The battle between the 4 Wizard Saint candidates started after a short wait. The other 3 candidates immediately rush at Ben as it starts. They were angry because Ben mocked them despite being the youngest candidate here.
"A brat will always be a brat no matter how strong he is. I thought you were a good guy for being chosen as a Wizard Saint candidate at such a young age, but it was an assumption. Let me teach you to respect your elders, brat!" The man on the east side of the arena shouted.
"No, we will teach it to him." The woman added.
Ben grinned as the three rushed forward at the same time to attack him. He aimed for this and that's why he mocked them, to taunt them to attack him at the same time. By making them attack him at the same, he can get the drop on all three at once.
As they got closer to him, Ben slammed his hands on the ground. His magic power flowed into it and then a massive dark purple magic circle covered the whole arena. The other three candidates were surprised to see the magic circle.
There was no place to escape to because the whole arena was covered by it. So they can only fight back by using their magic without knowing what attack Ben will use. They all prepare their magic and create magic circles on their hands.
But then Ben activated his spell, "Sun Dragon Domain: Reverse Gravity!"
The other 3 candidates suddenly feel their body float into the sky. Their bodies shot up and they can't resist the force. But they are strong and experienced mages so they don't panic and immediately know what to do.
They balance themselves using their skills and magic on their bodies. The 1st man who had short green hair used his Wind Magic to stabilize himself. The 2nd man with long blonde hair used his Barrier Magic to make footing for himself. The woman with long black hair used her Plant Magic to produce wings made out of leaves.
After they stabilized themselves, they look at where Ben was standing. They all see Ben was grinning while looking at them and floated 100 meters above the arena. The 3 had a bad feeling about this and their bad feeling got stronger when they saw Ben's magic circle change in several areas.
Ben then chanted. "Reverse the reverse! Sun Dragon Domain: 50 Times Gravity!"
The reverse gravity that pushed the 3 to the sky suddenly became a pulling force. It's a strong pulling force that can't be resisted by the three even though they tried to. They are pulled at high speed towards the ground and crash into it hard.
A loud impact and a rather strong tremor were created in the aftermath. The hard reinforced ground that Jura created cracked because of the strong force. 50 times the gravity made the trio's weight 50 times heavier and by falling from such a height, their impacts were stronger.
Dust scattered everywhere but the high gravity made the scattered dust fall fast. Everyone could see that the three candidates who fell were lying on the ground. They were injured but they successfully protected themselves with their magic so they didn't receive a whole lot of injuries.
But the high gravity prevented them from standing again. Even the woman who doesn't have a lot of weight has become very heavy. Her 50 kg body weight has become 2500 kg because of 50 times the gravity.
It's 2.5 tons, not a lightweight at all. Sure, their magic can help them lift 2.5 tons of weight. The problem is that they can't even lift their fingers because their small fingers were very heavy.
The small gravity also disturbed their concentration and magic power. Furthermore, the impact of their fall injured them. With all those problems combined, forming their magic has become more difficult.
"Now, will you all surrender? If you do, I will stop this spell." Ben asked with a smug expression.
"As if I'll surrender to this. Those two can do it if they want to." The green haired man said as he used his Wind Magic to slowly push himself up.
"Well, sorry to disappoint you." The woman that used Plant Magic said.
She covered her body with wood and vines and then used them to help her stand. Then she formed more wood and vines, creating a armor of wood and vines all over her body. Under her feet, roots grow to help her stand under the effect of the strong gravity.
"Good, 2 people are able to stand in this condition. One candidate has been eliminated." Ben said as he looked at the blonde haired man who couldn't do anything with his Barrier Magic.
Ben teleported in front of the man who was laying on the ground. His hands were covered in golden solar energy that radiated strong heat everywhere.
"50 times the gravity shouldn't be too strong for a Wizard Saint level mage. If you are strong and skilled enough, then you will be able to handle this level of gravity." Ben explained as he looked down at the man.
"Ugh, damn you." The man said as he still tried to stand, but failed.
Ben didn't say anything and threw a strong punch at the man's head. The punch was so strong that it cracked the hardened ground and caved the man's face into it. The man was knocked out instantly, showing he was far weaker than Ben.
"I can't believe such a weak guy is a Wizard Saint candidate. What low standards." Ben said as he turned to the other two who look at him very seriously now.
"Well, let's end this game and get serious, shall we?" Ben said as he canceled out the gravity spell.
The 2 remaining opponents were surprised as Ben explained, "It would be boring if you can't use your full power because of this spell. I also don't want to use the same strategy for the 2nd round. Come on! Hit me with all you've got!"
Ben smirked and taunted them. But they don't fall for his taunt so easily after witnessing Ben's power. They can't underestimate him or they will be defeated like the other guy.
But they also can't stay silent, so they move to attack. As if they made a agreement, they attack Ben from different sides. They flank him on his left and right before they attack him at the same time.
"Rage of Wind: Great Tempest!" The man chanted as he generated 10 big whirlwinds with sharp pointy ends aimed at Ben.
"Bind the World, Garoots!" The woman chanted as she threw eight wood balls at his feet.
The balls fall beside Ben and then they suddenly pop. But they didn't explode like Ben thought, instead they transform into eight small wood puppets. The wood puppets suddenly run towards Ben's feet and hug him.
He was confused but then the puppets transform into roots that grew uncontrollably and bind him from his feet to his stomach, preventing him from moving. The puppet's appearances really fool the target and cause them to drop their guard.
While he can't move, the green-haired man shot his strong and sharp whirlwinds towards Ben from all sides. They hit him and clash with each other because they are too big. The whirlwinds grind each other, creating friction with a strong effect.
Ben, who was unable to move, should've been ground up right now or that's what they thought. He had covered his body with his magic power and blocked the whirlwind. Then Ben released a strong pushing force, destroying all the whirlwinds and roots.
The remaining man and woman have grim expressions on their faces because they failed. It's bad enough that they failed, but Ben was unscathed. Their attacks didn't affect him at all.
Ben doesn't care about what they think.
'That's a good wind spell. I need to research it and teach it to Wendy after I release her from the spell that's trapping them.' He thought.
