There was a faint ringing in Molly's ears and she peeled her eyes open to see she was curled up under a blanket on the obsidian throne. There were piles of sleeping demons just within her visual range. Lucifer was nowhere to be seen. She felt stiff when she started to move again, standing in her whispy, white, angel get-up. Damn. Did I truly ride him that hard? She began to look for Lucifer, hopeful the orgy had worked because they weren't all currently torn to shreds and the barricades remained mostly in place. Yawning, she picked up a still cold bottled coffee from the refreshment table and turned to the doors, intending to push her way out.

It was there in the reflective glass on the door that Molly really saw herself for the first time since donning her costume for the photoshoot. She turned this way and that, unsure of what she was seeing at first before she finally reconciled opposing ideas of what was fact between her brain and eyes. The glass bottle shattered by her feet when she dropped it, her mouth agape at the sight of the bump on her belly. A doctor would probably think I was nearly ready to pop! Then the intense hunger hit Molly and she stumbled barefoot to the refreshment table on mostly numb legs and began to shovel handfuls of what was left into her mouth. I've never been this hungry in my entire life.

Sam was already rousing from sleep when he heard the pattering feet passing by the privacy booth he was in and then the shattering of glass and a sharp intake of breath he knew was his twin. He hurriedly stood, disentangling from his partner from the night before and jamming his pants on. He stepped out to see Molly with her back to him, hunched over the table with food stuffs on it. She was making gulping noises, punctuated only by quick gasps of drawing in air.

"Molly?" He crept closer, a sudden fear rising in his veins when he saw her bloodied feet. She turned, a look of shame on her face as he saw she had been shoveling food into her mouth and was covered in a good deal of it.

"Sammy...I don't know... I'm scared." He saw the bump and knew. Settling into routine was easy after years of taking care of each other. He scooped her up.

"Shhh. Let's get your feet doctored and get you back into a restful position." He took her to the bathroom and sat her on the counter, reaching into his pocket to pull the mini field dressing kit they all used to carry. He began carefully removing shards of glass from her feet with his medical tweezers and then splashed the cuts with iodine before bandaging them and picking her up again.

"Sammy..." She sheepishly stopped him. "I'm still hungry. I need food." He sighed and grabbed his coat from by the door, wrapping her in it.

"Lucky for you, I stole Dean's car keys last night. Which he stole, now that I think about it. The ride isn't much but it will get us there. Now let's get the hell out of here and try to he back before he wakes up." He put on his shirt now that he had time and carried her out. "My treat."

Lucifer skirted the piles of demons, most awake now and chatting amiably as they began to clean up and exchange numbers. Molly was nowhere to be found. He searched again, his panic mounting until he finally snapped. He hoisted Dean Winchester up from the cot he was snoring on, none too gently shaking him awake. "Where is my mate?" He howled, eyes surely a demonic red.

Dean barely roused, rubbing his eyes and looking confusedly up at Lucifer. "What's wrong? Is Molly gone?" He grumbled something sleepily and Lucifer shook him again. "Chill out, Lucy. They're probably getting breakfast in my car. They used to steal it before I woke up and go to get pancakes just to watch my blood pressure go up in real time."

Lucifer paused, setting Dean down as he ran various scenarios through his head. "Down the street. They have the lemon-blueberry crepes she adores. Get dressed, Dean. We're going to breakfast."

Molly felt her nerves and sudden stinging fear melting away the longer they sat in the cafe booth, laughing. "I missed you, Sammy. I never really stopped hoping I'd find a way to reunite. I just...changed my mind on where I wanted that to happen." She was digging into her sixth plate of crepes as she spoke, looking fondly at her twin.

"I missed you too, but I was alright with you escaping the hunting life. Even if it meant letting you go." He was solemn, but his chocolate-hazel eyes remained warm and loving. "I will happily take this scenario. I think Dean has finally accepted that this isn't another djinn dream or some kind of sleeping hex."

Molly chuckled again, ordering another round. Together they were piling the table with empty plates. "What's the matter, Sam? Finding it hard to keep up with my appetite? Normally you've outpaced me by now."

"Molly, you've...eaten a lot. I'm actually concerned that maybe the baby is doing something to you." His eyes flickered down, to the bump resting below the table.

"The growth shot up overnight, Sam. I'm probably just in a severe calorie deficiency from my body doing something so intensive while I was asleep." Molly shrugged, her own sense of worry actually slowly dying down. "I'm getting full, now." She decided to change the subject. "Have you been taking the Valium you got from Dr. Linda? You need to be completely honest with us on if you hear the other Lucifer coming back. My Lucifer can handle him easily enough, but only if you tell us he's even here."

"Yes, I've been taking it. No, I haven't seen the other Lucifer." She shot him a probing glance at this. "Really. The only thing is...my psychic powers haven't gone away like you suggested they would. In fact, I feel stronger and sharper than ever. Don't tell Dean. He'd-"

"Have a total cow." Molly finished his sentence before making one final order of crepes. "I'm not telling Dean anything as long as you aren't hiding a demonic visitor in your brain from us."

A very expensive car pulled up on the curb outside and heads turned, murmuring going up both inside and outside the cafe. "Shit." Said Molly. "I forgot to tell him I was going anywhere." Lucifer stood up out of the driver's seat and his body language told her everything she needed to know, sending a delicious shock through her as she realized he was quietly fuming. Dean fell out of the passenger seat, looking pale and a little traumatized from the speed of their arrival.

"Well, it was nice knowing you." Sam stood, dusting off his shirt and started toward the door. "I think I'll let you and these fine patrons enjoy this moment amongst yourselves." His eyes twinkled with unspoken laughter.

"Traitor!" Molly hissed, only a little serious. Sam gave Lucifer a nod in the doorway of the diner, passing him on his way outside to help Dean up. "Hello Lucifer." She tried as he slid into the booth on the other side, leaning forward as if examining his prey.

"Molly dearest, I returned to find your blood by the door and all over the bathroom. You didn't call or text me." His tone was dark as he edged closer, still peering over the table top. He was nearly on the surface itself at this point. "What is a concerned father-to-be supposed to do?"

"Ravage me?" Molly whispered, feeling a little brave.

"Oh you'd like that wouldn't you, darling?" His forehead was touching her own and Molly realized with a start she'd also slowly been getting closer to him this whole time. Molly breathed gently on his lips, pursing her own for a kiss. "Instead... I think we should get married." Her eyes shot open in shock. "How about it, Ms. Winchester? Does becoming Molly Morningstar sound appealing to you?"

"I..." Lucifer smirked and Molly found her words. "There's something you should see first, I think." She stood with some difficulty, her bandaged feet touching the cool tiles on the floor. Molly turned ever so slightly, showing off the bump that was much larger than it had been last night. "Surprise." She said half-heartedly, concerned for his reaction.

He stared at her round belly an awestruck expression on her face. He placed gentle hands on the swell, feeling the same movement within that she did. "Marvelous." He said, looking back up at her like she was his whole world. "Take this card and call Maze. Go and make your preparations. I want to be bound before this time next week." Molly, feeling a little light headed took the bank card he handed her without a word and accepted the hail of kisses he pressed to her hands and face. Fuck. Guess my happy ending is finally here. I can't believe it.
