Chapter 16: The Duel Continues
Lord Zarkiar regenerates his full suit. It causes Twilight to go much to a faster speed again. Princess Twilight Sparkle and Akio Yusa AKA Lord Zarkiar, continue chasing against each other.
Mario the Sonic Plush smirks. He's been waiting to do this to Lord Zarkiar for years, as has something up his sleeve that can finally get rid of him.
"I'll go after him too." said Mario.
"Shadow" Flynn takes a stand.
"If you are going to also chase after him, I minus well too." said Shadow Flynn.
Mario the Sonic Plush is puzzled by this.
"Huh? But why?" MTSP asked.
"I am your sidekick, after all. Plus, I have been slaying monsters, aliens and other creatures, throughout multiple dimensions, destroying them, while I was under different names. I have been capable at defeating villains with you before too. I am sure that if I go with you, I'll be worthy enough to give him a few beat downs, just like I had done to that murderous, genocidal vampire, CT Darkling Drac..." said Shadow Flynn.
Hearing CT Darkling Drac's name being mentioned negatively, makes Mario the Sonic Plush almost angry.
"Drac is not really evil...asshole..he's misunderstood." said Mario, muttering under his breath.
MTSP is scratching his chin.
"Hmmm...sure why not. We haven't really done this stuff just as a duo in a super long while. So yeah, why not." said Mario.
"Hey, you be careful over there." said Eliza.
"And make sure not to knock into anything." said Applejack.
"We wouldn't want anybody to get hurt." said Rarity.
"Don't worry. We won't." said Mario the Sonic Plush.
"If you need us, just call us." said Fluttershy.
"We'll come running." said Atirik.
Discord gives a mean look and stare towards Mario. Discord doesn't seem to care.
The rest of the mane six and Spike nod.
Mario the Sonic Plush and Shadow Flynn take off where Twilight & Lord Zarkiar are headed, as they wave to the others.
Suddenly, while Twilight & Lord Zarkiar are at it, Mario and Shadow F come flying in right next to her, chasing after Lord Zarkiar too.
"Woah." said Twilight, in complete shock.
"What?!" yelled out Lord Zarkiar, shocked that Mario and Shadow F could ever catch up to him.
It caught Twilight by surprise that the two, heroic young men joined in the chase towards Lord Zarkiar, but she decides to be next to them.
The three, Mario, Twilight and Shadow F keep on chasing towards Lord Zarkiar.
Shadow F tries to slash Lord Zarkiar with his sword, but fails as Zarkiar doesn't get knocked out. Mario the Sonic Plush, throws a big chaos energy punch at him. Then, MTSP, kicks Lord Zarkiar with his legs, sending Zarkiar flying like crazy.
Lord Zarkiar looks at Mario, shocked at how more powerful his arch-nemesis had become. "But how...how did you become this strong? You're even stronger than me." Lord Zarkiar said.
"A month of training. That's how much it took." said Mario, with a smirk on his face.
Twilight Sparkle teleports behind Lord Zarkiar, and tackles him, until he's passed out on a random cloud.
Lord Zarkiar snores as he is napping on the cloud.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Rainbow Dash shows up on one of the clouds and is shocked at how the fight is going, with Lord Zarkiar passed out on one of the clouds.
"Wow. Holy shit. This is awesome!" said Rainbow, in shock yet excited at the same time, because that means Lord Zarkiar's ass is being kicked.
Rainbow puts on her dark black sunglasses, and smiles.
Suddenly, Lord Zarkiar wakes up and charges back at MTSP, Shadow F, and Twilight.
Twilight attacks Lord Zarkiar with a magic beam coming from her horn.
"Ugh..." said Lord Zarkiar, groaning in pain from the attack.
"Shadow" Flynn then does a roundhouse kick at Lord Zarkiar. He then does an uppercut punch, knocking out Zarkiar.
"My groin..." said Lord Zarkiar, in pain from the punch.
"Oh my Celestia. How did you know to do those moves?" asked Twilight, in shock.
"Well, it comes with years of practice, the experience of Martial Arts training." said Shadow Flynn, replying to Twilight's question.
Meanwhile, Lord Zarkiar's army has re-spawned.
The others are fighting Lord Zarkiar's revived army minions. Eliza is fighting off Commander Rengo, while the rest of the mane six, Spike, Discord, and Atirik are handling the rest of them.
"Come on, SHOW me what you got, VAMPIRE girl." yelled out Commander Rengo.
Eliza smirks.
"Very well..." said Eliza.
Eliza then turns into her super powered form and flies directly into Commander Rengo's face, and slashing his armor with her claws.
"Hahaha! You can't stop me. I am so powerful." said Eliza.
Eliza laughs, in a sinister manner.
Commander Rengo growls.
"You imbecile! I can have you pinned down in three seconds." yelled Commander Rengo.
Commander Rengo then grabs Eliza and tosses her to the ground like a football, which hits Rarity as a result.
Eliza gets up.
"Shit! She hit me!" yelled Rarity.
Rarity then gets up from the crash.
"ELIZA, look at what you have done to me?! I am all dirty and ruined thanks to you!" yelled Rarity, glaring at Eliza.
"Calm down...it wasn't my fault that Lord Zarkiar's commander threw me like a football and hit you. Just chill and focus on kicking ass." said Eliza to Rarity.
Rarity takes a deep breath.
"You're right. I'm sorry I took my anger on you...I just want to look neat is all, but that commander ruined it." said Rarity, apologizing for how she acted.
"It's cool." said Eliza with a smile.
Suddenly, Rainbow Dash comes back and helps the others beat up Lord Zarkiar's army men.
Meanwhile, MTSP, Twilight and "Shadow" F have already successfully knocked out Lord a Zarkiar. The enemy is paralyzed. He can barley even move.
MTSP grabs Lord Zarkiar and carries him back on his shoulder, with Twilight Sparkle and "Shadow" Flynn just right beside him.
The three get back to the others, only to see that Lord Zarkiar's army, even Commander Rengo, was taken out.
It was all thanks to Eliza and Rainbow Dash, leading it through all.
I smiled, and shook Rainbow's hoof and patted Eliza's shoulder.
"You both did a great job out there." said MTSP, to both Eliza and Rainbow.
"Yeah. Not too shabby." said "Shadow" Flynn.
Twilight smiles.
"It was our pleasure." said Rainbow.
"And don't worry. Lord Zarkiar is paralyzed. He can't even move a muscle. We kicked his ass." said Twilight.
Eliza smirks.
"Sweet!" said Eliza, in relief.
Mario the Sonic Plush's POV
We put Lord Zarkiar down on the ground. What surprises even us, is that, he takes off his mask, and his injured sorry ass got down on his knees, with electric sparks coming out from his metal suit, to show some sort of remorse for his actions.
"Look. I may have not been the best in the past...but I'm sorry. I am so sorry for trying to kill you all. Threatening to take over the world, and such. It's not right, and I want to do better. I want to reform, and stop being evil. I want to do good. Just please...don't hurt me and try to forgive me...I was hurt all my life, even my childhood, and I took it out on everybody. Please, jusr give me a chance...forgive me." said Lord Zarkiar/Akio Yusa, pleading for us to forgive him, while crying.
It sounded so real and legit, like he actually meant that he was going to change his ways, and start being good.
"Really...is that true? Because of it is, we shall forgive you." I said,
Unfortunately, this is all too good to be true. He tricks us, as his expression turns into an evil smirk, and puts on his mask again.
"I was surprised, to see you all fall for it." said Lord Zarkiar, as he laughs. He looks at all of us, with a creepy expression, as he can barley stand up. Lord Zarkiar then unveils his blue button right in his hand. "Now, I'll just push this little button and in one minute, the world, Earth, Equestria, everything will be mine and nobody can stop me!"
Lord Zarkiar chuckles and laughs in a sinister manner.
Before he can press the button, I had to intervene.
"Shadow" Flynn then smashes his button.
Lord Zarkiar cries. "Noooooooooo! My button!"
"And hopefully, this will be the last time, you ever will lie to us like that." said Twilight.
"You deserve to go to hell, Zarkiar." said Discord. Discord even gives the middle finger to Lord Zarkiar.
"Not even the Lord of Chaos can defeat me..." mumbled Lord Zarkiar.
"You already lost. We took down your entire army as soon as they re-spawned, and now you are paralyzed. You minus well give up." said Eliza.
"You should give up now." said both me and Rarity in unison.
