"How do you like it sunshine?" Brooke asked.
"I like it. I feel pretty." The six year old replied.
"You look like a princess. Daddy is going to love you even more." Sawyer added in.
Brooke smiled. "Thank are one of the girls and everyone is going to pay then leave for our girl's lunch. I just wanted to make sure you were okay and ready for me to pay for the dress." She explained.
"I am. Can i ask you a question momma Brooke?" Sawyer said.
"Anytime." Brooke replied.
"I know i get my blond hair from my dad but where do i get my brown eyes from?" Sawyer questioned.
Brooke sighed deeply. "I think you should get changed and we'll get going." She replied.
This wasn't the time or place to discuss this. And honestly given all they had finally made it through. This door needed to be closed.

"Nathan and Haley said we can have the reception at the beach huose. So now we just need to figure out where we're having the wedding." Lucas announced. When Brooke and Sawyer arrived in the entryway.
"I'm going to go put away my dress." Sawyer announced.
"We can talk about that tonight. We have something else to discuss." Brooke said.
"We can go to the home office. If you want?" Lucas asked.
"Yeah we don't need Sawyer overhearing anything." Brooke replied.
Once they were alone. Brooke recalled Sawyer questioning her brown eyes.
"I didn't give her answer. And maybe she has to know."
"Julian didn't want to be a father. It's better for everyone if this stays between us." Brooke proclaimed.
"Now much more positive topics. I got the paperwork."
"I want to officially adopt Sawyer after we're married." Brooke announced.
