Mr. M., Mrs. J.K., I can finally see my stats again, not important I know, but I like to see how many are actually reading my stuff. You have lawyers to do that, I know… I do this for free! Don't send them here! My ex has cleaned me out already… I suck.

On my sign, Hermione, Susan, Daphne, and Luna turned into their dragon animagus, I was ready to repel all attacks. My voice boomed through the courtyard: "The Old Gods and the New called us here on this world for a task. Helping the North survive its winters is a part of it. Destroying the Night King is another. You can help, but not get in our way."
6 Magic, the Wizarding kind.
Surprised, Maege Mormont shouted: "You are Skinchangers? We only have legends of those!"
One by one the girls changed back, Daphne answered: "Where we came from, the Magic users all have an inner animal that closely represents their character. Once we are in love, that inner animal can change into that of our loved one. Our inner animal changed into our husband's dragon, then we performed a ritual that bound our dragon form to our bloodline so that our children will have an inner dragon too."
Luna took over, "This Magic transformation is very hard to learn and is complicated to teach, but you can guess the possibilities. The people of the North have inner animals too, we tested the Magical children, all of them have an inner animal, from a mouse to the Dire Wolf from Lady Lyanna. Dacey Mormont has a Seagull and Alysane Mormont is a bear. But all of them are weak."
I commented, "We call that selective breeding, the Maesters killed the children with a lot of Magic so that only the ones with feeble Magic breed through, that way Magic will fade away in time." I looked around and continued, "The Maesters are responsible for keeping Westeros ignorant. The world we came from had this level of civilization a thousand years ago, now they have metal ships that travel the oceans that are a quarter mile long and 180 feet wide. Our world has invented devices that can fly through the sky and transport hundreds of people across the world."
Susan nailed it down with: "And here you are still swinging swords around for longer than 8000 years."
Hermione explained: "A Deity from our world made an agreement with one of this world to let us travel here and fix this situation. This is the fourth World our Husband is visiting, to us it is the second World. What we did with the Maesters is just the start."
Yeah, we better not tell them we kicked their Royals out of the Red Keep and tweaked some trouble spots. If they find out that we got the King and the Whoremonger into an early grave, or crippled Jaime Lannister or Rhaegar, then they won't listen to us anymore. They can suspect all they want but can not prove it.
We do that in our world too, we know our politicians are corrupt and are held on a leash by the multinationals, but we don't do anything about it because the Multinationals will just put their leash on another politician and it will be business as usual. Honest politicians don't have the money to promote themselves, and once they accept money for their campaign, they have to sing the tunes of their sponsors. Cynical? Meh, prove me wrong if you can.
Lord Stark recuperated from the shock of seeing four stunning, gorgeous, Super World Class beautiful girls change into mighty impressive Dragons. He asked, "What are your plans for the North and Westeros, Lord Potter? Five Dragons can do a lot of damage, it can even win you a Kingdom."
I shrugged, "We did not come here to invade or rule. We came here to correct some wrongs and to educate the people. The Maesters hoarded the knowledge of science, Magic, and Nature for far too long. We will train your Magic children and correct the corrupted Magic in this world."
I looked him in the eye and continued: "We are starting with the North because the North is the most accepting of our Magic, but our teaching won't stop at Magic. We have knowledge of Forging, Mining, and Metalworks. New ways of farming and processing the harvest, animal care, and breeding are some of the things we are going to teach. We made a start with the Farm Gates and the people that are managing it, we will expand it from there."

Lord Stark took his Lords into the Great Hall to discuss this new development, Lady Stark took the wives and my girls to another Hall to bond, I was left alone in the courtyard next to Bolton's corps… Meh, fuck the Skinner, he got off lightly.
I strolled to the blacksmith and watched him work on a new sword, I stopped him and explained how to forge a Damascus blade, it was not as good as a Valyrian one, but a multitude better than a normal one. That will be enough to prove our knowledge and science. The Blacksmith of the Starks is a Master, otherwise, he would not have that job. He saw the possibilities and the logic of my explanation and tried it out with his apprentices.
Dad-in-law and his Banners came to a decision, "Lord Potter… Good Son, we give you two years to prove your methods and teaching will improve the North. Most of us fear that those changes will disturb the balance and cause civil wars or small folks to rise against their Nobles."
Hermione objected: "That is not enough! To prove it we would have to introduce improvements that show our ways are faster, but doing so will break the balance. We need at least ten years to slowly improve the North."
Lord Umber shook his head, "No, lass, two years are even too long, we can not risk our lives and that of our Small Folks on your words alone. Those two years you got for the Farmer Gates you donated to us. The ways of your worlds could not work for ours, two years is already taking a big risk for us."
A lot of the Lords voiced their agreement on that statement, most of them were the smaller Lords that had too much to lose if this experiment went wrong. We can't blame them, several famines that decimated the population are still fresh in their memories.
We looked at each other, I shrugged, finally, Daphne suggested: "We will prove our methods in the Farmer Gates, that way your lands will not be affected by us. Give us five years time, during those five years you can pick the improvements you deem valuable for your people."

That night in bed we entered my Mindscape and discussed our future plans, I asked, "What are we going to introduce in this world and how far are we going to push it? We have five years to do so."
Hermione said, "The current civilization is between the years 1000 and 1300 from our world, depending on the region. The Maesters have limited the development of science, we can start from there."
Susan shook her head, "No, Hermione, we should start with the modernization of agriculture, improve the farming tools to free the people to do other tasks. It is of no use to teach Small Folks to read and write when they still have to till the earth by hand."
Luna nodded, "Susan is right, Hermione, we are short of teachers anyway, and letting the Maesters teach is going to backfire on us, even when they have a Slave Collar."
"Improving farmer tools will show the fastest results," pointed Alys out, "increasing the harvest and reducing the workforce will show the Nobles that it will be to their advantage. The memories Harry showed us of your world will give us enough options to choose from."
Hermione caved in, "You are right, I wanted to move too far ahead. So, methods to plow, sow, and harvest faster, and ways to increase and feed livestock."
The old guy grew up in the countryside next to an old farmer. That farmer still worked with a horse before he bought his first tractor, from those memories I projected the tools in my Mindscape. A plow with a double blade, a harrow, a seeder that plants the seeds, and several devices that are used to harvest the crops. A mower to replace the scythes, and a device that replaced the rakes to till the hay for drying.
Lyanna commented, "Our blacksmiths are not capable of making those, Harry. Those wheels and gears are too complicated to forge. You have to simplify it to make it work."
Britta added, "We lack the quality iron for it too, we need an Iron mine and a Coal mine close together and make a blast furnace with a Cokes plant to get that quality iron we need to start with. That alone will cost us a year to set up. Transporting the iron is another problem."
Daphne said: "We only have five years, so we need to make some short-cuts, the mountain range at Long Lake has Iron and Coal close together, we can place a small Farmer Gate there to lodge the workers and provide food, one like we set for the Garrison here at Moat Cailin. We can process the iron into tools there and distribute them by Magic."
I sighed, "That will still take too long, we will create the first ones with Magic, while we set the mines and town up. Lyanna, ask your father if there are some smart second or third sons from his Banners willing to learn metallurgy from us to manage Iron Town."
Lysa straddled me and smothered my face between her boobs, "Poor husband, his in-laws are taking advantage of his goodwill, we have to reward him for it. Shall we stop this meeting and reward him in the real world? Husband? Do you fancy a good blow job from your wives? Alys and I learned something new from that Kama Sutra book and want to try it out."
Luna cheered, "She has my vote! Harry, Hermione, and I have practiced something new too."
In the following hours, we added some new pages to the Kama Sutra Book, the use of Magic gave a few new chapters to the book.

Hermione, Lysa, and Britta handled the mines and set up the factories, I did the farming tools, and Lyanna did the recruiting. Luna and Susan taught the students, Alys handled the household on Moat Cailin. Daphne took the advanced students on a field trip to dig the new Canal and practice their Earth Magic.
It took several tries to get it right, transfiguring mechanical tools from memory is not easy, a ball bearing in the wrong spot can mess it all up, several trips between my mindscape and the real world corrected all my mistakes, soon I was the proud owner of an antique plow, soon followed by a seeding and harvesting tool. One by one I created the prototypes, after a series of testing in our Manor trunk, I started to copy the prototypes with the Gemino spell. To save my Magic, we provided raw iron as a source for the spell to take the materials from.
Luna often took her students to the mining town to show what they could learn and let them try it for themselves, although eight to ten-year-old kids are too green to get something done.
Three months later, every Farmer Gate had a set of tools, the Gate Managers got books about four crop rotations, maintenance of the mechanical tools, and the use of every tool we provided. The rest is up to them to learn.

We focused on the canal to the East Coast, it was a massive job, thirty yards wide and fifteen feet below the waterline, it made us invent new ways to do the job. The first mile we did by hand, transfiguring the walls and bottom into stone to stand against the erosion of the elements. Lighthouses showed the entrance to the canal, a two hundred feet high pillar with an eternal flame behind glass showed the ships where to sail too.
Trunks with wide openings were used to funnel the soil in, with an expanded space of one cubic mile, we filled one trunk after another, Lyanna, Britta, Alys, and Lysa practiced their permanent transfiguration on the sidewalls.
We created a big harbor close to Moat Cailin, with enough room to find our new future City the drawbridge over the Canal was impressive, there was enough room to let the biggest ships pass through. It took a half year to get it all done though, the connection to the West Coast was easier, the river Fever got widened and deepened, the last miles took a month to get through hard rock.
Teams of horses were trained to pull the ships without oars to Moat Cailin, for a fee, of course, slowly the canal was ready for action.
Xxxxx
We celebrated the connection by inviting every Northern Noble to Moat Cailin by Portkey. News about the new Canal was spread months ago, you could say we drew a lot of spectators while we dug the Canal.
Regent Elia sent a delegation to the opening, led by Lord Arryn, the Hand of the King, and her Master of Ships, Horas Redwyne, an uncle of the current Lord Redwyne. They came by ship to experience the canal for themselves.
Hoster Tully and his daughters represented the Riverlands, and Kevan Lannister for the Westerlands, both countries could benefit from a shortcut to the other ocean. Stannis was not interested, the canal was of no benefit to him.
Neither were the Martells, although Oberyn came for a visit with his paramour Ellaria and his daughters to sate his curiosity.
We stood at the entrance of our main hall with a plate of bread and salt, "Welcome to Moat Cailin, Lord Hand, you and your retinue will be our honored guests for as long as Regent Princess Elia can miss you in Kings Landing. After we share bread and salt, Tower Five is at your disposal, this servant, Aaron, will lead you to it and will act as a liaison between your servants and ours."
Lord Arryn observed me and my girls, we dressed up for the occasion, we had enough gold and jewelry on our body to feed the North for a decade, our clothes were of the finest silk, and the lace work would cost a fortune if it was made by hand. Hermione, Daphne, Susan, and Luna were wearing their Dragon-Rider Swords, the jewels on the pommel of the swords were making the visitors salivate, to sum it up, we were showing our power through the new castle and canal, and our wealth through our clothes.
"Thank you for your hospitality, Lord Potter," Lord Arryn finally said, "You have an impressive castle and canal. Seeing it with my own eyes is different than hearing about it. Although I have my reservations about Magic, I will keep them for myself, as the Hand of the King, I represent Regent Princess Elia. May I present Ser Horas Redwyne, Master of Ships of the small council."
I smiled at Horas Redwyne: "Welcome, Ser Redwyne the reputation of the Redwyne's seafaring skills is spread far and wide."
Horas nodded: "This canal is a marvel, Lord Potter, it will open trade not only for the North but for the Riverlands and Westerlands too."
I pointed to Daphne, and Susan, "For trade and diplomacy you have to talk to my wives Ladies Daphne and Susan, Lady Lyanna Stark is learning fast too. I focus more on the practical side."
Daphne nodded: "We can talk later, Ser Redwyne, you can refresh yourself first."
The next one was Hoster Tully and his two daughters, "Lord Tully, be welcomed here, break bread and salt, and be our honored guests, Tower Six is at your disposal. Benno will lead you to it and act as the liaison between your and our servants."
Hoster was conflicted, on one side I was responsible for a major drop in sales of his crops, on the other side this castle and canal could bring the Riverlands new trade opportunities. Catelyn and Lysa were slack-jawed by the clothes and jewelry of my girls.
"Thank you for your hospitality, Lord Potter," he said and followed Benno.
Moat Cailin was famous for its towers, so we built them too, about twenty of them, enough to house an army of fifty thousand. If we activate our extension charms then we can house a fivefold. Anyway, The North occupied five towers, we showed the Lannisters and Martells some Face and gave each of them one of the smaller towers.
It must have been a bitter pill to swallow for Lord Arryn, his tower was packed with Magic, this was where Lyanna, Britta, Alys, and Lysa learned enchanting, the bathrooms with hot and cold water, life-sized mirrors, Magic lights, and everything decorated with fine detailed motives. It was still a work in progress, only the lord's quarters were done. The other chambers are for our students to practice on, they contain just a normal bathroom.
That night in the Dining Hall, we impressed the foreign visitors with our food and cutlery, highly decorated plates and crystal glasses, knives and forks with detailed motives, mostly with dragon heads, we can say they won't call us savages.
After dinner, it was speech time, the ideal moment for narcissists and politicians that love to hear themselves talk, by then most of the guests were too far into their cups to listen or to care anyway. The Ladies moved to a smaller Hall to get away from the drunks and do the real negotiations.
Ser Redwyne's wife asked, "We heard a lot of those Farmer Gates, is it possible to visit one? The rumors said the inside is so big you can not see the other side."
Hermione took her Manor Trunk from her necklace and enlarged it, "You can see for yourself, please enter."
Carefully the women went inside the trunk and saw the Mansion a few hundred yards inside, Catelyn asked, "Who is living there?"
Hermione answered: "Nobody at the moment, this is for emergencies and travels. If you see the herds of horses in the distance and the sheep at the other side, we got them from the Dothraki and are for sale, we keep them in here to keep the grass short. The people that are taking care of the herds are slaves we freed from the Dothraki and wanted to have a job with us."
They entered the Mansion, Hermione had a Mansion trunk from Earth and the style of the Mansion was from France, a Louis XV one, it could be a Louis XIV or an XVI, who cares. She did love movies and modern technology though.
She grinned, "In our world, we had plays that we could view in a theater, follow me if you are curious."
The Lion King, a good movie with a message, make sure everyone is dead. The seats were spelled with a translation charm, it kills the songs though, the lyrics don't rhyme at all. But the spectators loved it. Luna is using this theater to reward good students, anyway, when Hermione explained that this was not Magic at all but made with technology, they had a hard time believing it.
While the girls were having fun with the girls, I was stuck with a bunch of drunks and an Oberyn that had the hots for me, should I confound him and let him try to seduce Kevan Lannister? Nah, that would be a diplomatic disaster. Meh, I cranked the level of booze up, Vodka, Schnapps, Rum, and Whiskey made quick work of the Lords, soon, everyone was pisdrunk and had to be carried to bed by their guards.
The only one left was Howland Reed, the only one who didn't drink my booze. I beckoned him over, "Lord Reed, as a close neighbor, I offer my friendship to you and your people. We can help each other in many ways if you want to."
"We accept your offer of friendship, Lord Potter, we are curious what you can do to help us," answered Lord Reed.
"We can exchange Magic knowledge, the Wizarding kind, for instance, or big parts of it, shape-shifting for example." I offered.
Howland Reed looked at me sideways and said: "I hope you don't want one of our daughters as payment."
