the visitors shoulder...

Shepard noticed the King was charging towards him, painfully slow. He had more then enough time to dodge out of the way, or destroy the King. He could even flick the weaker saiyan dead square in the forehead. All of these options were available to him. So he chose the most teachable one.

As the King went to hurl the blast towards him, he held his hand out towards the ball of energy, it made contact. It didn't burn or anything. With a touch of his ki, he started to take over the ball. Until he ripped it free of the King's hand. Quickly backpedaling, the King was stunned as he watched it collide with the inner wall of the ceiling. He was expecting an explosion. When none occurred after 10 seconds, he looked to the masked man. He also noticed the visitor didn't seem to be exhausted in any way. If anything, he looked bored.

"I canceled the explosiveness behind your energy King. This conversation does not require Ki usage." The rest of the saiyans in the room didn't want to be anywhere near this guy. He just made the King look like a weakling. Shouts of outrage began to to echo throughout the revered palace.

Grinding his teeth in frustration and annoyance, King Vegeta's voice boomed out. "SILENCE!! Well stranger, you kick the doors down to my Palace, and expect me to just take your word that there will be no fighting? What kind of fool do you take me for?"

Shepard really had to be careful how he voiced his concerns. If he ridiculed them too much, they would only see him as another Frieza. He had to play his cards correctly to get the saiyans on his side, not make them think they had another enemy.

"I wouldn't consider you a fool Vegeta, just too prideful to see the bigger picture. You have to understand, Frieza wants soldiers. He has already started to cull the herd of Saiyans, looking to eliminate a mass majority. He does this with many of the higher quality races he finds. If he can't control them, he will destroy them. If he can control them, then he will destroy most and keep what he finds valauable. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THAT LIZARD!" His voice echoing throughout, he started to see some of the Royal Coucil members begin to wilt under his ire. "The saiyans have become too strong for him to deem 'controlling' you. He will be here just shy of 2 days to wipe this planet out. There will be nothing left of your people King Vegeta. Less then a handful. I'm giving you the chance to persevere. Before we can continue this conversation, allow me a few seconds of silence please." A pin could be heard dropping throughout the castle. The King looked visibly tired, having to be held under one shoulder by one of his council. Sitting down in one of the common chairs throughout, he looked at the visitor. He had to know something.

"Why would Frieza betray us? We have been loyal to him. We would've stayed loyal to him. We did everything that was asked of us. I even gave him my son as a peace offering. Are you telling me that none of that matters now?"

Doing a cursory scan of the planet, he sorted through much of the malevolence and savage nature of most of the powers he could feel, until he sensed a diminutive power level in the distance.

'She feels like Goku, the peacefulness, the joy. She will make a great Elder. As he continued, he turned his senses back inward, searching throughout the councils group. He was surprised to find several of them were conflicted about their way of life.

'That Saiyan, Mato I believe his name was, actually feels much less like a savage. He feels very confused and doesn't know how to begin to change. Shepard, in turn, was conflicted as well. 'Vegeta genuinely cares for his people, in a harsh roundabout way. Perhaps I can give him something to hold onto.'

Dropping down to a knee in front of the King, he confirmed the royal's worst fears.

"That is exactly what I am telling you. Even as we speak now, Frieza has already sent out one of his henchmen to do away with one of the saiyan teams. Bardock's squad has been decimated. Bardock has survived and will be arriving on the planet shortly, but he will be battered, beaten. He will try to speak of the betrayal. But no one will listen to him. It is up to you, as this species leading member, to listen to one of your subjects who has viable proof. When he arrives, I will go and retrieve him. In the meantime, you are to take yourself, your council member Mato, and these 2 Saiyans over there," pointing to the 2 still near the open doorway, "with you to a set of private chambers. I will discuss with you and them the full extent of my plans." Standing back up, the King called out to the 2 by the doorway. "Mid Class Ruccollo, Mid Class Golrick, come with me, you too Mato. I have my private chambers down the hall." Before Mato could turn around, Shepard stood as well and put his hand on the smaller saiyan's shoulder. Almost flinching out of his boots, Mato looked up at the visitor, still intimidated by the power display.

"How many available pods are there on this planet? I need as accurate of a count as possible." Going over to a computer and typing in a set of sequences, Mato calculated what he could before answering as calmly as he could manage.

"I have 1,671 pods available Sir. 37 of them are still in need of repairs. 6 of them are in the process of being scrapped for parts to use for other pods. There were 63 pods that were to be sent out, but Lord Frieza summoned us back to the planet."

"Make sure that all pods are on a cancel order, immediately please." Surprised at the urgency of the visitors words, Mato entered the cancel sequences as fast as possible. For whatever reason, he felt disappointing this visitor would not be a good thing, for anybody. After seeing the confirmation of the cancelled assignments, he wiped the sweat that started to form on his brow.

"Missions have indeed been cancelled." Mayo said, looking over to his King, who nodded in approval. "Good Mato, let us see what this visitor is planning." Walking back to catch up to the King as well as the 2 guards. They began to walk out of the main area of the castle.

When they left, Shepard looked out amongst the rest of the Council. "As for the rest of you, you will put your names on the computer pad next to the station which Mato was working from. Also you will put your Mate's name, children's name, if you have any children, as well. Keep it orderly. When you are done with that, I will ask the 17 of you to go throughout the planet, find all of these space pods. When you get them here, you will begin to strip every single pod of their 'Kill all life form' computer programs, as well as destroy any of the tracking programs within them. I don't want that pasty Lizard finding any of these pods. Failure on your end will result in our species erasure. I do not want any of his pasty family members finding them either. I will provide a list of coordinates to planets that Frieza will never find. You are to NOT memorize this list. Simply put the coordinates in the systems. If Frieza were to get ahold of any of you, he WILL break you. No amount of Saiyan pride holds up to an angry Arcosian, with a power level of over a half million to start with." Some of the council looked bug eyed at such a massive request. Whispers amongst them began to reach Shepard's ears. "Is this guy crazy?" "Lord Frieza will destroy us before we even have a chance. "I need to get my daughter off of this planet as soon as possible." Focusing in on that final saiyan's whispers, Shepard walked over to said saiyan, looking into his mind. Seeing something he approved of, he decided to spark a quick conversation.

"What is your name fellow Saiyan?"

The Saiyan, who stood around the same height as the visitor, looked over. He felt he didn't have to fear anything from this stranger, though he was still uneasy about the power display from earlier. "My name is Kallabash, traveler. Do you plan on sending out our children," he bluntly asked.

"That is one of the plans, amongst several. I've sensed quite a lot of regret in your heart. Saiyans generally don't show regret for their actions, yet you do. Why?"

Kallabash was taken back by the hard question. He was always prideful, almost too a fault. He had noticed that there were less assignments coming in. Upon seeing Frieza's order for all Saiyans to come back to Vegeta, he started to get suspicious. He would not argue against his King. Once this stranger came in, he hoped for nothing more then to get his daughter off of Vegeta as soon as possible. He would help this man, if only because his daughter may get to live. "I have killed many, believing my King would usher in a new way for us Saiyans to profiteer. To continue fighting for such an evil cause, killing innocent people, children... I now have a child of my own, my Mate having been killed by Frieza's doctors. If it means that my life ends because of who I was, so be it. My daughter, Avoca, does not deserve her Papa's sins."

'That almost sounded like something a human would say. Perhaps these Saiyans are not so savage, but more or less, Frieza has taken who they were and made them into savages. Near mindless killing machines. Alright Kallabash, you've earned a place amongst the Elders."

"Very well Kallabash, join your King and other subjects in the side room they just walked into. All will be explained when I am done out here." Looking back at the other 16 Saiyans, he sensed nothing but the will to survive, and no regret in many of their hearts. They would kill again, ruthlessly if given the chance. "As for the rest of you 16, go and start to retrieve the pods. If you require someone with technological expertise in dealing with the equipment in the pods, pull them off of whatever they are doing. This is a matter of the utmost importance. You will be ushering in the next generation of your species. Once you have filled out your names on the pad, you may leave. You have one day to complete this assignment. I expect to see most, if not all of you back here by this time tomorrow. If I find out that one of you betrayed your fellow Saiyans to any member of the Planet Trade Organization, you will be erased, immediately." Summoning a small ball of purple energy, Shepard had remembered Lord Beerus' training. Ordering one of the saiyans to stand and get away from one of the few chairs, he let the ball fly.

"HAKAI!"

Instead of exploding like many of the saiyans expected, the chair slowly started to disintegrate before their very eyes. Once again they were terrified. Shocked at this awesome display of power.

"I guarantee the Lizard couldn't do something like that. That isn't being obliterated by Ki gentlemen. That is disintegration, erasure. Down to the very atoms that once made that chair." Looking back where the chair once stood, there was nothing left, not even ash. "Stay loyal to your people. Yes you may very well die, but die with the honor, and satisfaction that your race gets to continue living, even some day thriving, without Frieza's horrendous influence. Do this, for your King. But more importantly, do it for yourselves." Looking behind him and out to the sky, he was just starting to sense the Lizard. He was still a far ways out, but Shepard needed to move his plans forward. "Good luck in your assignment. I must get going." Waving to the shocked group of council members, he vanished...

300 miles away

In an village simply known as 'Bardock's Village', various saiyans were walking, talking and some were even arguing, a fight breaking out every now an again. It was not a busy moving place, but it was active this morning for some reason. A woman can be heard in one of the many houses, grunting with a heavy butcher blade in one hand, chopping away at a huge slab of meat from one of the native animals she had caught only the night before. This was the Saiyan woman known as Gine. She used to be apart of her husband, Bardock's crew. However, she was the weakest by far, and wound up being saved on many occasions by Bardock. She began having feelings for him, and was very much happy when those feelings started to be returned. After a serious talk with her friend Fasha, and her then squad Captain, now husband, she stepped down and quit permanently. The feeling was more then mutual. She was tired of killing nameless innocents. She felt much more at ease working at the meat distribution facility. Her oldest son, Raditz, had recently been assigned to work with Prince Vegeta. She was thrilled that her oldest son was being recognized and she knew he would grow stronger and do well. Her youngest, Kakarot, was still in the incubation chamber. 'Oh Baby Kakarot, I cannot wait until you get older. It's amazing that he is a spitting image of his Father. Bardock I hope you come back soon.'

A weird sound plucked at her ears, and when she turned around, she nearly screamed. Someone who was definitely NOT her husband had shown up just inside the door. He was taller then her husband, and exuded authority and power. She couldn't see his face, but what really drew her attention were 2 things: the massive weapon that looked to be somehow strapped to the stranger's back, and his eyes, which looked far friendlier then others of her species. Thinking fast, she threw the butcher knife that was in her hand as hard as she could at the stranger. Jumping over the table and expecting to follow up the knife throw with an energy blast she was preparing, she did not expect the knife to be caught and as she threw the pink ball of energy, the stranger had taken the knife, slicing down and cutting the energy ball in half. Gine stopped her attack in absolute shock, realizing that whoever this was was probably on Bardock's level of strength. She didn't know what to do...

Using Instantaneous Movement, Shepard had honed in on the energy that felt like his old friend from the future. Though far weaker, it came with a calm. A familiarity that made him happy. Appearing suddenly in Bardock and Gine's house, he was absolutely NOT prepared for the small woman's reflexes. She looked frightened for only a moment before anger took over. 'Ohhhhhhhhh shit.' Before he could blink, she hurled the butcher knife that was in her hand at him. It was quite slow, but much faster then what Chi Chi could do. 'Kami, all women are crazy!'

Catching the knife in his right hand, he looked back to see the lithe saiyan, with a mastered grace, jump over the table she was chopping on. He saw a pink light near her waist. Knowing she was about to fire a house destroying energy blast at him, Shepard got ready. 'Shit she can't fire that in here, she may blow her own fucking house up!' Preparing a fraction of his ki, he charged it into the butcher knife. Swinging it down at the blast that was hurled at him, it cut right through her attack, sending it harmlessly in 2 different places. All that was left was a small bit of smoke. Seeing her face go from anger to fear in only a split second was not the way he wanted this conversation to go. Flipping the knife in his hand so it faced out handle first, he walked to the trembling woman. Looking down at her, she refused to look at his face.

"Aren't you a Saiyan? Look at me. Fear should be the last thing on your mind. I mean you no harm, Gine." Hearing her name, her face shot up to meet the stranger's. She couldn't see much, just black eyes, the pointed Saiyan nose, and a set of white teeth. 'Is he smiling? What is there to smile about?'

"How do you know my name?" She asked, not knowing exactly what to expect. "I don't think you belong here, Sir. Please leave." Trembling, she took the outstretched handle. She was tempted to try to stab the stranger, but a feeling somewhere within told her that this man could have destroyed her many times over but had no desire to.

"I know your name because I know a lot more then I should. I know that you have 2 sons. Raditz and Kakarot. I know that Kakarot only has a power level of 2 and is still within an incubation chamber. I know that Raditz is out in the cosmos with Prince Vegeta and General Nappa, working hard on his first real mission. I know that Bardock was healing from a previous mission to planet Kanassa, where he was injured. I know that his team has recently been destroyed by one of Frieza's right hand men." As he continued to speak, he noticed Gine's resolve to stand becoming more difficult. This was the only way Shepard can get through to her. 'I know Kakarot got his stubbornness from one of you. I'm sorry Gine.'

"I also know that planet Vegeta will be destroyed in less than 2 days from now. Yourself, and Bardock, and everyone else on this planet will be killed. I know that you and Bardock will be desperate enough to send Kakarot off planet before this happens. I know that that decision is in fact, the right one. Kakarot will grow to be exceedingly powerful. However, this comes at a cost. When he arrives on the planet, he will be extremely aggressive, even somewhat violent, like most saiyan babies. Unfortunately, the alien that finds him will lose control of Kakarot as he cares for him, being kicked and forced to let go, he will fall down into a ravine in the process. He will be seriously injured, hitting his head on a boulder, but he WILL recover. He will lose his memories however, and his name, due to this accident, but he will change. And become a hero. The greatest of heroes. The STRONGEST of heroes."

Just when Gine thought she couldn't take any more of the stranger's words, hearing that he would grow to be strong made her so happy. Beaming at the visitor, she began to say something but then stopped almost immediately. "Wait, are you some kind of...Psychic? How could you know these things about my baby boy?"

Shepard looked down and smiled at the mother. "Not necessarily. I have secrets I really can't tell. I'm sorry about that. I will say that I am here to offer you a chance to do something more then die on this planet. As much as destiny thinks you should die along with your people Gine, you are not a savage. You do not wish to kill for the sake of killing, even if it was to feed and house your family. I know you will want to go to the planet that Kakarot will go to because he will still be quite young. Unfortunately, his destiny, so long as it is not interfered with, is already set. He has to grow up alone. I will take care of him when he is a young man, restoring his memories that he will have lost. He will retain the goodness within his heart. I promise Gine. I have a different proposition for you. I wish to offer you the chance to be a Saiyan Elder. What this is, is someone that will look after a group of saiyan children, being essentially a mother figure to them. You will be one of several of these Elders, that will help nurture and train these children, to be potential peace keepers. Going throughout the galaxy someday, being a helpful force that will aid others. The time for taking life is over, the time to save it, begins now."

Gine didn't have to think too hard about it. She wouldn't get to be there for her child, but she could help the next generation of kids. She knew she had it in her. However one thing bit at her, greatly. Gine was sad to hear that her youngest son would have a lonely childhood. It was eating away at her. She desperately wanted to be there for him. She looked at the visitor, before she could give her decision, the visitor's voice came through loud and clear in her mind.

"Gine, I will speak this in your mind. Hold onto it. Kakarot's changed name will be Goku. He will grow far more powerful then Bardock, powerful enough to fight Frieza. Truly fight Frieza. And he will beat Frieza. And he will do it because of love. And righteous anger. He will not be alone all his life, he will meet a young lady in his childhood, and will later marry her. And have kids of his own. He will fight for those kids, and he will even die for them, but he will live a long, fulfilling life. There is no doubt about that." Hearing the words in her mind, she began to tear up. Abandoning all instinct, she rushed to the visitor and hugged him as hard as she could.

Shepard initially didn't return the hug, he was shocked. 'How can mothers be this fucking STRONG!?!?' Starting to wheeze, he rubbed her back and returned the hug, careful not to squeeze her in return less he turn her into paste. "Ok ok Gine, trust me it will happen." Chuckling and touching her arms that were still behind him, he lightly forced her hands back to the front of her. She looked up with tears in her eyes.

"Si-si-si-sir, that is the greatest news I could ever hear. It makes me proud as a saiyan to have delivered such a powerful baby!" Pumping her fist up in the air, she turned back to the kitchen table, grabbing her butcher knife and preparing to chop meat up for the stranger. "Perhaps I can prepare you a quick feast before Bardock gets back. He will not be happy another male is here, this is his territory."

'Shepard you are a brilliant son of a bitch, I have a couple spare empty capsules, I can suspend the food. They will stay fresh for decades. Goku can have a piece of his Mother's home cooking after all.'

"Actually Gine, if you will prepare the feast, I will take it to go. I still have business on this planet. So have you considered my proposition?" This time Gine didn't even have to think about it.

"If Kakarot will grow to live a good life, as much as it pains me, I agree to your proposition. I will become one of the 'Elders' to look after the next generation of children. Will I ever see him again Sir?" Shepard smiled at her puppy dog attempt with her eyes, he couldn't resist giving her a positive answer.

"I believe that once the PTO are long and gone, that there is a chance for many things. You must start training again however Gine. You will need to be a strong role model."

20 hours later

Shepard had continued to lounge at Gine's house for many hours awaiting Bardock's return, comfortable. Gine had offered one of her chairs in the lounging area for Shepard to sleep in, which he took happily. After packing up the feast in one of his spare capsules, out of sight of the small mother of course, he spoke with Gine about many things. Mainly about how he was able to get everywhere so quickly. Trying to explain Instantaneous Movement to a Saiyan with a power level of barely 1,000 was extremely difficult. There were many concepts she couldn't quite grasp.

As Shepard started to explain the theory of moving at light speed with ki, a ping to his senses started getting stronger. 'Bardock will be here really soon..'

"I'm sorry I must cut this short Gine, but it is time I must go. Thank you for the food. I will send Bardock to you when he is well enough. Make sure Kakarot has everything he needs Gine. If you have anything that he will be able to cherish, now is the time to give it to him." Instantly disappearing, the mother immediately went to work. 'I won't let you forget about us Kakarot, I promise.'

King Vegeta's Palace

Back at King Vegeta's Palace, things were moving quickly. Many space pods were being put outside, stretching across for several hundred meters. Dozens of saiyans, along with the Royal Council, had volunteered. Now that many of the soldiers were back on planet Vegeta, the rumor of their destruction, along with the rumor that there was a visitor that far exceeded The King in strength aiding their chance for survival, had spurred them on to aid in saving their race. Many of them were patrolling the low skies, on the lookout for any kind of attack from the PTO. Others were moving things and lifting whatever needed to be lifted to help the various technicians move around as they continued to pull the Kill Trigger systems and tracking devices.

Within the Palace, the King, along with the handful of other saiyans that the visitor had asked to come, had been gracefully, impatiently waiting on said visitor. Just when the King was about to get up and check on the process of the space pods, a 'WHOOSH' sound came from his left, revealing the visitor once again.

"Hello there." Sending a simple wave to his fellow saiyans, Shepard begin to speak of his plan. "Alright Vegeta, you and I need to talk in private. Follow me please." Getting up, the King started to follow the visitor to the next room over. After following him into the room, the door closed behind him.

"Alright King, talk to me about Tarble and Sarada."

"WHAT? HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY KNOW OF THEM?" Before he could grab the Visitor, the visitor in turn grabbed his hands, answering calmly. "It isn't my place to know, but it is your eldest son's. That is why you are going to make a recording. It will be untraceable, and when you are done with it, you will give it to me. I will pass it along to the boy when I see him. On this recording, you will speak of your expectations of him, how proud you will be of him. And how he must remain strong within Frieza's ranks. You must also tell him that when he is free of the PTO, he will cease his desires to rule over the Universe. He will develop that level of complex, only because Frieza will attempt to take everything from him. But if he has your support, if he knows, that you are proud of him. If he knows that you will be watching over him. If he knows that you see him as a worthy future King, he will fight harder to stay alive. To withstand the onslaught that that Lizard will be sure to leave upon him." 'And now, the hardest part of this conversation.'

"You will also make a recording for both Tarble and Sarada. Tarble, from what I can tell, will grow up free. Sarada, on the other hand, who you've already sent out, is likely already in Cooler's hands." When the King put his hands in his head, showing such weakness, Shepard about snapped.

"HEY! I didn't say that she was going to die, but she will suffer. If I could get her out of their clutches and place her somewhere safe, I would. But I can't unfortunately. Even I have to abide by a few rules. I have interfered so much already, that it is likely a supreme force of warriors will start coming after me. I will make sure these recordings are put somewhere safe, for if my descendant meets him or her, or both, he will do the right thing by them."

Leaving King Vegeta to his devices, Shepard walked back to the room with the other saiyans that were far more patient then their King.

"Alright guys, listen up. This is how this is going to work..."

2 hours later

After Shepard had explained his plan to the other 4 Saiyan Elders, they were excited at the opportunity. They realized they needed quite a few more Elders if they were to look after so many saiyan children. Shepard told them not to worry, for he already had another plan set in motion.

Shepard was scanning the many saiyans that were outside the Palace. Writing on a pad that he brought with him, amongst many other things, he was finished with his list. Calling Mato over, the smaller saiyan walked up to the visitor.

"What is it you require of me Sire?" Writing on a piece of paper, Shepard handed it to Mato.

"Find these saiyans out there amongst the crowd, take this pad. I am not familiar with their names. I wrote informative descriptions in that pad. Write their names on this paper, get them over here. You know what my requirements are if they are to live. I leave the survival of our race in your capable hands. You should have the right to also choose who will be Elders. The next part of my plan is about to start. Bardock has arrived."

Instantly reappearing to quite a scene, a mess of doctors were pulling what looked like a near dead saiyan out of a damaged space pod. "Quick we need to get him in a healing pod, he may not make it."

"HALT!" Looking over, the doctors didn't know what to make of the strangely clothed visitor who had yelled. He was not wearing armor, so he couldn't be one with the PTO. Could he?

"PUT HIM DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I WILL HANDLE THIS." Still not putting him down, the visitor started walking over to the crowd, pushing aside several doctors until he made it to the center. "I said. Put. Him. The. Fuck. Down. NOOOOOOOWWWWW." Screaming, the equipment started to spark. As the ground started to lightly shake, they released the injured warrior. Stepping back in fright. They watched as the visitor got down to one knee...

'Damn Bardock, you never looked this fucked up in the movies.' To keep it simple, Bardock looked like Dodoria ate him and shit him back out, all during breakfast. His face was bashed up, armor was nearly gone, pants were shredded. Tail limp.

"M-m-my-my team. De-dead. Frieza. FRIEZAAAAAAAA!!!!" As Bardock was screaming, Shepard put his hand on the injured saiyan's chest, immediately regretting it.

'Green skies. Blue trees. A titanic clash off in the distance. 'BOOM!! BOOM-BOOM!' Clashes are incredibly loud. A figure screams by, colliding with a rock formation, crumbling. Can't make out the figure at first glance. Small, bald, red eyes, looks sinister. A long white tail. FRIEZA! He looks angry. Looking at where he is looking, there is ANGER, HATE, RAGE, SORROW, THE NEED FOR JUSTICE.' It is pure gold, the figure looks at Frieza with pure hate in his teal colored eyes. The golden shine makes it impossible to see who it is.'

Pulling back, Shepard nearly fell on his ass. 'Holy SHIT, that was insane. He's having these visions way too early. I may have already started changing things, but I can't stop now.'

Reaching into a pocket inside his gi, he pulled out a spare Senzu bean that he had. 'Thank you Tights.'

"Bardock, hey, hey, eyes here." Bardock was having an extremely hard time focusing. Looking up, he could make out a figure kneeling, or standing, he didn't know. He just wanted to get into a healing pod as soon as possible. His team was dead. Tora, Fasha, Shugesh, Borgos. He was now thankful he had talked his wife into getting off the team. He wanted revenge. He wanted blood. Trying to bat away the hand that was in his face, he started to feel the stranger try to put something in his mouth. With fast reflexes befitting of the strongest Low Class, he grabbed the hand and went to bite it.

"Uh uh, you fucker. Don't you do it." Shepard pushed Bardock's forehead down to keep his hand away from Bardock's mouth.

"Hey you can be better in 30 seconds or I can haul you off and it'll take you 2 hours, quit being a bitch." Upon hearing this, Bardock stopped fighting. Feeling something enter his mouth, he instinctively started chewing...

Watching the injured saiyan chew, Shepard was waiting for the inevitable explosion. Cuts started to heal up, Bardock's face begin to actually look recognizable. 'Wait for it. Hehehe.' Snickering to himself, he watched as Bardock's eyes shot open.

"AGHHHHH! WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT? THAT-THAT TASTED HORRIBLE." Bardock was coughing, trying to get the bland taste out of his mouth. Whatever that was that this stranger gave him, he was oddly not hungry anymore. And he felt stronger too. "Who the hell are you and what was that?"

Immediately getting to his feet, he watched as the stranger slowly got to his feet, not at all concerned that he was eyeballing the strongest Low Class Saiyan on the planet as he did so.

"That, Bardock, was some good shit. It got you back on your feet, and you're healthy again. Which means you'll be ready for the final part of my plan."

"Your plan? I don't even fucking know you. I have to avenge my team. I need to go."

Making sure his blood soaked bandanna was tied to his forehead, Bardock prepared to leave before an iron grip was placed on his shoulder. Before he could turn around, the scenery changed instantly, appearing before King Vegeta and several other saiyans, royal guards from the looks of it.

"HEY WHATS THE BIG IDEA YA BASTARD? I told you that I have to avenge-"

"Bardock, is it true?" Snapping his head back to the King, Bardock immediately got to one knee and begin to explain his predicament.

"My King, Frieza grows scared of our rising power. My team was sent to planet Meat ahead of me, per orders of Frieza himself, as I was still recovering from my injury on my last mission. When they arrived, they were ambushed by Dodoria's fat ass and his henchmen. By the time I had recovered and made it to planet Meat, I was too late. Tora and Fasha were the only ones barely alive. I watched Fasha be vaporized by one of the henchmen right before my eyes. I took one of Tora armbands. And. And...I soaked his blood in it." Touching his forehead, Bardock was finding it difficult talking about his squad. They had formed not too long after they had sprouted. Being together for several years, fighting back to back. Saving their lives, them even saving his in return.

"What Bardock says is very true gentlemen." The small crowd of 5 looked at the visitor, no longer surprised by the things they were hearing. "King Vegeta, Bardock. Both of you will be play a major role in the near future. Vegeta, I know you were preparing a small squadron of soldiers to go to Frieza's ship to claim your son. I ask that you not do that. Prince Vegeta will be fine in the long run. Have you prepared your recordings?" The King nodded, pulling out 4 small devices from a pocket in his armor. Handing them to the visitor, he made sure to secure them in a zipped pocket on the inside of his gi. "I only needed 3 from you King, why a 4th one?"

The King looked back, stoic as one who was going to die very soon.

"The people must be made aware of this treachery from Frieza. Even if that bastard somehow finds any of these saiyans, he will find that there will be no loyalty amongst them any longer."

Deciding he would listen to it later, Shepard nodded. Looking over to the Low Class, he needed Bardock to make a trio of recordings for his children and wife. They needed to know, especially Kakarot, what really happened here. "Bardock, you will go into the private room at the end of the hall, prepare a series of recordings for your sons, as well as your wife. If you will allow me permission, I wish to show you something before you do that." At Bardock's hesistant nod, Shepard put his hand on his forehead.

'Blue skies, white clouds, many layers of hard rock. Crystal clear waters. A man, who looks just like him, minus the anger and the ruthlessness in his eyes, flies by on what looks like a yellow cloud. In his lap lays a small child wearing a yellow and green tunic.

"What is this place?" Bardock could feel the lightness of the gravity, he thought he could even smell the freshness in the air. No signs of ki discharge.

The vision changes again, or memory? Bardock isn't sure. They are never this clear. He sees the same green world he had seen earlier, but when he sees the golden figure, his eyes widen.

"Kakarot? Kakarot is that you?" Seeing the golden haired individual looking at him in fury, he saw that the figure turned around and shot to the sky. Looking up in the sky, he sees what looks like Frieza in some kind of form, but he isn't sure. "What is happening to me? Am I losing my mind?"

As the scene changes again, he is brought back to the blue skied world. Hovering in the air, he feels massive ki discharge. Looking over to his right, he sees what he could only describe as a massive wad of pink chewing gum and a little toad faced thing hovering next to it. They look like they're in awe. As he looks to his left, he is immediately taken aback. He sees that Kakarot's hair is nearly as long as Raditz's, but it is gold. He also notices a halo above his head. There is also bio electricity discharging everywhere around the orange clad Saiyan. "KAKAROT! TALK TO ME. WHAT IS GOING ON?" He realizes that his son can't hear him.

"I'm sorry that took so much longer then the others. I haven't had much occasion to practice this one. I call this, Super Saiyan 3."

Hearing this, Bardock cannot even began to fathom just what the hell is going on. '3? WHAT!?! Kakarot only has a power level of 2. How the hell could he be this strong?"

As the scene shifts again, the sky has darkened. Looking off, he sees Frieza, or at least he thinks it's Frieza. His body now shining golden. Looking over to the other side, he sees in absolute shock, his son with blue hair, in another form of some sorts, the aura coming off of him seeming so powerful and...Godly even.

As the scene shifts one final time, he looks up and sees nothing but empty space. Back on ground level, he feels like he is on some kind of platform. A tower in the middle sitting high, all of a sudden going lower just a fraction.

"YAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" a roar that doesn't sound normal at all comes from the far distance, followed by many grunts of exertion. A line of red flashes by him, followed by a series of explosions. When he stops covering his eyes, he sees deep, red fiery fire erupting all over the place. 2 cracks hit the ground at the same time.

The first being he sees is light pink, deep black eyes. Uniform shredded, bare chested.

"YAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" hearing the roar one more time. He looks to where he heard it, seeing what he could only describe as a divine being with white hair, orange gi pants, and a look that reeked POWER. Is that? Is that? Kakarot is that you? KAKAROT!! "YAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH..."

Falling back from whatever that was the visitor had exposed him too, he was shocked. Elated. Happy. Angry? It felt like a violation, but it didn't feel intrusive.

"Hey what the fuck is the big idea showing me all of that. Can you see the future? Like. Like I can?" Bardock was nervous about his 'gift.' He felt like it was a curse. Seeing his entire planet be destroyed by the very piece of shit you have served under was a bitter pill to have to swallow. What countered his anger the most was his pride, seeing his son reach heights of power that no other Saiyan before has ever achieved. He was so proud at seeing that. But something was still on his mind.

"Hey what of my older son, Raditz? The little shit is running along with your son, my King. I know he will do good and grow stronger in no time." King Vegeta looked at his fellow saiyan, a smirk appearing on his face.

"My son does not have time to look after your weakling of a son Bardock, he better make headway or my son will destroy him if he gets in his way." Continuing to smirk, he was not expecting a smack on the back of the head.

"HEY! HOW DARE YOU DO SOMETHING SO DEGRADING TO THE KING OF ALL SAIYANS!" The other saiyans in the room looked at the Visitor in shock, backing up a bit as they did.

Shepard looked like he didn't have a care in the world. Inside he was laughing. 'Like Father, like Son. Even down to the same mannerisms.'

"There will be no killing amongst our own any longer. It is time the saiyans truly adapt and evolve. This time without that fucking Lizard lording over you all. As for Raditz, I plan on seeing both him and Prince Vegeta when I am done here. Go and prepare your recordings Bardock, then come back when you are done." As the Low Class mumbled and walked away, Shepard walked back out to the main part of the Pallace. When he entered, a group of Saiyans, flanked by Kallabash on one side and Mato on the other. Ruccollo and Golrick were out amongst the pods, still getting the final ones touched up and ready to go. There were 38 Saiyans that stood in front of Shepard. Scoping the minds of each, he was highly satisfied that Mato and Kallabash had picked these guys out. Each of them had qualities worthy of Elder status. Most of them had killed in the past, but were more then willing to renounce their ways. 24 of them were female. Some looked menacing, looking every bit as intimidating as their male counterparts. 'Each and every single one of these saiyan women have children. Or they have had children who served.' From what he could gather, more then half of them were young enough to bore another child, or even 2. The 14 males were much the same way. Various heights and strengths. Some looked high strung, ready to go into battle. Others looked like they were bored. Either way. It was time to set up the next phase of his plan.

"Hello there. As I am sure you are aware of, a revolution of epic proportions is on the horizon. Each of you 38 Saiyans, along with Kallabash and Mato, as well as Ruccollo and Golrick, not to mention Gine, wife of Bardock, will be going out in the cosmos. Your jobs are to look after the near 1,700 pods that will be going to various worlds, 14 planets in total. Each of these planets, the Planet Trade has never found. And they never will, so long as attention isn't drawn to yourselves for the next couple of decades. I have already seen and observed each of these planets."

It was kind of a lie, but not really. Shepard in the future had scouted these planets, already planning in his mind the safeguarding of the saiyan race. He knew these planets had not been tarnished in any way, several of them quite capable of sustaining many kinds of varied life like on Earth.

'The universe truly is a massive place. I know that Lizard will never find these planets. Piece of shit.'

"The Kill Trigger programs have all been removed, as well as the tracking technology. I have had each of you summoned here, to reiterate what Mato has already told you. Each of you qualify as an Elder of your species. Take a look at each of your fellow members standing next to you. Every single one of you, will be relying on each other. It is time to put your differences aside, for they are petty. Genocide is upon you all, deal with your squabbles when your lives aren't in danger." Looking out amongst the group, Shepard was satisfied at the nods of agreement throughout.

"King Vegeta will step outside in a while to give his final speech to all of the rest of the people. Unfortunately, not all will be able to travel with these children. Many of the saiyans outside will no doubt perish in the ensuing conflict that is about to come. Their jobs will be to see that you as well as the children will safely leave the atmosphere. For my part, I will be in space, making sure the Lizard doesn't send henchmen to try to follow any of your pods."

As Shepard was finishing his speech with the group of future Elders, Bardock had walked back into view, recordings in hand. He looked jumpy, ready to go home and be with his wife for however long they had left. Not to mention they needed to get Kakarot off planet as soon as possible.

Approaching the visitor, Bardock smacked the recordings into Shepard's chest. "Here, recordings are done. Can I go be with my wife and son for a little while or am I still needed here?"

Putting a hand on Bardock's shoulder, the Low Class was prepared to knock it off before the scenery changed to a familiar house, again he was flabbergasted how the visitor could move so fast. He went to turn around to show his thanks, but the visitor had already vanished again, probably back to the Palace. Turning back to the house, he seen the woman who had birthed him 2 children, chopping away at some meat.

"GINE!" Seeing his wife turn around beaming, he smiled back. This was one positive that he couldn't be upset with in the slightest. It was extremely rare for a saiyan to find something akin to love. After he and Fasha had spoken to Gine about stepping down from the Force, he would come back from missions and stay with the small woman. After she gave birth to Raditz, they all but realized that they were bound together for life. And Bardock wouldn't have it any other way. As Gine ran over and gave the Low Class a hug, she began to speak, almost too fast for him to understand.

"BardockweneedtogetKakarotoffthePlanetFriezaisgonnadestroyVeg-"

"Whoa whoa whoa calm down Gine, I know what that idiot is planning. We need to head to the lab center and get Kakarot, and I'll get a spare pod."

Gine started to calm down. Tears still coming down her cheeks, she looked up at Bardock. "I wish I could go with Kakarot, but I know he will be alright. That visitor wants me to be one of the Elders to look after the other saiyan babies that go out in the stars. I don't know what planet I will go to, are you gonna join us afterwards?"

Bardock was torn, he wanted to tell her absolutely, but the way the visitor was talking, he would be right in the thick of the fight. Honesty was always a good policy, so he wouldn't quit now.

"Gine, I don't think I'm gonna make it off this rock when it's destroyed. Whatever happens, do the best you can with those kids." Gine was sad to hear this. She could only hope she would see her husband again somehow.

Walking hand in hand, they headed off to retrieve their youngest boy...

6 hours later

Standing out amongst the saiyans, who were tirelessly double checking every single pod. Shepard was making sure that all of the pods were without the Kill Trigger and tracking programs. 'Bad enough that racist piece of white and purple filth will hunt them down like the rabid paranoid dog that he is.'

Going into most of the pods, checking over the coordinates, he was satisfied how quickly a crowd of saiyans could actually work. Especially when it didn't involve fighting. He could sense Frieza, strolling along and getting closer. He still had roughly 12 hours before the Lizard would arrive. As he continued to maneuver around the many people that were working, a thought struck him. '

Shit, I forgot about Broly and Paragus, forgive me Broly.'

Realizing only now that he had forgotten all about the pair, he could reach his senses out and find them to make sure they were on their way to Vampa, but Frieza was the bigger priority. As he continued to scope the cosmos, a pair of saiyans turned up behind him. Shepard could sense them but he waited for them to speak.

"Excuse me Sir, we have taken care of Kakarot. Is there anything we can do to help?" Turning around and seeing Bardock and Gine, Shepard couldn't help but smile.

'Goku, if you only knew how much like your mother you truly are. Or how much you look like your father. I'll make sure you remember.'

"Excellent you two! Bardock, go into the palace and get with King Vegeta, I will explain the final part of the plan of to you when I get there." Before he could address Gine, Bardock moved to stand in between his wife and the stranger, anger on his face evident.

"I know that you were in my house you fucking piece of shit. Did you think I wouldn't smell you?" Shepard showed no fear, and addressed the slightly shorter green armored saiyan coolly.

"Bardock, I needed a place to lay low. And being around familiar people, made it easier. I apologize for that. But not for wanting to make a difference." Growling his frustrations, Bardock started seething.

"Familiar? I've never seen you before in my fucking life. If you tried to take a pass at my woman I'll-" Shepard immediately got into the green armor wearing saiyan's face. A burst of ki pushed Bardock back, before he heard a voice in his mind.

"You will do nothing, I would never make a pass at Gine. Your wife asked if I was a psychic. I am not. I am from the future. A future where you die, where Gine dies, where every FUCKING saiyan on this planet dies, with the exception of a small, very small handful. Get over your damned jealousy and send your wife off. And then meet myself and King Vegeta in the Palace when you are done."

As Shepard had expected, Bardock backed down, looking somewhat ashamed.

"Come on Gine, lets get you off this rock." Walking away, the pair holding hands, a very unSaiyanlike attitude.

'They finally understand that this is it.' Shepard continued to observe the spectacle that was the chaos of moving hundreds of people off world in only a short time.

Realizing he had seen enough, he went back inside the Palace to retrieve the King. Upon walking up to the Royal Saiyan, he noticed he was checking the crest that he had worn. The Royal Crest of Vegeta was a heirloom that was quite unique in the galaxy. There was only one like it. Ripping it off of his cape, he handed it to Shepard.

"I ask that you give this to my son when you are able." Raising an eyebrow, Shepard looked at the King, taking the Crest and holding it with care.

"I'll make sure your son gets it. Now, my King," putting his hand across the King's shoulder, who looked as though he was about to explode at being touched so carelessly.

"It's time to speak to your people. After you are done, I will speak with both you and Bardock privately. Good luck King Vegeta." Releasing his hold, he watched as the King walked out to the entrance to the Palace. Seeing all the chaos going on, the King was somewhat relieved to have the visitor at his side. Before he could speak however, the visitor let out a burst of ki, blowing the many still useable scouters into pieces, he then snapped his fingers next to the King's ear. "Speak when you're ready my King." Backing away and slightly smiling, Shepard patiently began to listen to the speech that would change Universe 7 forever.

"My fellow Saiyans," surprised at the base and volume of his voice, King Vegeta turned back to the visitor, who started to look away and began to even start whistling.

'Annoying whelp.' Going back to his speech, he began again.

"My fellow Saiyans, we are entering the last phases of livelihood. I know that many have deemed me ruthless, even cold. Know that I am in the same situation as you are. My eldest son is working for Frieza now. My youngest, is somewhere out amongst the stars. Today marks the day that we as a species, fight for our very survival. I ask those who stand here today, to fight with me. Those who stood by me when we defeated the Tuffles. Those who have never fought with me before. I was made King because I led us to victory. I cannot, and will not promise victory today. But there is something I will promise. Today marks the last day that we bow, to any species. Today is the last day that we Saiyans put our heads into the ground, groveling to a being that cares not about our service nor loyalty, but our DESTRUCTION! We will not cower behind the faces of the Cold Empire any longer! We will RISE! We will not only fight for our very lives, we will fight because it is for our future GENERATIONS! I will be fighting...Because I wish for more then my ruthless and cold nature to be the only thing my children will ever know of me." Walking down the stairs of the Palace and taking a look at those he would've considered far beneath him only days ago, now as fellow Saiyans alike.

"It is a sobering thought, to be a King of your people. To know that someone wants to kill your people, not because you've been disloyal or dishonorable. BUT BECAUSE WE ARE GROWING TOO STRONG TO CONTROL!" Shock was rearing throughout the crowd. But the King was not done yet. "That's right, that is what I have been told, by a most reliable source indeed. Frieza fears our power. Fears what we can become. I say to you all. Even if we do not succeed in beating Frieza, we can most certainly free our next generation. They will grow far stronger then us! We will fight for the many Saiyans that are about to lift off. WE MAKE OUR STAND HERE! WE MAKE SURE THAT ARCOSIAN FUCKER KNOWS, THAT WE SAIYANS WILL NOT BE BROKEN. WE WILL NOT BE DESTROYED WITHOUT A FIGHT! HE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER. THE. SAAAAAAIIIIYYYYYYAAAAANNNSSSSS!!!!!!!! An eruption of cheers, followed by many ki balls shooting into the sky, signaling the start of the final phase of the plan.

'Now that is how you motivate someone. You sure would be proud Geets.'

Little did anyone know, Shepard had a small recording device in his hand. 'I'll make sure Vegeta truly knows where his father stands. This may even have a better influence on him over the years.' After the speech was over, the King turned back, followed by Shepard. Snapping his fingers again and releasing the miniature ki bubble he had created for Vegeta's throat.

"Quite the speech my King. The people will most certainly fight for a compassionate King, rather then a ruthless one. I can sense Frieza coming closer. I'd say he will be here within the next 2 hours."

King Vegeta took his cape off, stretching his muscles. "Then it is time to start letting the children and Elders go I presume?" With a nod, Shepard turned to see Bardock walking towards them both. The Low Class stood within 5 feet of both Saiyans, no longer bowing.

"Well Sire, the people's morale is in good spirits. We are ready to fight. And die, if needed. This is a cause worth fighting for." Looking over to the visitor with a scowl, he added, "So, Stranger. You still haven't told us our part of the plan."

Shepard had been deliberately holding off this part of the conversation. If only because to enjoy the familiarity of the two. Seeing the two of them standing there, he couldn't help but feel a hint of nostalgia.

'The King, defiant and cold. Hateful and proud. It is good to see that unlike his son, he will accept help when he sees he truly has no choice. But also unlike his son, he becomes complacent in his power. Prince Vegeta never stopped training. Perhaps in Otherworld, if I can talk some sense into King Yemma, I can spare these two of Hell. And Bardock, you would be so proud to see Goku grow up. It is truly a shame that your last stand on this plane of existence must be at these final moments. I think Goku would be proud of your courage. Perhaps someday you two will get to have a good ol fashioned fight with each other. I'd love to see that. Somehow I don't think I will get the chance.'

Looking at the 2 Saiyans standing across from him. It was time.

"Alright you two, I can either throw up a power ball for you to transform and create havoc on the Lizard's forces, or you can go in and give them hell for as long as possible. I will be holding off any strays that try to get by. If Frieza sees these pods, there is no doubt in my mind he will go after them. Not one doubt. I have no problem destroying soldiers that get too close. But I need Frieza occupied, and who better to distract them, then the Fathers of the future strongest Saiyans of this Universe." Hearing the last part in their minds, the 2 Saiyans looked at the visitor with conflicting looks. The King with shock, the Low Class didn't seem surprised at all.

"What better way to go then taunt that piece of shit one final time, right Vegeta?" Laughing as he said this, Bardock looked at the scowling face of the King awaiting his orders. After a few seconds, the scowl slowly turned into a smirk, then he started laughing as well.

"I suppose you are right Bardock. You were alongside my primary forces in the War. I can't think of a better saiyan to die with. No we will not require the power ball. There will be quite a few of us up there. And the few that will have control do not need to be focusing on controlling the others. We will go as we are."

Nodding at his answer. Shepard walked up to the two, putting a hand on the shoulder of each.

"Alright then, get ready. The pods are about to go up. And I will with them." Learning the trick of using ki within his body to contain massive air reserves, and doubling the effort with a light ki shield that covered his body, Shepard could stay in outer space for lengthy periods of time. It was not difficult to do, so long as he remembered to breathe when he got back in the atmosphere...

Within the 1st hour, almost 1,300 pods had been sent away, securing the future of the Universe. With his back turned to Planet Vegeta, in the coldness of space, Shepard watched as the pods continued to fly away. Smile only getting bigger as pod after pod after pod flew off, guaranteeing a free life. Amongst the many babies, he sensed the Elders not too far behind. All in all there were 56 Elders total, Ruccollo and Kallabash recruiting another 14 that they felt would make great potential teachers. Shepard didn't feel like he needed to interfere. He had already told the first Elders that the survival of their race was in their hands now with every choice they made.

'Figuring 4 Elders a planet, 14 planets total. Close to 1,700 Saiyan babies. 120 Saiyans a planet. Maybe I should've tried to recruit more Elders, then ag-' Turning around sharply, he sensed what he had been waiting for.

'The Lizard has arrived. Dammit. By my estimation there are still another 300 pods to go.'

On the Ground

"Bardock, Vegeta. It is time. Come on up, fight hard!"

Hearing the voice in their heads. The pair looked at each other, nodding. The saiyans that were patrolling the skies earlier had now moved to the lower atmosphere.

"We make sure the Lizard curses us for the rest of his fuckin life Sire." Bardock said, fist clenching as he did. King Vegeta looked down, eyes closed with a smirk forming.

"Today we die hero's for our children, instead of murderers of others. LETS GOOOOOOO." Powering up, purple aura pulsing all around him, Bardock followed up with his own blue aura.

Shooting off into the sky, they knew this was their fate. Whatever lay beyond for them, was acceptable. 'Gine, Raditz, Kakarot. I fight this fight for you. I will give everything!'

"My sons, Vegeta and Tarble, my daughter Sarada. I can only pray to the Saiyan Gods and Goddesses, that you will survive the coming years.'

Approaching the lower atmosphere, they flew by the several dozen men that awaited them.

"LET'S GET UP THERE AND GIVE EM HELL!" Bardock shouted. As they made it to the upper atmosphere, they started seeing the stars, and a massive disc shaped ship in the distance.

"That's definitely Frieza's main ship. Warriors, take out any soldiers that come forth! Bardock and myself will head towards the ship."

As the duo continued to fly towards the ship, they started seeing what looked like hundreds of soldiers flying fast towards them. To dodge the swarm, Vegeta fired a purple blast to scatter them, leaving much of the middle open. Bardock came up behind Vegeta as the two encountered a dozen soldiers.

"What makes you monkeys think you can revolt against Emperor Frieza?" One of the soldiers sneered, the others assuming fighting postures. The pair of saiyans looked at each other, before looking back.

The King shouted, "I AM A SAIYAN FIRST, SOLDIER SECOND. AND I WILL NOT LET MY PEOPLE DIE WITHOUT A FIGHT." Lowering his voice, "You think any of you will stop me before I have my audience with Frieza. TRY MEEEEEEEE!!" The pair went head first into the group. Kicking in armor, busting helmets, breaking many bones. Another group of 30 soldiers approached the chaotic fight.

"There's too many of them Vegeta, watch out! TYRANT LANCER!" Firing out his blast over the King's head, Vegeta could swear he would feel his hair smoke if he wasn't in space.

"Watch it Bardock!" Preparing energy in both hands, the King started firing dozens of scattered ki blasts all over, taking out many of the men in the process.

Almost 5 mins later, nearly 500 hundred dead soldiers were scattered throughout space. But the pair had finally made it to the ship.

"COME ON OUT FRIEZA! WE'VE GOT SOMETHING TO SAY!! The King yelled.

Seeing the top began to open up, Vegeta and Bardock had at last seen their most hated enemy. There floated Frieza, with Dodoria on one side and Zarbon on the other.

Snickering into his hand, Frieza could hardly hold in the cackles.. "Ho ho ho ho ho. My my Vegeta, I would have thought you would be more...direct. And yet here you are, with another monkey in your clutches. What are you hoping to accomplish with this little rebellion?" In response, the King started smirking, then he began to start laughing. Frieza did not find this amusing. "I find it hard to believe you would be laughing at the destruction of your species. WHAT IS SO FUNNY?"

And then the other Saiyan began laughing.

"Oh and you as well? What is so funny about this? ANSWER ME!!!" The force of the Lizard's scream finally prompted the pair to stop. Looking at each other for the last time, the Low Class began to speak.

"It's over, you piece of Shit. You worthless Lizard, we were loyal to you. We fought for you. Even died for you. And because of our growing strength, which if you would've shown us the loyalty that we had shown you, that power would be at your disposal. Instead, you throw us in with the garbage, and decide it is ok to destroy us. WE'RE DONE WORKING FOR YOU! FUCK THE PRETTY BOY, FUCK THAT FAT PIECE OF PURPLE LIPPED CHEWING GUM WITH ARMOR, and FUCK. YOUUUUUUUU!!!!"

Charging the biggest Riot Javelin he could, he saw in turn that Vegeta was beginning to charge his vaunted Galick Gun.

"AGHHHHHHHHHHH" Letting the blue blast go, both started to see what looked like a small ball of orange ki in the distance on Frieza's fingertip, began to grow to a massive size. Then Bardock saw his blast get absorbed into the ball.

"Ohhhhhhh shit Vegeta, what do we do? FUCK!" It looked like it was going to be the size of the sun.

"It doesn't matter Bardock, we have a job to do." The King hurriedly replied.

As he was preparing another Riot Javelin, an unexpected vision hit the Low Class. 'Aghhhh, not now. NOT NOW!'

'The green planet once again. Many booms and cracks in the distance.

"KAIO-KEN TIMES 20!!!"

He hears. 'That sounds like Kakarot!' Flying quickly to the location of the shout, he sees his son on the ground, aiming up. Looking where his son is aiming, he sees what he thinks is Frieza, but in a much different looking form. More sleek, without horns. "KAAAAAMEEEEEEHAAAAAAAMEEEEE" 'Damn I can taste the power coming from whatever Kakarot is about to use.' "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" a massive blue beam of energy erupts from Kakarot, hurtling towards the Arcosian...'

"DOCK? BARDOCK? BARDOCK? ARE YOU WITH ME? Releasing the Galick Gun he was preparing, Vegeta turned to the Low Class, smacking him across the face as hard as he could. He was beginning to panic. Bardock was just about to fire a blast along with him and Frieza's ball was only getting bigger. It was only a matter of seconds before it would be ready..

"Wha? Wh? What's going on? OH SHIT" Finally waking up from his forced unconscious state, Bardock seen the small orange ball, now the size of a small sun. At least it felt that way cuz it was so close. And it was starting to pull him in.

"Shit Vegeta, this is EVERYTHING!" Realizing the Riot Javelin was not going to help him, Bardock decided to focus his energy differently. Putting his palms together and moving to the right. "Let's go Vegeta, it's now or NEVER." The King had long given up annoyance for lack of Title, so he wasn't upset.

"It's about time Clown, I was beginning to think I would have to save my people by myself." Charging up the Galick Gun again, he was already charged up quite a bit before, so it didn't take long.

"KAAAAAAAAA" Frieza began to cackle heavily as he tipped his finger forward, releasing the massive death ball. "MEEEEEEEEEEE" Not paying attention to the many soldiers starting to get engulfed by the blast. "HAAAAAAAAAAAA" Vegeta was nearly ready. He had never heard whatever Bardock was chanting before, but he noticed a blue tint out of the corner of his right eye. "GAAALIIICKKKK GUUUUUNNNNN!"

"MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" The ball was closing in quite fast, only another 30 seconds before they would be turned into ash. "FIIIIIRRRRREEEEE" "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" 2 massive purple and blue beams shot out towards the death ball, colliding with a resounding CRACK. They were being pushed back slowly, but they would've already been dead by now had they not put up any resistance. "Da-DAMMIT, it's not enough!" The King noticed this as well, beginning to pour his life force into the Galick Gun, it didn't seem to make much of a difference as the death ball slowly, but surely approached them. They didn't know how many pods were still left on the planet, but they wouldn't stop until there was nothing left.

"POUR YOUR LIFE FORCE INTO IT BARDOCK! AGHHHHH!" Starting to be pushed back now, Bardock poured everything he could muster. "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" the blast nearly doubled in diameter, the ball starting to slow down further. It was still coming, but it would take several minutes instead of seconds. Bardock, getting desperate, sent a mental message to the visitor, hoping he would get it.

"We can't hold him off much longer, are those fucking pods gone yet?..."

Watching the last 10 pods leave the atmosphere, hearing Bardock's mental message was a surprise. "They are all gone Bardock, I can feel every single one has made it to safety. You can let go now my Friend. Thank you. I promise I will find a way to reward you both for your effort.'

Using Instantaneous Movement to get back into space, Shepard could feel the energy ball getting closer. He could have pushed the ball away from the planet. But in his aged mind, he could only see the children of the Saiyans of old truly making a difference in the Universe. The older Saiyans would be far more of a menace to the Universe as a whole. It was better to start fresh. Unlike Frieza, who would only leave a small handful alive.

"Thank you Both, let go and embrace the afterlife. I will see you there shortly to have a talk with the Being who will decide your fates."

"I CAN'T HOLD IT ANY LONGER BARDOCK!" The King's energy had begun to waver, Bardock's fading right behind his. "YOU HEARD THE MAN KING, ITS OVER."

Releasing the Kamehameha, Bardock was drained, and more prepared to face death then ever. As the ball blew past the last of their defenses, Bardock and Vegeta were huddled in together, feeling the energy began to destroy their skin.

"AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" grabbing onto the King's arm and not realizing it, he didn't notice the pain had disappeared until he was pulled into one final vision...

'The Green planet once again, the discharge of power being felt and heard.

"What is this place?" Shocked out of looking at the scenery, Bardock noticed King Vegeta on the grass beside him, looking at the scenery as well. "Hmph, Vegeta, you must have been pulled into my vision. I told you I could see the future, hahaha" scratching the back of his head and looking at the King, he was about to say something else when out of no where, a massive eruption of gold just surged EVERYWHERE. The pair of Saiyans could feel the rage, the anger, the pain. As the ground started to break up beneath them, they jumped into the air. Floating about, the scene was nothing short of a titanic clash. It looked like WAR had raged on this planet.

"Vegeta, look at that!" Looking where the Low Class was pointing, his eyes grew wide. Looking on the ground, he saw 4 golden surges of energy. Across from them, they saw what looked like 3 violet colored spikes of energy rising to meet the gold. "4 super Saiyans Bardock? Is that what I am seeing? Bardock could clearly make out Kakarot, but there was also another Saiyan down there he recognized.

"Ra-Ra-Rad-Raditz? Is that you too?" After a few more seconds of observation, he confirmed that it was his eldest son. 'Both of my sons find the Legend?'

Vegeta had looked an noticed the shortest one, with what looked like similar pointed hair to himself, except now there was an angry gold wrapped around the man. 'My Son has achieved the legendary Super Saiyan?' In awe, both Saiyans looked upon the 4th and final Saiyan. Neither had recognized him, but he also shared the same anger and pain that the other 3 did.

"You can change Father." Sharply looking at his youngest son, Bardock focused on him before Raditz also spoke. "I heard your message Dad, and because of Kakarot, I too was able to change." Before Bardock could speak, Kakarot spoke again. "You don't have to be-LIKE HIM!" Watching Kakarot temporarily change into Frieza was heart wrenching. He desperately hoped that Kakarot would grow to be free of the tyranny that is Frieza. Watching both of his sons head off towards the violet colored spikes of energy, he held out his hand, calling to "KAKAROT! RADITZ! Wait, KAKAROOOOOOOOOOOOT!..."

"You can let go Father, you inspired me to stay strong in the face of Frieza. And now I am strong enough to finally avenge the Saiyans who died that fateful day." Watching his oldest royal son leave in the distance, The King was crestfallen. Until the 4th and final Saiyan walked up to both. Putting his hands on both of their shoulders, he smiled, despite the rage behind the eyes.

"Do not worry about them. I will keep them in line." With a wink, the last Saiyan turned around and joined the others...

"VE-VEGE-VEG-VEGETA? HA HA HA HAA HAAAA HAHAH," The King was looking forward, starting to disintegrate, he began to laugh as well. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA OUR SONS WI-W-WILL AVENGE US"

Vegeta was fully gone now, as Bardock laughed his final laugh. "WE WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH FRIEZAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaa..."

The ball of energy had gotten by the many Saiyans in the atmosphere, now heading down to the surface. Many of the still land dwelling Saiyans looked at what was their final fate, realizing they couldn't fight it...

'And that is that.' As the planet started to turn into molten lava and began cracking everywhere, Shepard looked back, sending a silent prayer... 'I don't need to watch anymore of this.' Realizing it was time to begin the next phase of his plan. He used Instantaneous Movement and vanished...
