Hey guys! 5ive here!

I'm so happy to be getting back into this story~ I normally write in first person nowadays and going back to this I expected it to be difficult, but I'm actually enjoying myself again! I also went to watch some of Pewd's old Amnesia videos just because I miss all of thisso that's why this took so long~

But this story is beginning to reach an end (not SOON but getting there~) and it's really pulling me back in! Hope you guys like it!

Don't forget to review, fav, and follow!

The group had eventually reached a hallway, run down it, and locked themselves behind a large, bulky door. Felix hadn't even taken a chance to see what had been chasing them. Whatever it was was multiple things and not just one. Fists pounded on the door. The handle jiggled but gave no leeway. Yelling echoed the banging but it was too many voices to pick any individual words out.

Stephano looked exhausted. Gonzalez and Piggeh were getting along surprisingly well. Mr. Chair was smiling but too looked tired. Jennifer had taken a seat at the desk, breathing deep but happy nonetheless.

Sven didn't look nearly as exhausted as the rest of them. He had a young face and bright eyes. Overall, Sven was much younger than the others. His body was small, thin. There was no muscle mass to him like Stephano, Piggeh, and Gonzalez had. Even Jennifer had some muscle on her. But Sven was like looking at an innocent child that had too much fun with his mom's makeup. He was a huge relief to all the adults in the group. His presence seemed to lighten everyone's mood.

"I can't believe you came back," Sven said, his words only making sense to Felix and Jennifer. "Heh… You came back for me too?" His yellow eyes were shimmering with the excitement.

"He wanted all of us to come with him," Jennifer said with a smile.

"Vad sägs om Skully?" Sven crossed the room to where some chairs had been set up. He sat on the floor in front of them. "Vill han inte komma?"

Stephano sat in front of the thick door. "Skully isn't here. That creep didn't want to come."

"Hej, Skully är inte ett kryp. Han kan vara lite svår men han är inte ett kryp." Sven pulled his knees to his chest.

"Trust me, Sven," Felix piped in. "Skully is a little off his rocker, but yeah he didn't want to come with us." The Swede took a seat beside Sven up on one of the chairs. "Anyway, Sven! How've you been?" Not the best question to ask. Felix regretted it instantly, but Sven didn't seem offended by it.

He just smiled. "Jag lever. Det är allt som spelar roll."

Felix's anxious heart slowed and he was able to smile back. "Yeah. I'm glad you're okay. All of you guys." Then the blonde said, "So you understand English but can't speak it?"

Sven's face faded several shades of red. "Jag talar… a small English. Only small."

That made the Swede laugh. "Just stick to Swedish. You remind me of my bad English." The two laughed about it and in that short conversation formed a bond. It made Felix realize how little he'd ever talked to the only Swedish friend he'd created. True, that Viking boat had only been in that one custom story, but he could have easily changed Sven into another object. It was odd to him because he realized he never created a character for Sven. Only that he was Swedish speaking. Seeing emotions he'd never put into the boat made him happy that he couldn't guess what the child would do next.

Stephano finally stood and joined Jennifer at the desk. "Skully said something happened so the front exit is blocked."

She seemed embarrassed by it and said, "The barrels were trying to capture me. I actually wanted to get out of the castle, but they had set up a trap and it broke some of the ceiling's wooden beams so it caved in on the door." Jennifer groaned. "I messed up bad."

A soft smile and the gold man answered, "Not at all, Jen. You couldn't have known." His hand squeezed her shoulder. "We can still get out of here. Do you remember the way to the basement? To the hatch?"

Thinking a moment, recognition came to her face. "Yes! I know the basements as good as Skully. I know what he's talking about."

"That's my girl." He pat her shoulder and turned to the others. "Everyone okay?"

"As good as we can be," Piggeh muttered, sounding sour.

"Glad to see you found your voice," Stephano mentioned only to have the pink haired man snort at him. The action didn't seem to make him angry since the smile never left. "If everyone is feeling up to it, I say we make our way to the basement and get out of here."

"Vad sägs om tunnorna?" Sven asked when suddenly the banging on the door stopped. "Ska vi vänta dem?"

Jennifer translated when Stephano gave her a look. "What about the barrels? Should we wait for them to leave?"

"Sounds like they're gone to me," Mr. Chair muttered and put his ear to the door.

Stephano bit his lip. "I don't trust it." He joined the brunette at the door. "Good idea to wait, Sven."

"There's another way out from this room," Jennifer said, standing and pulling the desk she was at aside. It gave pretty easy but Felix guessed the desk was much heavier than she made it seem. Behind the desk was a hatch with a rusted and broken lock. "Most of the rooms down here have back ways out," she then said with a cute smile.

Gonzalez blinked. "Really?"

A slight red tinted her dark cheeks. "Really." Jennifer pulled on the lock and it broke off of the wooden panel. "This will take us to the basement."

Piggeh plopped down beside Felix, elbowing him hard. "You ready for a deep dark crawl?"

Chills ripped up his spine at the thought, but Felix took a deep breath and nodded. "Let's get out of here."

The tunnel was dark, cramped, and happily dry. If it had been wet in there Felix would have not been able to hold back his gags. Another good thing is it was a straight path and not too long. They reached the end with Stephano and Sven in the lead and Gonzalez taking up the rear. On the other side it was equally as dark with that weird glow that gave enough visible light to make the lantern worthless for now.

Felix was grateful for the small amount of light, though the crackling sound of bugs in his ears distracted him from it as well. It was an uncomfortable feeling that closed in on him and made him 'see' things in the dark. The blonde knew it was all in his mind and was able to ignore it. At some point he would have to ask Stephano for another sanity potion but he believed he was fine for the time being.

The small group found their way around the open room they'd entered into until Jennifer got their attention. "The basement is down here," she said, opening a door that led into that unnatural darkness.

Felix was reminded of the 'basement' from before when the Brute had almost killed him and Stephano. Of all things he really didn't want to do, going back into the darkness was one of them. They did have the lantern this time, but he already saw how little it illuminated. Not much use other than keeping his sanity up.

A hand squeezed his shoulder. Felix looked over and was surprised it was Piggeh. "This isn't a game. You can't run any more." Then he smiled. "You can do this."

Felix smiled back. "We can do this."

That lit a fire in the man's eyes. "You know it!" Piggeh let go of him and slapped his own face. "YEAH! Let's do this! I'm so pumped!" He linked an arm on Mr. Chair's shoulders. "You are in need of some serious sun, Chester." And he gave the brunette a peck on the cheek. "You all are! No one is allowed to die before he reach the exit!"

"Can't kill us that easy," Gonzalez said.

Jennifer uncomfortably butted in. "Then you're not going to like me saying that we should split up." She flinched when they all looked at her. "This is the Bro's favorite area. The Barrels also run this place… and the Brute and Suitors down here are more persistent. A big group like we are would get found too fast. We can be sneakier if we split up."

Piggeh's grip on Mr. Chair stiffened.

"I think two things are for sure," Jen added, "Mr. Chair and Piggeh will go together, and Stephano is going with PewDie."

Felix hadn't noticed the gold man that had gotten closer to him, protectively. "How many groups should we do, Jennifer? Two? Three?" He preferred to go with everyone together, but if it was safer…

She bit her lip. "Three would be much better. Gonzalez can go with Piggeh and Mr. Chair and I'll take Sven since I understand him."

"No, we should go in two groups. Three is too spread out." Stephano said it too fast, stepping away from Felix. "You and Sven come with us."

Jennifer's smile was soft. "It's safer in smaller groups, Steph. Trust me."

"We have no way of knowing the others are okay," he argued. "What if we get to the end and waste time waiting for a group that's already dead?"

The dark skinned woman wrapped her arms around him, hugging tight. "We'll be fine, Steph. We've all lived down here for a long time. We know what we're doing." She let go and spun the man around. "The only one you should worry about is PewDie." Jennifer's grip on his shoulder tightened only for a moment. "Sven and I travel best alone, too. Those three," she gestured to Piggeh, Mr. Chair, and Gonzalez, "are a great team. And you two…" The woman smiled kindly. "You two have always been a perfect match. I know PewDie will get you to the end and you'll do anything and everything to do the same for him."

Stephano sighed in defeat, a grin finding his lips. "Okay. You win. Promise me we'll see you and Sven alive at the hatch."

"Of course." Jennifer moved away from him now that things were settled. "Since we're splitting up you won't be able to ask me where to go. Piggeh knows the basement well but in case anything happens, we're looking for the hatch in the wine cellar. It's in the furthest parts of the basement. You'll go deeper down and eventually come back up to the cellar.

"Piggeh, you'll take Mr. Chair and Gonzalez towards the machinery rooms. It's a straight shot from there so they won't get lost." Gonzalez took it as an insult but Jennifer had already turned to Felix and Stephano before he could say anything. "You two will go by the lab and storage. You'll need acid from the lab to get rid of some of the goop down in storage. I'd already gotten rid of a lot of it, but just get the acid in case any of it has blocked your way.

"And Sven and I will go through the torture dungeon." When they all seemed to accept their paths, Jennifer added, "I'm telling you all in case anyone is late to get to the hatch. Of course, PewDie is first priority.

"Stephano, if you get there with him first, make sure he goes through that hatch." Then she turned to the other group. "You guys, if he isn't there when you get there, wait for him. If Stephano and PewDie don't show up, go look for them. I know we're all in this to escape, but PewDie has and always will be our first worry."

To his surprise, no one argued. Felix felt strange being the center of their attention. It felt wrong. "Whoa whoa." He couldn't keep it in. "Hell no. If I reach that door and no one else is there, you bet all of your asses I'm coming to find you. I said I was getting you all out of here and for once I'm going to keep a promise." The sorrows he'd felt earlier thinking about how he'd abandoned them suddenly turned to anger. "Don't let me keep you guys from getting the hell out of here! If you get to that door before Stephano and me then you better leave something there to let us know you got out! I'm not letting you risk yourselves anymore!"

"Only one problem with that," Gonzalez was finally able to speak up, crossing the room and leaning heavily on Felix's shoulders. "We're stubborn like you. You can't stop us from coming to save your ass."

"But-"

"You know he's right," Mr. Chair had grabbed Felix's hand. "We aren't going to leave you or anyone behind."

"I mean, I might leave you down here-" Piggeh got a hard punch in the arm from Mr. Chair. "Kidding! It's a joke!"

"Vi är alla bakom dig!"

"What'd that brat say?"

Felix couldn't keep from laughing. He'd been trying to be so serious and they all shut him down so fast. "You guys are the best."

"We know that," Gonzalez muttered.

"The longer we hang out here the sooner the monsters will find us," Jen pointed out. "You guys ready to move out?"

Mr. Chair jumped up. "Yes ma'am!"

The others looked just as raring to get out. Felix was feeling it too, as well as tired, but he could sleep later. "I'll see you guys at the hatch," he said to the others as they were getting to the door. "Please be safe."

"We should be telling you that," Jen said and snatched Felix into a hug. "We love you, PewDie."

His face flushed. "Y-Yeah… I'm glad you still do."

Stephano listened outside the door. After some time, he cracked it open for a look and signaled for everyone to get out. The stairs were dark. It was almost impossible to see. Still they descended without the use of the lantern. At the bottom of the stairs, the golden man grabbed Felix's wrist and yanked him one way. Mr. Chair, Piggeh, and Gonzalez bolted the opposite direction. Sven and Jennifer were behind them until Stephano pulled Felix down another hallway. The motion almost had the Swede topple over, but he regained his footing. He was able to look back just as Jennifer and Sven rushed by the hall and vanished. A sinking feeling dropped into his gut.

The hand holding onto him stiffened. "We'll see them at the hatch," he reassured the other, but Felix felt it had been more for himself than the Swede. Under his breath Felix heard him mutter, "She'll be okay."

He kept pace easy with his old friend. Felix couldn't help looking over his shoulder as the darkness was getting to him. His vision was blurring and playing tricks on him, casting shadows where none should be. The lantern didn't have much oil in it so no point in lighting it now. With the perpetual darkness everywhere there was also no point in asking for a potion now when he was able to ignore it and continue on. Felix knew he could handle it for just a little while longer. His friends had grown to live with this feeling. Felix could last another hour of two.
