Chapter 18 - Reunions
Extalia, right before the lacrima island's collision
Kurama was running off towards Extalia where he sensed Wendy. He was lost, confused and had no idea what was going on. He would bother Naruto's second incarnation about the situation later. For now, he had a daughter to protect. Because when he arrived, he saw a bunch of cats throwing rocks at Wendy and Filo. Despite how much of an angry bastard Kurama acts. The bijuu had a weakness for his adopted human daughter and he was not exactly happy that a bunch of cats were bullying him and his jinchuriki's child.
"Get out of here already!" yelled a random cat as he threw a rock towards Wendy's head. Only for Kurama to catch it, "Who the hell are you!? You want some too!?" He asked as he got another rock.
Kurama responded by throwing the same rock at a large building. Causing the whole thing to collapse into rubble. Every Exceed was suddenly scared stiff and began to shake. All of them were suddenly aware that Kurama is the alpha species among them.
"You." Kurama said pointing at the exceed with a rock. The exceed was shaking the most, "Get your ass over here, get on your knees, bow your head and apologize to Wendy and Filo… and this cat." He commands as he points at the trio of girls.
'Normally I would correct someone about me being a cat.' Carla thought as she looked up at Kurama. Causing her to shake in fear as well, 'But I think Wendy's father does not want to hear it from me.' she thought as she starts to sweat.
Soon enough, the exceed did as he was told as he approached Wendy, "I'm so sorry! Please forgive me!" he pleads.
"Um, forgiven." Wendy said feeling bad for the exceed.
"Enough." said a commanding voice behind the crowd.
"Queen Shagotte! You're here!" the exceeds proceeded to bow towards their leader.
Their leader, Queen Shagotte, is the very woman who the humans and even exceeds see as a goddess. As they can see how much bigger and regal she is compared to everyone else. They also say that Shagotte's wings look very majestic compared to the average exceed.
"Whatever conflict you all have started. I wish for it to end as of right now." Shagotte commands.
Although everyone already stopped as they fear that Kurama is going to kill them. Some of them however, believed that Shagotte had some secret power or resources to defeat Kurama. As many of them were still arrogant and believed that they could overcome any brute. In actuality, Shagotte was about to reveal a sad revelation.
"Queen Shagotte! Show these humans your power by destroying the island and their people!" a random exceed shouts.
Only for their queen to undress, "Queen Shagotte! Please don't take off your robes!' another exceed pleads.
When Shagotte removed her robes, she revealed how short she is. Compared to everyone else, when Shagotte arrived in her regal outfit. She appeared to be about five to six times taller than an average exceed. Yet, she was merely twice their size and only had one wing. This woman was revered as a goddess by her people. Someone of infinite power that could annihilate the humans of Edolas the moment she decides to move a muscle.
Only to reveal, that she was just a cat. Slightly below a normal exceed.
"We are not power as we say. I myself am just a normal exceed." Shagotte said but the crowd tried to deny it. She then flapped her single wing, "Not even my wings are unique for all I have is one. As exceeds, we can only use aero magic. One wing for having it and two for controlling it which grants us the power of flight." she explains and her subjects did not like the news.
"Uncle Kurama, what does each one of your tails do?" Filo whispered.
"Nothing, they just prove how powerful I am, everyone else just sucks." Kurama answered bluntly.
Shagotte continued her explanation, "I am sorry everyone, I have lied you. We all have deceived you for many years." she said as the elders behind her also felt bad. "For years, the humans looked down on us for having so much magic but so little power. So one day, the elders spread rumors of our power and thus. We were eventually revered as gods." she continues to explain.
"No! It isn't true!"
"You are a goddess!"
"Stop lying and destroy the island already!"
Every exceed cried and pleaded, denying that what they have been told were lies. That deep down, the power they were blessed with is not anything more than just flying. That the human beings below them, worshipped them as gods but were just powerless cavemen who suddenly decided to get rid of them. With their hour of reckoning coming close, they are too stubborn to realize that they are powerless.
"I have told you the truth and yet here are three individuals came to risk their lives to warn you!" Shagotte said having heard enough whining.
"Enough of the deceit!" Carla snaps.
"Carla." Wendy whispered.
"That does not excuse the fact that you put false memories into my head so that I may slaughter my comrades! I've never seen my home until a few days ago and this happens!" Carla yells.
"I'm sorry." Shagotte said as she looked away.
Nadi started waving his arms around, "Wait, you have it all wrong. It's a complicated story that's very long and…" he tried to say.
"I do not want to hear excu- OUCH!" Carla yells as Kurama slaps her head.
"Are you stupid or something or are you just trying get attention?" Kurama asks.
"Papa!" Wendy yells.
"No Wendy, it's time for me to talk. This cat has been nothing but a pain in the a-, butt. I have no idea what is going on or why everyone is crying. Yet there's actually a good explanation for once and suddenly this idiot here thinks that cat over there has the power of telepathy even though she said you cats only have the ability to fly." Kurama rants as a tick mark grows on his head. "But wait, this one can't fly because she only has one wing. So I guess that just means this idiot here just wants to make excuses about whatever she's babbling on about." he adds.
It was safe to say, that without his own pride in the way. Kurama saw Carla as a neanderthal in terms of intelligence. When Happy is around, Carla is probably around the level of a homosapien with a learning disorder.
"Now, when you're all done crying and pointing fingers at each other. You can get off of this island like my daughter tried to get you to do." Kurama continued to say. "Besides, if you need a goddess, a queen or some pompous moron to function. Then there was nothing ever special about you. My own father was revered as a god and you think I run around saying he's going to show up and punish everyone?" he asked as he starting making good points.
Everyone was feeling stunned by the rant as it turned into a speech. One that started moving some of the exceeds.
As Kurama then faced Shagotte, "And you, what is crying and pleading for forgiveness going to do? Nothing that's what, this island is good as dead. So how about you all move somewhere else already? Its not like any of you would put in the effort to save this place." he said as he picked up Wendy and Filo.
"Papa wait!" Wendy yells out.
"Time to go Wendy, Filo. This place is going to blow anyways." Kurama said not entirely aware that he did motivate the exceeds.
As Nadi bursted into tears, "This is my home! I'm a citizen of Extalia, why should I just stand around and do nothing!?" he asked as he extended his wings.
"Nadi!" one of the elders calls out.
"No, I need to do this!" Nadi yells as he flies away to push back the island.
As Kurama left, each and every citizen of Extalia found themselves being motivated my Kurama. As they all began to converge onto the island that was threatening their homes. Kurama let out a smirk as he saw the exceeds fly through the air. Leaving behind trails that shine as bright as starlight.
"Uncle, you knew they would save themselves." Filo said accusingly.
"Nope, I actually thought they were useless cowards." Kurama replies bluntly.
"So mean." Filo whines.
Kurama let out a snort, "I've done worst things brat. Your dad can tell you all the stories." he says as Wendy and Filo pout.
Kurama would then enter his true form and run all the way towards the island. Where he saw everyone including the exceeds putting substantial effort to push back the island. Most notably, Siegfried was going beyond the limits of his susanoo to push back the island. To the point that usually incomplete armor sprouted legs and wings before finally shoving the island away.
Letting the explosion take place far away from Extalia. Once that was done, everyone rested for a moment to bask in their victory.
"The brat did good." Kurama comments.
I thank you everyone. For the lacrima and it's inhabitants have returned to Earthland. You may rejoice!" Menma said appearing in his Mystogan outfit.
Just as everyone was about to party. Siegfried launched himself at Menma at full speed. Just as Menma was about to greet his other self. He suddenly saw the angry eyes of Siegfried and screamed in terror.
(Continue song)
"NARUTO-SAN WAIT! I CAN EXPLAIN!" Menma screams.
"I'M GOING TO KICK YOUR ASS MENMA!" Siegfried screams as he punches Menma in the gut.
"OOF!" Menma reacts before being repeatedly hit until they crash onto Extalia. "PLEASE STOP!" He screams.
Siegfried ignored him as he continued to beat up Menma and continued to assault him.
"Papa, why didn't you help stop the island?" Wendy asked.
"Naruto didn't look like he needed my help." Kurama said bluntly.
"But why is he beating up that man?" Filo asked.
"You will learn when you are older." Kurama answered.
With everyone cheering and partying. As well as some feeling concerned that the true prince of Edolas was back only to get beaten up by Siegfried. Panther Lily was suddenly shot in the back by a powerful pink beam. Siegfried immediately let go of Menma and prepared to face the final adversary of this adventure.
"Panther Lily!" Menma shouts.
When suddenly, a swarm of floating lizards similar to the one Coco was riding arrived. The swarm was being lead by none other than Erza Knightwalker. Who for some reason had shorter hair and wore armor that exposed more of her body. As well as having a face filled with anger and desire for vengeance.
"Scarlet!" Knightwalker roars.
Before Erza reacted, Menma limped forward, "Knightwalker, how dare you point your weapon at me? The Prince of Edolas?" he asked making Knightwalker look nervous.
Only to hear a dark laugh, "A prince you say? Don't make me laugh." said a familiar voice in the distance. "Because to me, you were never my son." said the voice.
"Where is that voice coming from?" Lucy asked.
"Somewhere underground I think." Natsu answered.
"Father." Menma muttered.
"You are no child of mine! I know you and that fool Jellal have been sealing up all of the anima! To me, you are a traitor and will be punished as such!" King Faust said a giant green circle releasing a monstrous amount of magical energy appeared on one of the floating islands.
"What is that? That thing is releasing a lot of magic?" Natsu asked as something came out from the ground.
When the green circle disappeared, a giant egg shaped metallic object came out. While covered in restraints, Faust's voice could be heard from inside of the machine. As it freed itself and slowly transformed into a gigantic dragon shaped robot with an intimidating appearance. Despite no one else seeing anything like this, Siegfried dug up Daphne's Dragonoid machine. It appeared to be similar, but unlike Daphne's creation that was meant to be powered up by Dragon Slayer magic.
This machine appeared to be in greater quality and superior design. There was no doubt that whatever Faust sacrificed to create this deathtrap. It was likely more dangerous than whatever Daphne planned to make with her machine.
"All traitors will be destroyed equally! Regardless of whoever you are, you will fall by my hand!" Faust yells as he has reached the bottom pit of madness.
With Kurama and Siegfried
"With this machine, I am invincible! Edolas will reign supreme!" Faust yells as his machine fires a powerful beam at everyone.
As everyone struggles to avoid the attacks from the powerful machine. The knights of Edolas begin to open fire on the exceeds. Turning them all into small lacrima fragments before being sent to the capital for collection. As this happens, Kurama hops between islands and fires beams from his mouth. Keeping the power output down as to avoid killing an exceed or Team Natsu as they avoided Faust's attack.
At the same time, Siegfried followed Kurama and landed on his back.
"I could supersize myself and try to break down that overgrown trashcan." Kurama suggests.
Siegfried shook his head, "It would be easy, but at the same time. You might do more harm than good." he said.
"Then what do you suggest?" Kurama asked.
"I need you to help stop the royal army. I will try to destroy that robot." Siegfried said as he jumped away.
"Papa I can help Naruto too!" Wendy speaks up.
"No, stay put. That mecha is too much for you to handle." Kurama said.
"But papa!" Wendy wanted to argue.
"I said no." Kurama said making Wendy pout.
"Papa! Grandeeney taught me Dragon Slayer magic, just like the other dragons taught Natsu and Gajeel! I know how to fight a dragon!" Wendy argued making Kurama growl.
"You are much more stubborn than me and the brat." Kurama said referring to Naruto in the past life.
"Then let me go! I can do it!" Wendy pleads making Kurama groan.
"Fine, but you are coming back if you hurt yourself." Kurama said as he jumped over the Dorma Anim. As Wendy jumped, Kurama kept Filo on his body, "You better stay here. You can't fight a dragon." he said.
Filo pouted, "I wanna fight with Wen too." she whined.
On the main battlefield
Faust laughed as he saw Siegfried stand before the giant mechanical dragon, "You must be very arrogant if you think you can defeat me. No matter, it will be too late by the time you lose your magic!" he yells as the Dorma Anim fires it's beam at him.
Once the beam hits the ground and erases everything that once stood there. Faust continued to laugh like a mad man when suddenly he saw something fall down towards his head.
"WHAT!?" Faust screams in confusion.
"Susanoo!" Siegfried shouts as he enters a complete Susanoo body.
The impact caused by the Susanoo's strength made the Dorma Anim crash face fist into the ground. Faust let out a curse as Siegfried got off of him and landed gracefully across from the robot. As the sheer size of the Susanoo matched, if not stood over the ancient weapon. Siegfried's Susanoo then armed itself with two swords as it took a step back.
"Impossible! The Dorma Anim is immune to all types of magic!" Faust shouts angrily.
"Magic, not brute force. If that machine was made by dragons as you are implying, then there's also another predator you have to watch out for." Siegfried said as Faust glared at Siegfried behind his robot.
"And what exactly would that be!?" Faust asked.
That's when the Dragon Slayers arrived, "He means us! Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" Natsu yells as he bashes his fist against the Dorma Anim's head.
"Iron Dragon Club!" Gajeel yells as he adds to impact.
"Sky Dragon's Roar!" Wendy screams as she keeps the machine downed.
Siegfried extended the Susanoo arm to catch Wendy, "You are all late. I'm surprised Kurama let this girl come out." he said.
"That's how heroes are. We show up late." Natsu said proudly.
"Then you wouldn't be heroes if you arrive too late." Siegfried adds.
Natsu growls, "Why you!" he says angrily.
"I do not want to hear your bantering! You will all fall! As King of Edolas, I punish you all with death!" Faust roars.
With Kurama
As the Dragon Slayers and Kurama's former jinchuriki battle it out with Faust. The strongest bijuu finds himself slowly falling down to the ground. Just as he sees Erza Scarlet intercepting Erza Knightwalker. While Achiles Menma left the area, unknown to anyone as where he was heading. Leaving Kurama and Filo to land where the rest of Team Natsu is. Only to find them surrounded by royal guards.
"Kurama!" Lucy shouts.
"Get down!" Kurama commands.
"Hey get the fox, maybe it has a lot of magic." one soldier suggested.
"No need to tell me twice." the one carrying a cannon said.
Only instead of a lacrima to add to their collection. The soldier found himself being blown into a hill with his cannon being destroyed in the process by Kurama's laser beam. From there, the Edolas army tried to directly attack the fox and Fairy Tail wizards. Only to find themselves facing the kyuubi in human form.
"You arrogant pieces of crap make me sick. It's always an excuse for all of you to steal someone's power." Kurama said as he cracked his knuckles.
"Take him out!" a captain orders.
"This is going to be hectic." Gray said as he prepared his Ice magic.
(Boruto OST - Naruto vs Delta)
Kurama sped past Gray and already landed his fist against a soldier's helmet. Causing it to shatter upon impact as he crashed into his comrades. Soon enough, the rest continue to surround Kurama. Only to find the fox twisting around, delivering various kicks and punches and even swerving his tails around. Making several soldiers fly out of the crowd as the bijuu beats them silly.
"I guess he doesn't need our help at all." Gray said with a shocked face.
Soon enough, the sounds of more soldiers arriving could be heard. As they began to open fire on the group. This made Lucy glare at Gray for opening his mouth and practically jinxing them.
"Open! Gate of the Golden Lion: Leo!" Lucy yells as Leo, formerly Loki, appears.
"Hey Lucy, you miss me?" Leo asked.
"Just help us fight Leo." Lucy said she pulled out the whip that Virgo gave her.
"Ok, but it looks like Naruto over there is taking up all the bad guys." Leo said.
"That's not Naruto." Lucy said confusing Leo.
Back to the fight
Things were taking a surprising good turn against the Dorma Anim. Despite it's amazing defense, it truly was a dragon as Natsu, Gajeel and Wendy were able to damage it quite easily. With Natsu shattering the head and Gajeel biting off it's tail.
"Let's see how much you like this!" Faust yells as he launches two missiles at Natsu
As Natsu crashed, Faust laughed victoriously until Natsu stood back up, "That fire was more gross than Naruto's fire." he complained.
"The tail is gross too, but it's filling." Gajeel adds.
"Now I'm fired up!" they said at the same time.
"Hey! That's my line! You copied me!" Natsu shouted.
"No, I just happened to say at the same time." Gajeel said, denying the claim.
"I'm not done with you yet! So don't get cocky!" Faust yells as his machine opens fire on the again.
When Siegfried interrupted his attack with a heavy slash from the Susanoo, "Don't forget who else you are fighting." he said knock Dorma Anim to the side.
"Why does Naruto have to be here too!?" Natsu complained.
"Quiet down Salamander, at least he's able to distract him." Gajeel said. Mostly out of fear, 'Better Faust then me.' he thought with a shiver.
This also gave Wendy a chance to cast a spell, "Fast wind that run the heavens… Vernier!" she exclaims as she amplifies Natsu and Gajeel's powers.
"Hey, whatever the kid did. I'm feeling a lot stronger." Gajeel said as his body leaked with powerful magic.
Natsu grinned, "Me too! Now let's get him before Naruto hogs all the glory!" he yells.
At the same time, Faust continued to fire upon Siegfried who struggled to keep his Susanoo from breaking. When attempting to fire again, Siegfried used on of his ethereal swords and shoved it into the Dorma Anim's mouth. Causing a wild explosion that made the giant mecha dragon to fall down again.
Right on time as Natsu and Gajeel begin to blitz the giant mecha. Completely bombarding it with magical attacks to the point that the whole outer piece of the mecha began to fall apart. Infuriating Faust as he struggles to get up and fight back. Only being held down by Siegfried as he lets the Dragon Slayers attack him.
"I refuse to lose!" Faust yells as he fires more missiles.
Siegfried stumbled back, but it didn't last long as Natsu ate the flames again before they could do any harm. Letting Natsu attack with even more magic present in his body.
"Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame!"
"Iron Dragon Sword!"
"Susanoo: Chidoi!"
With every attack landing, the impact created a giant ball of destruction. Making Gajeel and Natsu fly back only for Siegfried to catch them while skidding back a bit. Wendy used her magic to fly towards the trio and proceeded to give them another buff in defense.
"Power of the stout that tears heaven… Arms!" Wendy casts, generating a stronger defense.
A good time too, as Faust stood back up. As his the outer armor plates of the Dorma Anim fell apart, but the machine continued to function. Standing tall as if it had only taken a few scratches.
"Looks like it wants more." Natsu said with excitement in his voice.
"Fools, I still have a lot of magic to keep the Dorma Anim functioning!" Faust shouts as the mecha dragon speeds towards them.
"Lie Armor!" Wendy casts, making everyone's defense even greater.
"Fire Dragon's Roar!" Natsu roars as he blasts a wave of fire at the Dorma Anim's face.
Hardly doing any damage at all. As it swiped down on Siegfried who blocked the attack with his Susanoo blades. Having locked him in place, Faust proceeds to fire mulitple balls of energy and hitting Siegfried at point blank range. Resulting in the susanoo slowly cracking and weakening Siegfried's stance. All the while Lands a heavy kick to the Dorma Anim's head and Gajeel smashing an iron pillar to the tail.
Both were not very successful as the Dorma Anim did not take any damage. Faust used his machine's tail to slap away the two Dragon Slayers and then focusing on Wendy while Siegfried tried to overpower him.
"I see now, it's you that needs to be destroyed first!" Faust yells as he fires his spreader cannon at Wendy.
"Wendy, move now!" Siegfried orders as he charges up a black sphere of fire in one hand. "Blaze Style: Susanoo Kagutsuchi!" He yells as the sphere turns into a sword and penetrates the machine's abdomen.
Faust curses as the attack damages his cannons. Making him completely stop his assault on Wendy as she's chased around by the remaining lasers. Only to somehow trip and fall on her face while she's floating. She managed to avoid the lasers, but it still hurt.
Kurama is not going to be happy if he sees an injury mark on her forehead.
"You are an annoying pest!" Faust yells as he slowly draws in the magic around him. This slowly made his cannons regenerate, "Now die!" he yells as the cannons open fire on Siegfried again.
"Susanoo: Tsukumo!" Siegfried counters as his Susanoo's chest break open and unleashes chakra needles onto the machine.
Sadly, this technique was also ineffective as the armor was too thick and if it did take damage. It appeared that the magic surrounding Faust was keeping the Dorma Anim strong and in perfect condition. Soon enough, Siegfried's Susanoo shattered and the Azure Knight started to fall.
"HAHAHA, I said you die before my hand! I will use all the magic in Edolas to destroy you!" Faust yells.
Siegfried gritted his teeth as hit the ground. Then finding himself being dragged away by a still flying Gajeel just as Faust attempts to crush him with his foot. Meanwhile, Natsu was still trying to attack Faust with all of his might.
"Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame!" Natsu yells as he unleashes an even bigger torrent of flames.
Leaving the Dorma Anim hardly looking damaged, "It is useless! Your magic may be powerful, but I will make it mine and then no one will oppose me!" He screams as he slams Natsu against the ground.
As Gajeel moved Siegfried to safety, the two saw a lot of green energy leaving the ground and the various islands. Siegfried looked around the area with his Sharingan in an attempt to scan the area. Finding heavy traces of magic being pulled away at a rapid pace. He even noticed the lacrima that were sticking out from under the floating islands starting to go dull until the slowly began to fall.
"What's going on?" Gajeel asked.
"The magic, I do not know how but he's taking away all the magic in the environment. It must be the reason that machine is still functioning." Siegfried answered.
Gajeel groaned, "Really? That thing isn't going down until it runs out will it?" he asked.
Siegfried grunted as he stood up, "That's the issue. Faust aims to win or to let Edolas be destroyed in the process." he said.
"I get the magic being everyone's livelihood but isn't destroying a bit much?" Gajeel asks nervously.
"That's the issue, the islands have been using lacrima or a similar material to keep them floating. Cities such as the Royal Capital are on floating islands and don't forget the islands flying over surface cities." Siegfried explained making Gajeel pale.
"That's a lot of damage. Here I thought Salamander was reckless." Gajeel said before they heard a loud explosion. Where it came directly from Extalia, "Are you serious!? We tried to save that place and now it's gone!?" he asked.
The floating island keeping Extalia was practically in ruins. To the point that more explosions could be seen taking place inside. As if the battle continued over there and it did not help that the capital of the exceeds was also starting to fall.
"That's bad, Titania is fighting her other self on that island." Gajeel said.
"Erza!" Siegfried yells before grunting.
"Hey, calm down. We need to stop that stupid robot first, remember? Titania can take care of herself." Gajeel said.
Siegfried grunted again, "You're right, she always has before." he said.

*BOOM*
More missiles were launched and ended up hitting Natsu who was shielding Wendy with his body. Before the two had to avoid being stomped on by the Dorma Anim. It only became more hectic as Siegfried could see that the Dorma Anim was also starting to suck the magic out of Natsu and Wendy as well.
"Damn, I need to get back in there. Gajeel, cover me." Siegfried said before speeding off.
"What!? Why me!?" Gajeel asked before reluctantly running after him.
It did not matter, as Gajeel had started to find himself taking up all the attention of the Dorma Anim. While temporary, it still felt like an eternity as that thing would be chasing him around. Still, Gajeel would rather be facing this thing than take another blast from Balmung to the face. Not that it would be any worse than facing a very blood lusted Nightmare.
Siegfried ignored any pains he felt from his Susanoo shattering and ran to the side of Natsu and Wendy. Where he immediately grabbed the two and ran just as Faust fired another laser from the mecha's mouth. As Faust's laser chased them around, Gajeel ran up to the machine's head and slammed an iron javelin to it's head.
"You like that!? I still have lots of tricks up my sleeve!" Gajeel yelled.
"You pests are very annoying. Perhaps you will still be worth something when I break you into several pieces!" Faust yells as he prepares to open fire on Gajeel.
"Come at me ugly! Iron Dragon's Roar!" Gajeel roars as he blasts Dorma Anim at point blank range.
"Seize your useless attacks!" Faust commands as he raises his foot down and tries to stomp on him.
"Iron Dragon's Lance!" Gajeel yells as he swipes at the machine. 'Come on, hurry the hell up!' he thought as he looked for Siegfried.
Only for the machine to slap him aside, "I do not see why you keep fighting. It will not be too long before Edolas is completely drained of magic as well your own." He said.
"What do you mean you crazy geezer?" Gajeel asked as he struggled to stand up.
Only for Faust's robot to stomp on him, "Simple, when I have defeated you three and obtained your magic. There will be no one left to stop me. I will reign over Edolas like a god!" he yells before laughing like a madman.
"You are beyond insane, old man! You're seriously keeping all that magic to yourself!? You were all proud and happy when you said you would share the lacrima's magic!" Gajeel yells.
Faust scoffed, "That is merely a display. Sharing what belongs to me is n act of weakness. There is no point in raising a bunch of cattle who have no idea how to use such a power for themselves. Which is why a god like me deserves it all!" he screams.
"Screw you!" Gajeel yells as he transforms his hands again.
"Famous last words!" Faust said ready to attack again.
When out of nowhere, Natsu crashed into Dorma Anim's head, "You think because you're a ruler you can do whatever the hell you want!?" he yells as his body is filled with an even greater amount of fire magic.
"What took you so long Salamder!?" Gajeel asked angrily.
"Naruto had to get Wendy to safety, but he didn't completely abandon us." Natsu answered as he jumps away.
Before Faust could react to the sudden attack. His machine was suddenly uppercutted by mini Susanoo that appeared under him. Followed by two other Susanoo's suddenly appearing and hitting him with blunt force.
"WHAT!?" Faust asked.
In the distance
Siegfried stood from afar after having rescued Natsu and Wendy. While Gajeel distracted Dorma Anim and Siegfried eventually let Natsu go back to fighting Faust. Siegfried created three clones with enough chakra to use Susanoo to further distract Faust. As he raised Balmung in front of himself and prepared to generate a great deal of magic.
"If it takes Dragon Slayer magic to defeat a dragon. Then the sword to used by the original Dragon Slayer will help defeat the mad king." Siegfried said to himself as he tried to gather enough magic to power up his sword.
Still, it was done very slowly and with great difficulty. As Faust is slowly draining the world of magic as well as taking it from the three Dragon Slayers. Making this an impossible task to accomplish.
'Just stay focused, think of it as senjutsu training.' Siegfried thought as he went over old memories.
Mostly filled with pain as they involved Fukusaku bashing him on the head with a stick. However, as Siegfried struggled to generate enough magic to power up Balmung. Something occurred in his mind and he briefly put down the sword. Reaching out to the side, a golden portal opened revealing a piece of black cloth with a piece of petal attached to it.
'It may help with motivation.' Siegfried thought with a smile.
Down with Kurama
As the battle with Faust continued to grow intense. Kurama and the rest of Fairy Tail were battling the ever loyal army of Edolas. Unaware of how Faust had forsaken them along with the rest of Edolas. Like many battles in human history, this battle became pointless. Especially with how adamant the royal army was in capturing the remaining exceeds hiding in debris of the fallen islands.
"These annoying insects just keep coming." Kurama says as he slaps a group away with his tails.
"I'm tired!" Filo whines as she starts panting.
"Just keep going! There's no doubt Natsu and the others are closer to beating the King!" Lucy yells as she avoids being shot at.
"RAHHH!" screamed the lizards.
"I'll rip your throats out if you scream into my ears again!" Kurama yells at the flying creatures.
With the fight nowhere near an end and Kurama being a step away from just annihilating the entire battlefield. The ground started to burst open as a strange plant begins to grow from the cracks. The vines of the plants then started to grab the lizards and soldiers before lifting them into the air. Just as another giant crop bursted from the ground.
"What's that!?" Coco asked.
"Fairy Tail! Edolas' Fairy Tail!" Lucy cries out as the doors open.
And the forces of the last magic guild in Edolas run out. All of them roaring as they help in taking down the Edolas Army. With everyone minus Lucy looking surprised by the strange personalities of the Fairy Tail Wizards of this world. As they all looked and acted completely different.
"I'm recording this for the kid." Kurama said as he pulled out a lacrima to record the events.
Starting with Levy leading her teammates at the front, "Let's go guys! We have to outdo Lucy!" she yells.
"Yeah! Let's show these bastards what happens when they fight the guild's strongest team!" Jet yells as he defeats an entire squadron with a single kick.
At the same time, Cana was just sitting down sipping tea, "Oh my, this is no place for a lady like me. Especially with so many ruffians running loose." she said as Natsu ran past her.
"Leave me alone! I don't even wanna fight!" Edolas Natsu yells as tears fall down his eyes.
Gray laughed at the other Natsu's personality, "I knew flame brain was weak at heart." he said.
"Hey put some clothes on!" yelled Edolas Gray from behind Gray.
"HUH!? You take some clothes off!" Gray yelled back.
"Both of you shut up! It's bad enough that there's one Gray, but now there's two!" Edolas Juvia said angrily. "Now shut up and help me!" she commanded.
"Juvia, you are so amazing!" Edolas Gray cheered.
"What did I just say!?" Edola Juvia asked angrily.
Gray shivered, "This is so disturbing." he muttered.
Kurama snickered as he saw the mess that was Edolas Fairy Tail, "Did Naruto see this already?" he asked. Only to see Wendy's counterpart run by, "…puberty is going to be a nightmare for me." he said as he pretended not to see an adult version of Wendy run by.
However he felt confused when he saw Edolas Mirajane. Sure Mira's attire was slightly different but she seemed to be the same to Kurama. It left him wondering about Erza until he remembered seeing the two Erza's fight earlier. His mind stopped wandering once he felt a giant surge of energy coming from the island where Faust was fighting the Dragon Slayers.
Kurama looked up and narrowed his eyes before letting out a loud snicker, "Dumb brat, give him a sword and he's suddenly a badass. I can't wait until he gets rid of that emo attitude." he said as everyone stopped and gazed upon the bright light.
"What the heck is that!?" Asked Edolas Natsu, looking terrified.
"A bright light, but what's causing it?" Edolas Lucy asked.
Kurama smirked, "That is the Azure Knight, protector of the Kingdom of Fiore, reincarnation of the greatest shinobi in the world and most importantly…"
*BOOM*
"…the Dark Mage Slayer, Siegfried Naruto!" Kurama exclaims as the magic starts reaching intense levels.
Back with Siegfried
(Fate Apocrypha OST - Savior)
Just as Natsu and Gajeel were on their last limbs and the clones were destroyed by Faust. The two stumbled back and fell as they felt Siegfried's powerful surge of magic rising. Even Faust started to stumble back as the pressure was starting to make him sweat.
"What is this!? Where is that power coming from!?" Faust demanded to know.
Siegfried smiles as he begins to gain control of the magic, "Prepare yourself Faust." He whispered.
Faust moved the Dorma Anim's head to look around, "Who dares obtain such power when it all belongs to me!?" he asked furiously.
Siegfried twisted Balmung's hilt as the guard lit up, "The Evil Dragon will be vanquished. All will be separated into light and shadow. In this moment the world reaches its twilight." he said ready to swing down the blade.
"There you are! How dare you hide from!?" Faust yells as he powers up his mechanical dragon for one more blast.
"Now Fall." Siegfried says bringing down his sword.
"Perish!" Faust yells.
"Don't forget about us!" Gajeel and Natsu yell at the same time.
"Balmung!" Siegfried screams the giant blast of magic moves straight towards Faust.
At the same time, Natsu and Gajeel used their remaining bit of magic to punch the Dorma Anim's head. With enough force to make it look at the sky and making it's blast aim for the atmosphere. Completely missing Siegfried as Balmung's blast hits the Dorma Anim's outer armor. Damaging it enough the point that it completely shattered, without so much as a chance to regenerate. To the point that the machine's chest area central area was penetrated, causing Faust to fall out of the missing chunk of the mecha dragon.
As Faust fell, he witnessed his last chance to defeat the Earthland wizards explode. The mad king hit the ground with a loud thud as the Dorma Anim would no longer plague Edolas for the rest of it's existence.
However, the real terror was not the destruction of the machine. Rather, it was the sight of a giant black dragon with glowing green marks on it's chest. With three other dragons roaring behind the main dragon. Faust screamed in terror as he felt the aura of real dragons gazing over him as if he were nothing more than a bug. With that, Earthland was now safe and Edolas was defeated.
With Natsu and Gajeel
Natsu jumped around in excitement, "We did it! We beat that stupid dragon!" he yelled.
Gajeel laughed, "I half expected you to get mad Salamander. That Naruto guy defeated the dragon while we just kept hitting it when it did no good." he says.
Natsu growls in frustration, "First, he steals my fights and now he finishes them off!? Naruto you jerk! That's it! You and me! Right here!" he screams angrily.
Until the island they stood on started to fall, "What's going on now!?" Gajeel asked.
"I don't know!" Natsu yells.
"Lots of bad things. Now let's go!" Siegfried said, suddenly appearing and grabbing the two men.
With Kurama
Kurama grabbed Wendy and took cover as the islands started to fall down one by one. With the impact getting worse upon every island's destruction. He could even hear some ear piercing screech in the distance.
"YOU BASTARDS LEFT ME! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'M LETTING YOU SEAL ME AWAY!" Shukaku screams as he lands near Kurama.
"You're still alive?" Kurama asked… sounding slightly disappointed.
"I hate you so much, it's not even funny you stupid fox!" Shukaku said with a sneer.
Suddenly Siegfried crashed beside Kurama, "The world is ending." he said.
Wendy and Filo screamed in terror, "Look what you did!" Kurama yelled.
"I'll buy them something later. I need you and Shukaku." Siegfried said as he put Natsu and Gajeel down. "The magic is being sucked dry and the islands are falling." he said.
"What does that have to do with us? If you haven't noticed, YOU STUFFED ME INSIDE OF A DAMN TEA POT!" Shukaku yells, likely in need of anger management classes.
"I have a theory, I just thought of it while I was fighting and remembered a test I did with Natsu." Siegfried answered.
"That does not explain anything! You are not very specific!" Kurama yells.
"Just trust me, we'll leave the girls with someone." Siegfried said as he looked around for a moment.
That's when he saw Scarlet dragging Knightwalker to the battlefield. Despite their conditions, Siegfried ran up to them and placed Filo and Wendy in front of them. Erza was about to ask what was happening only for Siegfried to interrupt her.
"Erza, there's no time to explain. I have a wild idea and I need you to take care of Filo and Wendy." Siegfried said.
"Hey look! Mama's Mira is here too!" Filo yells as she points at Edolas Mira.
Edolas Mira stopped and looked at the scene. Where her face turned bright red and she started to feel her heart beat faster.
'Earthland Menma and I are parents!?' Edolas Mira mentally asked.
"That's a different Mira. Now stay with Mama Erza." Siegfried said.
"How come there are two mama Erza's?" Filo asked.
Now Knightwalker's face turned red, 'Is this a polyamorous relationship!? Or, is one of us the birth mother while the other is just an affectionate nickname?' she mentally asked, denying her feelings for Achilles Menma.
"I'll guard Filo and Wendy with my life then." Scarlet said ignoring the pains around her body.
"Thank you Erza, I'll let you pick whatever restaurant I'll take you too." Siegfried said as he left with the bijuu.
Scarlet blushed like Knightwalker, 'It's that easy to get a date with the other Menma?' Knightwalker thought.
Meanwhile Edolas Mira looked furious, 'Stupid red haired maniac! Poor Earthland Mira has to watch this I bet!' she thought angrily.
No one ever noticed the strange look Lisanna was making when she saw the exchange.
With Menma, a short while later
At the source of the animus' created all over Earthland. Menma tampered with the core and messed with the flow of magic. Causing all of the magic in the entire kingdom to be removed and fly towards a super large animus that is being generated in the sky. One that will take away all of the stolen magic, the little magic left in Edolas, as well as every native of Earthland.
"Have you gone mad Achilles!?" Panther Lily yelled.
"No, trust me. I've done more batshit stuff before." Menma said as he continued tampering with things.
"You fool! Edolas will be completely drained of magic! The people will feel powerless and riots will be stirred around the kingdom!" Panther Lily yells.
"I'll be saving everyone form themselves Lily!" Menma snaps. Menma took a deep breath as he composed himself, "Look, there are just some things magic isn't meant for. Sometimes we can't expect everyone to be respnsbile for that and my father is a prime example of that." he explains.
"But still…"
"It doesn't matter Lily." Menma interrupts. "I still need a way to send everyone else back to Earthland. If I don't, a few falling islands will be the least of our problems!" he yells.
Before their argument could continue. The door was busted down and in came Siegfried with the bijuu. Menma was about to intercept his counterpart only to be punched in the stomach.
"I'm still mad, this could literally rip apart the fabric of reality and you did not bother to say anything." Siegfried said as he scanned the area with his Sharingan.
"That orb there, it's what's making all the magic go crazy. My sense are going haywire because of it." Kurama said.
Shukaku groaned, "That thing feels unnatural. Do we smash it or something?" he asked.
"No! I need that for everyone to go back to Earthland!" Menma says while clutching his gut.
"Then I need to see what I can do without you draining the world of magic. Well I'm not stopping it, but at least trying to figure something out." Siegfried said as he tried to get a good understanding of the lab.
"You idiot, you just stumbled in here because of luck didn't you!? You could make things worse and not realize it!" Panther Lily yells.
"Well draining a planet dry is not exactly a good idea either. What are you? Darth Nihilus?" Siegfried asked as he got to work only to trigger a shock of lightning.
"Let me see, King Bahamut showed me about Ethernano. I can probaby figure something out without you blowing us to bits." Kurama said as he dropped Shukaku.
"Can someone help me out of this stupid teapot already!?" Shukaku asked as another spark appeared.
"What exactly is your plan?" Menma asked with concern in his voice.
"Hope." Siegfried replied.
"What!?" Panther Lily and Menma asked.
Siegfried sighed, "Hope, a better future. A future done right. Now get out, prince. Your people are scared and need a leader, not some pencil pusher or some crazy guy to scream things out." he said.
"But…"
"Go!" Siegfried yells.
A few seconds later
Panther Lily looked hesitant, "Was that a good idea? Just leaving them to mess with that Anima?" he asked.
"I have no idea what's going on, but he did have a point. With how things are, the people are going to panic and need a leader." Menma said as he ran to the balcony to see the chaos.
Everywhere, Menma saw people escaping buildings that were collapsing. Debris from the islands were still crashing around the capital. Even the royal army itself were running around like chickens after having their heads cut off. It was very safe to say, that everyone is screwed without leadership and there was no preparation for this cataclysmic event.
"What are you going to do exactly?" Panther Lily asked.
Menma sighed as he scratched his head "For now, I think we need to get the army back together. Knightwalker is probably still fighting the other Erza." he said as he lead the way.
Where he found a random maid trying to help the servants who ended up getting hurt during the crash. Menma only hoped that the interior government was still functional.
"Excuse me." Menma called out to the maid.
"P-Prince Menma!?" asked a shocked maid.
"Yes, I'm back. Tell me, how are the reserve troops?" Menma asked.
"Likely in the courtyard or the barracks. Your highness, if I may ask. What has happened?" the maid asked.
"It's a bit complicated, but I'll explain once we've cleaned things up." Menma answered as he looked around. "Do you know where the other officers are by chance?" he asked.
The maid shook her head, "I'm sorry my prince, I lack that knowledge." she answered.
Menma sighed, "That's fine, I can still work with this. Just keep everyone calm and set up an emergency medical tent ms…"
"Francine Stein, my friends call me Fran." Fran answered.
"Good to know Fran, have anyone who can move set up those tents." Menma said as he ran off.
At the speed Menma and Panther Lily ran, neither noticed the maid's two different colored eyes. One blue and one gold, both gazing at the future King of Edolas.
With Siegfried, a short while later
"And done." Siegfried said as he started pouring his chakra along with Kurama and Shukaku's.
"Why the hell are we putting our chakra in here? I get our power is going to cycle back this time, but why start the old man's failed philosophy?" Shukaku asked.
"Probably because the brat made sure to turn the power of chakra into a car battery instead of weapons." Kurama answers.
"I still don't like it. I don't care who he is, I don't want to work with Indra's last spawn. Look at what would have happened to the last one if you didn't beat the shit out him." Shukaku said remembering Sasuke's bipolar attitude.
"Whatever, I think I have the formula ready to be released." Siegfried said before silver energy started to be emitted. "This either powers everything up in a different way… or I created a nuclear bomb." he said.
"And you just thought this up on the spot?" Kurama asked.
"I will explain my reasons and thoughts later." Siegfried said as the silver energy started to spread at a faster rate. "For now, I'll see if I can assist with anything out there." he said knowing things may look apocalyptic when given the situation.
Outside
As Siegfried scrambled to the outside. He saw Menma managing to convince the soldiers to regroup and assist any civilians that have been trapped under the debris of destroyed buildings. Along with many injured individuals being taken to a makeshift hospital in the form of tents. Siegfried smiled and was ready to jump down and help the new leader of Edolas.
When he saw an explosion in the distance with a horned figure standing at the top.
"I am the demon, Dragneel!" yelled a familiar voice.
Siegfried face palmed, "What is he doing now?" he asked.
In the distance, the "demon" is Natsu Dragneel. For some reason, he was screaming death threats to the citizens of Edolas. For some reason, Wendy and Gajeel were helping him by wearing dark capes and scaring people. Actually, it was just Gajeel that was scaring people. Wendy is just be very ineffective, especially towards small children that are younger than her.
Siegfried jumped down and ran towards Menma, who was also looking confused.
"What is Natsu doing?" Menma asked.
"Being an idiot, he either wants vengeance by scaring the locals or… he's being a genius and wanting to scare he locals now that they lost their power." Siegfried said catching on.
"What?" Menma asked.
Siegfried sighed, "He wants to instill terror by making everyone feel powerless. So that someone or all of them stand up for themselves and realize they can function without magic." he explained.
"That… is a lot of words." Menma said making Siegfried sweat drop.
'He's too much like my old self, even for a genius.' Siegfried thought before generating a lot of chakra in his hand. "Hold still." he said slamming his palm onto his forehead.
"What are you doing now!?" Panther Lily asked.
"I'm giving him the little power he needs. Think of it as more of a shield or at least a sword in the shape of a shield." Siegfried said a Menma's eyes started to close.
With the bijuu
The two bijuu watched as the silver energy slowly moves around the lands of Edolas. Watching as the majestic glows spread all over the lands. Both wondering how things will turn out from here. Hoping that another endless war does not occur like it did after their father/creator unintentionally caused.
At the same time, Mystogan (Achilles Menma) fought with Natsu. With the latter portraying a scary villain that Menma fought to give more hope to the people. Having already passed the test of a true leader, now passing the test of being a strong one.
"I'm glad it's finally over." Shukaku said.
"Me too, I have no idea what the hell is going on but I'm tired." Kurama said before realizing that he was also glowing. "Okay, this is new." he said before Shukaku also started to glow.
"I swear, I better not get trapped in another teapot." Shukaku grunted out.
"That reminds me, if you're sticking around. Keep the cursing to a minimum and learn ethernano. You need to learn to stay small." Kurama said.
"Fine!" Shukaku said as he started floating. "Shit, here we go again." he said before being punched in the head.
"What did I just say!?" Kurama asked, ready to hurt his siblings some more.
With Siegfried
As Natsu secretly gave Menma the goodbye and three rules of leaving Fairy Tail. Everyone from Earthland started to fly away. Surprisingly, so did the exceeds despite Panther Lily's heavy objection. But it looked like he was able to reach Menma who gave his own farewell to the giant exceed before he left to Earthland. Just as Siegfried was about to leave, he decided to bother Menma with an important question.
"Did Laxus lie?" Siegfried asked.
"Eh?" Menma asked.
"He said that he is the only one to have seen you without your disguise." Siegfried said, believing his brother to be a liar.
Menma snorted, "Of course that idiot lied. Don't you think he would have reacted differently whenever I'm mentioned? I was hiding from you this whole time and he got angry when you showed up." he explains.
The logic was all there. Now it completely made sense, since Laxus would not have acted as hostile to Siegfried if he knew Menma's face. Siegfried sighed at his stupid older brother. He wonders where he is now.
"Also, I know Laxus is an idiot and trust me. My family is no better, but maybe try looking for the guy. I doubt Master Makarov will not want to let him in after a year or two." Menma said.
"I'll find him when I have time." Siegfried replied as he returned to Earthland.
At the same time, Menma looked at his world's Fairy Tail, "Where the hell is Lexi?" he asked.
Elsewhere
A young blond woman wearing earphones could be seen traveling through the forest. The very same one where Edolas Fairy Tail was stationed at before Sugarboy and Knightwalker arrived. Only now, it was completely gone and the woman looked confused.
"Did those jackasses abandon me!?" Lexi asked angrily.
In Earthland
Siegfried opened his eyes and found himself in the middle of some shrubbery. It also appeared that time is moving at a normal pace. As it seemed that the rain had grown more intense. The Azure Knight sighed as he shook his head, thinking about the absurdity that is Edolas and it's inhabitants. Regardless, so long as things were safe in Edolas now, there was no more need to worry.
"I'm still pissed." Siegfried said as he navigated his way back home. "There were no real dark mages." he said before stumbling onto something.
"Let me go!" Yelled a voice.
Siegfried looked down to see a tiny exceed dragging some tied up white haired girl, "What is this?" he asked.
"I told you! I'm a member of Fairy Tail!" the girl yelled.
"Lisanna?" Siegfried asked.
The girl looked up to Siegfried and smiled, "Naruto!" she yells as she tackles him down in a hug.
Siegfried grunted as Lisanna used enough force to knock him down. Meanwhile the exceed was sent flying out of the bushes due to the force Lisanna used to toss herself. Now the white haired girl was rubbing her head against his chest.
"You grew up fast! I bet Mira doesn't make fun of you anymore! You also have a big scar, I bet you're super tough now!" Lisanna said excitedly only for Siegfried to stop her.
"Who are you?" Siegfried asked, wanting to confirm something.
"I'm Lisanna silly." Lisanna answered.
"I was told that you died." Siegfried replied.
Lisanna's happiness turned into sadness, "It's a weird story. Instead of dying, I guess Brother Elfman only injured me a little. I was surrounded by this light and found myself in Edolas. I thought I was in the guild, but everyone looked so weird and they were shocked to see me." she said as her eyes started to water. "I thought I would never see anyone again. So when I realized their Lisanna is gone, I thought I could fill in their void, but now… I'm home… I'm home!" she cried out as she hugged Siegfried.
Siegfried gently moved back and looked into her eyes, "Then who did your siblings bury?" He asked.
"Eh?… AHHHHHH!" Lisanna screamed in terror, thinking her siblings buried someone else.
"We need to clear some things up." Siegfried said.
"Okay, but first… what's with that headband?" Lisanna said as she pointed at the hitai-ate on Siegfried's forehead.
With Elfman and Mirajane
Putting aside the idea that Mira and Elfman buried someone else or just returned empty handed. Lisanna ran at full sprint to look for her siblings. Siegfried slowly walked behind the pixie haired girl as she reached out for her siblings. After two years of grieving and separation, the siblings will finally be reunited.
"Elfman! Mira!" Lisanna calls out.
Despite the noise of the downpour, the two siblings heard that familiar voice. Both slowly turned and witnessed Lisanna running towards them. As if time had slowed down, they watched slowly as Lisanna came closer. Realizing that this was no trick. No form of deception. Their sister, is alive and running towards them. Ending the two years of depression and reuniting as a family once again.
"Lisanna!" the two shout with joy as they embraced the young girl.
Siegfried watched with pride as he gazed upon the family. Once again thinking back to Menma who suggested to look for Laxus. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to seek out the older brat.
At the guild, some time later
Soon enough, Lisanna surprised everyone at the guild. Earning some shocked faces again like she did in Edolas. Only it was the second time today after Team Natsu saw her and Lisanna had to explain herself again. With Makarov being more than happy to see one of his guild members again.
"I am more than happy to see you again Lisanna. After all, I see everyone in this guild as one of my children." Makarov said happily.
Lisanna squished the master in a tight hug, "I'm happy to see you too Master!" she replied.
From there, the guild started with another celebration. This time, the return of an old family member. However, this started with Natsu starting a brawl and getting several others involved.
"Those guys are fighting. I guess nothing changes, unlike you Mira." Lisanna said.
"Nope, still the same as always." Mira said denying the claim.
"But you did! Look, you're even wearing the necklace Naruto gave you for your birthday!" Lisanna said reaching out for it.
Mira blushed, "It just looks nice is all." she said as she looked away. "Not that Naruto has a sense of fashion. He wears stupid suits now." She said pretending to be mean.
"Sis, you need to drop the act. No one noticed your obvious crush because everyone notices Naruto's crush on Erza." Lisanna said.
Mira's face turned even more red, "It's not true! Those dumb sword freaks deserve each other!" she said.
"They say jealousy is an ugly thing. Being honest makes you more pretty." Lisanna teases.
"Stupid little sisters!" Mira whined.
"Speaking of which, where is Naruto?" Lisanna asked.
Outside

Erza gasped as she fell onto the stone road. The Nidaime Titania winced as she looked up at Siegfried's form. His entire face was obscured by the darkness generated by the rain as well as the water making his hair cover his eyes. But Erza could clearly see the flames being produced by her opponent's sword.
"I'm not done yet Naruto." Erza said as she struggled to stand. "You will tell me about the cursed sword!" she exclaimed.
Siegfried shook his head, "Your pride is not done Erza. Your mind and heart are finished." he said as he sheathed his blade. "The truth of Soul Edge is something you can't handle." he said as he walked away.
Erza lunged at his leg, "Wait! Please!" she pleads. "Let me help you. I never let you help me, but I want to make up for that!" she said as tears fell down her face.
"Come back stronger next time. Defeat me and maybe then you can prove yourself." Siegfried said before disappearing in a swirl of water.
Erza punched the ground as she struggled to stand, 'I will.' shementally promised.

Princess Hisui sighed as she waited for her carriage's wheel to be fixed. First there's that "reindeer", then that strange portal and now her wheel is broken. The princess pouted as she realized that this trip is going to take longer than expected. Yet something else that she did not expect had occurred.
"May I come in Princess?" asked a voice from the outside. Hisui adjusted her position to look outside, "It's fine if you do not want me to come in. I am wet from the rain after all." the voice said.

As mentioned with Erza, being Titania is no joke. Especially with a badass woman from the past. Although Mordred is deceased, she was a powerful S Class mage that was hellbent on surpassing Makarov Dreyar himself and would have likely made it to this day. Still, Fairy Tail's strongest mage before Gildarts Clive is not someone Siegfried Naruto should ignore. With rumors that Mordred is actually his birth mother. It's safe to assume where the skill comes from.
It would be an amazing battle to witness in the end.
"Actually I don't know this one. Maybe we can ask Master Makarov's opinion about this one." Mirajane said, having hardly heard of her crush's mother.
"Yeah Mira, you have to learn about your mother-in-law!" Lisanna said in agreement.
