Hello everyone! It's time to progress onto the next part of our adventure. There is going to be a few filler chapters. I've hoped to highlight some entertaining points. Pay attention to some of the wording in these next couple chapters. There is going to be some good fights coming, for all involved. Now, I want to be clear, Piccolo and the others are all under the impression that Piccolo permanently destroyed Raditz's body. But did he really?

Shepard has finally put an end to the threat of Raditz on Earth, but at the cost of his own life. What plan does Shepard have to bring Raditz into the fold? What ideas has he come up with to get through Snake Way? What of the others on planet Earth? All that and more will be brought forward, here on this chapter of Dragon Ball: BtG!

Review(s)

Drunken Hamster: Yeah Zenkai's are indeed funky, and I'm going to do what I want with them, for the story's sake. Shepard dying is a key integral part of his progression. I'm glad you saw the GoW sequence! I can just imagine Raditz's long ass hair flopping to and fro as Shepard soccer kicks him in the head. I really liked that sequence in the game. It just showed Kratos had HANDS. Raditz was going to get some knuckle sandwiches before Shepard was done with him :)!Sorry about the awkward stumbles you come across. Half the time I write this stuff and leave it alone for months at a time before I come back to it and see something I can change, so I often forget to correct the whole thing before I post. I'm pretty sure I did a good job here. Thank you for your review. I hope you don't mind a few filler chapters, but the filler will be like an overfilled Swiss Role! Hahahahahahaaaa! Take it easy chief!

Age: November, 761

Location: Otherworld

It had felt like only seconds. The black had completely enclosed him, the pain uplifted, easing the tiredness, the utter soreness out of his muscles. Opening his eyes, the bleary view starting to clear.

"PINK?" Sitting upright quickly, Shepard looked up, seeing the yellow clouds everywhere. Getting up, he realized he didn't have much time. He shot up to the sky, looking for the building he needed to be in yesterday! Looking for several moments, he spotted the top of it. Flying past the many clouds waiting in line, the ogres yelling upwards for him to stop. He dropped in front of the massive building with a 'WELCOME' sign above the entrance, scooting several of the waiting clouds out of his way.

"Now with that out of the way, Raditz, son of Bardock and Gine, I sentence you to HELL!"

Shepard had a once in a lifetime decision to make. His older self had mentioned potentially saving Raditz, and even though they had a brutal, hellish fight while living, Shepard had enjoyed it. Raditz was everything his older self had said he would be, and then some. Goku's brother was a wasted opportunity! Did Akira just not want to continue to draw his stupidly long hair? So what! Raditz had similar potential to Goku, and if he could change, then the chance to have a powerful ally, and a rival would be ever rewarding with opportunity to grow.

Shepard busted through the door, Kami, Goku and Yamcha with a red and blue ogre next to them on one side, Raditz being led away by a pair of red and blue ogres on the other. Seeing the massive red ogre with the purple helmet slamming a rubber stamp down, Shepard's body reacted before his mind...

Earlier...

"Heaven...Hell...Heaven...Heaven...Heaven..."

It had been another monotonous day for King Yemma. One of many..Too many! "Heaven...Hell...Heaven...Ahhh here we go!" Using his magic, the King of the Underworld summoned the spirit's natural form, the familiar orange gi appearing, the scar faced man looking confused, a halo appearing above his head.

"Uhhh...Where-?"

"Yamcha, the Desert Bandit of Earth, gave his life defending a young innocent child from a saiyan warrior who invaded your planet... nasty warriors those saiyans are. A good, honest death as any I suppose. Especially against a member of a warrior race such as the Saiyans. A former bandit who robbed people of their wares, not very honest but I guess the end judgement would be Heaven for you considering. Do you have any questions?"

Yamcha was stone walled.. the last thing he remembered was a flash of massive energy coursing through him, the agony that it had caused, trying to save Gohan after encountering the mad saiyan Raditz. "Uhhh...w-who are you?" Yamcha fearfully asked, looking up at the massive mahogany table, the even more massive red being looking over it at him.

"My name is King Yemma, and this, is the place where all souls are judged to go to Heaven for good deeds, or Hell for nefarious deeds. You did some..not so good deeds in your younger years, but you have more then made up for that in fighting for your planet Earth. Any other questions?"

Before Yamcha could respond any further, a green being had appeared next to him, coughing an introduction.

"Excuse me, Great King Yemma." Yamcha had mistaken him for the namekian Piccolo, however this one was noticeably older, wearing a white sleeveless vest with a purple cape, his wrinkled green skin showing his age.

"Ahh, Kami of Earth, what is it I can do for you? I have already sentenced your warrior to Heaven."

"Yes of course my great King. But I have a...different favor to ask.. I request that Yamcha...and possibly the other warriors who have fought against this threat that may come here, the grand opportunity to train under the Lord of Worlds."

"Hmmm, a request to train under King Kai? This is something I have not heard of in a small number of years. Do you think this young warrior could handle a journey such as the one you are asking?" King Yemma asked.

"Ah hem.. well I believe that this warrior is capable of taking on such a grand task my good King."

"Wh-what is going on? Who are you?" Yamcha bursted into the conversation, blindsided.

"Silence the both of you! I have taken your request under consideration Kami, and I will grant it. You must be made aware, young warrior, that only 2 before you have passed this trial you are about to undertake. The door to your left will take you out to Snakeway. Good luck." King Yemma's voice boomed, signaling the end of the conversation. But before Yamcha could move, a voice he was not expecting to hear came through.

"Hey uh, what's this place?" Goku said, scratching his head.

"Goku? Not you too?" Kami said, surprised to see the hero.

"Well hehehehehe yeah, Piccolo sure packs a punch. That beam of his hurt so much, but man when I got hit, Gohan got so angry. His power was huge! He... He's ok isn't he?" Goku asked. His last living memory of seeing his son explode with power, so much more then he himself was capable of! He definitely wanted to train his son! When he got back with the dragon balls, he hoped to help cultivate that power into something special.

"Yes Goku, Gohan has not passed through here. He should be alright. You say that Piccolo killed you?" Kami asked, making sure he heard correctly.

"It's not what you think Kami. Raditz was so tough. He was stronger then both of us hehehehe. I knew Piccolo had a secret weapon up his sleeve. But... I didn't think Raditz would be strong enough to break away from me. He had beaten both of us pretty bad. We tried everything we knew, but it just wasn't enough! I need to get stronger somehow." Seeing Yamcha next to Kami, Goku walked over, holding his hand out. Yamcha held his hand out to shake as well, smiling at seeing his friend. "I heard you tried to protect Gohan. I wish I had been there earlier. I'm so sorry Yamcha. You didn't have to go after Raditz, but you did anyway. It shows how much you've truly changed. Thank you."

"Hey I'd do it again if I had to buddy. Gohan didn't deserve what happened today." Yamcha said. Letting go of Goku's hand, he turned around, looking down at the ground.

"I just hope this training is worth it."

"Training? Ooohh boy! Where?" Goku said, clapping his hands together, cheery as ever.

"ENOUGH!"

The booming voice ended the conversation instantly. Goku looking up in shock at the giant being above him.

"WOOOOOOOW you're HUGE! You seem pretty strong. Are we training with you?" Goku said, looking up skeptically.

"GOKU! Do not upset the King of the Underworld. He issues judgement for all passing souls." Kami said, aghast at Goku's innocence. "Besides," Kami put his hand to his mouth, attempting to whisper. "King Kai is much stronger then King Yemma."

"I heard that Kami! If you know what is in your best interest, you will quiet down this instant!"

...

"Now then, with that mess addressed, let's take a look at you...ah yes. Kakarot, born on Planet Vegeta, also known to many as Goku of planet Earth, son of Bardock and Gine. Died when the being known as Piccolo used an attack to attempt to stop the Saiyan warrior, your elder brother Raditz. You have many great accomplishments. It is a rare thing to see a Saiyan with such a pure hearted soul. You are most certainly suited for Heaven, but from what Kami says, you wish to endure the training of the Lord of Worlds, is that correct?"

"Yes please! More then anything! I need to get stronger to help stop the saiyans that are coming in the next year! If I don't get strong enough, our planet will be doomed." Goku said. The King looked at the man, an interest he had not had in a number of years. He pondered if this was going to be the one to potentially end the Arcosian destruction of the Universe. So many unnecessary beings of many species had been sent through his doors. He longed to judge the trio of lizards.

"Well then, accompany that young man and you will go across Snake Way. Good luck in your training."

"M-may I stay and wait to see if Gohan comes through here please? He...he used an incredibly large amount of power. It scared Raditz. But it scares me that it may hurt Gohan. Yamcha, yo-you don't mind waiting with me?"

"Of course not, no problem man." Yamcha replied. He was ready to get going, but if his friend wanted him there, then he would stay as long as he needed.

It seemed like minutes had passed, King Yemma going back to judging the many souls that continued to filter through his doors. But then a commotion at the door caused the massive being to look up from his books. A slight, predatory smile coming across his face. Waving his hand, he turned the cloud into its original shape.

"W-w-WHAT IS THIS PLACE...HANDS OFF OF ME!" Raditz came to, screaming as he shoved the ogres that tried to corral him.

"Don't make me get out of this chair Saiyan!"

Raditz stopped what he was doing, looking at the giant that overlooked his mahogany table.

"Hahahahahaha and what are you going to do, filthy looking ogre? You don't look like you can move in that suit if you tried hahahahahaha!" Raditz continued laughing as the King looked on, not amused.

"Hmmmm, Raditz, oldest son of Bardock and Gine, born on Planet Vegeta, died when fighting the Saiyan known as Shepard. You have no good qualities about you. Your kill count exceeds the thousands! Do you have anything-"

A blast from Raditz's hand hit King Yemma in the face. "Hahahahahaha that bastard Shepard may have killed me, but I know he will be in here soon. You will stay out of my way, because when he comes through here-!"

"THAT'S IT!" King Yemma yelled through the smoke cloud, disappearing before anyone could see him.

"Huh-where did he-"

"RIGHT HERE!" Yelling from behind Raditz, he tried to turn around, but wasn't fast enough as King Yemma had morphed his body to be around the same size as Raditz, putting him in a headlock. He attempted to break free, but the King's strength was just too great.

"All that talk, for nothing! Ogres if you will!" He summoned 2 pairs of Red and Blue Ogres over to grab the nearly passed out Saiyan, putting him in magic cuffs, cutting off his power. When they got Raditz in the cuffs, King Yemma stepped back, wiping off his hands as if they were dirty. He disappeared again, only to appear again as the massive being he was before.

"Ahhh, now that we are done with that, I must apologize for utilizing my magic like that in front of mortal beings like yourself."

For their parts, Goku and Yamcha's jaws almost hit the floor. "W-w-w-!"

"Are you sure we can't train with him Kami? He did that so quickly! It was awesome!"

"Ah hem, thank you, thank you, but enough of that. I am a busy Ogre who has many souls to judge. Now then, as for you Raditz, you are being sentenced to hell, where in time, you will enter the Soul Cleansing Machine and be reincarnated, with hope that you will become a better being. Do you have any last words?"

He was coherent enough to look up, spitting as he snarled.

"It doesn't matter." He said, looking over at Goku, Yamcha, and Kami. "Vegeta and Nappa will arrive on Earth, and they will destroy ALL OF YOU HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"You have so much faith in them, what have they really done for you Raditz? You're their trash aren't you? What do you think they'll do with the trash once it's useless? They'll just throw it where it belongs. To the side, no longer useful. You're a waste of their time. You could side with us. You're my brother, so you say, but I would never do what you've done. You say that I betrayed the Saiyan race by embracing my humanity? Well I would happily call myself human." Goku said, not holding back his feelings on the matter. He hoped he would have the chance to say what he needed to say.

"I just wanted you to join me. Someone that would be on my side for once. We could've broken free of Nappa and Vegeta! Could have gone anywhere in the Universe! Maybe I was tired of killing countless people that offered no chance of fighting back! But...hahahahahaha I suppose you are going to be wished back by those blasted dragon balls? I can't wait to see your training fail brother hahahahaha Vegeta will destroy you!" Raditz had gone mad. Goku just shook his head, turning away, heading for the door to Snake Way. He said what he needed to say. Yamcha followed him.

"Hey man, I know that he's your brother an all, but wasn't that a bit harsh?" Yamcha asked. Having no siblings, he didn't understand the dynamic that he was seeing unfold.

"Harsh is all he knows Yamcha, it's how he grew up." Was all Goku said.

"Are we done? If we are, good, then I can continue with my sentencing.Raditz, the atrocities you have committed can not be stated enough. You have failed to live up to your father's last sacrifice."

"GRRRR, DO NOT SPEAK OF MY FATHER THAT WAY!" Raditz yelled, not having his energy to hurl anymore energy blasts was a bummer, but he would be defiant until the end.

"Now with that out of the way, Raditz, son of Bardock and Gine, I sentence you to HELL!"

A break through from the door caused all heads except the King's to turn towards it. They barely had a chance to see him before he disappeared.

SLAM

"There we...WHAT...?"

SLAM

SLAM

SLAM

"ST-ST-STOP IIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!" Screamed a voice, before a white aura powered up, pushing the rubber stamp that King Yemma had in his hand away.

"W-W-Wait..Please.."

Shepard's mind had finally caught up to his body, which had moved in front of King Yemma's paper. The stamp had came down hard. So hard it slammed Shepard into the stamp, carrying him back up. Only after the fourth slam did he make it back to the paper...

"AND JUST WHO DO YOU THINK YOU-!" King Yemma stopped mid sentence, stunned. He recognized this person. However he now had a halo above his head. This one told him of a time where he could be a savior for their Universe, if he allowed certain things to happen. 3 years ago, for instance...

"Well, this is most interesting...Shepard, killed by Raditz in a fight to stop the very being that you wish to save here. Why?"

On one knee, Shepard rose, looking up at the massive being on his table before him.

"Raditz can be a great ally in the future, if you send him to Hell now, he will just be a footnote. Let him come with us to do King Kai's training. Please. If he does something he shouldn't, then you can judge me as well. I won't fight it. But you have to give me...Give us this chance. We can grow strong enough to take down beings like Frieza. But it only begins here and now. With you."

Raditz heard every word. Why would this Saiyan, who killed him so violently, be willing to be judged the same as him for nothing? He didn't know how to react to this. He didn't want to die, but he did. He didn't want to be sentenced to hell, but he knew he would be. He wasn't sorry for the way he lived his life. He did hate the idea of being a planet trader, like his father before him did. He could see the appeal of his brother's lifestyle. Since he had truly forgotten his mission, the planet, that surely would have been ravaged had his little brother not hit his head and forget his natural instincts, he could see why the man would fight to save the planet. He realized he was on the wrong side of things at that moment. That his father had been right. That Kakarot would grow up to be...Special. That if he didn't try to make changes to better his life, that Frieza would surely end it before he could even have a chance to try. The emperor's influence had greatly plagued his life! He could just go down to Hell, not have to bear the pain of working for that monster anymore. He would be a disgrace in his father's eyes, but he didn't care.

"Hmmmmm, I should NOT do this. But I have made questionable calls before, and they have paid off...I don't like this. The idea of letting that tyrannical Saiyan be blessed with the teachings of such a great Master of Martial Arts. It does not sit right with me. He has spilled as much blood as the other saiyans!"

"My point still stands, King Yemma. He could be a great ally to have in the future. Things are going to start picking up soon, and we need as many people as possible. Raditz will work out his differences. His problems. If he continues to go down the wrong path, then I will share the same sentence as him when it is truly his time. You can send him downstairs if you want, but please. Trust me on this King Yemma. This can work. It's all a part of the Plan."

Whispering that last part so only the King could hear, Shepard hoped that the massive being would agree with him. He knew of his older self's Plan. It was a long shot! But if it was to work in the end, they needed as many potential allies that they could get! It started with getting those allies now as opposed to later.

"Interesting indeed... ok Shepard, I can allow this, provided that the saiyan improves his behavior and becomes more rational in the future. I will allow this only under a couple of simple conditions. One, Raditz is to end his ways of killing senselessly. He must repair what he has broken. Two. Someday, I will call upon him... for a favor you might say. He will fulfill this favor. If he does this, then the cycle will be complete. And I will allow him the full weight of Elysium. Is that understood?"

Shepard felt like a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders. This is what Universe 7 would need in the future! The Plan could commence. Without someone as strong as Raditz could be in the future, it would surely fail!

"Yes sir. Thank you King Yemma. Thank you..." Heaving a sigh of relief, the young Rogue lifted himself off of the massive Ogre King's books, dropping down to the ground.

"As for you Shepard, you very well could have saved your planet from momentary destruction. You may pass to gain King Kai's training. Remember what I said. Do NOT make me look like a fool for allowing this!" Changing the stamp, King Yemma changed the judgement, slamming down a mark which signified that Raditz and Shepard both would be on notice. If Raditz screwed up, Shepard would share the saiyan's fate.

"You may release Raditz. And let me remind you, the only reason that you are even having the CHANCE, to have this opportunity is because I allowed it. You have a lot to make up for. I will be keeping a close eye on you! Now GO! The line has backed up enough!" King Yemma barked out.

The Ogres that were holding Raditz released him, albeit hesitantly, taking the magic cuffs off.

"That's more like it." Raditz chuckled out, feeling his power return to him. He walked over to where Shepard was standing, ready to attack him, but he was stopped cold when he saw the look his fellow saiyan gave him.

"If you wanna have a crack at Vegeta and Nappa next year, you'll chill the fuck out right?" Half smiling, Shepard looked at the long haired Saiyan, giving him a thumbs up.

"Don't think I owe you anything, trash. The only reason why I am going through with this is because I want my shot at Vegeta. To think that little, pompous bastard would just discard me like some common piece of trash! After everything I have done for him! I won't be in your debt!" Raditz was resolute in his beliefs. He would not bend his knee to these people. He was done bending his knee for anyone any longer!

"Fine dipshit, whatever. Come on." As the pair walked over to the others, Yamcha looked on, angry at the judgement.

"Hey! He doesn't deserve to have the chance to train. What are you thinking Shepard?"

"Well, it's not such a bad idea I guess."

"Goku I unfortunately have to agree with Yamcha on this. Raditz is a menace Shepard. He has more potential cause more damage to planet Earth then the Demon King Piccolo ever did, both times he had struck."

"Kami, guys, just trust me on this. Raditz here will come around. I know it." Giving a thumbs up, they both walked by the trio. Heading out the door.

"What are you getting out of this? What is in it for me? Do you really think this training or whatever is going to make a difference against someone as powerful as Vegeta? Let alone Frieza! Hahahahahaha I mean come on! I would have to get ten times as strong to even have a shot, and that's not considering his experience. The Prince has been in thousands of conflicts over the decades! Are you-"

"Are you done?" Shepard had enough of the pessimism. Walking outside to the beginning of Snake Way, they were greeted by a blue ogre with glasses, looking up at the saiyan duo that was heading towards him.

"Ah. Greetings, welcome to Snake Way! If you'll follow me, we will head towards the beginning of the roadway that leads to King Kai's." Turning, the ogre begin to walk away.

"Whoaaaaa, this is so huge. The yellow clouds look like a bunch of Flying Nimbuses! Do you think I could ride on them?"

Bursting out laughing at Goku's innocent question, Shepard turned around, seeing Goku and Yamcha approaching. "I highly doubt that's something we wanna try Goku. I mean you could-if you want, but you'll likely fall below the clouds, and we can't have that."

"Why not?" Yamcha asked.

"Because hell is down there. If you fall through the clouds, you'll drop down into the lower dimension. And it's almost impossible to get back up, at least not without losing a bunch of time." Shepard explained. He had grown to respect Yamcha, and hearing of his sacrifice to try to save Gohan made Shepard appreciate the Desert Bandit.

"This is madness."

"You can really be a party pooper, ya know that?" Goku stuck his tongue out at Raditz, who attempted to go after his little brother, only to be held back by Shepard.

"Look, will you both relax for a second?" Shepard called back. Looking ahead, the bigger saiyan in his face. "That means you too." Pushing Raditz back a foot, the former planet trader relented, walking towards the red car the ogre was waiting for them at.

"Let's just get going to this Snake Way. The idea of having my killer training with me doesn't sit well, but we all need to grow stronger." Yamcha pointed out.

Putting his arm around Goku, Shepard calmed the orange wearing Saiyan down. "I know it's not ideal Goku, but you saw how strong he was. It can only help to have him in the future with us. There's gonna be some hellish battles coming our way, and having another Saiyan in the fire with us hitting back is the best we can ask for. Please trust me on this."

"Yeah I know. It's just...well it's just that he took my son. He didn't have to go that far. He mocks martial arts, using all that strength just to hurt innocent people. It's not right!"

"And that's why, as your brother. It falls on you, and me to teach him the right way. Someday Goku, we will look back on this very moment here. This indecision of what to do with Raditz, and laugh. Believe me man. This will work out." Giving a thumbs up, he walked to the little red car, Goku following closely behind. Yamcha and Raditz were already there, not saying a word to each other.

The ogre climbed in the driver seat, with Goku in the backseat, Raditz on one side of the car holding on, Yamcha on the other, with Shepard riding on the roof.

"Tight squeeze everyone? Away we go!" The ogre claimed excitedly, starting his car and making it sputter along the road way towards the indomitable Snake Way.

"Man this thing's tires are gonna burst. So tell us about this Snake Way. How long is it?" Yamcha eagerly asked.

"Well..hmm.. I've heard rumors that it stretches well beyond the normal realm of understanding. Some have said as much as 10,000 miles." The ogre answered.

"10,000 MILES!" Goku yelled, before plastering his face on the window. "Man that sure sounds really long. Has anyone ever walked the whole way?"

"As a matter of fact, there have been 2 beings who have crossed this path. The first was King Yemma, many centuries ago, rumor has it that it took him well over 3 years to reach it. The other...well, I don't believe it would be in my interest to say good sir. All I have ever heard is that the being, was human."

"A human made the journey?" Shepard said from the roof, shock going through him. He couldn't think of any human who could've made this journey that they were about to undertake. Maybe he would ask King Kai about it.

"Oh yes sir. King Yemma had many bets placed amongst us that he wouldn't make it. Apparently King Kai believed he could and bet against him. King Yemma has been working overtime to make up for that lost hehehehe and here we are, that wasn't so bad was it?" The ogre chimed, signaling that they had made it to the big Snake's head that signaled the start.

"A quick word of warning. If you fall below the clouds, you will enter a domain where you cannot escape. It would be wise to stay on Snake Way no matter what."

"Well, thanks sir, see ya around." Yamcha said, jumping off. "Knowing that a human made it this far is all the motivation I need."

"Trash like you could never make it there before me." Raditz said, floating up on the path.

"Thank you sir. I know we can pull this off." Goku jumped up on the pathway next.

"This isn't meant to be a race guys. We got to strategize on this." Before Shepard could try to implement his plan, Raditz flicked the other 3 off. "Screw you all with your stupid little plan. If you can't get there under your own strength then what good are you?"

"You know what. Fuck you man." Shepard said, getting in Raditz's face. "If you wanna act like a piece of shit, do it on your own time. As it stands we'll each get there at different times. You and I will get there around the same time, Goku a bit after us, and Yamcha after that. I'd like to get there within a month, 2 at the absolute most." If Raditz wasn't going to go along with this, then he can go to hell and rot!

"Ya know, I kind of agree with Raditz, I'd like to get there under my own strength." Goku replied.

"We will be doing it under our own strength. Through teamwork, we can get there faster. And can get stronger as a result of being there longer. 10,000 miles may seem like a lot, but that's a highly under exaggerated guess from that Ogre. Because it's more like 1,000,000 kilometers. I didn't want to correct the guy." The three fell silent at hearing that.

"H-h-how many miles is-is-!"

"Over 600,000 miles when it's all said and done. Now. The beautiful thing that works out to our advantage is that we can fly over the majority of the expanse, but we can still get tired after so long. We don't really need to eat, or drink or sleep, but we do need to recharge. If we all 4 try to do this separately, some will get tired faster then others. Energy works differently in this dimension. We won't tire as fast as normal, but we still can tire. So I figure the best way to do this is to have one fly, the other hold on, and when the one who's flying gets tired, you switch. We can go in pairs."

"Hmph, I will not hold on to ANY of you simple fools! I will make it on my own, because I am a Saiyan warrior, the greatest of warrior races!" Raditz was adamant about going off on his own, beginning to float in the air, his leg was grabbed, and he was forcefully brought down to the ground.

"LISTEN YOU STUPID SIMPLE MINDED IDIOT! Look... the sooner we get there, the stronger we will get. The techniques we can potentially learn, master, and implement in our fights in the future hinge on this moment now. We all need to get there fast. I'm not leaving Goku or Yamcha in the dust simply because you wanna do things with your own strength. Your own strength was barely enough to win against me! So think for a minute."

Pushing Shepard and almost making him fall off, Raditz was seething.

"I will not be a part of this 'teamwork!' I have had to rely on my own for far too long as it is. Why change now? If you can't get there with your own power, then what good are you?" Raditz asked.

"Look guys! ENOUGH!" Goku yelled, looking at both his fellow saiyans. Raditz was overcome once again by the similarities in his father and brother. Bardock had always had a way of...letting his presence be known. For just a moment, Raditz was hit with a wave of nostalgia. Softening his stance, only minutely, Raditz made up his mind.

"FINE! You want me to join your little group of wannabe warriors? Fine. But I will only do this with Kakarot. No one else!" Raditz retorted, clearly done with the conversation.

"Then I guess it's you and me, Yamcha." Shepard said, first walking towards the Desert Bandit, then began floating a few feet off of Snake Way, holding his hand out.

"Are you sure about this man? If you even think of dropping me, I will find a way to get out of Hell, just to kick your ass." Yamcha jokingly asked, holding his hand out and being lifted in the air.

"I need you just as much as you need me dude. I'm trusting you not to drop me on the rebound." Shepard snarked. Shepard was glad that Yamcha had gotten over his initial hatred of him. It meant that a rivalry could grow. A friendship without the bitterness can ensue.

They took off, leaving the saiyan brothers behind.

"So Kakarot, are we going to follow that trash's...advice? Or will we do this how we are supposed to?"

"Honestly Raditz, I don't trust you. But for the sake of training, let's try to beat those 2 to this King Kai." Goku cheered, trying to think of some positive way to get through however long he would be in his brother's company.

"Hmph, well I won't drop you. I need a punching bag after all when we get there. Saiyan's Honor." Raditz said sarcastically. Goku had gotten a little smarter however, and detected the bull.

"This is serious Raditz. We don't wanna get too far behind!"

"If you say so.. I will fly first, if you fall, it won't be because I failed you, it will be because you were to weak to hold on." Raditz said, grabbing Goku by the back of his blue shirt, laughing as he yanked Goku up, the Turtle student screaming in confused exhilaration as they flew away...

The fighters had been training hard for nearly 2 months. Piccolo had kept an eye on Gohan as much as he could without disrupting his own training. The boy was truly a prodigy! When he first started, the dinosaurs would try to chase him down for a meal, but now, he was seeing that Gohan was chasing the dinosaurs down himself! Several of the dinos that resided in these forests had shortened tails, courtesy of Gohan and his sword! The boy had also made incredible strides in using his energy more efficiently. Of course, all of this didn't happen simply because Piccolo took Gohan from the Spinach Wastes, keeping him from home and what not.

Chi Chi had been devastated at the loss of her husband and missing son. Piccolo could remember the conversation like it was yesterday...

Mount Paozu

"Chi Chi, I have some bad news."

The princess was uneasy.

"WELL, OUT WITH IT PICCOLO!" She yelled.

"Goku was killed earlier today. His older brother, Raditz, came from space looking for him. He kidnapped Gohan. Yamcha was killed trying to save him. And Goku and myself fought Raditz but he was too strong. Goku attempted to keep Raditz from moving from a beam I created to kill him, but Raditz overpowered him, and Goku couldn't get out of the way. It wasn't until Shepard came, that the threat was finally ended. Shepard and Raditz killed each other. Goku, Yamcha and Shepard will be wished back by the dragon balls before the end of 1 year, in which 2 of Raditz's Saiyan comrades are looking to destroy this planet. Gohan is safe. I have him, and I WILL be training him. He was the only one before Shepard who actually scared Raditz with his power."

Chi Chi had nearly buckled several times during the explanation.

"Wh-wh-where. Is. He. PICCOLO?" The woman's ki begin to show, a bright red aura overtaking her. Piccolo grimaced at the shouting, his ears far too sensitive for that kind of noise.

"I-I told you. He is safe. If you want him to study. I will see to it that he gets some work done. But his training has to be primary. The Saiyans will destroy EVERYTHING Chi Chi. Schools, people, companies. No one is safe from these menaces."

"HE'S FOUR YEARS OLD PICCOLO! HE...HE IS TOO YOUNG FOR LIFE AND DEATH BATTLES. BRING. HIM. BACK. HERE! NOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!" The mother screamed.

Piccolo took a step back, in genuine fear of his life.

"I-I-I can't! Gohan is the best chance we have against those Saiyans."

I will NOT have you using my son to fix your warriors problems. A bunch of hoodlums like you have no place influencing my son!"

"HOODLUM?" Piccolo screamed back, having been tired of the woman berating him.

"WHILE WE WERE GETTING OUR ASSES KICKED, YOU WERE SITTING AT HOME, BEING MISS SUZIE HOME MAKER! WE WERE FIGHTING FOR THIS MISERABLE PLANET, WHILE YOU SIT IN YOUR COZY LITTLE HOUSE AND BAKE COOKIES! GOHAN HIMSELF WAS ABLE TO TURN THE TIDE OF THE FIGHT, JUST WITH HIS SHEER POWER ALONE! I WON'T BE RIDICULED BY SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T EVEN FIGHT! WHO DOESN'T EVEN LOOK AT US WITH ANY KIND OF RESPECT!" Piccolo yelled out his frustrations to the woman's face, who recognized just how hurt the namekian was at her callousness.

"I-I-YAAAAAAAA!" Throwing her hands up in pure frustration, Chi Chi walked away, back to her front door.

"WELL? Are you coming in or not?" Chi Chi asked, looking back at the still somewhat frightened Namekian.

"I actually like living! Thanks but no thanks." Piccolo said, crossing his arms and looking out in the wilderness surrounding the home.

"Suit yourself." Was all Chi Chi said, walking in and slamming the door.

"Humph...that went better then I expected. I'm still alive at least. Damn it Goku how do you put up with that whiny, loud mouthed woman?" Piccolo said aloud. His frustrations of the day evident. As he continued to look upon the wild, the door behind him came open again, Chi Chi holding a blue colored capsule, along with a bag, which hastily looked put together.

"Here, you better look after him Piccolo, or so help me, I will rip those antennae off your head and feed them to the dinosaurs that live around here, am I clear?" The sweet look Chi Chi gave brokered no negotiation from the woman, all but nearly making Piccolo drop it as he fidgeted to grab the capsule, nodding his head fearfully.

"Where is the training happening?" She asked

"I have him out in the wilderness. I have been keeping a mind's eye on him. He will be fine. I pro-"

"DON'T!" Was all she said, pointing a finger at the namekian. "Just don't."

"Kami plans on bringing the other humans in for training atop his Lookout. If you go there, I'm sure they will help you get stronger."

"Ooooh they better, and when I feel I am strong enough, I'm coming for you. I will take Gohan back! I will kick your ass before this year is over, one way OR ANOTHER!" The determination clear as day, Piccolo watched as the woman got into her hover car, taking off towards Korin's tower...

Piccolo remembered the conversation well, and he knew Chi Chi had climbed Korin's Tower, watching from a distance as she made the long ascent. He was not particularly pleased with the idea of the woman coming after him in the coming months, but maybe it is what she needed. Watching the boy use his energy to make a fire to cook the dino tail he had caught earlier, Piccolo grew interested at the idea of sparring the boy. Gohan had shown promise, and had already exhibited displays of his power that put Goku to shame at that age, surely. But he would hold fast. There was still a month left in Gohan's survival training, and every little bit helps!...

Otherworld

By Shepard's watch and calculations, they had made excellent progress. They were roughly about a day ahead of Raditz and Goku. They had flown over the Snake Queen's castle a few weeks ago, not even tangling with that hellish mess that was the Snake Queen herself. Goku had to pull Raditz by his hair to stave off her womanly wiles, which Raditz was smitten over. They had a shouting match over the whole thing, but Raditz relented, thankfully.

"HEY YAMCHA, SET US DOWN HERE FOR NOW, WE SHOULD BE GOOD!" Shepard yelled up. Yamcha and Shepard had slowly gotten over their conflicts, developing a tentative, but casual friendship. They set down on the path, Shepard dropping the last few feet when they were close enough.

"Hell yeah man. We'll wait for the brothers." Shepard suggested.

"Ya know, I still don't really understand the deal between you and Raditz. Do you really think he'll come around? How many times have we had to save Goku from falling down to hell cuz he casually drops him?" Yamcha asked, hands on his hips.

"Dude, Raditz will come around, and if he doesn't, we'll gang up on him and cut his hair! Can you imagine that big egg shaped noggin without any hair?" Yamcha bursted out laughing at the mental image.

They relaxed for a few hours, before noticeably seeing a white aura. Goku, holding Raditz's hand, dropped him on the tiles, Raditz landing clean before Goku did as well.

"Well brother, it would seem we have caught up to the riff raff."

"Hey guys! That giant snake thingy almost had Raditz again hehehehehe."

"Don't remind me Kakarot, Stupid snake whore! I can't believe she had the nerve to eat me! EAT ME! That wench should be grateful I didn't blast her. Kakarot you are too soft! Your emotions will get you killed."

"My emotions make me who I am Raditz. You may call me Kakarot only because you are my brother, but make no mistake. I AM Goku. I will always see myself as Goku. And if I can help it, I will keep you on the right side of things. That's a promise."

Shepard had chills hearing Goku speak like that. There was definitely a shade of a darker quality about this Goku as opposed to the Goku he grew up watching and remembering.

"You got wrapped up with the Snake Queen again dude? Really? That chick isn't even all that strong!" Shepard remembered her power level being around 1,000.

"It was her blasted magic! Trying to feed us enough food to poison us! Chasing us across Snake Way herself! She did not know who she was messing with! If Kakarot here wasn't such a pathetic softy I'd have torn her apart already."

"All we had to do was fly faster then her. It was easy!" Goku said, giving a thumbs up.

"How far do you think we are away from this King Kai?" Yamcha asked, breaking the conversation up. Looking at his watch and tapping a couple buttons, Shepard made a couple calculations.

"If this is right, we're not too far. There's no way we would have made it here by ourselves this far. We've all gotten a bit stronger since the start. A few more days at the most and we're there."

"Neat. I wonder what he's like." Goku said, looking up at the pink sky.

"Deep down, he's a great master, but he has issues like all masters before." Shepard said.

A few days later, all 4 were traveling on their own, their stamina in flight having greatly improved over the last 2 months. Raditz and Shepard had raced to the end, making sport out of it. Goku and Yamcha a bit behind, but only by a couple hours.

"YAHHHHHHH! YESS! I BEAT YOU!" Raditz yelled in glimmered joy.

"Dammit!" Shepard shouted out, having lost by 2 seconds.

The two landed down on the end of the path way, the snake head standing tall, signifying a million kilometer journey coming to a quick end. It took them 64 days. Start to finish. Shepard was happy. The teamwork had gotten all 4 of them to the end at a time it would've taken Goku from the anime nearly 6 months. By himself, the stronger version of Goku here probably would have made it in about 3-4 months!

The two waited a couple more hours as the Turtle students flew down, landing next to them.

"So...this is the end? Shouldn't, I don't know, this King Kai show his mug? I'm ready to get this training started." Yamcha said, pumped up.

"What difference does it make for you, Human? Do you really think training for you would even help? You're delusional."

"I'm gettin sick of your shit man!" Yamcha went after Raditz, who just laughed at him. Goku got in front of Yamcha, holding him back.

"Guys. GUYS!" Shepard yelled, getting the other 3's attention. He pointed up, a small green dot sitting above a beautiful spiral of yellow clouds...

Location: Earth, Capsule Corp

Bulma had been working feverishly, trying to prepare the shell of the Prototype Gravity Room. The Kachi Katchin was an incredibly dense material! Too dense for normal, accurate measurements to be used. She wasted a slab, using the Ki Torch that was provided for her. She had been making good headway, just after Christmas time. She had given the senzu beans to Krillin, who was as shell shocked as she was when Tights first gave them to her. Speaking of Tights. Her older sister had not called in a few days, and it was starting to make her worry. Despite it all, she was running on coffee and smoking over a pack of cigarettes a day. Her dad had the robots bringing her food. Sometimes it was left on the workbench untouched.

She was working on a couple of calculations to find out how much material she would need for a layer when her phone buzzed. Putting it on speaker, it went abuzz with noise.

"Miss Brief...Your sister Tights has arrived and would like to see you. She says it is urgent." Her assistant, Phoebe said.

"Send her over to the lab. Thanks Feebs." Bulma replied, hanging the phone up. She went back to work, cranking the Ki Torch to mid level, hitting a button on her automated rider, using the arm to lift a piece of Kachi Katchin, she put the mask over her face, and set the torch on the material. Cutting through slowly, but surely.

Getting through the piece, it slammed to the ground with a CLANK.

"YAHHHH! WATCH IT!"

"Tights!" Bulma turned the Ki Torch off, dropping to the ground and helping her older sister off the ground.

"You gotta be careful with that stuff Bulma. Ouch. I fell on my butt. Owwwww!!!" Tights said, holding her butt and rubbing the painful bruise that was sure to show soon.

"I'm sorry Tights! I lost track of time. You know me! So what's going on that made you decide not to call me?"

"Well, I haven't been feeling all that well lately. Not having Shepard around has been hard. I needed to get out for a few days."

"Well. Surely you could get to a doctor, or call Daddy and have him bring in a trusted doctor to have you-"

"Bulma...I-I took a pregnancy test. The time seems to line up. I haven't had my period in almost 3 months now."

"Pr-Pr-Pregnant?" Bulma sputtered out, stunned.

"Have-have you told Mom an Dad?"

"Well. No not exactly. That's why I came to you first."

"Wait! Did..did Shepard know?" Bulma asked quickly.

"No, I didn't know at the time while he was alive. I've been feeling nauseous most mornings. I feel bloated all the time, I've been on an eating rage. My emotions are all over the place. I was baIling my eyes out yesterday. The day before I was fuming and almost broke one of our TVs! It would be one thing if this was a human baby, but this is going to be a saiyan/human hybrid, I don't know what to do Bulma."

Bulma only had to think for a few moments. There was one woman who had experience with this sort of thing. But it was strange. Bulma had been calling Chi Chi for the last couple of months and had not gotten any replies. She knew the woman was heartbroken at the loss of her husband and subsequent disappearance of her son. But maybe she could find someway to find out. She was planning a trip to the Lookout to drop off some of the prototype training equipment she had made for the surviving, training Z fighters. Maybe she could ask Kami?

"Well first, we're gonna tell our parents that they will be grandparents soon. Then we're taking a trip up to the Lookout. I haven't had a chance to see the guys since they left for Korin's Tower a couple months ago. Figure maybe the Kami of Earth could tell us where Chi Chi is." Bulma said, winking and giving a thumbs up.

They had interrupted their parents down time, coming in and springing the news. Panchy had already started to order baby clothes, boy or girl did not matter. The good Doctor sat back in his chair, an all knowing smile on his face...

"Knew the boy had it in him."

Yamcha hit the ground first, sprawled out and unable to move off of his stomach.

CLUNK

Something heavy slammed into the Desert Bandit.

"Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow."

"G-GET OFF OF ME GOKU!" Yamcha yelled up at the saiyan.

"Oops! Sorry Yamcha hehehehehe!" Goku said, barely able to get off of the human at all. The last 2 came down last to the surface. One landing on his feet, comfortably, the other hitting the ground hard, but landing on one of his knees.

"Hahahahahaha that is what you get Kakarot, I told you the gravity felt heavier."

"Yeah no shit. I-I can barely stand." Shepard said, putting in every effort to get to his feet. Finally after struggling 3 times, he successfully did it. 'How in the heck does Raditz pull it off? I can barely move at all!'

"He had time to walk amongst planet Vegeta. For him, it was learn to deal with it, or be left behind everywhere."

"Yeah I figured that Marc...Wait MARC?"

"Yup. Did you think I'd let you take on this journey alone? I'm with you."

It made Shepard happy that he had some kind of company, at least inside his head. He didn't know how he would feel if that hole became vacant.

"Well I didn't think it'd be this heavy. Sheesh!" Goku snorted out, managing to stand on his feet seconds after Shepard. Yamcha was still struggling, pushing on his knees, his hands. Fighting the intense force that was sure to press him through the planet if he let it.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Screaming defiantly, Yamcha finally made it, legs buckling under the pressure.

"Hmmm, to think a human could even stand in this gravity, let alone even try to train in it, impressive for a low level species I guess." Raditz said, beginning to explore the miniature planet.

"Yeah I don't need your backhanded comments Hedgie." Yamcha said nonchalantly, but Shepard heard it, and began to laugh, catching the former planet trader's attention.

"Oh? And what the hell is a Hedgie?" Walking fast towards the human, Goku stepped in front, trying to hold his bigger, older brother back, the gravity fighting him as much as Raditz.

"Hehehe it's not a big hehehehe deal Raditz." Goku said, giggling as his elder brother tried to plow through him.

"Well why are you all LAUGHING?" Raditz was beginning to seethe. Before any more could be said, Shepard saw a monkey come out, doing monkey things as it walked by.

"A monkey? Wait is this King Kai?" Before Goku could begin to mimic the monkey, Shepard clapped him on the shoulder, causing the Turtle student to look his way, where he saw Shepard pointing to a portly, short blue colored being, who was holding in laughs, being heavily entertained by the 4.

"Hm hm hm hm hm oh don't mind me hm hm hm." King Kai said.

"Oh so you're King Kai? Neat! I would be honored if you would be willing to train us sir." Goku said, putting his hands together and bowing in a sign of respect.

"The blob doesn't look like anything special. If I didn't know any better, I would say you were a catfish with-"

BAM

Before any of the others could shut Raditz up, King Kai had phased in, a hint of a red aura showing, and slammed his fist into Raditz's gut, shutting him up and dropping him to his knees. He held his stomach in sheer agony. He didn't even see him move!

"Whoa." Was all Shepard said. His expectations of King Kai already vastly improving.

"How did he? He moved so-so fast." Yamcha said, eyes nearly bugging out of his skull.

"Wow! He's definitely stronger then King Yemma." Goku said

"Greetings you 4! I take you wish to train under me?" King Kai said cheerily, getting confirmation from the 3 standing warriors, while Raditz was still in the fetus position holding his stomach, the only sound coming from him being a steady gasp of pain.

"Absolutely. But to be fair King Kai, I don't think Bubbles or Gregory will do myself and Hedgie any good."

"F-f-f-fuck...you..." Raditz said to Shepard, finally starting to make his way back to his feet.

"Hm hm hm hm hm...Hahahahahahahaha!" King Kai couldn't hold it in anymore, falling to the ground at the 2's antics.

"You pass. And you didn't even have to tell a good joke to make me laugh. As for you two," pointing at Goku and Yamcha, "you both have yet to make me laugh. Do that and we can begin your training."

"Yes! You hear that Raditz? Let's get started right away King Kai." Shepard excitedly chirped out.

"Oh I'm glad you find this whole thing so amusing, prick." Raditz said, not at all enthused.

"Well let's see...hmmm... Raditz, as for you, you need to learn how to sense energy and suppress it. So you're going to sit on the ground here and meditate. Pull all of your power out."

"What? Meditate? Saiyans don't meditate. You're a fool to even make a Saiyan try hahahahahaha."

"Hmmm, well I hate to tell you this, but if you had known how to sense power without those scouters the Planet Trade uses, you likely would have beaten Shepard, not having to rely on technology like that an all. Heck you might have even been able to dodge that punch I threw just now. This is for your own good. Now. Sit. Down." King Kai said, all joking gone.

"Hmph, fine whatever." Raditz acquiesced, sitting on the grass. He closed his eyes, hearing the sound of the tree next to them, the leaves rustling in the minute wind that built up in the small atmosphere.

"Stop listening to everything. Dig deep. Feel. Your Energy." King Kai corrected Raditz's meditation pose.

"Far too tense! Relax! Now. What do you see?" King Kai asked.

"Black, as in the back of my eyelids. This is pointl-" in that moment, Raditz had seen something flicker, it looked like a raging, roaring ocean of fire. Far too hot for any normal hands to touch. Raditz grew intrigued, feeling 6 other strands of energy around him. Where the fiery ocean roared within him, his brother, who was looking at him with interest, was an ember, like a damn was holding back something great. In Shepard, he saw water, cooler then ice, only a small peak, which he could've sworn he'd seen crumble and rebuild itself in the span of a moment, bigger then before. In the human, he saw heat, but of a different kind. Like a sweltering wave of humidity.

"What...what is this?" Raditz involuntarily asked. He was stunned in a way that he couldn't ever remember being, not since he was a small child and watched the visitor knock Nappa out cold, with so little effort.

"That my dear boy, is what energy looks like to the mortal mind. Now. You know how to sense your energy. You're the one in control, start to snuff the fires within your soul out. Don't panic. You're not going to lose your life doing this. Considering you're already dead hm hm hm hm! What you experienced was Ki Sensing. Everyone looks different in the mind's eye. But only those who can reach a calm state can suppress their energy. So you are going to stay in this exact position, and when I feel your energy has snuffed itself out, we can continue." King Kai said to the now concentrating saiyan that had not moved a muscle.

"As for you," King Kai said, pointing to Shepard, "you seem to have Ki Sensing and Suppression down, so we're going to do a physical exercise."

King Kai chuckled, holding out his hand and summoning a Katchin Cube. It slammed into the ground, cratering it.

"Whew, why don't you just teach me how to summon Katchin Cubes? I can just use those to plant my enemies into the ground hahahahaha." Shepard said.

"Because it takes a lot of concentration to summon harder materials out of thin air." King Kai answered, snapping his fingers and making the Katchin strap across Shepard's back, sending him backwards into the ground.

"H-h-hey! Don't leave me like this!" Shepard snapped, legs dangling in the air as he tried to summon the strength to get to his feet again.

"As for you two, you are both students of a formal school, correct?"

"Yep. The Turtle School of Martial Arts to be exact." Yamcha said, pridefully.

"Well, then it looks like he did an excellent job of teaching you about Ki Control. But first... you still have to make me laugh." Goku and Yamcha shared a look of fright.

"U-ummmm...well..." Goku was racking his brain.

"I got one!" Yamcha slammed a fist into his palm, smirking at The Lord of Worlds.

"People who are good for nothing have the capacity to bring a smile to your face. For instance, when you push them down the stairs." The joke made King Kai stand straight, holding his mouth at the dark joke.

"I wasn't close to my father when he died. Which is lucky because he stepped on a landmine." Yamcha continued. King Kai was struggling really hard to hold in his laughter.

"What is the worst combination of illnesses?Alzheimer's and diarrhea. You're running, but can't remember where!"

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Good! Very good. I think you will do extremely well in this training. You pass. Now, your first test is to catch my pet monkey, Bubbles. BUBBLES! GET OVER HERE!" Within a few moments, the pet monkey walked over, making fun of the human.

"Yeah you just wait until I get ahold of you." Yamcha said, beginning to chase after the monkey.

"LEAVE YOUR WEIGHTED CLOTHES ON!" King Kai yelled to the human.

"The same goes for you as well Goku, make me laugh and we can begin your training."

"Well... umm... What is the name of a dinosaur with a large vocabulary?"

"I don't know."

"A The-Saurus!" Goku said triumphantly, but it didn't move King Kai, who still looked at the orange wearing saiyan like he was an idiot.

"What is the name of a bear with no teeth?"

"Hmmm, I don't know."

"A Gum-my Bear."

"Hm hm Hm Hm Hm Hm...nice try." King Kai was entertained by the banter.

"Uhhh, well where can you find a waterless ocean?"

"Hmm, where?"

"On the map silly hehehehehe."

"Hm hm Hm hm." King Kai was finding it hard to hold in his laughter once again.

"What do you call a vegetable that works in retail?" Goku joked, desperate to get the approval of the martial arts master.

"Hmm. I don't know. What do you call it?"

"Sell-ery!"

"Hm Hm Hm Hm hahahahahahaha! Very good hahahaha very good. You pass as well."

"Yeah good one dude." Shepard said, still stuck on the ground trying to get free.

"Now, since you seem to be a bit stronger then the human over there, we're going to start you off with something a little tricky. GREGORY!"

All Goku saw was a tiny blue ball come down from King Kai's house.

"A cricket, no offense King Kai, but he doesn't seem that strong." Goku pointed.

"Oh yeah? I'm not a cricket. I'm a Sprite! I'll have you know I'm as tough as marbles. You ain't nothin!"

"Wow it talks?" Goku took a step back, shocked.

"Hm hm Hm Hm now now Gregory, go easy on him. Now then Goku, you're task is to hit Gregory, with this!" Holding his hands out, King Kai summoned a hammer, dropping it at Goku's feet.

"I'd advise you to keep your weighted clothes on as well. You'll get a lot more out of this. When you're done, the real training will begin." King Kai explained.

"No problem King Kai!" Hefting the big hammer onto his shoulder, Goku stepped towards Gregory.

"Ohhhhh no ya don't!" Darting away, Gregory turned on the speed, forcing Goku to stumble after him.

"HEY GET BACK HERE!"

On the Lookout, training has been going very well for Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu, and Chi Chi, who joined a couple weeks after starting her trek up Korin's Tower.

"YAHHH!" Krillin yelled, going after Tien. Tien was stronger then the other 3, due to his training with Shepard. It took 6 months for Shepard to finally be able to beat Tien without sheer power. When he was approached by Yajirobe following the death of the 3 warriors he knew, he was more then willing to accept this training. Kami had not taught them anything just yet, but Tien was confident that he was working up to it.

Catching Krillin's hand, Tien smirked, throwing Krillin away, before dodging Chi Chi's knife edge chop. They began a serious exchange of punches and kicks, floating off of the Lookout as they continued.

"You've gotten so much better Chi Chi! Keep it up!" Tien said, flying back as the woman kept a furious pace.

"Yah yah yah yahhhhhh!" Chi Chi had improved dramatically, quickly catching up to the others. Chiaotzu had been busy, studying under Kami directly, improving his telekinesis and telepathy.

"That's it Chiaotzu." Kami said, watching as the small Crane student held 2 different half ton stones that Kami had conjured.

Sensing that Mr. Popo needed him, Kami walked away, leaving the mime to his exercises. He walked towards the edge, where he had instructed the genie to keep his senses trained on Piccolo and Gohan.

"Hmmm, it would seem we have visitors coming Mr. Popo." He had sensed 2 different humans coming.

"Yes Kami. They are not hostile."

"No, definitely not. I recognize one. The other... hmmm...there is something...different about her."

Moments later, a yellow small plane had broken through the clouds, flying up to the edge.

Kami would recognize that blue head of hair anywhere. But the other... she looked like Bulma, but instead of blue hair, it was blonde. The plane then flew above the Namekian deity and the genie, landing in between the 2 sets of palm trees.

"See! I told you it that Kami was real! HEY KAMI!" Bulma yelled, waving towards the pair. The woman behind looked up in shocked excitement. Looking out across the expanse, she nodded her head, following her running sister to the odd looking pair.

"Bulma! How nice it is to see you once again." Kami genuinely said, gripping his staff softly.

"My assistant, Mr. Popo."

"An honor madams." Mr. Popo bowed in respect.

"And they're so nice! This is my older sister Tights." Bulma said, introducing the blonde heiress. She waved, not at all surprised she was staring at 2 non humans.

"Ahh. Tights Brief. I had been concerned a couple of times over the years when you left for space. I am pleased to see you are well."

"It is nice to finally meet the great Kami. I've heard many stories about you! Do you think it would be alright if I put you into my new book I plan on writing?"

"Uh. Well sure Miss Brief. So what can I do for you two today?" Kami asked, the idea of being a character in a book intriguing him slightly.

"Well actually, we've been trying to reach someone. We need her help with something important. Oh and I brought a few pieces of hopefully useful training equipment for the guys." Bulma cheerily replied.

"YAHHHHHHHHH!" They all heard a scream, looking up. Chi Chi and Krillin were both attacking Tien fiercely. Krillin palmed Tien in the chest, pushing him back.

"KAMEHAMEEEHAAAAA!" Chi Chi fired the legendary Turtle beam.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!" Tien yelled, empowering his body with Ki, deflecting the Kamehameha away. Turning quickly, he caught the two's fist, straining and breathing heavily.

"CHI CHI!"

The three looked down. Dropping down to the surface of the Lookout, they approached the sisters.

"Hey Bulma! What are you doing here!" Krillin said, coming over to greet them.

"Chi Chi? I've been trying to get ahold of you for the last month at least!" Bulma said, still shocked at seeing the woman.

"Bulma? I've been busy as you can see. Training as hard as I can so I can beat the snot out of Piccolo and get my son back!" Chi Chi said, throwing her hands up in frustration.

"Chi Chi? I-I'm sorry. My name is Tights. I'm Bulma's older sister. I was hoping to talk to you about something...private." Tights said, looking back at the other 3 warriors.

"Ughhh fine!" Chi Chi said, walking towards the main part of the Lookout. Walking just inside the door, she looked peeved.

"What do you 2 airheads want?" Chi Chi demanded, not mincing her words.

"W-w-what! Airhead? I'll SHOW YOU AIR-!"

Tights wrapped her hand around Bulma's mouth as she tried screaming at the Ox Princess. Giggling, she looked at Chi Chi.

"Chi Chi, what was it like being pregnant with Gohan?" The question completely took the woman by surprise. She was honestly stunned silent thinking about the question for a few moments.

"W-why did you ask that? I mean... He was certainly a handful. Back then Goku was almost useless. He honestly went fishing a lot and cooked his own food. Because I couldn't keep much food on the table! I kept eating it! My Dad was really helpful, bringing over food for Goku when I was going through hormonal changes. The money that guy gave us has gone a long way to keeping us going strong! There was over 250 million zenni! But aside from that...Gohan was...well he was a handful when he was a baby. He already had his Dad's strength before he could even read. Why do you wanna know all this?" Chi Chi asked the stunned sisters. Tights had let go of Bulma, stepping closer to Chi Chi, grabbing her hand and placing it on her own stomach.

"Because... I am pregnant. And I need someone's...guidance in getting through this. The baby is going to be a half saiyan child like Gohan. Please Chi Chi, we planned on going to Capsule Corp. I'm already in my 40's, so I hope I can have a healthy baby at my age." Tights said, touching her stomach, yet to see a bump.

Chi Chi's eyes brimmed with tears, her rough exterior melting away.

"And plus, you can be the first person to try a piece of technology I've been hoping to create for the guys."

"Well...ok I guess I will help. But I do need to continue my training somehow. I can't let Piccolo get away with what he did. I can't."

"That's ok Chi Chi. We will do what we can to help." Tights exclaimed.

And with that said, Chi Chi packed her things up, hugging each warrior, even the stoic Tien. With her things packed, she got in the plane. She preferred to fly herself, but she wouldn't mind a free trip after the exhaustive fight she and Krillin had with the Crane.

'Just you wait Piccolo. I will prove you wrong. I will fight for Gohan!'

And that's a wrap to this chapter! As I said in the beginning foreword of this chapter, this is just a filler. When Vegeta and Nappa do make their way to Earth, I have some surprises for them! And for you guys and girls who read this. Thank you for taking the time to Review, Favorite, and Follow this story.
