Chapter 10 - Pray For Me
Lake
Siegfried found himself doing a quick task for Happy. As soon as he had been awakened and clear to leave. Happy decided to remind Siegfried of the duties Lisanna forced onto him after adopting the cat. So now the flying talking cat was demanding fish for the past six years that he wasn't in Happy's life. In a way it was ironic, since he could remember the detail that Jiraiya was his godfather in the past and never met him until he was twelve and needing to face Neji in the chunin exams.
'In hindsight, if it wasn't for Gaara transforming. The learning of kuchiyose no jutsu was very useless.' Siegfried thought as if there were hardly any times he needed to use the jutsu after learning it. 'Well there was the fish girl, but that was filler. I'm never gonna remember filler.' he thought as he stood at the top of the mountain.
"This is too high to go fishing!" Happy whined.
"I'm not fishing Happy. I need to swim down there and pick up the fish since I can't ask Juvia and Lucy says that her celestial spirit, Aquarius, gets angered too easily." Siegfried replied as he did some stretches.
"You're going to catch the fish by hand!?" Happy asked incredulously.
"That's the plan." Siegfried said as he was finishing up his warm up.
Meanwhile, with Natsu and Lucy
Lucy groaned as Natsu dragged her to the lake, "Natsu if you're just here to fight with Happy again. I'm just gonna leave." she said.
"I'm not! I just want some fish before the little guy whines about wanting it raw." Natsu said.
"So why did you drag me out here? You can fish on your own." Lucy said as she didn't have patience or tranquility for fishing.
"Because we're going to borrow your fish lady to speed up the process." Natsu said.
Lucy got angry hearing that, "I am not summoning Aquarius!" she yelled knowing how angry the woman gets.
Natsu grinned, "That's ok! I'll do it!" he said he grabbed Lucy's keys.
"Natsu put those down! You can't summon anyone without a contract!" Lucy told him as she tried taking her keys back.
Back with Siegfried
Happy still looked unsure, "Are you sure you can't just grab a fishing rod? I can ask Natsu to get you one." he said.
"Happy I fished when I was a kid. Trust me, it's not a fun experience when it's raining and you have bad luck. Because then the ramen shops better be open or there better be some good mushrooms around." Siegfried said referring to the time the sandaime Hokage found him eating in the woods.
For a moment Siegfried couldn't be sure of his opinion of the elderly man. On one side, he was just a kind elderly man but at the same time, he was blinded by Hashirama's optimism. Maybe the memories of Hiruzen Sarutobi made him look up to Makarov. To be fair if it wasn't for his age, Siegfried would have believed Makarov was his reincarnation on the account of being a patriot and a pervert.
"Wow, you must suck at making friends." Happy said earning a blank look that made him shiver.
"You can ask your father all about it. He contributed to that fact." Siegfried said making Happy wince.
"And I thought Lucy was cold." Happy said as Siegfried pulled out the golden key for Aries.
"Gate of the Golden Ram, Aries!" Siegfried casted as Aries appeared.
"Big brother?" Aries asked curiously before being given a large basket.
"Aries, I know it's a lot to ask for, but can you hold this basket while I try catching some fish?" Siegfried asked.
Aries smiled and nodded, "Ok!" she said thinking it would be fun.
"Cheep! Cheep!" Siegfried looked down at his jacket and found Filo climbing out.
"Almost forgot about you. Here, stay with aunt Aries." Siegfried said as he kept the filolial from falling off the hill. "And now." he said as he changed into a pair of swim shorts.
"EEP!" Aries yipped as she covered her face with the basket.
"Aries I'm your big brother. If you wanna stare, I don't mind." Siegfried said as Aries turned bright red.
Happy laughed as he stared at her red face, "Shut up! Mean cat!" Aries yelled.
Ignoring that, Siegfried jumped high into the air before crashing down into the water.
Back with Natsu and Lucy
Lucy found the strength to pull her keys out of Natsu's grip. Only for the dragon slayer to cheat and pounce on her. This ended badly for a couple of reasons. One, Natsu was on top of Lucy like he was trying to steal a kiss from how close they were. Two, the keys were in the water and Aquarius was likely going to kill her for that. It didn't help that the giant splash of water from Siegfried was very big and soaked the two of them. At least the keys resurfaced, but from the looks it there was an angry spirit on her way.
As Lucy foreshadowed, it was Aquarius and she brought out a whip.
"ARE YOU DEAF OR ARE YOU JUST STUPID!?" Aquarius roared as she was ready to flog her current master.
"IT'S NATSU'S FAULT!" Lucy yelled as she pushed away her teammate.
"THEN THE TWO OF YOU CAN FACE YOUR PUNISHMENT!" Aquarius screamed as she prepared to start whipping.
Only to stop as she saw what looked like dozens of fish flying in the air and landing on a hill. Unaware that Aries was catching all of them and placing them in the basket. From there, Happy was salivating at the generous bounty. Even more so when Siegfried jumped out while carrying a giant fish over his arms.
"Super fish!" Happy exclaimed happily.
Siegfried decided it would be too heavy to toss up. So he chose to walk up to shore with the fish. Only now just noticing Aquarius as her cheeks turned red. Before anyone said anything, he put the fish down on dry land just as Happy came flying down with Aries in his arms.
"Thank Naruto!" Happy said as he sat down to eat his fish raw.
Siegfried nodded as he summoned a towel to start drying off. Only to notice the nervous looks that Aries was giving Aquarius.
"Oh hello there, you must be one of Lucy's spirits." Siegfried said as he put the fish down. "I'm Siegfried, I would shake your hand but I had to carry this fish." he said gesturing to Happy's dinner.
As for Aquarius, the celestial spirit's face was still blank, "Hold on a minute." she said before returning to her world.
Celestial world
Aquarius suddenly turned bright red and let out a loud shriek as a red heart appeared in her mouth. After letting out her emotions. Aquarius took several deep breaths as she fanned herself.
'Calm down Aquarius, you're a celestial spirit. A strong and capable one. Even though you're stuck with Layla's stupid daughter.' Aquarius thought to herself. 'Besides, don't fall in love! I shouldn't be so eager after leaving Scorpio recently. He's a nice boy and just any ordinary person with a heart.' she thought.
In the human world
Lucy sighed as she watched Natsu arguing with Happy about the fish.
"No they're mine! They're all my birthday presents!" Happy yelled.
Natsu looked gobsmacked, "Your birthday was three months ago!" he argued.
"Well Naruto owed me for six years. So go get your own fish!" Happy told him angrily.
"Just give me the big one!" Natsu said angrily.
"They're all mine Natsu! Go away!" Happy yelled as Natsu growled.
Aquarius then appeared once more to witness the sight of Natsu setting himself on fire. Only for Siegfried to pick him up by the back of the jacket.
"Natsu, stop bullying the cat and get your own fish. I never took you for a thief." Siegfried told him.
"Fight me!" Natsu demanded.
"Bullying cats, stealing, picking fights, you are a bad person Natsu Dragneel." Siegfried said as Natsu looked shocked at the accusation.
For some reason Aquarius felt her heart beating faster when she saw Siegfried stand up for Happy. Though to be fair, it was just Natsu being immature. This also earned Lucy's attention.
"Uh... I didn't summon you." Lucy said.
Aquarius gave Lucy a smile, "Is it wrong to hang out with my favorite summoner?" she asked before squeezing Lucy's face into her chest.
Lucy immediately tried pushing her away, "You're always angry whenever I summon you! You tried whipping me right now!" she yelled.
Aquarius gave a chuckle while internally cursing at the girl, "No, I was just punishing the other boy for dropping my key." she said.
"That makes sense, Natsu always has to find a reason to get into trouble." Siegfried said as Natsu got angry.
"I did not...!" Natsu was interrupted as Aquarius proceeded to give whip him.
At the same time, Aquarius was also imagining Lucy's head in place of Natsu's. She really didn't want to look barbaric in Siegfried and just hoped everyone else would be silent about her usual angry nature. By the time she finished, Natsu was unconscious and covered in several marks. Meanwhile Siegfried didn't care as he knew Natsu would just be fine in a couple of minutes.
"You guys better have brought your own lunch. I'm not sharing." Happy said as he pigged out on his food.
At that moment, Siegfried heard Aries's stomach rumble, "Are you feeling like seafood today Aries?" he asked. Aries blushed but nodded, "I guess one more dive." he said.
"Wait, I wanna help!" Aries said as she left back to her world and returned in a bathing suit.
Siegfried went wide eyed at how much Aries was hiding behind her usual attire. Lucy even started to feel a bit self conscious while Aquarius suddenly felt jealous. Happy didn't care as he was too focused on eating while Natsu was still on the ground recovering.
"That reminds me Lucy. You said you wanted a fish right?" Aquarius asked with a sickly sweet smile.
"Actually no I..." Lucy's opinion didn't matter to her celestial spirit as Aquarius went through some metamorphosis.
Revealing that she had a pair of human legs. Further making Lucy feel self conscious as she reached for her knees. Thinking that she should moisturize more and shave despite having equally smooth legs. Being a teenager was weird as it was difficult to describe whatever was going on in her head.
And as for everyone else, "Catch me Sieg!" Aries said as she jumped into the river hoping for her surrogate brother to grab onto her.
Just as Siegfried reached out to Aries. His mind left the present and went back to the past.
Flashback
Siegfried had just jumped down from a hill and into a lake. Then quickly finding himself swimming back up to the surface to catch his breath. He then looked up to see Astolfo and Franny still on top of the hill. With Astolfo trying to pull Franny with him.
"Come on Franny! Sieg will catch us!" Astolfo complained.
"Grr!" Franny growled as she lifted up Astolfo and threw him down.
Astolfo shrieked in pure terror as he was flailing his limbs all around him. Before taking a few breaths and attempting to swan dive down. Instead everyone within a hundred meter radius heard a loud sound of flesh hitting the ground. Luckily Astolfo didn't hit the ground... he just belly flopped once he landed in the water.
When Astolfo resurfaced, his eyes were spinning in swirls, "So mean." he whined.
Siegfried chuckled before extending his arms towards the air, "Come on Franny. I got you." he said only to notice the pink haired girl looking hesitant. "Franny it's fine. I'm here, I won't let you get hurt if I'm here. We're in this together and we always will be!" he shouted.
Franny smiled but could still feel hesitant. However, looking down at Siegfried's smile and his confidence gave her strength. The homunculus took a few steps back before running and jumping down. Her fear matching the intensity of the speed that she fell. Only for her landing to be a lot less painful compared to Astolfo. Then finding herself in Siegfried's arms as she resurfaced.
"See? I said I would always be here for you." Siegfried said as Franny smiled.
Next thing the blond knew, Franny swooped her head down and kissed him on the lips. Leaving Siegfried in a world of bliss... and pain.
*SHOCK*
Astolfo, who tried to climb out of the water, was now as dark as a burnt piece of toast. As his burnt form floated around the river. He slowly tilted his head to see Franny still kissing Siegfried before pulling out.
"That's funny, I guess sparks fly when you're in love." Astolfo said before twitching several times from the shock.
Present day
"Hold on." Siegfried said as he grabbed Aries just as she resurfaced. "Now hang on, there's a lot of fish down here, but we don't need to damage the ecosystem." he said as Aries nodded and held her breath.
Once the two dived down, Aquarius frowned before jumping in as well. A moment later the river split in half like Moses and the Red Sea. Revealing a smug looking Aquarius and a confused looking Siegfried who was holding Aries who was also holding a bunch of fish.
"This did not go as planned... but thank you anyways." Siegfried told Aquarius who gave him a genuine smile.
One that Lucy never received. Making the Celestial Spirit Mage look shocked by what happened. Aries looked the same and just about everyone in the spirit realm knew how quick to anger Aquarius usually is. Yet she's more than happy to help all of a sudden.
"You are welcome. A friend of Lucy's is a friend of mine." Aquarius said.
'HUH!?' Aries and Lucy thought with shocked faces.
"That's great to hear." Siegfried said as his sensory didn't detect anything.
That and the fact his sensory has to be forcefully activated. Unlike most shinobi sensors who usually keep their ability activated like a passive skill.
A while later
Everyone sat around a small fire and enjoyed the bounty of fish. Though Happy wasn't a fan of fried fish, but at least he had his massive pile to eat from. So they didn't hear any complaints from him and much to everyone's surprise. Aquarius was eating fish as well.
"What?" Aquarius asked as everyone gave her weird looks.
"Aren't you... you know?" Lucy asked gesturing to the fact that she had a fishtail.
Aquarius glared at Lucy, "I'm a Celestial Spirit, not a Celestial Vegan." she said while continuing to eat.
As everyone continued feasting despite what they once assumed to be cannibalism. They were soon joined by Erza and Mira who arrived to check on them. Mainly to make sure that Natsu didn't get Lucy into any trouble since Erza was leading the team for big mission tomorrow.
"I see you decided to have a dinner and chose to not invite us." Erza said critically.
"Erza, you can torture me all you want, but these fish are mine! Naruto owed me for six years so you can keep your grubby paws off!" Happy yelled as Erza had to back off.
An honorable trade, or compensation in this case, would go against her honor. However she couldn't help but wonder why some of them were in their swim shorts.
"Did you all have swim?" Erza asked.
"No, Happy wanted his fish and then I decided to make a feast for everyone." Siegfried answered.
"I see." Erza said.
"It's kind ironic considering you wouldn't have jumped in Erza." Siegfried said.
"And why not?" Erza asked with a raised brow.
"You didn't do anything when Natsu and Gray shoved me into the river." Siegfried said earning strange looks.
Then Natsu stood up and exploded, "I did no such thing you liar!" he shouted.
Erza also slammed her hand down on the table, "Naruto this is absurd! I would never abandon a comrade!" she also shouted.
"Mhm." Siegfried muttered.
Flashback, six years ago
"AHHH!" little Siegfried screamed.
He was just on his way back to the guild after completing a courier mission. Only to run into Natsu and Gray who were fighting. Siegfried was just hoping to greet the two when the proceeded to shove him. Now he was being swept away by the river. As Siegfried didn't have the physical fitness to swim let alone find an instructor to teach him. So all Siegfried could do was scream in terror as he was taken to wherever the stream would take him.
"Shut up Naruto!" the two yelled as they kept fighting.
"YOU GUYS ARE SO MEAN!" Siegfried yelled as he kept moving farther away from guild.
At the same time, Erza and the Strauss siblings were just passing by as they saw Siegfried screaming in terror. Mira snorted before laughing at the sight of her little target being swept away. Though Lisanna looked worried and started running after him.
"Naruto!" Lisanna yelled.
"LISANNA GO GET LAXUS OR GRANDPA! EVEN MACAO WOULD BE USEFUL!" Siegfried yelled as the girl lost sight of him.
Lisanna turned to Mira and pulled on her hand, "Big sister, you have to help him!" she pleaded.
Mira scoffed, "Why? The idiot is fine." she said ignoring Siegfried's screams.
"She's right Lisanna, Naruto somehow got himself in this mess. Therefore he has to learn to get out on his own." Erza said coldly.
Lisanna glared at her, "You're mean Erza and you're a bad friend too!" she yelled making Erza flinch at the little girl's tone.
"Calm down Lisanna, I'm not going after Naruto because he's an idiot. Erza is just a skank that's too embarrassed to show her flat chest in public." Mira said ignoring the situation. Only to see as Lisanna's eyes got watery as she was about to cry, "Fine! Lisanna, you have to learn to stop crying for everything." she said before taking off her shirt and boots before jumping in.
A few minutes later, Mira found herself getting closer to Siegfried who was trying to hang onto a wall. Only for Mira to grab him and pull herself onto the road. Just as she was about to mock him for being a weakling. Siegfried quickly held onto Mira like a life preserver.
"Hey let go you pervert!" Mira yelled as she didn't like the boy being physically close to her.
Siegfried whimpered as he held onto Mira, "Don't let go Mira! I'm scared!" he said as he continued to whimper.
Mirajane glared at the boy only to feel her emotions calming down. Almost as if she saw the boy as a victim rather than a reckless idiot. Before Mirajane realized it, she wrapped her arms around the boy.
"You are going to learn how to swim. So I don't have to end up saving you again." Mira whispered.
"Can you teach me?" Siegfried asked.
Mira's cheek turned red, "Fine, but only if you pay me." she said.
Siegfried smiled, "Ok!" he replied happily.
End of flashback
Mirajane suddenly felt like a shitty person. The thought of letting a child drown because it was funny made her depressed. Erza was no better as she thought of the accident. There was a boy in trouble and yet she chose to let him almost drown thinking it was his own stupidity that got him in trouble. While they can blame Natsu and Gray for being idiots as usual. There are always consequences for one's actions and inactions.
"Natsu!" Lucy yelled angrily.
"It's not my fault he got in the way!" Natsu said as he panicked.
"Aquarius, do you mind?" Lucy asked.
"Not at all!" Aquarius replied before blasting Natsu into the river.
Natsu then resurfaced only for Aquarius to create a giant wave that sent him far away. With him screaming and asking how this is his fault. Only to be completely ignored. Though Aquarius looked more interested in Siegfried's reaction.
'How dare that degenerate leave a good man to almost drown as a child!?' Aquarius thought angrily.
Siegfried sighed, "Don't bother with him. It's the same reason a man should never give flowers to a woman." he said earning some stares. "Most men give woman flowers when they do something wrong as an apology. So if I were to give a woman flowers every time I'm in trouble. She would cry and that would make my apology pointless. So don't bother punishing Natsu if he never learns." he said finishing up his explanation.
"Aye! That's why I would give the love of my life some fish!" Happy said as he still had a lot of fish in his basket.
"Well someone's become quite mature." Mirajane said sounding impressed.
Siegfried stood up and stretched his body, "There's a lot of wisdom to be passed in my long travels. I think I'll head home early today." he said his clothes appeared. "Let's go Aries, I have a mission tomorrow." he said as Aries nodded only to realize she was still in her bikini.
"I'll be back!" she said disappearing with a red face.
"Well, I suppose someone better save Natsu." Erza said unaware of how far Natsu was sent down the river.
The next day
Team Natsu had already packed and prepared themselves for the day. As usual, Erza decided to pack light. Meaning a cart with a giant amount of boxes and other logic of unknown cargo. Siegfried had just arrived and witnessed the stack.
"As usual, Erza has no idea what packing lightly means." Siegfried said as the woman did not budge. "I'll just seal it up." he said approaching the cart and sealing it all in one scroll.
"WHAT THE HELL!? HOW DID YOU DO THAT!?" Gray asked with a hilarious shocked face.
"Fuinjutsu." Siegfried answered as he put the scroll in Erza's hand. Erza just stared and blushed as Siegfried started checking his pockets, "One more thing, despite your personality, Erza. I trust you most of all with this." he said pulling out a device.
"What is it?" Erza asked curiously.
"It's an eye scope, an old foe used one of these to enhance his vision. They were meant to counter people with eyes like my own." Naruto said as Erza accepted the item.
"T-Thank you for you generosity." Erza said as she tried putting it on.
"Let me help you." Siegfried said as he helped adjust it.
As they did this, Mira turned her head to find an awkward angle. What she saw was Siegfried's head moving closer to Erza's face as his hands were reaching her head. For some reason the white haired barmaid looked all teary eyed as if she saw something traumatic. Levy also turned her head and glared as she put her hands on her hips.
"Siegfried Naruto! Knock that off!" Levy demanded.
Siegfried turned his head back to face Levy, "What? I'm just adjusting a tool for Erza to use." he said revealing the eye scope.
"Oh." Levy said looking surprised.
Things were silent after that. Then suddenly the Azure Knight had gotten the idea of what Levy thought she saw. The man sighed before explaining himself.
"Levy, I don't have a crush on Erza anymore." Siegfried said surprising Levy despite the fact he wasn't chasing after Erza like he did as a child. "Besides, I can't kiss a lesbian because I'm a man." he said as Erza's eyes became wide enough for her eye scope to fall off.
"I-I a-am not l-lesbian!" Erza stuttered out with a red face.
"Then why did you accept Mira's challenges? I assumed it was a way to purposely ignore me and because Mira thought I was on her territory." Siegfried replied as Mira also turned red.
"WE ARE NOT LESBIANS!" Mira and Erza screamed.
"Oh I see now. My mistake." Siegfried said as both sighed in relief. "You're both bisexual." he said as both face faulted.
While most of the guys looked relieved knowing that the two most beautiful women in the guild are potentially interested in men. With a lot of them hoping to get their chance... mainly with Mirajane Strauss since Erza is a literal she-devil to them.
"One more thing, I have a gift for Levy." Siegfried said pulling out a scroll. As he handed to Levy, he whispered into her ear, "Don't think I didn't get you anything during my travels." he said with a light smile.
Levy stared at the scroll with interest. Only when she opened it and noticed the various kanji making up the seals. As she wondered what her brother had given her. Siegfried approached Mira and had her hold out her hands.
"Mira, while we're gone. You have to take care of our baby bird." Siegfried said as he pulled out Filo. Only to witness Mira's face turn bright red, "What?" he asked.
"You called Filo-chan our baby." Mira said somehow without stuttering.
"Well she imprinted on you and Erza. With me taking care of her, she's ours." Siegfried explained as Filo happily squeaked. "Bye Filo, behave yourself when around your mother." Siegfried said as he told everyone to pack up.
Only to feel Levy grabbing onto his hand. Siegfried looked down at the short girl who gave him a serious look.
"Levy, it's time for me to go." Siegfried said only to see her eyes starting to water.
"Don't you dare come back hurt again!" Levy yelled before hugging his waist.
Siegfried's face softened as he kneeled down to meet her eyes, "Levy no matter what. I'll always come back to you." he said as he wiped the tears away. "Now, show me that pretty smile. It's one of the things that motivates me to keep living." he said surprising Levy.
He said living, instead of fighting.
Levy nodded as she tried giving him a smile, "Beautiful." Siegfried complimented as he stood up. "I'll be back soon and then we can do whatever you want." he said before leaving with the others. "Also make sure Mirajane doesn't drown Filo!" he yelled making Mira look heartbroken.
"CHEEP! CHEEP!" Filo said as she jumped up and down on her adoptive mother's hands.
"I guess your father still lacks faith." Mira said giving a weak chuckle.
A few days later
Natsu found himself in a whole lot of pain as he was facing his true mortal enemy. Transportation.
Of course, it never seizes to end for Natsu as he can't spread wings and fly away or run at ultra speeds that could shatter the sound barrier. Leaving him to be forced to ride on the back of a cart with everyone else.
"How much longer?" Natsu whined.
"A century." Gray said teasing Natsu.
Only to earn a slap on the head from Erza, "Gray don't discourage him. Don't worry Natsu, everything will be ok." she said as she knocked Natsu unconscious.
Siegfried sighed, "Still as violent as ever. Natsu will only develop more physical issues that way." he said making Erza look sad. "Next time, give him carbonated drinks or try to get him to move around or change positions." he suggested as no one really tried thinking about treating Natsu.
They either hoped he got over it or just let him suffer. Though a few times Natsu did ask Porlyusica and likely stopped because of how stubborn he is about disgusting medicine and receiving slow results for medical treatments. It was safe to say that no matter how many dangers, experience or power they gain. Team Natsu's efforts will be worthless if they never learn.
A few minutes of silence later, the cart had stopped.
"We're here." said the driver as he dropped them off.
After thanking the driver. Fairy Tail and the Azure Knight made their way towards the building. Upon opening the doors, they were greeted with a strange looking man that many of them could not deem to be a human being.
"MEEEEEEEN!" said the man.
"No..." Erza muttered in horror.
Suddenly there stood a man with orange hair and an white suit. As he made a silly pose, three more younger men in suits appeared and made equally silly poses.
"What the hell is that?" Siegfried asked.
"I... am Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki of Blue Pegasus! And these are my merrymen!" Ichiya answered only to start sniffing the air. Before suddenly appearing behind the still horrified looking Erza, "I can recognize your perfume anywhere Erza Scarlet. It's been a long time since we've worked together hasn't it?" he asked almost trying to sound seductive.
Erza could only make disgusted noises as she slowly reached for Ichiya to remove him. Almost looking like Mira if she found a cockroach on her body. Luckily Siegfried lifted up Ichiya by the back of his jacket.
"The lady does not wish for you to be near her." Siegfried said making Erza smile.
"Is that a challenge sir! If so! I accept!" Ichiya said horrifying Erza again.
Then the three men cheered for their leader, "You got this boss!" they said together.
A few minutes later
Ichiya, Eve, Hibiki and Ren soon found themselves on their knees, with their hands tied behind their back and black bags over their heads. Strangely enough, Aries was also there and wearing a short white shirt, a green beret, army green pants and black combat boots. She stood over them with a service knife in hand but still in its sheath.
"Um big brother, do I have to use a knife?" Aries asked.
"If you're not comfortable, I'll give you a baseball bat instead." Siegfried said as Aries nodded and reached for the bat.
"For the last time, our boss isn't a creep!" Eve yelled through his bag.
Aries hesitantly poked the back of his head with a bat, "Tell the truth please." she said as she continued poking him.
Meanwhile Ren was struggling the most, "I swear, I am not a terrorist! My last name just happens to be Akatsuki!" he yelled.
Siegfried immediately placed the knife near his throat, "Tell the truth you criminal." he demanded in a cold voice.
"Naruto that's enough!" Erza said as she tried pulling him back.
"This is way too far!" Lucy shouted.
Whatever fiasco would have happened was over now. As the doors opened again revealing Jura, a wizard saint, along with two others.
"No need to fear, Lyon from Lamia Scale is here!" said Gray's old acquaintance.
"You joined a guild Lyon?" Gray asked only to receive and arrogant look from his fellow ice mage.
Then Lucy spoke up, "Really? I mean after what happened on Galuna with Deliora and..." Lyon suddenly waved his arms around signalling her to stop talking.
"What's this I am hearing?" Jura asked.
"I heard something as well." Siegfried said as he backed away.
Then Sherry appeared as well, "Nothing worth being concerned about!" she interrupted before Lamia Scale noticed the strange torture Blue Pegasus is going through.
A while later
After untying Ichiya and his group. Everyone started with their introductions as they still had to wait for the last group to arrive. Unfortunately for the Azure Knight, Lyon recognized him as the former had mentioned running across Lyon in the past.
"There you are my rival! I see we have crossed paths yet again!" Lyon said barely able to hold his excitement.
"Do I know you?" Siegfried asked pretending not to recognize him.
Lyon face faulted, "I am Lyon Vastia! How could you not remember your fellow rival!?" he asked.
Siegfried crossed his arms, "Last time I checked, you can't a giant purple suit of armor with the ability to shatter mountains." he said referring to Sasuke.
"Stop making up false feats! Don't think you're so far ahead of me!" Lyon yelled angrily.
"Please leave me alone Lint." Siegfried said as he turned away.
"Don't ignore me! Gah! Stupid knights think they're so cool!" Lyon yelled sounding frustrated. "Also, my name is Lyon! You will recognize me one of these days as your rival!" he yells.
"I thought I was your rival!" Gray asked.
Lyon calmed down and gave Gray a blank face, "Gray, you need to mature and let things go." he said before walking away.
Gray's jaw dropped at the sudden dismissal.
A while later
Once the mages of Blue Pegasus promised that none of them were dangerous threats. Siegfried and Aries untied them only to be threatened again once they started flirting with the women. Prompting them to stop as the lynchpin with the potential to end their lives was here. Once that was out of the way, along with purposely ignoring Lyon, everyone waited for whoever was representing Cait Shelter.
The doors opened revealing a little blue haired girl who ran in only to trip on her face.
"That is a very first poor impression young lady." said a flying white cat.
Suddenly Happy was in love as he had yet to meet a cat like himself. Before he could fail at his attempt to flirt with the female cat. Siegfried ran up to the little girl to help her up.
"Are you ok little one?" Siegfried asked as he helped the girl up.
"Yes sir." the girl said before looking up at Siegfried's face in curiosity.
"Is something wrong?" Siegfried asked the girl.
Only for the child to start crying and grabbing onto his neck, "PAPA!" she screamed.
"WHAT!?" everyone else screamed.
"Excuse me?" Siegfried asked.
"Papa you finally came back for me! Where were you!? I waited for you every day for six years!?" the girl kept screaming and crying. She then put her head in his chest, "Please don't leave me again! I promise I'll be a good girl!" she kept yelling as Siegfried tried calming her down.
"Naruto is a dad!?" Natsu and Gray yelled with shocked faces.
Erza fell backwards with her eyes rolling towards the back of her head as a soul came out of her mouth, "Don't die Erza!" Lucy yelled.
"Wendy let go of that man at once! That man is not your father!" the cat kept saying.
That's when Happy butted in, "I don't know, she has the same skin color as Naruto and her eyes are brown." he said annoying the white cat. Then Happy gasped, "Erza is this your kid? Did you dye her hair or did you make her with Jellal?" he asked.
Erza was still unconscious when Happy asked that.
"Happy, you're not helping." Siegfried said as he calmed the girl named Wendy down. "Listen Wendy, please take deep breaths. I'm not your father. I'm far too young to have had you." he said.
Wendy shook her head, "You're not my papa by blood. You're my papa by love." she said in between sobs.
"Wendy, can you really look at me and say I look like your father?" Siegfried asked as he wiped away Wendy's tears.
Wendy only looked more depressed. She looked at his details and realized her mistake.
"Oh... sorry mister. You just look like papa." Wendy said sadly.
"Well, what does your papa look like and where did he go?" Siegfried asked.
"He had blond spiky hair, red eyes and three marks on his cheeks. He makes purrs when I touch them." Wendy said before looking down. "He left because he said that he would make a bad dad." she added.
Siegfried thought it over. Blond hair, red eyes and whisker marks. It almost reminded him of his original chakra cloak when Kurama was his bijuu. Except it sounded like he didn't appear as feral. It sounds like he had a reason to abandon Wendy.
'Why does that name sound familiar?' Siegfried thought before remembering something from a few weeks ago. He shook his head and ignored it, "Where is the rest of you squad Wendy?" he asked.
"It's just me but Carla decided to follow me." Wendy said referring to the cat.
"Well she can't be left unsupervised." Carla said.
"You can fight dark mages?" Siegfried asked.
"No but..."
Siegfried picked up the white cat by the back of her dress, "Nice meeting you." he said as he prepared to kick Carla like a football.
Wendy immediately grabbed Carla, "No weight! She can help, really!" she said.
Meanwhile everyone else was forming opinions about Wendy. Mostly complimenting her on how adorable she is or how much trouble she might have by being young and inexperienced. However Ichiya's trio were making disturbing comments.
"Wow look how cute she is." Ren said.
"I bet she's going to be beautiful when she grows up. Hibiki can't even wait." Eve said.
Suddenly Hibiki appeared behind Wendy, "Come here miss, so we may get to know you better." he said as he tried to get her to follow him.
Before Wendy could say anything. Siegfried pulled out a whistle and blew on it as loudly as possible. This suddenly triggered Aries to jump on Hibiki's bat and choke him out with the baseball bat she still had. Despite how shy and anxious Aries can be. Everyone from Fairy Tail was surprised by the brute force Aries was giving to Hibiki.
"Master Bob must have gone senile. Letting in a creep, a terrorist and now a predator." Siegfried said earning strange looks. "I can only assume that one is the most dangerous individual here." he said pointing at Eve.
Eve started shaking his hands around, "I'm not a criminal! I swear!" he yelled.
A while later
Once again, Siegfried slowed everyone down. It was surprising but nonetheless it did get everyone suspicious of Hibiki. None of them were aware of the Akatsuki from the Elemental Nations so they didn't understand why Siegfried didn't trust Ren. Eve was practically the child of the trio and Ichiya was just weird. However with the comments about Wendy, they were sure Hibiki was possibly a predator after children.
That aside, everyone continued the meeting describing the little bit they know. The Oracion Seis are a dangerous group of dark mages known for taking out small armies and large groups as well as destroying guilds. Moving on, they are said to be moving north of the land where there's something called Nirvana that was created by an ancient tribe or civilization. Having the intel revealed, Ichiya revealed the identities of the Oracion Seis.
Their leader, Brain.
A speedster with a long nose, Racer.
A army killer, Hoteye.
A man with a snake, Cobra.
Some pretty face, Angel. (A/N: Personally I think she has a weird disproportionate face.)
An unknown wild card, Midnight.
Having explained all that, Natsu got excited again and destroyed the doors by running at them at a high speed. This forced everyone to run after Natsu. Hopefully to stop him from hurting himself. The only ones staying behind were Siegfried, Aries, Jura and Ichiya with the last two standing outside as they watched their allies leave.
"An excitable group aren't they?" Jura asked.
"They are, but I suppose a Wizard Saint as powerful as you are more mature. Just as you are powerful like Master Makarov right?" Ichiya asked.
Jura gave Ichiya a sheepish smile, "I wouldn't say that, the title is merely for those that the Magic Council deem worthy. To compare me to Makarov Dreyar to is to compare heaven and earth, but you can guess which one I am." he said as Ichiya turned around.
Unable to see the man give a dark grin as he pulled out a vial. Ichiya had then opened the vial and released the contents that unleashed a horrible smell that weakened Jura and forced the Wizard Saint to fall to his knees.
"That's good to hear." Ichiya said before watching Jura grin.
"Bunshin Daibakuha." Jura muttered.
"What?" Ichiya asked looking unnerved.
"It translates to, Great Clone Explosion!" Jura set before exploding and sending Ichiya crashing into tree.
In actuality this wasn't Ichiya. Rather it was two short blue creatures that could float. The two rubbed their heads as they felt the aching pain from having crashed so hard. Before either of them could wonder why Jura turned himself into a suicide bomb. The two were suddenly grabbed.
"Gotcha!" a voice said as the two were grabbed. "You've done a naughty thing today Gemini. Now you're both in trouble with big brother!" said a familiar voice.
With the rest
After a long chase from Natsu who was determined to defeat the Oracions Seis despite the fact he had no idea where they were. The Dragon Slayer tripped and fell several times before even considering if he would ever find them. Only to stop as Natsu almost fell off of a cliff.
"Natsu stop running! Do you even know where the Oracion Seis are!?" Erza asked.
Natsu stopped in place, "...no." he said now feeling fearful.
"Then where are you going?" Erza asked only to see Natsu shrink in fear.
Before Erza could be presented with more silence. Everyone gazed upon The Christina, the majestic and pride of the Blue Pegasus guild. A beautiful finely crafted airship made with what appeared to be technology that had to be new. A rather nice vehicle that many would envy to have.
Then it blew up.
That's right it exploded and started to slowly fall down before crashing into the ground.
"Impossible!" Hibiki said with fear in his eyes.
"What could have caused this?" Erza asked also appearing shocked.
Only to be surprised by another explosion causing smoke more smoke to appear. From within it, they alliance composed of the four guilds were surprised by the sudden appearance of the Oracion Seis. All of them looking quite smug, very likely having planned ahead as well as somehow knowing they were here. Then again, the giant building in the middle of the forest was likely a dead giveaway. No doubt someone had the patience to wait and spy on them.
That and a giant airship in the sky was very hard to ignore.
"What do we have here?" asked a smug looking Cobra.
"A few pests that impede my path towards more money is what we have." Hoteye answered.
"No matter, we will make quick work of them." Brain said as he slammed his staff on the ground.
However it was Angel that made the first move, "You want to go first Angel?" Cobra asked just as the mages prepared to attack them.
Only to watch as Angel's usual smirk was replaced by a serious face. Those that worked with the woman actually felt confused as she was usually the optimistic and haughty type. What confused them more was the fact that she wasn't using her celestial spirit keys but was making weird shapes with her hands.
"Uh, there's no time to practice sign language Angel." Racer spoke up sounding confused.
Brain however was looking shocked, "Get away! That's not Angel!" he shouted as he tried running.

Unfortunately no one heeded his warning, "Wood Style: Binding Restraints!" she yelled causing several tree roots to appear and start wrapping around the other five.
"What the hell!? Since when can Angel use wood magic!?" Cobra asked.
"She can't you fools!" Brain yelled before turning to Hoteye. "This technique is a mix of wood and water! You can break this!" he told the man.
Hoteye nodded, "Liquid Ground!" he yelled as the ground started sinking like quicksand along with the roots that started to lose balance.
The guild mages stayed back as they watched Angel jump over to their side, "What the heck!? You're on our side!?" Gray asked.
Suddenly Ichiya's trio kneeled by her side, "Such beauty, elegance and grace was working against them the whole time!" Eve said.
Hibiki suddenly took her arm, "When this is over will you grant me the honor of being my date?" he asked.
"No fair!" Eve whined as Ren shook his head.
Angel had then ripped out her arm and punched Hibiki in the nose, "Focus on your mission and find a date with someone of the opposite gender." she said.
As the Oracion Seis escaped their binds, the men just had to distract their allies even further, "YOU'RE A MAN!?" they screamed.
Angel slapped her forehead, "Idiots, I expected you to realize this already." she said before turning into Siegfried.
Hibiki then screamed in terror and foamed out of the mouth. The other two also looked like a mix of being sick and horrified.
"Naruto!?" Erza asked.
"Oh good, you finally took off the disguise." Natsu said looking the same.
"You knew!?" Lucy and Gray asked.
"Yeah, I recognized Naruto's scent." Natsu answered looking unphased.
"You can worry about my henge later. Right now we have foes who I surprised after they surprised you." Siegfried said as some of them already escaped.
As he said, Brain and Hoteye somehow escaped the restraints with the help of Hoteye's Earth magic. Racer did as well using his speed to slide out like butter before the jutsu could trap him in a tighter bind while Midnight and Cobra had some trouble.
"Aw crap! It's this guy again!" Cobra said recognizing Siegfried.
"Then where's Angel?" Racer asked as he sped past the mages.
Suddenly Jura appeared as he punched the ground and unleashed various pillars of earth. Beside him was Ichiya who looked somewhat injured as he was covered in bandages.
"Fear not! We have arrived!" Ichiya said..
"Captain!" the trio said.
"Why so many nicknames!?" Lucy asked.
Jura grinned, "Sorry for taking so long, we just had to deal with one of the dark mages." he said having been slowed down due to Siegfried's sensory.
With Angel
The white haired dark mage was currently kneeling in a cage made of wood. With her arms tied behind her back and a bandana wrapped around her mouth as a gag to keep her silent. The worst part of her situation was the fact that the cage was covered in anti-magic tags and explosive tags that could activate with the slightest movement from the outside.
'It didn't help that Gemini got knocked out just turning into that blond knight!' Angel thought as she saw her celestial spirits were on the ground and unconscious.
Unaware of the fact that they saw the evil of humanity within Siegfried.
Back to the fight
"Heaven's Wheel!" Erza yelled out as she unleashed several swords at her foes.
Meanwhile Racer was dashing through Gray, Lyon and Sherry who had trouble hitting them with their magic. Only earning a few punches and kicks in the process before he sped past them towards his next opponents.
"Natsu!" Siegfried called out to get his attention.
"What?" Natsu asked.
"Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu!" Siegfried yelled as he launched a large ball of fire at Natu.
Who promptly ate it before gagging, "Gross, this tastes like tofu!" he whined.
"Chakra is internal and mental energy. Magic is energy from the world." Siegfried explained only to make Natsu mutter about stupid hippies.
Natsu then promptly directed his attacks towards Midnight and Cobra. The latter just barely managed to escape the binds. Though Midnight was still somehow asleep despite the restraints keeping him in a tight grip. Though fortunately for the dark mage, the attack didn't hit but instead went around him.
"What the hell!?" Natsu asked furiously.
Cobra then ran at Natsu and gave him a surprise punch to the chest, "You don't want to wake him up unless you want a nightmare." he said.
"Flight Armor!" Erza yelled as she suddenly appeared beside Cobra and attempted to attack him with her enhanced speed.
Only to miss every time before being grabbed, "I can hear everything. I can hear every muscle moving including the ones you're straining. I can also hear what's inside of you..." Cobra stopped himself as he saw Erza's memories from the Tower of Heaven. "No way, were you..."
Before Cobra asked his question. Racer appeared only to be kicked right in the face by Siegfried. Realizing his old foe was close. Cobra signalled his snake, Cubellios, to bit Erza before running but not without taking a few kunai to the shoulder. Cobra continued to run anyways despite the injury.
Leaving Siegfried to focus on Erza despite wounding Cobra, "Are you ok Erza?" he asked.
"I'm fi-..." Erza slurred as she fell onto his chest.
"We need to treat that wound." Siegfried said as he lifted Erza in his arms and ran towards cover.
WIth everyone else
"Ice Make Eagle!" Lyon shouted.
"Ice Make Spear!" Gray shouted.
"Liquid Ground!" Hoteye casted making many of them sink into the ground.
Leaving Brain with a chance to attack the alliance, "Darkness Capricio!"
Everyone fell to the ground as the blast was too much to handle. As well as the fact that the intensity weakened them and left them unable to stand up. However, Brain stopped his barrage once he noticed Wendy. Making him sweat as he had a look of surprise on his face.
"He why did you stop?" Cobra asked.
Brain pointed at Wendy, "Get the girl." he ordered.
Wendy paled as she hid behind a rock fearfully. Only for Siegfried to step out from cover and draw his Zweihander to guard Wendy.
"You'll all be cremated before you touch a single hair on this child." Siegfried said as his Sharingan started spinning.
Though it looked like none of the remaining members of the Oracion Seis were willing to challenge him.
Meanwhile, With Mirajane
Mirajane made her way towards the little stables Makarov helped her pay for. Apparently Filo became very large very fast. Making her bigger than a horse and making it tricky to take care of her. Though Mira did feel sad about having to leave Filo alone as she imprinted on her. Making Mira the mother that Filo recognizes.
"Filo-chan? Are you awake?" Mira called out only to find a naked little girl sleeping on some hay. Mira approached the girl and tried to wake her up, "Sweety, can you please wake up? You're in a stable and you shouldn't be out like this." she sad.
The girl woke up with a yawn and rubbed her eyes, "Morning mama, can I have something to eat?" she asked.
"Little girl, I think you're confusing me with someone else. Also why are you naked?" Mira asked sounding concerned.
The child shrugged, "I don't wear clothes like mama and papa" she said.
"Ok? Where is mama and papa?" Mira asked hoping to help the girl make it back home.
"You're my mama and so is mama Erza." the child said confusing Mira. "Papa is at work, so mama has to take care of me." she said.
"I'm sorry what?" Mirajane asked still confused as ever.
The girl gave Mira a concerned look, "Mama, did you forget Filo already?" she asked before turning into a large bird.
Mirajane's reaction could not be described, "Filo... turned... human..." she said before losing consciousness.
"MAMA!" Filo screamed in human language.

Omake - It's Not Dibs You Idiot
Natsu growled as he stared at Siegfried who already defeated the Oracion Seis with only the help of Jura and Ichiya.
"Naruto you stole my fight! How dare you!?" Natsu asked.
Siegfried gave Natsu an annoyed look, "How can I steal a fight you never participated in?" he asked.
Jura and Ichiya nodded, "That's correct, you were never here Natsu-san." Jura said.
Ichiya then posed, "Correct, unfortunately for you my compatriots. All of you had chosen to follow the Salamander than thinking over where the Oracion Seis were." he said.
Ren, Hibiki and Eve got on the hands and knees and bowed their heads, "We're sorry senpai!" they said.
"Why another name!?" Lucy asked.
"But how did you defeat them all!?" Lyon asked looking shocked.
"Lyon, you all decided that following Natsu-san was the objective. Therefore we planned things out, found the dark mages and promptly defeated them during the several hours of your pointless chase." Jura explained.
Ichiya then cried manly tears, "It was an epic battle, a tale of evil foes versus the righteous heroes. One that unfortunately you will never get to witness." he said pointing to the warzone behind them.
Everyone groaned, "We did this for nothing then?" wendy asked.
Carla sighed, "This is my fault. I chose to avoid the tomcat rather than think about staying and thinking things through." she said feeling disappointment in herself.
Meanwhile Natsu was punching the ground repeatedly, "I CALLED DIBS!" he screamed loudly as possible.
"Call dibs when you actually find them." Siegfried said as he shook his head at Natsu.
Remember kids, it doesn't matter if you call dibs. For it matters if you actually see what you want to call dibs on. Except a man or a woman, you stupid perverts! You can't call dibs on a human being!
Oh and, don't run head first into a fight without knowing where your opponents are.
Omake: Astolfo To The Rescue
Astolfo smirked as he piloted the Christina towards the alliance, "Don't worry guys! I'm here to save the day!" he shouted.
Only to be hit by a random explosion. As he was too far, nobody but Natsu could hear him shriek in terror as the Christina shouted.
"Some little girl must have been on that." Natsu commented.
Meanwhile Astolfo cried anime tears as he crawled out of the Christina, "Aw man! My cute outfit is ruined!" he said sounding depressed.
