As rain continued to batter the windows and lightning flashed, Leo glanced up at the lights, surprised the power hadn't gone out yet. And within two seconds of the thought entering his mind, the lights flickered and they were bathed in darkness. Piper sighed. "And now we need to go find flashlights."

"We can just sit here and watch the storm. Hopefully they'll get the power back on soon." Leo grasped her hand and smiled at his wife, even though Piper couldn't see it.

"Hopefully," she agreed. They sat in silence for a minute before she narrowed her eyes. "Are you copping a feel, Leo Wyatt?" she teased.

"So what if I am?" he shot back with a laugh.

Piper rolled her eyes. "No sex in the dark but nice try. Just hold me."

"Can do." Leo pulled her into his arms and kissed the top of her head, content to just sit here with her as the rain continued to pour.

A moderately loud crack of thunder startled them both, and they jumped. "I think we should go find those flashlights now, especially if a demon chooses now to attack," she murmured.

"I'll go with you." The two of them stood up and went to go find the flashlights in the kitchen. They turned one on and headed back to the conservatory, content to hold one another.

Fortunately for Piper and Leo, the rain soon started to slow and the storm finally ended about twenty minutes later. Still stuck in the dark, however, they struggled to find something to do to keep themselves occupied. "I'm bored," Piper finally admitted a few hours later.

He laughed. "We'll find something to do."

Piper's eyes narrowed slightly but before she could even get a word out, the power finally clicked back on.
